Hi I have a fully furnished room available in a modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. It's on a rear block and, being set back off the road, so there's no traffic noise. There is a nice outdoor entertaining area with bbq (great for inviting your friends over) but minimal gardens to maintain. Shops, Garden City and public transport are close by (there's even a bike to get around) and it's a short trip to Freo. The house is fully furnished with aircon (in your bedroom too!!!) & gas heating. Foxtel & Netflix (on a 65" UHD TV) and Wireless Internet (UNLIMITED DOWNLOAD ADSL2+) are also available. There is even a full gym but it doesn't get as much use as it should.....LOL The bedroom is fully furnished, including built in wardrobe, a queen size bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a new 42" Smart LED TV with Netflix & DLNA streaming from a 2TB HDD full of movies! We (myself and Seb who is 23) are looking for someone that wants a nice modern, comfortable place to live. Ideally, a sociable person that doesn't spend the whole time in their bedroom. I own a 2 bedroom villa, in a small complex of 8, in walking distance to Melville Plaza, public transport and the river. For students, Murdoch Uni and Notre Dame are a 15 min drive and UWA a 20 min drive. There is a bus stop on Preston Point Road (5 min walk) and on Canning Highway (10 min walk), which gets you to the City in 30 mins and to Fremantle in 15 mins. The room comes fully furnished, including TV, new bedding and built in wardrobe. The bed is mine and needs to stay, but feel free to remove anything else, there is plenty of space for your own belongings. Also, being a villa storage space is limited and so this would suit someone with not a lot of stuff. You would be sharing a large bathroom, with separate toilet. There is also a decent sized shaded courtyard out the back that is great during summer. The villa is air conditioned, and, if you own a car, there is additional parking at the back of the complex. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the laundrey and living area, so all you need to do is move in! The complex itself is quiet and well managed. I've lived here for a year now with no issues. I honestly find it a really convenient, central and relaxed place to be based. I also love the Bicton area - its proximity to Freo, some great local cafes, parklands, the river, beach is a short drive away and the area is very safe also. The neighbours in the complex all work or study full time, lead busy lives and keep to themselves. The room would suit a single female, either professional or a full time student, someone clean and easy going. Rent does not include bills. Bills are split between us as they are received, usually bi-monthly. There is no gas used in the villa and therefore no bills for this service. Alternatively, I am happy to negotiate a weekly rental price inclusive of bills. You will find living costs at my place compare well given the Bicton area.
I'm currently looking for someone to rent one the two spare rooms at my place. The room has a built in robe and you'll have access to your own bathroom and living space. There is a third room which is a bit of a utility space which can be shared if need be. Noteworthy features of the house include: -Internet -2 Car bays (one covered and uncovered) -A PS4 -Courtyard out the back -And a large reverse cycle air conditioning unit in one of the living areas at the front of the house. The house honestly doesn't get very warm in the warmer months anyway. Its also worth mentioning that my place is pretty close to Fremantle and the Freeway (10 minutes), and is about 25 minutes from the CBD. There's some basic shops and a bus stop around the corner, and the Myaree commercial area and Garden City Shopping Centre are located close by.

Spacious4x2 (one is used as a study) on a quite street with lots of trees and parks nearby. Has beautiful back and front yard areas including pergola, BBQ, herb garden, hammock etc. Ducted reverse cycle aircon through out, remote controlled double lock up garage, dishwasher, solar panels and lawns get mowed for us. Location is in between Freo and the freeway/train line, so it’s 5-10 minute drive to Freo, 10 minutes to South and Leighton Beaches and 10 mins to two different train stations (Bullcreek and Murdoch) When i was looking for a rental i looked from Mount Pleasant to Freo and this was by far the nicest place for the price range.
