My partner and myself built this house last year, so it is a completely new fully furnised 4 x 2 house. It is right next to the park. However, it will be more convenient if you have your own transport because the nearest bus station is 10minutes walk and Ashfield Train Station is 30minutes walk way (10minutes if you ride a bike). Contact me for more information! =)
I have a gorgeous 1950's renovated character cottage fully furnished with wooden floors. Room available have brand new queen size bed and shelving, includes all towels and bed linen, just move in! (Featured in photo) House is situated on an elevated quiet street 5 minutes walk from train station, cafe strip, shops and post office. It's 15 minutes drive to the city and 5 minutes to the river or to the heart of Mount Lawley. Mint location! Train to the city takes 15 minutes !! Front porch and back garden is immaculately well maintained. House has all brand new top quality custom made furnishings as I only moved in 6 months ago :)
House furnished. Room has fitted robe and ensuite. Includes all bills. Join this friendly and comfortable household! The room is large, and could fit a double/queen size in it (also includes all bills and Wi-Fi, so nothing to work out each month). There is a fitted robe which has heaps of storage room and a ceiling fan in the room. You can bring your own bed or we can arrange something. There is a large kitchen with dining room and a separate living room with furniture, a shaded courtyard area with BBQ and space to put plants if you want. There is a storage shed for bikes etc too. Best thing is housemates are all on separate leases with the owner - so if one moves out, you don't have to pick up the tab! You would be sharing with laid back, quiet people of various ages. Everyone gets along quite well and are out a lot of the time. The new housemate must be someone who respects doing chores assigned equally. Everyone pulls their weight and keeps all areas, especially the kitchen, clean. Not a party house but guests are welcome. If you are worried about transport there are plenty of public transport options close by. Ideally located between the airport and city. Perfect for FIFOs or professionals. For nature and exercise there is a large park opposite the house which people walk and run around. Bayswater Waves is close by too. There are no gender preferences for the next housemate, they just have to be gay friendly; the current housemates are 3 down to earth, good guys, all working and have their own social groups. P.S no smokers. TV point in room Part furnished (furnished in main part of house, bedroom is empty apart from robe) Lock on room door Bills/WiFi included

Hey hey, I'm a 24 year old Australian, grew up in Sydney but have been living in perth the past few years now.. Looking to find a clean household to live in with another person or housemates who clean up after themselves. I enjoy having a chat and getting along with my housemates and respect peoples privacy. Ideally i would like my housemates to be in their 20s but mature. A garage car parking spot would be a bonus but not essential In my spare time i am either down the beach or playing sport.. I have regular income so paying rent ontime every week is no drama :) Hit me up if you have got something similar to what I'm looking for and I'll come check it out... Cheers, Stuey
I work full time in real estate and part time as an entrepreneur, I love to have a good time out but I also love to just stay home and chilled, so you get the best of both worlds! :D
Hi! I graduated in 2016 and I am looking to move out and support myself. I am friendly, organised and highly independent so you wouldn't need to worry about picking up after me or me not succeeding expectations as a flatmate. I love rowing so I get up early often, besides this I work during the week and plan to start studying next semester. I absolutely love animals so if you have any in your house I would not mind in the slightest. I'm also very outgoing and social so I don't spend many Friday/Saturday nights in (unless I have rowing the next day).
The spacious, modern open plan house has awesome large communal spaces - a study, lounge and alfresco. We have a 2 car remote controlled garage so you'll have access to a space in the garage for your car or bike. The bedroom available is currently furnished with a king single bed and has a large, mirrored walk in robe. The room can fit either a king single bed or double bed. The $170 rent includes all bills - utilities, internet and food. We'd love a house mate but we'd love someone even more who might become a good friend and enjoy hanging out. As we're introverts we also understand and appreciate everyone's need for quality time and privacy - our place has plenty of spaces for people to hang out together and space for people to recharge by themselves with some solitude and privacy. The house is close to public transport, centrally located (less than 9 km from the CBD) and close to everything so it's great for FIFO workers, uni students or people who work in the city. There are also great bike paths for those of you who cycle. Some stats to show you how close everything is: 2 minute drive or 11 minute walk to Claughton Reserve and the Swan River. 2 minute walk to the bus stop for the 55 bus route that takes you to the city. 3 minute drive to Ashfield Train station. 5 minute drive to Bayswater Train station. 8 minutes drive to the Perth Airport. 13 minutes drive to Edith Cowan University Mt Lawley campus. 16 minutes drive to Curtin University Bentley campus. As our property is a rental if you'd like to house share with us all you'll need to do is fill in the "standard application to enter into residential tenancy agreement" form. The form needs you to list 2 people as personal references and the contact details of your current property manager or the property owner you're staying with. The real estate agent has told me that once the form is completed you'll get approval from the owner to allow you to officially house share usually after 24 hours. So too easy!
I am a full time teacher and part time dance teacher on weekends. I am very social and love to have a chat and drink with friends. More than happy to let you know more, just ask away! Looking to live with people similar in age.
Needing some where closer to my grandma, to look after her whilst she's sick. I'm tidy, I keep to myself and also like to socialise. I do not tolerated bullying, or liers. I have a bordercollie named skip and a one eyed cat I rescued named Salem. I work 5 nights a week but tend to sleep till 10:30am or midday each day. As I'm studying also. I not really interested in a party house sorry guys. If there is anything else you would like to know please message me to find out thankyou. Stephanie xoxox

I'm a very relaxed Australian guy originally from Geraldton, who likes spending my time with friends. I work in a university and usually get home around 5pm most days. I don't smoke and like my place to be a welcoming place for guests and also for me and those I live with. In other words, a clean and tidy place with character and a homely feel. I lived in Japan for 7 years so I lived with different people in share houses while I was there.
1 Large bedroom in a 2 bed room unit. Fully furnished sharing with a friendly and respectable house mate who works as a professional in the city. Located on a quiet street which is very close to shops, Bayswater train station and the Galleria Shopping Centre. Rent includes WiFi and Water bills. We only share the electricity expenses.
Private room in a townhouse, with internet available, only 15 mins drive from the city. Bus pass just in front of the house and trains station only 8 minutes walk. We are looking for a friendly, clean and reliable person, who clean after themself.
Working professional in Subiaco. Curtin uni student. Peaceful//quiet. Unabashed introvert, with a dash of sarcastic extroversion. Easy going. Non-smoker. Book worm. Triple J fiend. Nap taker. Fitness dabbler. Food eater. Early riser. Early nighter. Doggo fan. Mild clean freak. Homebody/chiller. No party houses. Seeking a place to call home. ABOUT YOU Also a working professional. Student would be cool – but no bigs if not. Also peaceful//quiet. Either extro/intro-version. Open and warm. Also a food eater. Mild clean freak. Cool as a cucumber. No parties. Would like to share their home with me. ABOUT YOUR PLACE: Secure parking would be ideal but not entirely essential, so long as there is garage/driveway parking available and not just on-street parking. I have all bedroom furnishings so looking for an unfurnished room. Would prefer to live with no more than 2 people :) Rent would be between $140, up to $155 inclusive of bills. Super flexible on the location too, as long it's not more than 15km's out from the CBD as I like to pedal into work in the mornings – NOR would be preferred - absolute brownie points if you're near the beach! Also interested in teaming up with someone as well - flick me a message and we can T up a coffee to suss each other out! Feel free to stalk me on Facebook too, to make sure I have all two eyes, ears, a nose and mouth – but totally non-discriminant against anyone who does not possess those things.
