Hey boys and girls. I have a bedroom available (long term preferably). The house is located on Creek road, and is literally a 5 minute walk from the station and shops. Under 30 minutes via train to the CBD. Mitcham has an abundance of restaurants, grocery stores and other specialty boutiques. House is two bedroom, one shared bathroom and two toilets. Large living room and recently renovated kitchen. House is fully furnished, you only need to bring yourself and whatever you need to live. The bedroom is quiet, at the side of the house so minimal road noise. Lots of natural light especially in the morning. Comes with built in wardrobe, desk and bed. You are welcome to provide your own furnishings. I am also happy to assist with finding more suitable furnishings if you are after anything specific. You will have your own off street parking. Bills are shared, have HFC NBN (100 down 50 up) so go crazy with streams/movies or whatever tickles your fancy. You will be living with me (Matt) and my dog Nix. I'm an IT professional, so ideally you'd either be working or studying full time too. The rent is 865 per calendar month. I'm a very open minded person (LGBTQI) friendly, I like to cook or go out for a meal. Drink socially, don't smoke but don't mind if you do it outside. I work 9-5, visit the gym regularly and play video games in the rest of my free time. Probably looking for someone between 18-30, either gender is fine.
Newly renovated sharehouse. - 1 Bedroom available! Walking distance(800m) to the station and food. 400m from woolies, this place is extremely convenient and easy to get around. MIthcam has recently gone through a huge update with new train stations and restaurants! Don't miss out the opportunity to live in one of the best areas of the suburb! House has lovely housemates that are respectful, clean and tidy. The single bedroom has a wardrobe and is large enough to fit a table should you desire to. Common areas are also available for dining and chilling. Bedroom - Single room - Bills included - Rent 225/week
Hey guys! Currently putting the feelers out for a new place to live! I'm originally from country New South Wales, having moved to Melbourne in May 2016 to chase some bigger career opportunities. I currently work in the health industry and am thinking about going back to study, not entirely sure yet! I'm a very laid back guy, not much phases me. I enjoy the footy, adventuring and exploring my new surroundings, reading, the occasional netflix binge, gaming, gymming, and hitting the town for a drink or fourteen. My work schedule is Sunday to Thursday at this stage, just your standard 9 to 5 deal. Flick me a message if you would like to know more or to organise a catch up! Cheers! Ryan.
I'm 22 working full time as an apprentice cabinet maker. Outgoing love to go camping, watching footy and basketball, always down to hang with mates and have a few beers or just chill.
I'm a quiet, Christian introvert from the US studying for my PhD in astrophysics at Swinburne. When not studying I enjoy video games, reading, and indulging in creative pursuits. I've spent over five years sharing houses with people and know how to be a considerate housemate.
Hello I'm a 28 yr old male, I work full time as a Health professional at a nearby hospital. I'll usually try get to the gym after work, I'm pretty easy to get along with. I cook during the week, nothing amazing just quick healthy meals. I usually eat out on weekends since I try to get out and about, but def down for movie night or social drink. I'm finacially stable so wont have any trouble paying bills and rent on time. I've also lived in shared accommodation in the past, enjoy hanging out but also need my personal space. Hobbies: Gym, watching and going to the footy, reading, movies. Also like trying new cafes on the weekend.
27 year old, work shift work full time. Moving to Melbourne from the country for work. Friendly and clean, enjoy the company of housemates so would enjoy people who are up for a chat! Have found a male the same age as me who is keen for a team up so if you have 2 rooms available let me know!
Hi there, i would love to describe myself as a caring trustworthy person. I work part time (4 days/week) in health care field at Box-hill. respect other peoples privacy and space. Also very clean, nonsmoker and non drinker. not in to partying anymore.
Relaxed, responsible and mindful housemate! I enjoy keeping busy and trying new things. I respect others space and can adapt to new environments well. I’m mature minded, focused and take responsibility for myself. I’m a full time student and work 2 jobs casually. I enjoy eating out and going to new places. Like to try and expand my hobbies and try new experiences!
I am working part time but with almost full time hours. I also regularly take care and clean the house where I live in so I am confident I could do the same at other accommodation.
Hi :) I’m Andy, in a nutshell: - Domesticaed Sound Engineer/Musician - Work full time, weird hours - Chipper, but introverted. - Coffee addict. - Funny, sacrcastic (but the good kind) caring, open minded politically lefty. - Non smoker/not into substances I once wrote on a job application that I could fit five marshmallows in my mouth. I once drew a cat on a VCE exam in an attempt to gain extra credit. I've lived out of home for about a year, so I know how to make my own toast. I pay my rent on time and as a techie I can fix your internet and tv when they break. If there's a message thread for house business I may flood it with cat and dog memes, fair warning. Move date and budget are somewhat flexible. Cheers :)
- 20 years young - looking for an all female place to live - always happy, reliable and tidy! - moving to Melbs to be closer to my boyfriend of 3 years and because I got a full time banking job! - very friendly, happy to have a chat or watch a movie but also like my own space and respect the privacy of others! - have a rescue Dalmatian puppy! She is just gorgeous, well behaved and will come with me whenever I’m going out, only needs to be at the house without me while I’m at work but I have a lot of things to keep her busy and will even look into doggy daycare a couple days a week!
Hey guys! I'm a friendly, laid-back, outgoing personal who studies communications and PR, and works at an indoor trampoline park/nannies part time. Between uni and the two jobs I'm hardly ever home and when I am, I like to balance privacy with the occasional dinner/drink/catch up. I clean up after myself, am organised and respectful and love animals, so there's absolutely no issues if you have pets! Also a vegan, but don't mind if you cook or eat meat yourself!
Hi everyone my name is April and I’m a professional working in the CBD. I am a bubbly person that loves to have a chat but mainly keep to myself. I have a nine year old small dog who is my best friend (and also the most georgeous boy in the world)! We love to go for long walks on the weekend and enjoy Netflix and spending time with family. I am really easy going, pay my way and keep everything nice and clean. I have my own furniture that I recently purchased so am quite happy to bring that to any sharehouse too!! Looking forward to finding a long term place to call my home!
My name is Jessa and I’m looking for a new room for 6+ months from mid-August. Looking for a private room (large enough for a double bed), off-street or garage parking, and prefer bills included in rent. I’m 21, grew up in Canada, but have an Australian passport and moved to Melb at 18. I’ve been working in the Yarra Valley at a restaurant as a manager for the last two years. I recently happened upon an amazing opportunity to work in Greece for 6 weeks - so I resigned from my salaried position, moved my bedroom furniture into storage, and said goodbye to winter. Including a 3 week visit to Canada to see family, I’m out of the country for 9 weeks in total, arriving home August 10, looking to move in after the 17th, though flexible. Just over halfway through my trip, I am looking into new positions closer to the city, although I am considering going back to my old job. I will have work lined up by when I get home, but wanted to put a post up early. I’m not a partier, very respectful of personal space (still love a good chat/catch up). I’ll always pay my rent on time, if not a month or two in advance. Shoot me a message (on here, as I don’t have an Australian number again until August 10) if you think I could be a great addition to your house. 😊
Hi I am in my last year of Masters and looking for a nice quiet place to stay for my last semester. I have a small, well behaved dog who is friendly and no trouble at all. I am a quiet person and usually pretty busy with study, work and sports.
We are a small family of 4 who would like a small place to live which is close to amenities. We work in healthcare and have young kids.
