Josh 23 My current lease is ending in January, so looking to stay in a nice place at a good price with great people. Looking to rent with people close to my age. It'll be my first year out of uni commencing full time work as a radiographer, I'm also going to work a few extra hours as a pool lifeguard to earn some extra $$, I quite often go swimming and/or the gym, so ill be out of the house most of the day. I have previous renting with other people for two years now and consider myself to be a respectful, fair, polite and considerate housemate. Im clean and tidy but not one of those people on your back if your not tidy. I'm relaxed, calm and easy to communicate with. I have a car so parking on the street or at the property would be great. Look forward to hearing from you! Thanks, Josh

I am clean and organised. I understand the meaning of personal space and I am very accomodating to your needs. I am a responsible human and very religious so you won’t be bothered by parties, partners and other annoying or mildly annoying things. I won’t press my religion down your throat. I am always kind and respectful and never angry. I am a decent cook and my style ranges from Indian to german and a lot in between; so I may be inclined to give you food. I am very good with children and animals of all sorts so no need to worry about that. I hope you consider me I am in dire need of a home.
I am very easy going, i love to make people smile and laugh, I've been told so many times that i bring a positive and fun vibe into an environment . I love road trips and love keeping busy, I am also a workaholic, i am a family orientated kinder person and i love to chillax and watch movies when theres nothing to do. :)
Hey, so my partner and i are looking into starting a share house. 😊 we're thinking of a 4bdr so 1 room for each party, a study/office and a guest bedroom for either party to use. We're looking in the northern area towards epping/mill park/mernda etc and the rough price range would maybe be 200/250pw depending on the house itself and it will be a pet friendly house as we have a beautiful cat. That can all be figured out later. But we are looking to move late december. A bit about us. We have recently moved to melbourne from nsw so we dont know anyone but are keen to meet people and build a life down here. Me- im 19 and im studying hairdressing ( so you can be my guinea pig haha) i love photography and i binge watch alot of tv, im a huge animal lover. My partner- Rhys, he is a computer geek 😂 plays guitar and loves YouTubers haha Would love to find someone like minded or atleast someone we can get along with.
In this place we are a little family. An interesting one to say the least. We do our own thing throughout the day and have plenty of our own space at night, but always find time to have a laugh and a chat and occasionally go out for adventures or share a drink. If you are an antisocial type of person, this is probably not the place for you. If you want to make new friends we’re probably ideal for you. For a flat it’s quite large with 2 floors and a backyard. Advantages of living here include; - Close proximity to University Hill and Stables shopping centre (which include restaurants) - Close to one of the best burger joints Melbourne’s north has to offer. - 10min walk to 86 tram to LaTrobe University and the CBD. p.s we have 1 cat so if you’re allergic keep that in mind. He’s a great bloke. If you’re interested, message Shannon. :)
Hey Guys, i am Robert from Germany. I am going to study at La Trobe University in February/March. Looking for some nice flatmates to share a house or apartment. I am sporty, friendly and a clean person who accept the rules.
I’m quiet, clean and keep to myself but also talkative sometimes, work early mornings so I’m never up late. Mainly just hang at home watching Netflix and occasionally go out for drinks with mates.
