Newly built and furnished 2 bedroom apartment with a lovely balcony view. Nice walk to beach road and the view of the beach from the top of the apartment, Mentone village shops just around the corner. The bedroom os finished and has access to the balcony. I try to keep the apartment clean at all time and I would appreciate the same from my new housemate. This isn’t s party house but friends and family are always welcomed for drinks as long as the house is well looked after.
This is a brilliant apartment with a stunning view of the Mt. Dandenong from the 5th floor of the apartment complex. Very secure and parking available underneath the building. The kitchen is modern with a gas cooking, an oven and microwave. The shower has good water pressure and heat. There are two bathrooms so it is very convenient in the mornings. The building itself is a very quiet environment with very respectful neighbors. Downstairs there is a bottle-o, pilates studio, pizza shop and kebab shop. We have an excellent washing machine so laundry is done in the apartment. The room is spacious, clean and well-maintained with a mirrored-wardrobe with lots of space and a nice view. The train station is just over 5 minutes on foot making it very convenient to the city on the frankston train line.
Easy going mature guy, happy to muck in and do garden chores handyman etc. I like to cook and don't mind sharing my cooked food. A bit of a home body certainly my party days are behind me; like to travel and get away. Lived in Cranbourne for the last 20 years; now open to any suitable place in Melbourne, am financially secure; Own property but looking for a more flexible live style over the next decade. Single dad with grown up kids, so kids aren't a problem. My preferred location is somewhere in SE suburbs. Looking to move in late Jan to Late Feb.
Gday guys! My names Riley! Im Interested in the room you have to offer. A bit about myself; I have started my own internet marketing business, so I’m always busy. I like going out with my friends every couple of weeks, reading, going to the gym and walking on the beach. I pride myself on my appearance as well as my cleanliness. I appreciate a clean living environment. I tend to be pretty quiet, but if for some reason I’m loud I appreciate when I’m asked to quiet down a bit as I believe transparency is key to a successful household. I look forward to hearing from you ASAP! Kind regards, Riley.
Hi, I am 27-year-old software developer looking for a room with like-minded individuals. I am outgoing and foodie. I love to read and binge television series. I can cook delicious Indian food and can have stimulating conversations. I am easy to get along and keep my space neat and tidy. While I don't mind occasional chats, I still like to enjoy some privacy.

Very easy going 52 year old Canadian woman with GSOH. No hang ups or baggage. Flexible and open minded. Trustworthy and honest. Comfortable with my own company but like a little company from time to time to share a meal, drink and laugh. Love exploring what life is all about.
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to the office each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
Have travelled through, and lived in, almost 30 countries. Studying part time for my commercial pilot license. Have been an aircraft engineer on military helicopters for almost 27 years. Would like to finish my course and get a job with the UN flying humanitarian flights in the Middle East or North Africa. Either that or fly for a law enforcement agency or the Royal Flying Doctors here in Australia. Have excellent cocktail knowledge and can wax lyrically, at great length, about Scottish whiskies, Gin and Tequila. Know a little about vodka. Can make traditional sushi yet haven't done so for ages. Love dogs hate ants. Am very quiet and respectful of others privacy. Tend to read a lot, either studying or to chill out. Maintain a very light daily excercise regime and know plenty of card/drinking games should the situation call for it. Most importantly, I have my own Costco card and Netflix account and happily share both with reckless abandon.
I'm easy going, can get along with anyone. Working full time (business owner). Love animals and the beach!

Easy going, clean, easy to get along with. Come with a pretty good looking, 3.5 year old Australian Koolie x Border Collie named Rudie. Originally from Perth, but Melbourne’s been home for the past 2 years and will be as far as I can see. Happy to hang out and watch tv, have a beer and chill, or keep myself busy. My party days are a bit behind me now, but I’ll have the odd big night every now and then. Otherwise I’m a early bed and early rise kinda guy. Anything else, feel free to ask.
Originally from the Gold Coast. Moving to Melbourne to experience what it has to offer. I am very laid back and usually keep to myself. Am definitely up for socialising and meeting new people, especially over a few bevvies 🤙 I enjoy camping, fishing, and a hit of golf, almost as much as chilling out and watching Netflix with a bottle of wine. Working towards studying agriculture.
I'm friendly and up for a chat but I'm respectful of other peoples privacy. I'm neat and tidy and I do love animals. I'm an International student from PNG and I'm currently training to be a Commercial Pilot at one of the flight schools at Moorabbin Airport. Most times I will be busy with my studies but in my spare time I like catching up with friends over coffee.
Hi there. I came to Melbourne from Europe about six months ago. Studying and working full time. Im very clean and neat guy, respectful to others space and time. On my free time I usually train or watch tv. If you have a cool room somewhere on Bayside feel free to contact me. Cheers.
i'm a tidy person that keeps to myself and enjoys gaming and having a few beers with good friends. I supply for myself and would like to move out of home with my family and possibly meet new people along the way. I work in the car parts industry as an apprentice and im hoping to get out a bit more and get some goals into motion. Although i haven't got a lot of life experience i am a energetic person and happy to chat and won't act a stranger.
