My name is Rhianna, I am looking for a team up or room to rent in robina. I work night shift in aged care so preferably a place where I can sleep peacefully through the day. I’m friendly and I keep to myself I have the essentials but require furnished seeing as I’ve moved up from Victoria. Had to sell everything. Feel free to message. Flexible on move dates.
This top level apartment is brand new and I will be moving in once construction is completed in early September. It is the seventh and final building in the Sage Apartments development. Located in Merrimac, it is in a central location, only a few minutes from the highway. The apartment will be completely furnished with modern pieces. You will have your own off street car spot. You will also have your own bathroom. The apartment complex features two pools and extensive park lands, with no immediate neighboring developments. The living room TV will have Netflix, Stan, Kayo and Spotify. *The pictures displayed aren't from my apartment as it's still under construction, but will be very similar.*
26 year old from New Zealand recently arrived in the Gold Coast. Working fulltime in construction currently living in Pacific Pines. Burleigh/Varsity Lakes based for work. Looking for a private room in a flatshare
Looking to move to the gold coast from WA but not until early 2020 so I'm just putting the feelers out at the moment to see what's available. I work a FIFO roster of 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off so you won't see me a lot. I also travel a lot during my breaks. Definitely need secure storage for 2 maybe 3 motorbikes and preferably a garage for my car Single. Very clean and organised. Eat super healthy and live a very fit and active lifestyle. A big part of my reason to move is the motorbike scene. Motocross, enduro, street and track bikes. Would be great if I could find a place with other riders as I'm very protective of my bikes and it'd be cool to live with like minded people Plenty more info to be shared when requested
One dog: a whippet X husky cross, desexed male, 2 years old. Hopefully getting a second dog soon. Looking for someone (or a few people) to find a new place with - obviously needs to be pet friendly, with a fenced in yard. The larger the yard, the better. Grace works 4 days in Nerang, and Charles mostly in Brisbane, Oliver is a free-loader who spends his days chewing sticks and licking himself instead of contributing to society.
Hi, I will be studying full time from September. Move date is not set. Prefer a smaller amount of flatmates, car parking space and cleanliness. I have a lime tree which I would like to bring with me and it needs sun 🌞 I’d prefer furnished with desk and own bathroom or en-suite but can be flexible for the right property/flatmates. MUST HAVE: - Car parking space - Private room - Not a party house - Dryer - built in wardrobe (at least double)
Hi, I’m Linda looking for the right home and Housiemate’s. I work full time in hospitality , 99% of the time it’s day work though can start quite early. I love to socialise, a good laugh and chat though must have my quiet times. I spend very regular time with family and friends. Order and cleanliness are important to me though I’m not driven by it. I never have had money issues, I earn it and spend it..... I’ve never not paid a bill on time. Hope this covers a few areas !
Hi there! I'm Erica, I'm 29, and I am moving to the Gold Coast to start an ICU registrar job in September. I'm a shift worker but that doesn't mean you have to tiptoe around me! Mostly it means I work some weekends and nights so you'll have days when you get the place to yourself, and I have days when I can potter around the house and experiment in the kitchen without getting under your feet. When I'm not at work or pretending to study I like to drink coffee, eat brunch and go hunting for vintage dresses in op shops. I'm a dog tragic so I will point out every cute puppy that crosses my path. When I'm at home I like to read, garden and bake, and I'm hoping to start sewing again this year. I try really hard to be a friendly, respectful housemate and I try to communicate honestly and effectively so if you're similar in your outlook we'll probably get along well! I like to chat with housemates after work and watch netflix and drink wine, or go out for breakfast or drinks, but I also have days where I get home and just want to go to bed so I hope you're ok with either option. I'm looking for somewhere within easy walking/riding/driving distance of Robina Hospital, with a dishwasher and off-street car parking, or readily available on-street parking. Ideally I'd have my own bathroom but if you're super amazing I can probably deal with sharing a bathroom with one other person. I am 100% in favour of pitching in for a regular cleaner to keep the house sparkling and minimise potential sources of friction in the household. I come almost fully housetrained and can provide most house furnishings including fridge/washer/dryer, kitchen equipment, lounge and dining room furniture and a spare bed if there's a spare room in the house for visitors. At this stage I have a six month contract with a possibility of an extension if I don't get onto a training pathway at the start of 2020. Send me a message if you think we'd get along :)
Hi my name is Jess, I'm 35 y/o recently single. I have an adorable 3 legged cat called Snoop. He is house broken and clean and an indoor cat only. We are looking for a room to rent for 6months. My current lease ends in November. I am tidy and work full time in a pub, so my shifts are varying from open at 7am, til closes to 4am. Would prefer a non party house, that has people who love cats as Snoop is curious and loving. I have a heap of potted plants and love to garden.
Hi, I'm Phil Non-smoker, tidy and trustworthy, always pay rent and bills on time. I'm also vegetarian but don't mind if you eat meat. I don't really like gardening but I'm good with a vacuum and know how to wash up and clean a toilet. Lol. Work full time at Foxtel, sociable, enjoy board games, live music and the odd movie with roomies. Definitely not a couch potato, I have too many hobbies! Bit of a muso but don't worry, I have a rehearsal shed so I'm never too loud at home. *If house sharing and you already have furniture I'd need some garage or storage space for my washing machine and a few other bits and pieces I don't want to sell *Happy to find someone to team up with and co-lease a place. With my income and good rental history it should be easy to secure a new rental property
very neat tidy and clean. not over the top but good. I'm funny so people say, I look pretty funny too, I'm just a nice bloke.
