The apartment building is in Mentone and is less than 5 years . The room has a built in wardrobe and fits a double or queen bed, you would also have your own bathroom (pictured) that has a shower/bath, toilet and storage cupboard. The building has a rooftop area which has a bbq, seating inside and outside and a TV and fridge . The apartment is close and in walking distance to both shops in Mentone and Thrift park and both Mentone train station and bus stops or just a 5 minute drive to Westfields Southland. The building is secure with FOB access and video intercom. There is also a secure room for locking up bikes. Foxtel (sports channels), Unlimited Internet, Netflix on the 65 inch Lounge Tv are all included in Rent. Gas, Power and Water to be divided up when bills come in.
My girlfriend and I are looking for a place to create our own little bubble. We’re happy, sociable and always up for a glass of vino. Me (Callum), 26 from England currently in working for an investment bonds company in Melbourne CBD. Georgia is a 21 year old Melbourne gal, works part time at a medical practice and studies psychology at Monash.
Location is 10 minutes walk from Mentone station and shopping center, 15 minutes away from the beach. Cafe, liquor shop, some restaurant is just downstairs or around corner. You will have private room with double bed, desk, chair, closet and big windows. Also you will have own bathroom.
Definitely the best thing about this property is living directly across from mentone beach, also the 80s architecture with hardwood floors, high ceilings, large rooms, herb garden in large backyard with compost. Mentone train station, woolworths/coles/organic grocers, restaurants/cafes just 10min walk away. Not to mention how awesome all The neighbors are, we often have chats in the communal backyard. All bills and wifi included in the rent. Myself and the new housemate (you) will be renting this property until the original tenants come back in late October.
Hey there flatmates! My name is Sara, I’m 25 and work full time in education (and usually work a casual job during the school holidays). When I’m not at work, I like to spend time keeping active at the gym - I generally like to go in the mornings before work. I have lived out of home before and consider myself to be clean, organised and respectful of other people’s property and personal space. I am more of a quiet person, and am fine with keeping to myself however I do enjoy socialising and would love to live with people who I could have an occasional dinner with or night out. On the weekends I am generally in the kitchen meal prepping for the week ahead. I am looking in the South Eastern suburbs for a place I can stay for at least 6-12months with the right people or hopefully longer. I have a partner who would occasionally stay over. I do have a car that would be coming with me but ideally would prefer somewhere that is closeby to shops, public transport and a gym!
I like my own privacy and my time is always occupied, I’m social and easy going, work and gym is my daily routine. I have a 10 years old boy but he won’t be living with me
Hi Im looking for a drama free home where housemates respect privacy but also have the occasional banter. Im a very private ,fastidious, laid back person. Im looking for a place where i will have space to work on my paintings as i am an artist.I cannot live with untidy individuals who donot clean up after themselves or who donot respect the space they reside within.I tend to do alot of the cleaning as i enjoy it. I am looking for a furnished room, and i also have other furniture,i would love it if it could be utilised or if not ,then space to store it in.I also am a night owl ,so would like housemates who are similar or who atleast dont mind. I would like to learn more about sustainable living and perhaps one day be part of creating an old school community valued tiny house village.
Hello guys, hope you're all well. My name is Sam and I am hoping to look for a room around Moorabbin airport, 10-20 mins aways distance would be perfect as well. I will be moving from Adelaide to Melbourne to do my aviation course at the beginning of July. I'm from Hong Kong originally but I have studied and lived in the UK for the past 10 years. I love the outdoor and the nature which is why I chose Adelaide. Also I practice JKD and Muay Thai every week, I am into martial arts mainly, and sports in general as well.
I will be a studying medicine in Monash University, Clayton from 2020. My mum will be staying together. We are friendly Malaysian-Chinese who respect your personal space. We are neat, tidy, and warm people:) We're looking for a place with easy accessibility to Monash Clayton, and 1-2 housemates if we rent a whole house.
I am a student in my final year of study. I have a very busy lifestyle with work, study, gym and kickboxing. I do cook a lot but am very tidy and always clean up after myself. I respect others around me and can be both social and quiet.
Hi, my name is Sarah! I am a 25 year old looking to move up somewhere closer to the city. I currently live in a share house near Frankston. Im looking to move so that I can meet new people, be a little closer to uni, and most importantly I just want a little bit of a change up in my life. I've been living at my current place for 2 years, and I think change is definitely in order! I have hopes to study again, looking at universities at the moment, but I'm definately wanting to start a bachelors degree in environmental science, starting from next year onwards if my applications are successful, hopefully! I am a tidy, well mannered individual. I have respect for peoples privacy, as I enjoy my own. however I do like to socialise, so I am not opposed to joining in with the social life of fellow house mates if that is in the cards. I will most likely be fairly active, coming and going, but I do enjoy spending time at home, mostly just going about my own business. If this sounds like a good fit, please get in touch! :)
