I am friendly, easy to get along with and very respectful of others privacy as I mostly keep to myself. I don't smoke. I am clean and tidy, and I will happily contribute to all housework. I work in Engadine 3 days a week in retail and as a dog trainer, and I am continuing studies online. I have a very small (1.7kg) 10 year old, indoor dog. Pommes is very affectionate and spends most of her time sleeping; she is more of a cat than a dog. Pommes is house trained and if I am out for longer than 8 hours I take her with me. She only barks if there is a loud noise that startles her, she is otherwise quiet. Health wise; Pommes is vaccinated, desexed and routinely treated for flea/tick/worms. I have a reference for her from a previous landlord if required.

My girlfriend (Amy) and I (Dan) are a couple from the UK. We are working in Sydney for up to 6 months, before continuing on our travels. We’re looking for a room to rent for at least 3 months.
This is the view from the front door. The large bedroom has a new queen size bed and innerspring mattress, new air con (reverse cycle) and wardrobe, desk and chair. The room has been home to a pilot, who is relocating to Queensland. We are on the Georges River with beautiful boardwalks. Quiet location but close to transport. Large backyard, ample bird life and fishing. Unlimited wifi, Foxtel. We do not have any pets.
Single professional mum with two small children seeking a possible arrangement with someone who either wants to rent their (large) granny flat, or vice versa renting their house to downsize. Trying not to bring my kids up in a flat; a house would be marvellous! I also have two beautiful rescue cats and two cars! So giving this a try. I work full time, have a flexi day one day a week, my children (3 and 2) are in long daycare four days and spend second weekends at their father's. I am hardworking, handy, great with animals, can do everything myself, and I take care of my home. Cheers x

Hi there, I am from Bengaluru, India. I am planning to move to Sydney shortly with my spouse. I am looking for a family accommodation who are friendly, tidy and social. I am a 🐈 cat person. I love kitties. So I wouldn't have issues if you have felines.
Hey 👋 I’m Angelina, I’m pretty chilled, get along with everyone, I’m introverted and extroverted mixed in the one combo. I like yoga and meditation, I’m vegan but I’m not a political vegan I love to use a lot of natural products etc an 🌱 I respect everyone’s choices and pretty much keep to myself, I love all of life, I’m an outdoorsy person but I can hiberante like a bear, I do really like my space so I am wanting a —GRANNY FLAT, STUDIO or a an ENSUITE with storage space preferably. I’m independent, not needy, drama free, going through my own journey in life, I enjoy cafes, and the occasional once in a blue moon bar or club. Love people from all different cultural backgrounds. I’ve been doing a lot of personal development over the past 6 years so a lot of inner work— positive affirmations and all that kind of stuff, I love the arts, different types of music as well, astrology, the human mind and many different things that I’ve delved into for some time now, so you may learn a thing or two from me in a very humble way. I’m mainly looking for my own space, I don’t really want to share although if there is something where there’s separate entry or something that’s partioned then I’m interested. I’m reliable and pay rent on time and work during the week. Peace ladies and gentlemen :)

I’m Down to earth as my job demands, I’m a youth worker with the NSW Government. I’m clean and do keep to myself at times due to my busy work life and also do tafe on the side. I like a chat And far from snobby but respectful of overs space.
I'm Emily, I'm 23 years old and studying Secondary Education. I work two casual/part time jobs in the Sutherland Shire and I am looking to move out early December for a flexible amount of time (between 6-12 months). I'm easy-going, clean and very respectful. I love to cook, watch true crime docos and also enjoy a nice glass of red on the weekend. Not only would I make a great housemate but I'll also make a great friend.
I work full time (shift work) in (usually) 4 day blocks with 6 days off. On my days off I tend to go Wollongong to hang out with my friends, but I'm also interested in exploring new areas and making new friends. I would require to live within walking distance of a train station because I'm working in the CBD and don't have a car. Access to a private washing machine is also essential. I'd like to have a bedroom large enough to have a wardrobe, double/queen sized bed (because I'm very tall) and desk for my computer. I'm not fussy about space outside of my own room or sharing a bathroom. I'm a pretty laid back guy, I enjoy playing video games and going to the gym in my spare time. I'm trying to learn how to cook a bit more by meal prepping some staple, healthy meals. My current lease is up on Oct 20th.
I’m bubbly, always smiling, always up for a laugh, I have some terrible jokes that I think is funny, obsessed with movies and shows, will share my snacks with you, clean freak and you will never see me at home because I’ll probably be at the gym !
Hi everyone, I came to Australia to learn English and would like to find a place where I can practice. I'm vegetarian, easygoing, relaxed, tidy and friendly. I'm a graphic designer and publicist but in Australia I'm working in another area. Neatness and quietness is a must.
Just a normal, hard working, responsible and nice easy going guy. I can cook, clean, and always pay bills and rent on time. Have a really big TV and some nice furnishings if you need them or want to upgrade at all, including new fridge, washer, lounge, lowline etc. I work long hours at times on a 7day roster, so my days off can be anywhere throughout the week. I'm quiet and respectful of peoples need for space, happy to chat and socialise too, I'm originally from Sydney and trying to save a deposit for my own place one day.
