Im clean, honest, and respectful im a brickies labourer at the moment but am looking to finish my apprentiship as soon as i can. I have a 5 year old dalmation who is my best mate he is super friendly and loves everyone he usually sleeps in my room at night and is more of an inside dog. I spend most of my free time building in the garage (currently building a dbz themed bar out of old pallets i get from work), playing xbox, walking my dog or hanging out with mates for a brew. I have most of my own furniture including all my bedroom furniture and quite a few tools, workbench and a small fridge. I also have a ping pong table which i love to play so hopefully my new housemate or mates do too.
Looking for a room! ABOUT YOUR PLACE: Ideally my own ensuite but not entirely essential. Secure parking, but again, not entirely essential, so long as there is garage/driveway parking available and not just off-street parking. Some storage space available would be good, as I will be hauling the following along with me: 1 x double bed 1 x chest of drawers 1 x small bedside table 1 x IKEA clothes rack 1 x bicycle 1 x 6 seater dining table – the table is actually dismantled and really easy to store, it takes up very little room. The chairs however can’t be dismantled but I have them cleverly stacked onto each other and they don’t take up much space either. Lastly, I have an array of kitchen items which I can either unpack and use with you, or if you prefer to keep your kitchen as is I can just keep them in their plastic Red Dot storage containers (got about 2-3 containers full). It sounds like a lot after I type it out but it’s really not! ABOUT ME: Full-time employed for a property consultancy and projects firm in Subiaco. Brand spanking new to university – started my bach degree in Psych at Curtin this August, I do this part-time around my full-time job. I am clean – and not just one of those people who say that to give you peace of mind when contemplating a new housemate. I actually pick up the vacuum cleaner on the weekends and wipe down the house like normal people should. I am not a freak though, if I’m in a hurry out the door in the morning and leave some dishes in the kitchen I’ll see to them when I’m home. I love dogs, but not cats or birds so much. I don’t smoke and I’d like to say that I don’t mind if you do, but I do. You gotta cut that out man. I don’t really drink or party much, at all – kinda hard when you’re adulting with work and studying your ass off. Do still have a vino here and there though. I use my weekends for things I can’t always squeeze in mid-week – like exercise: running, coastal walks, cycling and studying. And when I’m not doing these things, I’m relaxing and unwinding. Summers are spent at the beach almost every weekend. Would be great to live with someone who is also working and studying so we can share in the anxieties of exams together (*laughs at myself). Otherwise, I’m pretty easy with anyone – so as long as you lead a pretty chilled lifestyle and I don’t have to worry about the place being too noisy as I need to get my head stuck into the books. Not really wanting to pay any more than $160 a week. Super flexible on the location too, as long it's not more than 15km's out from the CBD as I like to pedal into work in the mornings.

Our house is on a hill, in a quiet, breezy and friendly street that is close to Bayswater Railway Station, coffee shops, Bayswater library, a Yoga and Martial Arts Studio, buses, close to the beautiful river, parks and is only 10 mins. from the city. My housemate and I are looking for someone to move into our lovely, large place on a quiet street in Embleton. You would be sharing with 1 male and 1 female, both 30+ and not a couple. We're a fairly quiet household and mainly hang out in our rooms, but occasionally will eat or have a beer together. We sometimes have friends over, but it's not a party house and there won't constantly be people traipsing through the house. Our lease is until July next year. There is an extremely well equipped kitchen (we like to cook), as well as washer, dryer and beer fridge (all the essentials). The main living area has reverse cycle air conditioning. There is also an additional room available to use as a studio (keeping in mind it has an adjoining wall to someone's bedroom), storage, study or movie room. It has an entrance direct from the patio and for an additional $50 a week, you can have sole use of it. The room has wooden floorboards and a ceiling fan. You would be sharing the bathroom with only one other, as I have an ensuite. If you like pets, but don’t like having the responsibility yourself, then this would be perfect as there are 2 large, friendly dogs (1 greyhound, 1 mastiff x) and a cat on the lease. Extremely close to Galleria, Bayswater Waves and Bayswater train station with a connecting bus to both the train station and the shopping centre a few minutes’ walk away. We do enjoy dinner parties or a casual BBQ on weekends. We have a really comfortable flat in Maylands one bus ride from the city. No maintanence at all required other than cleaning the kitchen/bathroom etc. Room is not big but includes TV, bedside, wardrobe, dresser and double bed with/without bedding. Parking always available on the street. Bathroom is shared with one other person. All amenities and bills included. Kitchen is first class with gas stove, oven, pressure cooker, thermomix, smoker (outside) and herb garden. Sharing with two adult males both whom work in hospitality.
