Hi there,
I am Zak, a 39 yo, professional working in a permanent job with a reputed stable organisation.
Little bit about me:
I have been told I am one of the most easygoing person. I am friendly, considerate, well-traveled and likes to keep the house neat and tidy (not quite a neat freak yet). I love traveling, beaches, long drives, and all things nature. I also love exploring new adventures and experiences.
I have been a home owner for over 6 years and take great pride in keeping my abode clean, tidy and organised and respect other's space and privacy.
Due to change in circumstances, I am looking for a place I can call home. Due to rising the state of real estate market I suspect it may take a while for me to find something suitable to consider buying again. Therefore in the interim I am looking to find a place to call home, which may be anywhere between 3 months to a year.
My preferred location range is quite big, anywhere from CBD and inner city suburbs and up to 30 - 45 mins in the southeast if the place is close to one of the lovely beaches in the southeast Melbourne.
I have lived in share places before within Australia and Dubai. I consider myself to be extremely clean, respectful and considerate.
I love my own time and company and respects others too but equally happy to share life stories and experiences.
I tend to get along with people who are open-minded, liberal and believe in equality for all.
I don't have the cooking skills to be proud of they are limited to scrambled eggs, egg and bacon, steak (getting that rare medium is still a challenge), roast and veggies and oven or air fryer based meals, I do try to eat healthy except my pantry is always stocked up with chocolates (dark just so that I don't feel as guilty)
