I'm an easy going, happy to talk shit, and slightly dopey aerospace engineering student. I am a window cleaner when I'm not at uni, so the windows will (probably) be nicely kept. Preferred price is around $170 per week including bills/internet. The lower the cost the better though! ;) For the next two years i'll be studying at RMIT Bundoora. So i could be down for a lease which is that long. Just got to find the right home! I'm hoping to make a few new friends, knuckle down to focus on my study, and live in a lighthearted and chilled environment. I play indoor soccer every week, and am always keen to play sports, or throw a Frisbee. Or just be out-doors to have a gander. I come with a ping pong table included in the package.

My boyfriend and I are looking to move out together from our family homes. He is a tradie and I am working in retail casually. We are very much homebodies and only sometimes go out to town. We do like to keep somewhat in check on our health (gym and going for walks or bike rides) but are pretty relaxed. I am a coeliac (which basically means I can't have any gluten otherwise I will become very very sick) and I need to stick to a strict diet for it. Michael is a heavy metal fan, loves stunt shows and gaming. I love Disney, am a huge TV/Movie person and have a mini obsession with cute/quirky/weird things. I also have an online retail store and make and sell my own designs (clothes and art). A lockable secure garage that can fit 2 cars is necessary, parking for more cars is also necessary (on street or on site)
Due to a recent change in circumstances, I am looking to move into a share house in the next month. I work p/t but nearly f/t hours. I am in the process of selling my unit full of furniture to make it more feasible to move into a share house, but will need some storage space. I have a piano and occasionally practice at home. My preference would be for somewhere with an ensuite bathroom, and with all bills included to simplify things. I'm also saving for a house so don't want to go overboard with the rent but flexible if the right place is found. My party days are over so I prefer flatmates that are mature and sensible. i am a clean and tidy creative, and whilst i no longer have pets, I am happy to share with someone who does. I am respectful of my flatmates and value the importance of communication. I work in the eastern suburbs at the moment but spend a lot of time commuting to the coast for equestrian activities so would be keen to either live close to work, or in the middle of both. Would love to hear from you if you are also looking at starting a share house in the aforementioned (or surrounding) suburbs, or if you have something to rent which fits the description.

I work full time as an ICT Business Analyst for a software start-up in Ringwood and in my spare time I generally like to be out and about socialising with friends. I have been living in a great share house for the last two years, but my housemate's (and landlord) parents have decided to move in, meaning that I need to relocate. A mate and I (Arnold - Also working full time in IT) have decided to find a place together and/or to find a third person that would be willing to start a new share house. Lets grab a brew (coffee or beer) and see whether we'd be suited to living together? I look forward to hearing from you!

I'm Paris 19 years old, currently living in Dandenong in a house share. Have lived here for a year now, I work full time in child care, and am looking to move closer to Doncaster area as this is where I spend most of my time. Am well aware of how to be a respectful house mate, like my personal space but also always happy to have a chat.
We are both clean, tidy, responsible, respectful of others and their belongings, we are aware of peoples own space and can keep to ourselves although more than happy to socialize, we are a friendly and outgoing couple
Hi, I'm Julie, coming to Melbourne from France in order to study Mechanical Engineering at Swinburne as an exchange student, and I would like to find somewhere to call home :) I will be studying at Swinburne's Hawthorn campus so I'm looking for a room near Lilydale or Alamein railway line, or tram line 16,70 or 75, or bus route 624 or even better within walking distance from the campus ! I'm 19 going 20 and I would like to find flatmates about the same age (let's say preferably from 18 to 25 but I'm not very rigid about it). I'm quiet but social and I would like to share time with my flatmates (share meals, enjoy movies, have a cup of tea ... :P) I'm considerate of people's privacy and I clean up after myself. I like to study in common spaces (living room, kitchen ...) so I can see people passing by while studying :P. I do not need a lot of personal space : a small room would do it for me. I do not smoke nor drink. Cheers !
