The room is a small 3x3, air-conditioned room available now, (real estate approval…) in a beautiful, spacious home bordering Maylands/Inglewood/Bayswater. The house is a 1 minute walk to Meltham station, 7 minute drive to ECU Mt Lawley and there is a Coles at the end of our street. The house is fully furnished. The room can be semi-furnished with a drawer, clothes rack and a single bed frame if you wish.

Probably to go month to month but say 4 months is the time frame I have in mind. I am a professional who has being working Full time at a Law Firm called Munro Doig in Subiaco. Friday, 20 Feb 2019, was my last day as a Full Time employee there. I have previously owned my own house here in Perth, and then also have being a tenant renting an entire property for myself too. Currently I live in a house in Lynwood where the owners have rent out a room to me. They will be moving overseas and the house will be rented out. While it is also located close to Caningvale it has not being a convenient location for me to access work which has been and will again will be in the CBD. I am kind, easy going, friendly and kind. I treat with respect. If I am not working, I am not in your space always as I understand the need for space etc while knowing to also be sociable with a good balance. I truly do respect people whether they benefit me or not. Similarly, I truly respect people’s belongings whether I would be culpable for any damage/ loss or not. I love to keep any place clean, tidy and organised and I am helpful too. I also love to cook, but have not had any time with work. I love cooking for others than cooking only for myself so I will treat you a good dinner given the opportunity to do so! I have experienced the lack of care and respect my self whilst renting out to others. So I believe I understand to a good extent what it feels like and what is expected. An ideal place would be with drug free, crazy parties free, with a clean and tidy environment that is peaceful, with people who love dogs and are easy going with good vibes. Good access to shops and public transport and the city. It is a must for me to live with (even the short time) people who love animals. I really want my dogs to feel loved, respected and welcomed in similar to me 😊 About my two dogs; they are truly so perfectly behaved! They are father and son, and their names are Chocolate (father, 11 years old) and Tigger (son, 5 years old). They have never ever ever caused any trouble being occupants at this house or mine ! I always think how boring they are when they are at home lol they remind me of Persian cats cause they can sleep all day. It is truly new to me to have to go out to a share house with them and although it is sad having to stress on how great they are, I understand the need because there are some bad pet owners out there who do not bring them up well, with love and discipline. I can assure to you that these guys are more amazing than humans that don’t pay rent, and wreck your house or do worst in other contexts. They will amaze you. They sleep so much (too much) and come alive at the park lol or if you invite them to play! They are indoor dogs but they are outdoors in the garden to relax and have had the liberty to choose. They will ask you to open the door if they are in and want to go do their business. This is always. They will never ever ever do it in the house or even a decking area ! They will only do it on natural soil, and that too at a far away spot where they cannot come across with it lol! Not exaggeration but I am certain there are people out there who have the same experience with their pets because all this required of me was to train them everyday hands on and be consistent with what I expected of them when they were little for a maximum of 3 or 4 months. I hope those of you who don’t know will try it, because I didn’t take them to a school I just treated them like human babies and communicated like humans. They are extremely smart and loving!! I can assure to you that they will only brighten your day. I am happy to take up extra vacuuming to ensure the tidiness of the place I live in. You are most welcome to meet them, and get a feel of them before hand too ! They will love you more if you spent time with them to relax at a park. I would not declare that my dogs are no trouble for them for them to only prove to be a trouble down the road even though I am looking for a short term arrangement. That would be stupid. I thought I will give more than enough information about them given people are reasonably reluctant in general to accomodate pets and that is understandable because there are pet owners who don’t bring up their pets well. I also hope this gives you a good idea of the background of my circumstances etc. I just thought a short description could potentially waste time.
