Hi there. I am in my 50s, employed, no pets, no kids, non-smoker. Socially engaged and active at work and with friends, I enjoy my home as a quiet space to relax and recharge. I have lived solo for a while now but have shared previously and know that I enjoy connecting with housemates, and also value folks who are comfortable within themselves and happy to do their own thing.
I've done my rustic youthful share housing and now looking for a well-presented and thoughtfully maintained home with mature minded housemates.
One of my big motivators for sharing is to once again live in a house, with at least a small yard - I'm a very keen gardener - and no upstairs/downstairs neighbours noise to navigate, while also being able to live in reasonable distance to the city and close to tram/train (Sandringham line would be great).
Ideally it would be fabulous to have a large bedroom plus a study area and own bathroom. That's why I've ticked granny flat as an option...a studio out the back of a house but access to the main kitchen and living area would be ideal.
Added bonus if it was in a house with someone who travelled regularly for their work. Would be very happy to keep the home fires burning.