Hey guys, 24 year old chippy. Buying a house this year so looking for something in the meantime. Work 6 days a week but still loves to party. Prefer to live with people my age. Gay- but you wouldn't know. Cheers
Myself and my cat Millie are tidy, respectful and great company. We love to socialise but also like our own space. Not really a big drinker or party person.. i study as well as work full time!
Hi - I'm Natalie. I am friendly, clean and reliable. I tend to socialise out, and then use home as an oasis. I work full time in Glen Waverley. My interests include fitness, yoga, travel and nature. Im an animal lover so if you have them, that's ok by me.
Hi! We're looking for a female housemate. When responding to this ad, please tell us a little but about yourself, including your age, if you're studying/working (and can prove regular income), and a bit about who you are and what you're looking for in a house etc. Our house in Mitcham is spacious and features a large living area, with comfortable sofas and polished floors throughout. The house was recently renovated and has central heating. The kitchen layout is a great one with a breakfast bar and a meals area with a dining table. The kitchen has a gas cook top and wall oven, a pantry and plenty of storage cupboards and drawers. The main bathroom provides double vanity, large shower, toilet and a lovely big deep bath to soak in. With double doors opening onto the front verandah, the lounge room is large with views to the front garden and easy access to the rest of the home. With a large rear entertaining deck (3.5 x 8m approx.) we can simply sit out there and enjoy a cuppa or invite friends over for a BBQ. The house is about a 10 minute walk from the local train station, and including the walk, about 50 minutes to Flinders St station by train. Also only 5 minutes drive to Ringwood (Eastland, Costco and choice of supermarkets). Parking is free behind gate / on street parking. The house also has a remote controlled gate providing security. Utility bills (gas/electricity/water) and cable internet bills ($80/mth total) will be split evenly between house mates. We have solar power panels, so our bills are generally cheaper. Mowing & garden maintenance can be done ourselves, or we pay our friends to complete it when needed. Occupants: Hi, I'm Marie and I am 30. I am working full time this year in learning support at a secondary school, as well as studying Auslan/English interpreting two nights a week. I've previously worked in purchasing & science roles. I'm friendly, easy-going and enjoy meeting new people. I'm hoping for housemates I can hang out with, as well as being respectful of each other's space. I enjoy opshopping for clothes, taking photos, watching DVDs, playing video/board/card games, eating delicious food, drinking coffee, reading and hanging out with friends. I'm often out at weekends, but during the week I'm more often at home. Hello! My name is Carlee and I am a 22 year old female who is new to the Melbourne lifestyle, previously living in North Queensland then on to Tasmania now Victoria. I have a fantastic full time job as a signwriter/graphic designer with an amazing company. I don't really drink or party and I don't smoke. I have experience as a chef and I love home cooking as well as eating new and good foods. I love watching good television series and I do game occasionally. I am a tidy and respectful housemate, I won't do anything the other tenants aren't comfortable with. I am pretty quiet but will socialise happily, I am really easy going. I am happy to work out an arrangement in regards to food, I am vegetarian but I can cook with meat if need be. I have a small border collie, she is well trained in the arts of "sit, stay, etc." Her training is always ongoing as I like her to be learning new things all of the time. She is quiet and never barks (amazing) very placid. She is probably the most ladylike dog you will ever meet! We prefer to have no smoking or drugs at home. Available: * medium/large bedroom with BIR. $530.84/mth ($122.50/wk). Available now. Our landlord is intending to sell the property. There is a possibility that upon sale, the new owners may continue to lease out the property. With this in mind, we can only guarantee the availability of the room to rent from March to June, but we are hoping we can stay, or if not, find a suitable house that some or all of us can move into together.
Hi there, I'm looking for a place to live independently or with up to two other people, similar age/maturity and non-smokers. Prefer rent to be inclusive of utilities and internet. Prefer en suite bathroom ideally but flexible. I am honest, reliable and will pay rent on time. I work in the city 9 to 5, sometimes work from home. I am social but enjoy alone time too. I am respectful of others. I enjoy the outdoors, bike riding, markets, cafes. Would like to live close to parklands, bike tracks. Any questions, please ask. Cheers, Andrea. I also have my own bedroom furniture that I would like to use. I have other furniture also, happy to share or if storage is available that would be great!
