I'm a waitress/almost lawyer who enjoys watching other people's dog have a good time. I'm tidy and have lots of experience with vacuum cleaners, yet one time I thought maybe I could use one to blow up an airbed before I realised that maybe a hair dryer would be the better option. I don't use plastic bags at coles, would prefer to ride my bike to work and even at 5 ft tall I am convinced I don't need anyone's help reaching the top shelf.
I'm needing to move for my uni prac (finished up in Armidale and ready to move now) My prac starts in July but I'm wanting to be settled in somewhere way before that. I'm not a typical party student but I do love going out for dinner/drinks plus just chilling around the house. I absolutely love baking and I do make some mean brownies, banana bread and a quality lemon meringue pie!! I'm super respectful of privacy but also up for a chat and adventures! I've been out of home for 4 years so I know how to keep a tidy house, clean and look after myself. So I'm looking for a room with the budget of $150-60 which includes bills or around $110-30 which just covers rent.
Centrally located 2 bed unit, with rustic charm. 100m to Bar Beach, within 10minutes walk to The Junction and Darby street restaurants, bars and cafes. Ideal for someone who loves the beach, walking, surfing or just being. The cafes restaurants and a few gyms are close by, and seeking those who appreciates a quiet home life and a place to relax and wind down. The unit has a large share lounge room, share bathroom and kitchen, it is a bright airy unit with relaxing views and places to chill out close by. The room is unfurnished with a built in. A double bed is available to use if required, but the room is not furnished. The unit has most things, but happy to consider things that may be added. Would suit someone over 30 with regular income, socially minded with outdoor fitness lifestyle. I enjoy the company of sociable, sensible people and some one who likes a coffee, or the occasional good quality scotch, but this is not a party house, nor big enough for someone with a permanent partner wanting to stay over often. Sadly no pets are allowed, as it is only a unit, but animal lovers welcome from a personality perspective : ) Bond is 4 weeks rent, electricty is not included.
My name is Kalina and I'm a 22yr old Mechanical Engineering student at UNSW. I grew up on the central coast and currently live in the eastern suburbs of Sydney while I complete my studies. I need a place to stay for a month (24/6/17-23/7/17) while I'm doing an internship at a place in Gateshead. I'm happy to hangout in my downtime and I've been sharehousing for 4 years now so I'm sweet on keeping the place tidy and respecting space. I love animals (in particular dogs and cats), so having pets is a bonus as I haven't been able to have one since living in Sydney. I do have a long term partner who I'd like to have stay with me on some weekends. (Not a great photo, but at least you can see my face)
I am looking for short term accommodation. My partner and I have been travelling over the last few months and will briefly be in Newcastle. I (Samantha) spent the last 4 years living in Newcastle whilst studying at the uni. I have a short-term contract working in Newcastle CBD full-time before leaving to head overseas again. I am looking for somewhere close to the Hunter St Mall kind of area near King St. This is where I work and I will be selling my car in preparation to leave and will have to walk to work. A place within the free bus zone would also be an option! My partner Chris may briefly stay with me before leaving also so please be open to this. I would like to find a friendly household. I don't drink, smoke or take any kind of drugs. I am not a party household type person, but I do enjoy chatting at the end of the day and maybe sharing a meal. I work around 8am to 5:30pm Mon-Fri. 3 nights a week i am out all evening as i train in aerial acrobatics. On free evenings and weekends I like to hang with friends, go scuba diving, relax, watch some movies, maintain my travel blog and do some photography with our DSLR cameras and aerial drone! (Its lots of fun!) If you think we could find a place at your house please let me know!
This little unit is located on a quiet street close to the junction shops, yummy cafes and Merewether beach. It's a tidy, well kept 2storey place with a fully fitted laundry (feat. a second toilet) and a small courtyard out the back which catches the best of the winter sun! The house is warmly furnished while the bedroom comes unfurnished with an inbuilt wardrobe and small private balcony. On street parking is available and our neighbours are all super lovely!
Hi I'm Paula I'm looking to share with someone who is neat, respectful and easy going. I enjoy living a healthy lifestyle, going for beach walks, doing yoga and going to cafes with friends. I am a social person but I also like time to myself. I work at the University of Newcastle as a health promotion research assistant.
Hey there! I'm a 23 yo student looking for a new place to live. I've lived out of home for 5 years in a variety different share houses and am very house trained, clean and tidy. I have an excellent rental history, I am independent, respectful of others and maintain a busy schedule during the week. On the weekends I like to go out with friends to explore Newcastle and would love to be able to do this with housemates too. Ideally I would like to be living with no more than 2 others, as I've done the large share houses in the past and they're just not for me. I love to cook, garden (I do come with a few houseplants but they can definitely just be kept in my room!), read and binge on Netflix seasons. I could write lots more about myself but if you have any questions it's probably best if you just ask!
Kind, easy going, clean, soon to be podiatrist, love to get out and try new things, meet new people ☺. I am an aged carer pt and pt final year student. I enjoy dancing running and being an aunty. Im also an experienced pet/house sitter ☺.

Hello I'm Daryl, 27 years old. I've recently moved to Newcastle from Melbourne to do further study. I finished my Bachelors in Biomedical Science in November last year and am now studying Medical Radiation Science (Honours) (Diagnostic Radiography) at the University of Newcastle. I am professional and respectfully clean. I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, photography, the occasional beer/wine and have recently taken up surfing (because apparently that's everyone's trade in Newcastle). I like to socialise but also don't mind my own space.
Beachfront house on Merewether beach. The room is 3.6 by 3.8 m with high ceiling and BIR, its furnished with a queen bed . there is a large lounge and dining area looking over the beach. There is no pool as we use the Pacific. Definitely no smoking but a large range of other behaviors tolerated. Sorry the landlord does not want pets. The house is in a quiet location- the loudest sounds are surf and wind
