I am a great housemate - neat, tidy, and easy going. I work full time as a teacher and this keeps me pretty busy. On weekends I love spending time with friends, catching up with my family or going to the beach/being outdoors.
I’m a part time student at Queensland ballet, and will be starting addition full time study in January in Southbank. Regardless, I am still planning to stay on the coast, so the closer to public Transport the better. It must be an unfurnished room. Preferably in a house shared with younger people who are close to my age. Not looking for ANY share rooms, couch surfing or casual set ups. I am a very calm, chilled out kinda girl. I dont mind sharing spaces, so long as you can be respectful of it. I would greatly prefer a household of people who are happy to have their, and my own friends over occasionally. I am always open to chat and give a helping hand when needed. I’ve never paid a bill late, and and on top of rent always. I have no pets, family that live up in Brisbane and a partner who does not live with me. The utilities must be included in total rent price, and I am only willing to live where I am offically added to the lease via the real estate.
I’m a Personal Trainer out of a gym in Robina so would like to stay close to the surrounding suburbs. I work early mornings and late evenings so if you work during the day you probably won’t see me much! I am not a party person but am super easy going always up for a laugh and good conversation :) I consider myself to be extremely neat and tidy and am respectful of others need for space and privacy. I really love the beach and things like hiking/anything outdoors and have a huge passion for health and well-being so being like minded wouldn’t go astray. Also, if you have a dog, I will love him/her like my own :D
It's myself and my dog (2y/o border collie), both quiet, clean and respectful of others~ I work in hospitality, am good for socialising but I also like getting out and about when I'm not working, pretty much home to chill or sleep~

Local Goldie, looking for some chilled out flatmates to share with. I work at a high school as a Library Technician but I don't identify as one. I love music and dancing, going out on occasion and staying in for netflix. Love the beach and taking hikes through the bush, outdoors is my favourite past time even just a walk round the block. I'm easy to get along with, happy to hang out or give you space if you need it and I'd do the same. I have a 12 year old cat called Halo, she mostly sleeps and eats but she loves cuddles on the couch, and has never failed to win someone over. I'm very tidy and actually enjoy cleaning so if it doesn't bother you, you'll see my hoovering and mopping and I'll never not wash a dish. If you think I'd make a good fit as your flatmate then I really look forward to meeting you.
Hi thanks for clicking! This is a 4 bedroom unit and I have the third bedroom available. You will have exclusive use of the main bathroom. The home is in a small complex and overlooks the pool. There is onsite parking available. I am a single mother with an 12 year old girl. I also have two small non shedding dogs so you will need to be ok with dogs. We have bus stops nearby and Gooding Drive is a short 5 minute walk where there is shops, a tavern and a Maccas handy. Also handy to Broadbeach, Robina Town Centre and Pacific Fair. Close to the M1 exit too. FEMALE PREFERRED
I lived in a caravan park growing up and am currently coming from a shared house so I am used to shared/group style accommodation and find it easy to get along with most people. I keep busy and mostly to myself. I find it easy to organise myself which makes it easier for me to be flexible with other peoples routines/habits.
husband and wife. We have lived in Merrimac for the past 15 years. We keep the house clean and tidy. Me like this area, easy to get onto M1, we will bring our own furniture. Want a house that is private and quiet. A swimming pool would be preferred. 3 - 4 bedroom. Air conditioned.

I like a chit chat, and also enjoy time on my own. I was a primary school teacher for 10 years, but have also worked in other Education roles, for example a dyslexia centre in London, where I spent two years travelling. I love art, both finding and making it, and I write poetry and short stories. I am a member of the GC Writer’s g,r
Hey everyone! I currently live in Sydney but I plan to move to The Gold Coast in January 2019 for more job opportunities in my field as I work in film and television as a Makeup Artist, Hair Stylist and Prosthetic Artist. I understand my age may throw some people off but I can assure you I am very clean and hate mess. I can also assure you I am very mature, don’t rely on anyone and wont behave like a child. I’m good with budgeting and paying things on time and will always pay rent and bills on time. I am very understanding of people privacy but can be very sociable at times. I make some hella good tacos if anyone is up for Taco Tuesday :) Please feel free to contact me if you’d like me to move into a sharehouse with you. Thanks!!

Bus stop a 5 minute walk from home, only 12 minutes to Broadbeach and 15 minutes to Bond University. Unlimited internet, electricity, and water included in rent. Hi potential flat mates! I'm a respectful and easy going person who works full time as a martial arts gym manager. I am available to move any time in January. I'm looking for people who are pet lovers as I have a quiet, 8 year old dog. My ideal place would already have a dog so that she has some company during the day. She is an inside dog and doesn't jump on furniture.
