I just moved to Gold Coast from Brissie and trying to find a long-term place. I work full-time in IT with the usual hybrid arrangement.

Personally, I love to keep balance between being chatty and letting everyone live their own lives, I adjust to the situation easily. I live an active lifestyle, gym, running, or having fun in Movie World, etc.

As a plus, I am a jack of all trades, if anything breaks I can fix it on my own and happy to do it for others as well :) Probably the years of LEGO building has its benefits ;)

And last but not least, I like tidiness and keep things clean around me so I'm looking for a place/people having the same mindset.
