I moved here from Cairns QLD, over a year ago and have been staying in a mix of work provided and share accomodation mainly south of the river but really would like to move north as my work commute is starting to be costly. Hi, I’m Chan, a second-year Accounting and Finance student at UWA, originally from Thailand (half Indonesian), and I am 23 years old. I’ve been living in Perth for over a year now and really enjoy the city. I’m clean, responsible, and very respectful of shared spaces. I always keep noise to a minimum, especially at night, and I make sure to clean up after myself in common areas. I’m financially supported by my parents, so paying rent and bills on time has never been an issue. My current lease ends on July 2, but I do have an option to end my lease within 1 month to only receive a penalty while still getting my bond back. Outside of uni, I enjoy long-distance cycling, learning about markets and finance, and gaming. I study pretty hard but also value a peaceful, friendly home environment.
