Hi! I'm Emma, I'm 22 and very easy going, I'm currently working on a casual basis at 2 jobs and study at QUT. I would like to find someone who is able to share a home with me and my dog, I have a 13 month old cocker spaniel named Molly. I'm clean and respectful, love a glass of wine with the roomie but also understand personal space. I'm a huge foodie and try go to the farmers markets on weekends if I'm not working, during the week I go to soccer training Monday and Wednesday evenings and will be playing games on the weekend once the season starts again. I always try to keep busy and be productive with my days if I'm not working, my dog has a lot of energy so walk her every morning early before it gets hot. Would absolutely love someone who adores dogs as much as I do as Molly is very affectionate and gets a bit sad when I'm not home. Ideally I'm looking for one other person to find a new house with as from previous experience living with lots of people and a puppy doesn't work out too well hahah Lets catch up for coffee and have a chat if your interested :)
I am an easy going person who is looking for a home not just a place to live. I would preferably like to live with a few people consisting of both sexes. I am new to Brisbane so need to get out and start meeting people which hopefully would be easier living with a few people. I however like my own time too. I would prefer to live with people around my age 30-50's, I'm 46. I'm a nurse and work at the Mater hospital and do like to cycle to work, at the moment I cycle from Camp Hill. I am a present trying to set up my own business in alternative health and that is why I have dropped a day at the hospital. I am very much into looking after my health. I go to Northley market every Sunday, enjoy gardening and growing my own veggies and walking in the bush. I go to yoga and meditation each week and am learning to play the ukulele. I want to learn how to play chess better and would like to join a choir and learn to dance. I am quite social and would like to chat with my housemates. I also like to entertain. I am moving out of my present accommodation because the lady who sub lets is moving in with her partner.
I’m a student studying my graduate diploma in secondary education and also working. Looking to find a room in a relaxed share house. I also have a dog but I am able to make arrangements for my family to look after her if that would be an issue
Hey! I'm a 20 year old full time Uni student in my 3rd year of Law. I work part-time as a Receptionist/Secretary. I consider myself a friendly, bubbly and respectful person, I'm social and outgoing yet also laid back, keep to myself and will respect your personal space. I'm clean, responsible, and organised, so you won't have to worry about my mess lying around! I usually have work and uni throughout the weekday with early starts and late finishes. On weekends I like to go out and about to brunch or dinner and drinks with friends, beach trips, and the occasional night out sometimes. Looking to move in with some girls around mid year into inner-city fringe suburbs, as I would like to live closer to work and uni which are both in the city. I'm open to moving into a room with coexisting housemates as well as open to teaming up with other girls and finding our own place to move into! :)
After being named Limbo Rock Champion in 1995, I thought my future was set. I quickly realised however that there was no money in Limbo Rocking so instead, decided to try my hand collecting degrees. I enjoyed the comfort of university for a bit too long and reluctantly graduated much to the delight of my housemates Mum and Dad. Now I work in comms full time in the city and spend my free time thinking of funny stuff to post on Facebook to make my friends laugh. I’m considerate and good at sharing space and can always be relied upon to keep any chaos to my own room. But don’t be surprised if you head out for a long brunch on a Saturday morning and come home to find me with 90s pop blasting as I dance-clean my way through the whole house. I love a chat and would be more than happy hanging out in the kitchen, discussing our days while I watch you cook dinner and I eat a bowl of cereal because I forgot to go to the shops again. I try to stay active by cycling or getting to the gym, I also love spending time with family and friends so I'm usually out for most of the weekend but on weeknights I'm usually pottering around the house. My ideal housemate would be someone I can be on my phone while watching TV with, is up for a laugh and glass of wine every now and then but isn't expecting for us to live in each other's pockets. Essentially, unlike every reality TV show villain ever, I AM here to make friends. If I sound like your cup of tea, let's grab a cup of coffee :)
Meg is a nutcase from Brissy. She doesn’t dribble, no matter what Anthony says! She has two cats which come with her as a package deal. She works in insurance claims and is having an extended mental break down after her divorce which consists mainly of taking off to the airport and flying away from her problems. She likes to cook, sing and do pilates, all varying degrees of badly. Her favourite colour is green and she hates pumpkin, mushrooms and blueberries. She’s a major dork, card carrying geek, whovian and unapologetic fan fiction author. Her favourite humour is puns and poop jokes. Anthony is decidedly sane and also does not dribble. He works in various and eclectic roles ranging from child psychology where he utilises his masters degree and furniture removal where he really doesn’t. He likes good television, bbq’s with mates, coffee and good food. He likes to spend time with his gorgeous girlfriend Jen and is an internet certified chiropractor so he can lance a boil. Ask Meg and Anthony how they met. It’s a hoot. We are looking for one other person to establish a share house with. Someone with a fun personality and not mean would be great. (Anthony fills up the mean quota). You gotta be on time with bills and rent. I know it sucks but real life won’t be denied will it? If you are fun and silly and you know Cate Blanchett we will get along just fine.
I am moving back to Brisbane after about 4 years working overseas (and 1 year in Adelaide). Over the past 8 years, I have lived with about 4 different groups of people in shared environments and would happily live with all of these people again. My friends would describe me as calm, relaxed, and happy to get along with everyone. I am an introvert, try not get in anyone's way, and will always try and cater to anyone's individual personality. I have lived with both messy housemates and clean OCD types, so I'm happy to adjust to any living behaviours. I would preferably share with other working professionals in a mature environment. In my spare time, I enjoy movies, video games, and play guitar (classical acoustic, so it's not loud). I love animals, especially dogs, but cats can sometimes make me sneeze.
Hi, I'm Sam! I'm a 22-year-old graduate from QUT (Business/Creative Industries). Starting a Masters in Primary Education at QUT this year. Currently job hunting too, although I work casually at Suncorp Stadium. I love discovering new tv shows and movies, playing piano/guitar/ukulele, playing board games and having chats with friends. I tend to keep to myself a fair bit. I will be studying again this year so I will need a place to put my desk. I have all my own furniture for my room, plus kitchenware, an electric piano, PS3, a fridge and a dryer (if you guys need). You can trust that I am tidy and often found cleaning the bathroom or kitchen. I am looking for some roommates who are friendly and respectful. I don't smoke and rarely drink and would prefer roommates who are similar.
My name is Magda, I have recently moved to Australia with my boyfriend Maciek. We are both engineers from Poland, both of us are very friendly, like cooking and keep the apartment tidy. We respect our and our flatmates' privacy, but also enjoy a chat or a beer together. We are 24 years old and currently looking for a job in Brisbane.
Hi there, I am currently working full time at an accounting firm located in Dutton Park. I also run my own business as a hobby on the side. Some of my favorite things I like to do are grab coffee, try new restaurants, travel and do a little bit of photography! I'm not a crazy party girl but don't mind a drink or some wine and cheese on a Friday.
Im Patricia, 26 yo, international student part time. I work at Pig ‘N’ Whistle as a waitress. I love to enjoy my free time at the pool, beach, watching Netflix or doing nothing. I’m looking for a single room unfurnished because I have my own bed.
