Hi there! The house is quite large; three bedrooms, two big living rooms, full separate kitchen, laundry, recently renovated bathroom, lots of backyard space. Excuse the crappy photos, my previous housemate just left and I've not had time to take better photos. There is two brand new air conditioners in both main rooms, and I've got plenty of furniture. My previous housemate has left to travel; there is three months left on the lease currently. I've got plenty of furniture and appliances for cooking etc, nice big TV with game consoles, max speed (100Mb) NBN internet with unlimited downloads, Netflix, all that stuff. I'm flexible with furniture if you want to bring anything, although there is plenty here including a bed, desk, chair etc. for the room. You can also choose any of the three rooms. The current empty one is the master bedroom, comes with a closet. The photos show the master bedroom with just a mattress topper on the floor, if you move in you can help me move the proper bed into that room for you. Cheers!
My Name is James Smith and I'm looking for a place to stay from February to April. I'm 21 Years old, I work as a Sport and Recreation Attendant/Lifeguard and I play Basketball for the Whittlesea Pacers out of Mill Park Stadium. I'm a laid back and tidy guy who enjoys cooking and a good chat. I've been living In Melbourne for a year after moving down from Darwin. Feel free to send me a message Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks
This is a townhouse and your room is massive! Both bedrooms are upstairs at opposite ends of the house and have their own air conditioners and ensuites. Downstairs is the open plan kitchen and living area and an extra toilet for guests. I am still setting up the living area with plans to upgrade the tv and for a new sofa bed. There is also a large courtyard that can be setup for outdoor living. Has good amount of storage space. There is a garage, but parking is very limited in the area so i have claimed that for my vehicle. The Plenty Valley Westfield is less than a 10 minute walk and the South Morang train station is a tops of 15 minutes. There are many community amenities close by including the shopping centre, station, gyms etc. Rent is set by the agent as $804 per month each and totals $1608.00 per month. You will need to be added to the lease contract for a fee of which i am happy to contribute equally and you will be required to pay a further $804.00 for your half of the bond of which will of course be returned when we officially vacate the property. Bills will also be paid equally and will be for Internet, Electricity, Gas and Water.
Full time vet student moving closer to uni, and work casually as a bartender. Very outgoing but also very considerate and mindful of people’s space and boundaries which I believe are key to successfully living with others. :) Tidy and try to be as minimilistic as I can be. I love gardening, exercising, exploring, creating and being in the sun and or water (despite barely knowing how to swim so far!) Always interested in seeing what I can learn from everyone’s such diverse expertise and take on life! I don’t believe anyone should have to leave their pets behind when moving so I refuse to leave without my gorgeous cat, Simba. She is half my heart, very well trained and cared for, she also gets groomed regularly to help with hair. We can’t wait to meet you!
Hie, I am Jatin, working full time at a warehouse in Broadmedows. I am a non-smoker, minding-my-own-business kind of person who loves to maintain hygiene and cleanliness around. If this sounds like I might suit you as a flatmate, contact me. Thanks.

Hi my name is Charley, I am 21 years old and work full time in Mill Park on a rotating roster that includes weekends. I am easy going and I am respectful of other peoples space. I am quite neat and tidy plus organised when it comes to paying bills. I do enjoy my own space but will never turn down a chat/dinner/night out. In my spare time I am a cheerleader so I train two nights a week plus competitions on the occasional weekend. On my days off if I am not catching up on housework and chores I love to go down to the beach for a surf/tan, explore and go for day trips or just chill out and catch up on my new tv addiction. I'm hoping to find someone who is like minded and can become friends with not just housemates. I currently live with two other girls however our lease is running out and we are all going in different directions. I look forward to hearing from you :)
House is pretty big with pool and BBQ, renovated bathrooms, two living areas + sunroom (deck), kitchen has a DW and you will have your own pantry space, long driveway and off-street parking. Excellent if you want to have your own area and privacy. The house policy is: keep it quiet and clean + use your own food and not others. PTV: the 564 bus to RMIT, TRAM 86 (to La Trobe/City) or South Morang train station is 1min walking distance. Buses to Lalor, Epping, Thomastown, Mernda train stations are 7-10min walking distance. You can use my espresso machine, outdoor BBQ, pots, pans, mugs, cutlery, rice cooker, baking stuff, robot, vacuum cleaner, WM, etc but you will need to compromise to clean them once you finish using them. We will clean the house and pool together and/or have a cleaning roster. There are 2 rooms available for rent, Room 1 has its own desk and chair + roof fan and AV connection. It also has great storage with a WIL and own powder room. Room 2, is the biggest and has AC, desk, chair, coffee table and couches. The house has ducted heating and evaporative cooling throughout the house and NBN unlimited internet is available with the rent. IMPORTANT: my 3 indoor cats live here permanently, they are allowed to go anywhere in the house (if you don't want them in your room just close the door). So if you are allergic or don´t like cats - this is not the place for you.
I was born in Australia and I currently work full time in a busy restaurant in South Morang, on my days off I am studying electro-technology as I am pursuing a career as an electrician. I moved to Melbourne last December from Western Australia and have worked full time since. I have lived out of home since I was 15 and know how to act independently and take care of myself and surroundings. I don't smoke or drink so there will be no issues there. In my spare time I like to get out doors and see the natural sights in Melbourne. Looking for a place to call home for a few months and possibly longer.
