My $600 max rate is for entire home rental apartments, and with a shared space I'm looking for around $350, ideally with a private bathroom and space to park my Prado. The 6 month rental period is based on my current 417 visa expiration date and until I receive PR from a 189 visa I plan to apply for immediately following my overseas qualification recognition. I should have approval sorted by the end of the year as it only takes around 3-4 months after applying, then no issues to extend my rental :) **The move date listed is simply when my current bnb expires**
