Hi Everyone Firstly of all,I'd like to thank you for pop in and viewed my place. This lovely townhouse is quite recent built and just renovated two years ago with nice new carpets, blinds and polished new paints and provides a quality living environment. This double storey townhouse has 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets , there are 3 bedrooms upstairs and one down stairs on the ground floor. Activity area are separated from resting area as most of the bedrooms are upstairs and you won't be disrupted when you just wanted to have a little snooze. Hi! Looking for sharehouse, would like to be reasonably close to my work (near hungry jacks Mill Park) and/or near a bus stop (901,386,387,382). I would be living there solo but my girlfriend would be hanging around often (probably every day lol). I am great to live with because I know when to be social/talkative and know when to keep to myself. Lived in Epping all my life with my family and looking for a change. Recently found full time employment, I do not have much credit history but would be willing to pay up to 2 months in advance. Not opposed to a Teamup if right location and could co-sign or become subtenant (because low credit history).
Hello me and my partner are looking for a room to rent asap. I'm 22 years old and study part time and my partner is 28 and works as a labour for Make It Happen. Were easy to get along with and keep to ourselves so you wouldn't have to worry about any mess as were very clean. We also like to have a laugh and enjoy shopping on our day offs.
Quiet-living, responsible, now retired businesswoman - respect privacy of others, non-smoker, non-drinker, very clean, tidy, experienced at owning and renting properties, excellent tenant references. Need NBN/Broadband as currently studying online. Peace, and quiet living with female co-tenant or sharer 50+ would be ideal. I have no pets, no family nearby, and am open to sharing/renting with someone with 1 or 2 cats max. Must be clean, tidy, responsible. Advised rent budget of $250 relates only to co-tenanting homes; for sharing only, budget is $180-$200, and I am able to move earlier than last week November if this is needed - preferred date range of actual move sometime 2nd week October through to 3rd week November. I additionally may need a temp.-stay share arrangement from date I move to relocate to one of these areas (am presently just over the NSW border), on a week to week basis, while I search further for suitable rental property, and will pay $100 to $150 per week for temp. accommodation. I will just need a bed, shower facilities and ability to cook a couple of meals per day - rest of the time I'll be property-hunting. Am flexible about parking my car for temp. arrangements.
Room is $650 per month including all bills and high speed internet The room comes furnished, there is a desk, chair, double bed, 65 inch TV, built in wardrobe, lamps and more You don't have to buy anything for the kitchen as everything in there is shared (pots, pans, plates, bowls, toaster and etc ) The house has fridge and washing machine. The private room is available for 1 person only, so no couples thanks. The house is located 20 min walk away from RMIT university, 15 minute walk to the shopping plaza, and there is plenty of buses near by. In the house there is is a professor that loves nature, and two young students in their 20's The place is suitable for a student, respectful, friendly and positive, quiet environment.
Hello potential housemates. I have just arrived in Melbourne from Perth and I'm looking for permanent accomodation. I'm currently studying online at the moment and will be transferring to La Trobe or RMIT next year to finish my degree My family has moved to Tasmania (from the West) so we can definitely do some Tassie road trips if you're up for it. I would say that I'm pretty quiet for the most part but do enjoy an engaging conversation now and then. Enjoy cycling, nature and animals...a bit of nerd. I have done housesharing in the past and understand the need to be curteous and respectful. Cheerio
Hi all, I’m an easy going guy, friendly and easy to get along with. Always keep clean and tidy and respectful. Mostly keep to myself but Always Happy to have a chat. I am busy with work (own business in trades industry) mostly.
Hey guys! I'm a 29 year old single female who works full time in customer service! I'm from Melbourne and when I'm not working I love to relax, catch up with friends or have the occasional wine/netflix night. I'm a busy girl and am only home 3-4 nights a week usually. I definitely like a clean house and am bubbly, fun and quite easy to get along with. I'm a pretty relaxed person and like to have my own space when I need it but always up for a chat or two. Especially if there's wine or chocolate involved haha! I'm a non smoker and mature. Definitely beyond the party scene so you won't have to worry about that! I've been living out of home for over 4 years now including two years living by myself so I'm pretty reliable/responsible and know how to manage myself. I'm looking for a new home that's not too hectic and am looking for a larger space/room, ideally with my own bathroom but happy to share if it's the right fit. Don't mind at all having a master bedroom if that's up for grabs! Hoping to move in by end of October 2018 at the latest. Negotiable with length of stay and amount of rent. Let me know if you think I'd be the right fit for you! :) Ann-Marie
Hi, I am a 29 year old Health and PE teacher. I am also studying my Masters. I am very tidy, clean and respectful. I love getting out and about and would love to find some housemates who are happy to have a chat. My 4 year old German Shepherd would need to come with me....he is super friendly and loves a cuddle. So dog friendly is a must! He is a completely outdoor dog. Regards, Sam
Work full time at Safeway, have had this job for ten years so I have a very steady and reliable income. Have lived in share houses since I was 18 so I know the drill. I’m pretty laid back and neat and tidy. Do like my own space though so I’d ideally prefer a room with an ensuite. I have a 9 year old cat who has gone unnoticed from beginning of lease to end of lease at multiple rentals so she is well house trained albeit vocally demanding at times lol Looking to move out in September after I get back from holidays and save up bond and rent. Can move sooner if bond and advance rent can be flexible
I'm a country girl from South Australia and have been living at my current place in Doncaster for 3 years, but the property is being sold. I'm a mature age student studying full-time at Latrobe and a qualified teacher, teaching part-time at St Helena's SC. I have an adorable 4 y.o., fully trained, female, (inside) pug. I need to bring my own furniture and/or have a place to store it. I have everything, but can store unnecessary items. I'm quiet and spend most of my time working and studying, but I don't live/hide in my room. I'm easy going, like to have fun, am considerate and respectful. I'm tidy and always clean up after myself. If I find the right place I can move out as early as 22-30 Sept, or as late as 27 Oct - end of November (end of Oct/start of Nov is preferable).
Hey my name is Lachlan I’m 25 years old work full time with 2 jobs. Very busy lifestyle and would probably spend most of my time out of with my girlfriend or the boys. I go to the gym 6 days a week so I live a healthy lifestyle and I love to cook (meal prep) and I always make a habit of cleaning up after myself so don’t worry I don’t leave a mess! I like to be social but I also enjoy my down time where I’d just like to hibernate in my room or in my bed watching Netflix lol
I am a full time dental nurse! And am also studying my cert 4 to advance. I’m a clean freak and always pick up after myself, I don’t mind cooking although I’m not great at it hahaha I have a gorgeous 2 year old cat Leo who is my best friend. I love joking and I love a good chat too, I’m really friendly and although I love to chat I also keep to myself sometimes too!
I'm 22 years old and live with my beagle, Alfie. I work, go to uni and play soccer a few days a week. We're pretty quiet and tend to keep to ourselves but are always keen to socialise. I'm generally very tidy, and am more than capable of keeping communal areas tidy too. Alfie is full of love and is great with other dogs and humans. He doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body and with lick anyone and anything to death. Please don't hesitate to message me if you have any further questions. :-)