Hey guys, looking for a housemate who is a solid dude with good standards and pleasant to be around. The house is in a beautiful shaded, leafy street, very quiet but less than 5 minutes walk from Heatherdale Station. Access to the Eastern Freeway/Eastlink is under 2 minutes drive away. The newly renovated Eastland shopping centre is just down the road, with all the major retailers covered as well as Costco. Off-street parking is available, along with a garage/shed for tools and storage. You'll be sharing the house with two other guys, one 29, the other 31. We're pretty quiet but that doesn't mean we can't handle a bit of noise and life around the place. We're very easy going. All we ask is that shared bills are paid on time and that we all pick up after ourselves and share the load on the collective cleaning. The room is available immediately, so please don't hesitate in contacting us if you're interested and we can organise a meeting.
My name is Erin and I am 31. I have a creative design background and have studied many things including photography, marketing and fashion design. I like to do little projects to keep active. My interests are in sustainable fashion & design, art, history, photography, current affairs and various TV shows and movies. Currently unemployed due to health reasons, but I am on the disability support pension, so I have an income. I live independently and do not need any assistance. I am always working on improving my health and have a pretty clean lifestyle. I am a clean person and contain any mess I have to my bedroom. I am a sociable, friendly and bubbly and generally happy person. Always up for a chat over a cuppa; D&M, current affairs or just something funny or silly. But do respect personal space and the need for down time too. I have recently been exploring meditation and Buddhist principles to improving health and well-being.
22 year old female, just finished uni and starting full time work in March. Currently working at Coles part time until then. I've lived both by myself and in sharehouses before so would like to think I know how it all works by now! Moving out of my current house as the lease is up in April and everyone is going off to do their own things. Happy to move before then if something comes up. I'm reliable and easy going, would like to think I'm easy to get along with :) not a fan of drama or bad vibes. Just looking for some cool people to live with that like to have a laugh without being a party house. Message me if you think I would suit your house or would like to know more :)
I am a Primary School teacher who has mainly lived in the Ringwood/Croydon/Kilsyth area. I enjoy playing and coaching basketball for fun. I am generally pretty quiet and keep to myself, but am looking to branch out a little.
- Working in real estate full time. - gym in the morning - Done some travel, lived in London. - Have always been more inclined to keep to myself but I do enjoy being in the company of other people - Red wine, Ribs, walking, beach - clean and somewhat OCD, Its not unusual for me to spend my RDO Cleaning but I really appreciate cooperation - my bf is like a skin tag that you can't cut off. He will watch the cricket/football/sport with you and I will complain or use the time to annoy my dog who I need to now describe. Blue American staffy called Riley He is strong, will be very excited to see you and will probably love you more than me. He's naughty (stands on tables when unattended) but also very lazy, his tail is a whip - watch your wine/beer. Don't leave your undies out... I hope I haven't scared you all off.
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to work each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
Hi, I'm a 24 yr old male who's recently finished sports journalism at uni and am hoping to get a job in the field. I currently work at crown around 5 days a week. I love all things sports, am layed back and enjoy the occasional afternoon bevo. I've lived with both females and males in the past so I'm not fussed as to who I live with. My current lease ends on the 4th of February and I'm happy to move into something that's available now.
I'm neat and keep a clean space, I'm easy-going and enjoy private time as well as social time. I am a town planner and enjoy swing dancing in my free time. Also, I love baking! I have a pet rabbit who lives indoors and I have a few furnishings and appliances, so an unfurnished place with some storage is preferable.

I'm easy going, quiet but social. I enjoy a good coffee and a book. My ideal day off would have equal parts of shopping, coffee, and taking it easy. I like to keep fit and eat well but I'm not obsessed with and can put away a pizza with the best of them.
