Ideally I'd like a studio/granny flat in a backyard or a converted shed/cabin on a property but i will certainly consider sharehouse arrangements. I'm easygoing, a great cook and flexible about most things. I've just spent a year living on a boat so i am very practical too! Looking for somewhere quiet to stretch my arms and legs and enjoy the space :). I like surfing, swimming, bushwalking and yoga. I can help with plants or a garden. Pets are ok with me.
We are both friendly, approachable, responsible, tidy and reliable. We like to keep to ourselves and although we may like to have a friend or family member over every now and then, we are quiet and spend our time working hard and resting for the most part!
My name Mitch bodley I'm 23 and looking to move out from my parents place. I'm quite shy at first but when I'm comfortable around you I'm quite out going. I'm a very structured person so I like things where they need to be. Being structured I like things being neat and tidy. I currently work 2 jobs part time so if I'm not going to be home im usually working. I'm cruisy person who don't mind a casual drink but don't go out clubbing I hate it. Plus I don't smoke and have a pet.
We are a quiet, reliable couple who are looking for our own independence and place to call home. We both have our own businesses so they keep us very busy. :)
I'm a 24yo single lady who works full time and is currently living alone but would like someone to share living costs. I'm clean, tidy, easy going and have a good rental history. I'm preferably looking for someone to team up with and find a new rental property, but am open to existing share housing. I own an indoor cat (ragdoll) and have my own car. I'm looking to move after I get back from overseas in September/October - my current lease expires end of August so can move before I leave if necessary.
The house is very clean, big back yard, garden shed, new decking off the house in alfresco. New paved area for BBQ. Will be getting internet soon as I have just moved back in. Brand new kitchen installed. Quite area in Hastings and off street parking. Home freshly painted.

GSOH, Enjoy reading, movies, cooking, the quiet life. Seeking accommodation in a non smoking environment within about a 20 min of Frankston, preferably with air con, single story and own bathroom.
Very neat and clean person. Wanting to find affordable, stable accommodation. Currently on Centrelink. Am nearly 20 years of age, got a lot to do to set myself up, about to start a casual job, not sure of the hours in frankston. I don't have much friends, but I do spend a lot of time with my boyfriend, so I am looking for somewhere that will be acceptable of my boyfriend coming over and staying. We usually will keep to ourselves and stay in the room, and just relax or go out. I just want to live in a home, where I am able to be free/happy. I feel as the place I'm currently at, is very controlling, and the person gets mad at me for anything. As I'm in a situation where I have had some struggles, that has put me in situations of being homeless and so on, that now I'm only starting to get my life together. I feel like the place I'm living at, doesn't give me the time to even feel at home, due to stress. I just want to be somewhere where I can just sit down and just feel at home and feel normal, like I'm living a normal life, the last couple years hasn't been easy, so I mentally need somewhere where I can just focus on building a future and having a normal life. This may so complicated, but I'm a pretty easygoing person, may be shy at first. I rather just be honest about my situation, and hopefully I can find a place where I can just be happy. Put a random move in date, as unsure of what will be available.
Hi, I'm looking for a shared apartment. I am neat and tidy and love to go out to meet up with friends and just have a good time. I am from India, living in Melbourne since 6 months. I am studying Masters at RMIT. I am friendly, respectful, trustworthy, reliable and at the same time, I respect each other's privacy. I love meeting new people and enjoy a laugh! I like to have my friends over at times but at the same time, I prefer to keep it silent. As I am working and studying it keeps me away from home most of the time. I would like to live in a friendly household.
