Hi, I'm Xavier, 23, and currently studying a Masters of Civil Engineering.

I'm originally from Orange, NSW, but moved to Newcastle for uni and work. I work 4 days a week at a civil engineering firm and spend the other week day cramming uni assigments.

When I'm not working or studying, you'll usually find me at the gym, out for a run, playing games with mates, watching sport, or enjoying the occasional cheeky whiskey.

As a housemate, I'm clean, respectful, and easy-going. I'm always happy to have a chat, but I also respect people's space and downtime.

I'm looking for a friendly household with good vibes, hopefully a place where everyone gets along, and is keen for the occasional beer or pub trip.
