Hey all :) I am looking for a place to live around Melbourne south east I enjoy meeting new people Being social Very clean Love working Message or call me for more details. thank you :)
My name is Rod, my self and my partner Rosie are looking for a fun place to stay. We are an open minded, chilled couple, we both have a great sense of humour and love meeting new people and making friends. We are also clean and respectful and able to help out with chores and contribute to the household. I am a mechanic and work 3 days a week in Croydon and spend 2 or 3 days in Gippsland working on a project. So I won't be there all the time. Rosie is working at a call centre in box hill and is great fun to be around. She will live full time. We have known each other for 10 years and never fight or cause drama which is what you want when sharing with a couple. Because Rosie is a woman, we need to have a fairly spacious private room with own bathroom, but happy to share kitchen/living areas. We are looking to move ASAP. Look forward to hearing from you!
SHORT TERM STAY ONLY ! I'm a law student from Newcastle and I'm looking for a place to stay over summer. I will be working full time. I'm reliable and clean. Looking for friendly and sociable housemates.
I'm a 24 and currently employed full-time in the construction sector as a civil engineer. I am currently living by myself in a two bedroom town house but would prefer the company of roommates. I consider myself quite outgoing, easy to get along with and very sociable. I am well mannered and like to keep things neat and organised. My ideal room mates would be people of similar age who would rather classify each other as friends and share a couple of drinks every now and then than people who just shut themselves away in their rooms. In my spare time I love to both play and perform music (I'm a guitarist but promise I won't make noise!) and binge watch whatever TV series I'm hooked on at the time. I have had experience living in share houses before so I am familiar with what is expected. Feel free to contact me with any questions!

So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to work each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
Im looking to move out sort of asap due to family problems, I work full time hours under a casual rate, work is based in Bayswater but we do a bit of travelling for work, wouldn't be home much as most of my time is taken up by work and catching public transport to and from work, let me know if you think it could work and we can arrange a time to meet

I have previous history with moving out and living with others and paying fornightly rent and will gladly give a reference to those interested in having me. I Intend to Study in the future either through uni or tafe. I do have a partner who would most likely spend some nights of the week over to be closer to uni, and will gladly pay extra for the nights stayed. Last but definitely not least is I love candles (nice smells), I collect comics and makeup and love movies and tea! So I May invite you to the movies a bit :)
Hi. I'm Kat, a 22 y.o. professional from overseas. I am a physiotherapist and I will be working full-time at Ringwood North area. I am looking for a room/flatshare/accommodation that is furnished, includes bills, has parking space, and a place that wouldn't mind if I use some fridge space and utensils for cooking. I don't mind living with males but would prefer to live with at least one female. I am also open to teaming-up with like-minded positive people! :) I am responsible, understanding, and open-minded (prolly cos of the nature of being in the healthcare field). I get lots of comments that I am more mature for my age. I am a type A person. I like to set goals and I get frustrated at myself if I don't achieve them but I am more understanding of others. I get a little intimidated with OCD people because I am not a neat freak but I would like to be more organized. However, I am tidy enough and I help out with chores. I let others know that I'm open to constructive criticism as long as done in the right manner. I am always open for improvement. I am very respectful of others as I expect the same treatment. I enjoy being active (or trying to be active), exploring new things, serious talks, taking pictures/videos, meeting new people, having a glass of wine, enjoying life, etc. If you think we would be a great match, let me know. =)

Hi guys :) My name is Kelly I'm a single 28yr old and work as a Restraunt Supervisor full-time. I'm looking for 1 person to share a place with so there would just be two of us. I have 2 beautiful kitties. One of them is mostly blind so he's a little special needs but that makes him more lovable. I have enough furniture and kitchenware (Inc fridge/freezer, washing machine) to establish a rental house so ideally the person I live with has minimal furniture to avoid clutter (You will need furniture for your room however). But that is something we can discuss if we are both interested. I'm hoping to find someone who would like a lease of a year + or longer term. I'm also open to moving into an established property as long as you don't have a lot of furniture (or want an upgrade) as I have some lovely solid wood furniture I couldn't part with. I'd love to chat to you if you have any interest in living with me and happy to answer any questions you have! :) Kelly.

Hi! We're looking for a Christian female housemate. When responding to this ad, please tell us a little but about yourself, including your age, if you're studying/working (and can prove regular income), and a bit about who you are and what you're looking for in a house etc. Our house in Mitcham is spacious and features a large living area, with comfortable sofas and polished floors throughout. The house was recently renovated and has central heating. The kitchen layout is a great one with a breakfast bar and a meals area with a dining table. The kitchen has a gas cook top and wall oven, a pantry and plenty of storage cupboards and drawers. The main bathroom provides double vanity, large shower, toilet and a lovely big deep bath to soak in. With double doors opening onto the front verandah, the lounge room is large with views to the front garden and easy access to the rest of the home. With a large rear entertaining deck (3.5 x 8m approx.) we can simply sit out there and enjoy a cuppa or invite friends over for a BBQ. The house is about a 10 minute walk from the local train station, and including the walk, about 50 minutes to Flinders St station by train. Also only 5 minutes drive to Ringwood (Eastland, Costco and choice of supermarkets). Parking is free behind gate / on street parking. The house also has a remote controlled gate providing security. Utility bills (gas/electricity/water) and cable internet bills ($80/mth total) will be split evenly between house mates. We have solar power panels, so our bills are generally cheaper. Mowing & garden maintenance can be done ourselves, or we pay our friends to complete it when needed. Occupants: Hi, I'm Marie and I am 30. I enjoy opshopping for clothes, taking photos, watching DVDs, playing video/board/card games, eating delicious food, drinking coffee, reading and hanging out with friends. My name is Carlee and I am a 22 year old female who is new to the Melbourne lifestyle, previously living in North Queensland then on to Tasmania now Victoria. I have a fantastic full time job as a signwriter/graphic designer with an amazing company. I don't really drink or party and I don't smoke. I have experience as a chef and I love home cooking as well as eating new and good foods. I love watching good television series and I do game occasionally. My name is Katelyn and I'm 22 years old. I work at a timber and hardware store located in Croydon. I've grown up mostly in the Knox area, and tend to want to stay there as most of my family and friends reside there too. I'm easy to get along with, enjoy a good conversation and a drink or two. I play guitar and like to play selective video games in my spare time.
Im respectful, social, love music and movies, always up for a chat, don't mind cooking every now and then , always up for a cheeky drink or two, I think I'm absolutely hilarious so I will make you laugh. Love meeting new people so share houses are always exciting for me.
I'm easy going, quiet, clean, friendly and no issues with paying bills on time. I work and study full time so I can be pretty busy but I am also home most weekends. I'm a Christian who attends church regularly and sometimes small groups during the week. I currently live alone but am looking to move into a share house to lighten the burden on my poor pay check! My lease isn't up until the end of January so I would be looking to move just after Christmas - or I could possibly do before Christmas, just depends on finances. I would prefer to live in an all female flat with like minded women.
I'm a very compassionate person who pretty much loves everyone, and am very understanding of everyones' needs. I love deep philosophical chats and banter which usually revolve around "lefty politics". I am looking for a place where I can feel comfortable, not judged, and somewhere were I can come home from work and feel relaxed. I love a good deep chat and a good laugh. I am known to enjoy a few beers with others on days that are appropriate, and often have the occasional joint. I do smoke, however will be respectful of the house. I am also quite the passionate PC gamer, and can provide the house with a PS4, nintendo 64, and game cube.
