Hi my name is Melinda or (Mel) Me - Big move back from living in London for the past 12 years and resettling in the northern areas of Melbourne. I'm starting a brand new job within the healthcare industry middle of February and looking for a room in a house share with a like minded person or people! I'm pretty easy to live with having shared in London (and previously in Melbourne) so know how to be courteous responsible and respectful to those that share the home. I like to balance professional career with my other passions cooking, music, walking, cycling, socialising, photography and yoga. I love animals! I originally grew up in the country and my parents breed horses they live in East Gippsland. I go and visit them when I have free time. Plus I have two sisters - one lives on the Mornington Peninsula and one in Bundoora. Prior to living in London (Uk) I lived in Melbourne so have a circle of friends to catch up with. I like going out to explore my surrounds and what this great city has to offer. I have a car I don't smoke I have lots of furniture (if need be) I plan on buying my own place in the next 12 months. I'm looking for a friendly non party style abode to call 'home' for a while to re calibrate into my new Melbourne life! I am free to view rooms from 29/1 on wards Looking forward to hearing from you Melinda (Mel)
Hey hey :) Im a friendly, easy going chick that enjoys working and living a simple life. I've got a pretty good sense of humour and tend to joke around once you get to know me. I see the positive side in the majority of things. Also having an understanding and respect of privacy as well as each individuals life style is really important. So living with a like minded person is a must. I'm currently living in Pascoe Vale and looking for a change. I do have a tv, with a cabinet that it sits on as well as a couple of bed side tables and looking to buy a new queen sized bed. So I'd prefer a room that could accommodate that furniture. (Though i can be flexible with the bed depending on the quality). I tend to keep to myself after work as I get pretty tired, though im easy to have a chat with. Im a traffic controller so I usually work big hours Monday to Friday and some weekends. Im happy to clean up after myself and keep a tidy lifestyle as well as participating with the household chores so long as its deligated between the housemates equally, I'll do my share and a good job at that! :) Having my own bathroom is preferred aswell. Im preferably looking to find a place that's got the rent and utilities included together. I've grown up being efficient with my usage, so I don't see it fair to pay for others excessive usage. I will give you peace of mind with my usage :) Also I'm a really big animal lover, so if you have any pets I'll be happy to have them around :) :) 💜 Looking forward to meeting the right housemate and answering any questions you might have :)
Hey there! I'll be moving to Melbourne for Uni soon and am keen to find some housemates and a nice place, preferably with a private bathroom. I'm going to be studying Medical Radiation - Nuclear Medicine at RMIT Bundoora. I won't have a car so somewhere close to Uni or not too long by public transport, would be convenient. I'm very friendly, tidy, happy to share chores, love to socialise and up for a chat but sometimes prefer my own space. Up for drinks once in a while and I'm a non-smoker so I'd like to stay in a similar environment. Movies, TV shows and Music are life!! (we'll always have something to talk about :p) I'm currently unemployed but I'll be looking for part-time jobs as soon as I move. Move date hasn't been finalised yet as I am still discussing everything with my parents, but it's most likely start/mid Feb. Cheers :)
Hi! My name's Sean and I'm looking for the perfect place to call my own. I'm an avid reader (tending towards more fantasy novels), gamer on both PS4 and PC (even though I'm okay at best) and all round friendly guy. As such, I'm looking for a place with great internet first and foremost, as well as excellent housemates that don't mind sharing a great time or a gaming session. I'm currently employed at Whittlesea McDonalds working about 30-40 hours a week, as well as looking for a secondary job in an area that I'm more interested in, such as JB Hi Fi or EB Games/Zing. I'm always down for a movie or games night, including board games if you're so inclined. So what are you waiting for?! Shoot me a message if you feel like we'd hit it off and I'll get back to you as soon as I can to arrange a meet and greet! Thanks for your time :)
im clean and tidy, im a fun person to be around when i settle in and fully open up. im down to earth and easy going. im not difficult in anyway. im great to engage in conversation with, im easy to relate to. i dont get involved in other peoples lives nor do i bring drama or and unwanted negtive enigmas to where i love due to im extremely career orientated chasing my dreams, i love music and making music as i am a hip hop artist as well as a buisnessman. so there is a great chance whoever i live with i may also be able to help out with new sources of incomes. im a social butterfly that loves interacting chilling and etablishing new friendships as well as building and growing old ones. im a great person to live with. there are alo many other great things about living with me. too many to list to be honest :)

Hey guys! My lease in my current house ends on the 10th ish of March (flexible) so am looking for another roomy to team up with! Im pretty much looking for a 3 bedroom house (2 room mates inc me and a bedroom converted into a study if the rent isnt too expensive), 2 bath, a back garden for the occasional drinks and BBQ in a safe location. The suburbs im looking at are just a rough idea... Reservouir, Preston, Bundoora, Thomastown, Mill Park, Diamond Creek and surrounding areas - pretty much where ever we can find a gem that is in reasonable distance from RMIT Bundoora as I am studying there full time! I currently have a fully furnished house (washing mashine, couches, 2 beds, cutlery, desks and pretty much anything needed for survival) and have been offered by my current Real Estate Agent to help me find another house as I have a good rental history with them which gives us the upper hand and potentially cheaper rent! 👌 Im an early person (most the time) who enjoys a drink every now and then with friends. I am a very tidy and easy going, loves Triple J, running and animals. I have two inside cats and a staffy who love pretty much everyone, are so friendly and are great company! I walk or run my dog everyday and he pretty much stays outside except for sleeping - hes makes a sweet security guard :) the cats absolutly love the dog so there is no tension with the animals at all! I travel during uni holidays most of the time and pay bills as usual when im away. I am looking for a 6 month - 1 year lease if possible. Pls dont hesitate to contact me for more info and hopefully we can sort something out from there! Cheers, Paige.

I'm a 28 year old graduate working full-time. I don't smoke and rarely drinks though I don't mind if you do. I usually get along with almost anyone, so count me as a very nice and a friendly person but I do respect your privacy and space and I appreciate if you do the same. I am looking for a laid back and a peaceful atmosphere with a nice neighbourhood and really do appreciate clean living areas. During my spare time (mostly on weekends) I enjoy having sometime with netflix, Gaming or even enjoy a great conversation with like-minded and easy going individuals. OH! And I love Dogs! So, if you own any puppies, you'll have to deal with me playing with them! PS: If anyone likes to team up and rent a house, count me in!

My dog is a larger breed but I run him in the mornings so he sleeps in the yard during the day. He is very friendly. He lives in a small yard here so he is used to it. I have rented my own place for 6 months and have lived at a place through flatmates for 8 months previously. I mentioned I was after 6 month stay - my course goes for 5 years so I am open to longer stays if I feel settled. Courtney :)
Hi! I'm a student studying at RMIT (Exercise and sports science) and needing to move closer to the campus, either a room or shared apartment would suit. Something around 200 dollars a week with bills inclusive would suit and with the bedroom furnished. Very easy going and respectful of everyone's personal space and know when it's time to be quiet and get work done but at the same time love having a casual beer and a meal throughout the week if the occasion is called for :). If you're interested then please don't hesitate to message me!!
This is the perfect student house in a quiet court close to RMIT and LaTrobe universities. NBN internet is included in the rent as is water, gas, electricity and garden maintenance. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need including a fully furnished room. As there are two bathrooms the main bathroom is shared by two rather than three people.
I'm looking to find a place within the areas I've listen as it's close to my friends and family and the areas I know I best. Mishka's an American Bulldog cross Ridgeback 🐶