Looking for TWO new flatmates to reside in the Mill Park area. Breakdown Two Rooms for Rent close to Brand Junction, Plenty Valley Westfield, Transport to Melbourne CBD, RMIT & La Trobe Universities. Great for an outgoing, down to earth full time worker or final year university student. You must enjoy the company of dogs as a 14 year old Cocker-spaniel resides on the property and requires lots of love and attention. The House The house itself is huge with an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. You are welcome to watch TV/DVDs, use the WIFI, laundry and use the kitchen. We have an allocated space in the fridge and pantry for your food items. There is also enough crockery, cutlery and bits and bobs to use as well. We want you to feel at home and make yourself comfortable. There is also a deck and outdoor space for the summertime. There is one large bathroom which makes use of a shower, spa bath and vanity set and then a separate two toilets as well. Included as well is a separate laundry room with washing machine, ironing and sink area The garage is large and we use for storage as well as another hosting area. There is plenty of parking space both in the drive and on the road. We get on with anyone just ask that you keep your belongings in your room and the common areas clean. The Rooms There are TWO rooms available. Room One This room comes semi furnished with a double bed, shelf and desk. You may wish to provide a new mattress as this one is quite hard. There are storage drawers underneath the bed and a rack can be provided for hanging up clothes if you wish. Your room also has its own access key and lock so you can keep your items safe. Room Two This room features built in cupboards and comes unfurnished however we can put a single bed in this room if you would like otherwise all furnishing needs to be provided. Both rooms are large, warm and carpeted. They both come with their own lock if you wanted but we are a tight nit house and everyone gets along with everyone. The Area We are located on the backside of Sycamore reserve which is great for running around and exercising. There is a cricket club opposite us as well as a bike park. We are located near RMIT University, Brand Junction and La Trobe University. Transport & Shopping 5 Mins Drive / 15 Mins walk to Epping Train Station 7 Mins Drive Plenty Valley Westfield 9 Mins Drive Thomastown Station 9 Mins Drive to Brand Junction / Tram 86 27 Mins Drive to Northland Westfield 20 Mins Drive to Greensborough Plaza
In February I'm moving to Victoria from Adelaide to study and I am looking for some friendly people to live with. A bit about me: I am friendly and up for a chat, but also kinda love alone time. I'm reasonably quiet, although I do sing and play the keyboard. I love AFL and can't wait to go to more live games at the MCG!!! I'm an occasional drinker and love a glass of Barossa Shiraz, but I don't love parties or going out late terribly often, and would rather a drink or two on a Friday night and a movie or board game. I'm hoping to move in with someone/s who are also happy to chat, but not huge on partying every week, who is happy to introduce me to the area a little but don't worry, I don't need a babysitter. About living with me: I am looking for an unfurnished room as I will be bringing my bed and desk with me. I am a meat-eater, but if you're ok with me I'll happily cohabitate with non-meat-eaters. I don't smoke, but if you're an outdoor smoker and happy to chat that is perfect. My wardrobe can be a little unruly, but in shared areas, I clean up after myself and am happy to share in chores. My partner is likely to move to Victoria in October, but they are unlikely to come and stay in the meantime as I will be travelling home to Adelaide regularly. I'm not a big cat person, but with antihistamines and some gentle introduction time, I'm willing to live with fluffy-flatmates as well.
hey my names Jono I recently moved from NZ. I'm currently working in Melbourne but unsure how long ill be here for as I usually work FIFO and just waiting for the next job to start therefore I am unable to give any date as to when ill be leaving. I look forward to hearing from you cheers!
I'm 19 years old and I'm ready to move onto another adventure! I work at Hair house warehouse and Clarke & Co as a salon assistant but I will be moving into a Hairdressing apprenticeship in 2 months. I'm a sport and an animal enthusiast, I'm always outside working out or going to the gym, or taking my dog on walks or trips to the beach or finding a new place to visit. I recently finished year 12 with a VCE pass. I will be using this year to find what I really want to do by travelling to different parts of the world. I have a 2 year old British Bulldog called Franklin, he has been trained and is an extremely loving puppy with so much personality. I will be looking for someone who has a love or tolerance for dogs, as I will be moving Franklin with me. I'm flexible with everything else about the house, but I must be able to bring my dog along!
I'm an easy going, quiet guy. My partying days are behind me.... Tidy, clean. I respect everyone, and their privacy. Looking to relocate to Melbourne from Sydney area, to be around friends. I'm a freelance worker, so I work mainly from home. I'm open minded about living options- will consider an existing house share, team-up, or whatever.

Looking for a third, or third and forth person to find a house with myself and my friend. We are friends from our hometown and have both lived on residence at uni for the past two years and are looking to move out. I'm Anna (the shorter one) and am a student at Latrobe Uni and looking for part time work. I’m a decent cook and I keep all my mess in my own room. Very respectful of shared living spaces and am happy to have a chat with anyone. Love a cheeky bev on any day of the week, I also spend some time at my boyfriends place so I won't be there every night of the week. Jordan (very tall) is 20 and at RMIT Bundoora, she's very tidy and neat and is also working part time. She likes to go out every now and then but is also very happy to stay home. We are both real easy going, non drama type people who love a good brunch
