Xavier Vials

Hi my name's Xavier, I'm 22 and I am looking for somewhere to stay in Newcastle. I am about to begin a 12 month work placement in Civil Engineering and would be moving from Spring Hill in country NSW.
I would say I'm tidy and pretty minimalist when it comes to the amount of stuff I own. My placement would be a 9-5 which will hopefully align well with your current schedules. I am fairly quiet so I will definitely seem awkward when you first meet me, but once I've been around you for a bit I'll come out of my shell. Coming from the country I enjoy doing outdoor activities but also love a quite night in.
I'm just looking for a place that has a mutual respect between flat mates but also where everyone is open to spending and enjoying time together.
