I am an easy going person, non-smoker, occasional drinker, enjoys good company and conversation, love photography, dogs and cats, and animals in general. I love gardening, permaculture, growing veggies, making composts (studied horticulture). I enjoy a good laugh, movies (action & sci-fi), and getting out in nature. Admire the arts e.g. painting, sculpture, video and photography. I study black and white photography mostly but enjoy landscape and pet photography too. I work as a Project Administrator in the resources industry and returning to Perth to find work. I hope to get a Mon-Fri job working in the CBD so would like a place that is close to main transport routes. I don't want to spend too much time travelling to/fro from work, so the closer to the CBD the better. I won't be in your face flatmate and respectful of other peoples space. I'm trying to get fit so will be out getting exercise, going to yoga classes or taking photographs. I love dogs all shapes and sizes. So if you have a dog, that's fine. I lived with a cat for 5 years and sadly he died when he was 16 years old. Texas the legend lives on. I'm open to cleaning schedules and doing my bit to keep the house clean and tidy. I would prefer an all female household.

I'm a fully qualified plumber and gas fitter looking for somewhere to stay because I recently broke up with my girlfriend and our lease is up, don't mind a good conversation also
Hi I'm bell , I work as a receptionist and am currently living in Maylands, I am very clean and have been told I'm very fun to live with and am looking for a place to move into at the start of April with my 7 year old Maltese cross poodle.
I am an easy going 30 year old who is needing to secure accomodation for me and my dog Huddy (loves humans and other dogs). Recently I have broken up with my partner hence why me & Huddy are looking for a new home (don’t be scared I won’t put that on you or bore you with my woes) I am relaxed, clean and spend most of my free time out and about with my dog. I work full time and will always endeavour to be a great housemate.

Well hello party people! My name is Liv, and I'm from Los Angeles. I've lived in shared house accommodations before so fear not- I get the vibes! I'm super easy going, reliable, and tidy. I work a lot of doubles during the week (bless hospo life) so I'll be out of the house most of the time. Whenever I'm not working I like to hang out with my friends, get involved in housemate shenanigans, or chill at the beach. Feel free to ask me any questions! Hopefully we can meet up to see if this could suit :)
Hi my name is Matt and i'm 22 years old and have just moved from Melbourne to start a full time job. I am easy going, clean & tidy, honest, reliable and respectful of one's privacy. I am a sociable person who enjoys keeping active, watching movies, playing games and occasionally going out. I am looking for a room in a share house to move into asap which will be for long term.
Hi I am a 22 year old student looking for a place to live near the city. I am clean, respectful and I am looking for like minded people to share a home. I love going to the beach and working out. Hope to hear from you :) -ALL FEMALE FLAT ONLY-
Young 40 something in age 😉, I pretty much keep to myself, so am easy to live with. Prefer to share with just one other person (not a house full). I have a small 7 year old toy poodle (female, very quiet, shy and superbly trained and behaved) whom I relocated back here to Perth with me, after 8 years working overseas in China (yes my dog is bilingual in Chinese and English 😉). I have a responsible nature and am happy to take on share of house duties. Being single I am looking to keep costs as low as possible but am working and reliable with rent. In return I offer to be stable, helpful and reliable house sharing friend for the right house, location and inclusive price. If you are reading this in regards to an application I've made for your advertised room, I do sincerely ask that you please reply, even if it's to say no. Thanks
We are a 5-minute walk from Bayswater station and super easy to get around. As well as your own bedroom/bathroom (we will share the laundry utilities), you get an extra small room which can be used for your own private tv room/study etc. You have a small courtyard off the room. Full wall wardrobes. We are very close to 3 parks if you are active and there are some great, upcoming cafes/restaurants a short walk away. There is Netflix and aircon. There are two pups, Ludo & Domino. Must be pet-friendly.
Hey there future housemate, I think what makes me great person to live with is.... I mind my own business, happy to socialize whenever, I like to keep things clean and tidy. Actually the list can probably go on but let’s save it for another time. Feel free to message me if you want to know more.
My name is Quinten Isselman, I am a 25 year old traveller from the Netherlands. At the start of last year, I quit my job to explore what more the world has to offer. After traveling for 9 months in Asia I decided to come to Australia. I found a job in Midland. For the next 3 to 6 months I'll be working for the City of Swan as a Landscape architect. That is why I am looking for a room somewhere in north-east of Perth. I am a very social and relax guy who is always in for a beer and a good chat. I'm really open minded towards anyone but at the same time, personally I am down to earth. In the weekend I like to hangout with some friends and go out to a bar. I watch many movies and I like good card/bord game. Last but not least: wandering into the world, going on field trips and exploring the nature. etc. I used to do football, fitness and dancing when I was younger, but since I'm traveling I quit everything. Probably I start fitness again if I have a place for a longer time. I am looking for a room in a apartment or sharehouse. I prefer a furnished room (at least a bed). Important for me are some housemates who are in for a good chat in the evening and maybe to hangout with in the weekend. I need to work during the week but in my free time I'm looking for some fun!
I am currently studying Full time (3 days), and working part time at Coles. I am easy going, shy at first but social once you get to know me. I love art, crafts, nature and am a big fan of dining out! (and cooking). I love travel, relaxing with Netflix and wine, and would love to live in a house with pets! I'm studying Fine Art, so a big place with somewhere (garden maybe) I could work on uni projects would be great!
Close to the city and Mt Lawley - short walk to Meltham train station All amenities nearby, including great restaurants/cafes. It's a new, large house with a spacious kitchen, air conditioning, alfresco, alarm, and garden. The available rooms are on the ground floor, they are double bed rooms with large robe, including bed, bedside table and chest of drawers. I'm quiet, easy going, active and enjoy cooking. I work full time and study residential drafting part time. All bills are included in the price. Send me a message if you'd like to come have a look. Thanks!
Hey everyone! About me: I work fulltime, currently a 3rd year plumbing and gas fitting apprentice and I also run a home maintenance and landscaping business on weekends (very handy around the house and always willing to help if it's anything I know about) I have been renting for the past 5 years (know how to clean up after myself and live with others in a respectful manner) I have two dogs, medium and small size. Both extremely friendly and well trained. Not yappy and annoying at all! They are outside dogs but some times I do allow them to sleep on the floor in my room. I am very flexible with others and what they need, I can keep to myself and respect people's privacy and their downtime but also can be very sociable and don't mind a few bevies on the odd night, or things like a weekly dinner cooked together. My hobbies are working, reading, the beach, health and fitness, Camping, Fishing, 4wd, anything adventurous and spontaneous really. Looking for either of the following; - someone interested in teaming up to rent a property together (have a few really nice places I've been keeping an eye on) -a room to rent -a small house or granny flat for me I am a little bit fussy with my search but i'm hoping the next house I can call home for a few years (open to suburbs I have not listed). A big backyard is a must for my doggos, double garage or carport preferably with drive through access to the rear and also a shed would be nice! Also hoping to find a somewhat modern home. Definitely not looking for a crazy party house! I would like to meet the potential house mate (preferably a female working or studying as females are generally cleaner and more intelligent ) and get to know you a little bit more before making any commitments. (Communication is ample) I have all the essential items for a household which I'm more then happy to share. Im hoping to find somewhere in the next few weeks. look forward to hearing from you all :)
