Love sport, particularly rugby and rugby league, but I like most sports. Don't drink through the week but weekends am happy to have a beer or 8. Am happy go lucky, adaptable and very easy going.

Very centrally located in a lovely, coastal location but still central to everything - public transport, beaches, shops, marina, walks, park, cafes, restaurants, gyms. Our home is modern and was fully renovated 4 years ago (we also have Foxtel). Guest room 1 is a double, has a walk in robe and a dressing table with mirror. Guest room 2 is ideally suited to a student, has a single bed, walk in robe, tall-boy and dressing table. We usually only rent one room at a time. We are very close to Clarkson train station and it's 9 mins from nearby Clarkson station to Joondalup station and shopping mall and 33 mins Clarkson to Perth CBD. For students attending ECU Joondalup from Joondalup station it is approx 8 min walk to campus or there is a free bus. :-)
I'm super easy going and open to all sorts of arrangements for co-habitation. I will keep to myself by default but am approachable and open to interacting as much or as little as you want. I'm currently doing a certificate III in business and looking for work but I have the income to cover $150pw, bills and food. I spend a lot of my time on my laptop, playing games, watching TV. When I can I'll have my headphones on listening to music or podcasts. I also love sport. Most of that is done in my room so I am usually keen to go out and do stuff when I get the chance. In the last few years I've taken care of my own food and have learned to cook several different meals and am happy to cook for others on occasion. I own a few bits of furniture and stuff such as a fridge, dryer, two TVs and TV stand, bed, couches etc.

Hi! My 7 year old dog Scout and I are looking to make a move from Cairns to the North Perth area. I have selected a short term stay as I hope to be relief teaching and possibly nannying until I can find something more consistent. I love being at the beach with Scout or exploring the surroundings and having little adventures. I am an animal person, a friend to all ha! I'm easy going, Scout even more so.
