I am currently looking for a room to rent for me and my partner Chris, we have been staying at an air bnb but due to council regulation the owner of the house has decided to privately rent out the home to one tenant as it is currently shared by multiple people. We would like to begin having a place to call home and continuing to live together, we would much rather not having to stay at an air bnb as it does become frustrating sometimes with different people coming in and out of somewhere you live.. we also would like to think about the long term benefits for us and planning our future. I am currently studying I.T and spray tanning online as a student but on the occasion i assist a family friend with her cleaning business. Im also wanting to find a full time job which isnt easy when i dont know what area ill be living in and i would like to secure a job in close proximity to where ill be living.. Chris is working full time as a roof tiler... we are both financially stable and receiving payments.. We are very trustworthy and bright bubbly people who will be great company. Most nights we are home and just have a quiet night in our room watching movies or listening to music on youtube.. we tend to keep to ourselves most of the time and if we decide to do stuff we usually go out to do those things.. i dont mind cleaning so if i get bored sometimes i will just clean around the house or something.. We hope to hear back from you as soon as possible, thank you. :)) Lauren and Chris

Hi! A bit about Renae: I've been living out of home for about 4.5 years now. I am a very clean and respectful person who likes her alone time. In saying that I am also up for house dinners and day trips and other such activities. I work as a Communications Officer. I study design at uni full time. I am a funny and bubbly person who loves to have many things on the go. A bit about Stewie: First time out of home. I run my own business. I am a great talker, a pretty good handyman and an even better cook! I also love sport. A bit about us both: We are both respectful and very clean. Renae does have a full house of furniture excluding a fridge but I can store it if its not needed. We both love animals and have 1 cat (100% litter trained), 1 rabbit (caged unless we are home and let him out), fish, and 2 small snakes (always kept in locked enclosures, happy to keep them in our room if they fit).

I'm a 39 yr old American expat, have a 13 yr old jack russell cross, and have a 3 yr old floofy cat. I've only lived in shared housing as an adult, most of it in barracks or dorm environments. Like a tidy home with other chilled out adults where we don't have to spend time together but a shared meal/drinks is awesome (I love to cook btw). My budget is including bills/week. I spend most of my time studying at Swinburne, reading, arting, going to the gym and whatever sport is on that I enjoy. I like playing board games, PS4, and all sorts of co-op goofyness. I'm LGBTQ+ friendly, mostly vegetarian - chicken eater here and there out of medical necessity, eco-friendly, don't smoke, enjoy a drink here and there but not a 'drinker', ex-military, extremely chill human being. I've recently divorced so looking for a stable environment. I'm looking for space enough for my queen bed, computer desk, cat and dog - the rest I can figure out. I can come with a small fridge, dryer, and probably a washing machine. I have a full set of kitchen equipment and vacuum as well. I take public transport pretty much everywhere so that nearby would be great and only ride an ebike. I don't care if I live with men, women, or anywhere on the spectrum of gender as long as they are decent human beings.

Hi! My name is Shannan. I’m 21 years old and have been living out of home for almost 3 years. I’m currently living in a share house but I'm looking to move into a home with easier access to work. My family lives in Mount Dandenong in the heart of the Dandenong Ranges so I moved down to Ringwood as it is very difficult to secure full-time employment up there. I keep in touch with the family regularly and miss my little 4 yo brother loads! Sometimes I go up and spend the night there depending on my rostered shifts. I have a part time job with a plumbing company in Kilsyth and a casual job as a barista with a large chain of well-known cafes that cater to the public hospital system and mainly work out of the Maroondah Hospital store. I work approximately 50 hours a week. I’m very friendly, outgoing, sociable and love meeting new people. I’m up always up for a good laugh/joke around and have a cheeky sense of humour. I try to be thoughtful of others and respect people’s belongings and space. I'm clean and tidy and more than happy to help out around the home. I care a lot about my friends and would give someone my last dollar if they needed it. I also love a good movie/tv series marathon, gatherings with friends, and going out for coffee, a drink, to see a band or nightclubbing. Although I currently don’t own any pets, I love animals of all sorts and used to own/live with some lizards and dogs when I was at my mum’s place. I do have my license, therefor travelling is quite easy for me!
