Hi! My name is Richa, I'm a Medical billing specialist, coming to Perth in October this year, as I got my work, study and living visa. My friends would describe me as easy-going, loving, caring, analytical, and independent. In my free time, I like to spend my time outside, either alone or with others. On the weekends, I often stay home and do house cleaning, cooking. One of my favorite things to do on weekends is to watch Netflix, playing games and cooking. I'm a medical biller specialist by trade, and I work a pretty normal 8-5 schedule. ‍I'm a pretty social person, but I also need my alone time. I want a house to be a place where I can have people over, but not a place that's constantly full of people. I'm open to the idea of my roommates hosting small parties - I would just like to know about these ahead of time. I'm down to get to know each other; I'm not saying we have to be best friends, but I would like to do things like occasionally watch TV together and host cook outs for friends. I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings when I get home from work. I'm open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organised. My weekly budget is $150-$200, and I'm looking to move in October this year. I would like my own bedroom and ensuite bathroom, and I'm open to living with 1-3 other people. If the bedrooms are sized differently enough to justify different prices, I'm happy staying in the larger or smaller room. I will be staying with my mom( she will be at home when I am at work), she will be on visitor visa, and will stay with me in my room only for few months. Here are some quirks and relevant information: I'm sometimes overwhelmed by loud noises . So, if you're someone that needs to have the volume on the TV up to the maximum, we might not be the best fit. With that said, I'm not going to get upset at you for making popcorn at night or watching your favorite TV show at a normal volume. I'm not a smoker. ‍ I am very kind, thoughtful and I am very easy to live with, I am flexible as long as we both live our lives and understand each other by discussing frequently about any issues.
