our household is a home and we like getting to know each other and share a meal occasionnally but we respect each others privacy. we value cleanliness in the entire house including your room (Masterbedroom 18 m2 best room in the house with huge baywindows) and the common areas. the house is on a quiet street and has a huge backyard. we are 15 minutes from Mitcham train station (pleasant walk through residential streets). we would love to have a girl to share with Luke and Jack ! We need somerone urgently until the end of March however you will be able to stay after March 2019 when the lease is extended.
I work full time so I wont be around much but I'm pretty chill, quiet and tidy. Love cars, vintage toys, and Lego, I love taking pictures with my film cameras and drawing. I don't drink or smoke :) I have a gorgeous cat tinker she is 14 she gets along well with everyone and loves attention and likes to be inside or outside. looking for a room and cool person that I can get along with.
I will respect everyone who I live with, their property, and their space. I am quiet and will not bother anyone, but if you want to play monopoly im down. I am so easy to live with, that others who create drama wont like me because I diffuse situations and dont get worked up easily. I own and run a gym, love working out, and dont drink or do any drugs!
Hi, I'm Jess! In 2019 I'll be undertaking my 6 month radiography internship and finishing up my degree. I've lived in shared accommodation for the past 4 years and am very considerate of the people around me. I like to keep things happy and pressure-free. A home should be the place you can feel free to be yourself and not feel like you have to walk on eggshells! I love coming home to a relaxed, friendly environment, so I'm looking for warmth, support and respect from potential housemates. I'm open-minded and trustworthy, and I love having a chat if I bump into someone around the house. I do however enjoy my own company and am typically very quiet and not a partygoer. I love my music - I play piano and will use it to de-stress. I also enjoy a good TV series as much as the next person and will get stuck into a good book when I have the time. If you have pets, I'm in! 😂 I love animals so pets wouldn't be a problem. I like to keep things clean and tidy, so I'm looking for a house that fits this bill. I am flexible in terms of furnishings for my own room. Ideally, an all-female house is what I'm looking for, but I would be open to a mixed household for the right place 😊
Beautiful, immaculately kept and styled 3-bedrooom, 2-bathroom house. Was renovated two years ago so still looks and feels very new. Two minutes walk from Mitcham Coles! Bus stop only 20m up the road. 6 minute walk to Mitcham station. 5 minute drive to Eastland shopping centre. 7 minute drive to Doncaster shopping centre. Anytime fitness just up the road, and almost next door to a beautiful park. I am renting out one of these three bedrooms- the second largest in the house with ample wardrobe and under-bed storage, and a beautiful view of the garden. Electric gates- you will receive a remote so you can operate these. There is a large carport for a couple of cars; i dont have one myself so there is room for two! Powerful split system air conditioner/heater. Beautiful garden. Huge smeg oven if you like to cook.
I'm a really chilled person, very clean and respectful of others. I work part time where I currently live and have part time job availabilities in the maroondah area, however I would be looking for a full time job once I have a confirmed house and move in date. I love to go out with mates, but also appreciate a home cooked meal and a movie in bed. Happy to help out when I can, and generally a happy person. At the moment I can afford up to $170-180 a week I currently live on the Mornington peninsula but desperately wanting to move back to the eastern suburbs. I am turning 20 in December, I have my licence but no car at the moment so parking spaces wouldn't be an issue for me, I'm working part time in Rosebud right now and have a job offer to work at the lilydale site once I move, however would be looking for full time work or to study once I have a home and move in date.
We're close to the Mitcham station, as well as Eastland. I forgot to mention that we've got Netflix and Stan as well. Internet is unlimited. All bills are included with rent, but of course that's not an invitation to be silly, I know you get it... There's no air con through the house, but there is central heating. I've got a fan you can use if you need. I think I've mentioned everything...
Cosy room to rent for one person, off street parking space, 10min walk to Train station, there is a bus stop within 50 meters of the house, 20min walk via bike/walk track to Eastland shopping centre, or Ringwood square (Aldi and Coles). Freshly painted rooms, new carpets, modern bathroom and kitchen, central heating, A/C in living area, fully furnished room, Wi-Fi internet available. The bedroom has; double bed, wardrobe, large chest of draws. If requested the room can be set up with a desk. Preferred quiet clean and tidy person, non-smoking, no pets and must be ok with children, my 8yo stays at the house 2 days a week. Four week bond, $120 per week plus split bills.
I'm currently working full time as a chef/ patisserie in a small town in country Victoria. Im looking to make the move next year to study for a career change to something with a little more work life balance. I have a miniature dachshund who is very well behaved, intelligent, toilet trained and comes with her own rental references! i will be studying full time and working alongside so i wont be around much but when i am i enjoy walking dog, playing boardgames, and having social meals. I love a good movie/netflix binge and am currently playing a season of mixed netball (im rubbish but am having fun). I'm easy to get along with and pull my weight around the house. idealy im looking to teamup and start a new lease with someone as i have an entire house of furniture i'd rather not have to sell >.< any question feel free to shoot me a msg
Hi, I'm Emma, 29 years old and working in Administration for an Architectural firm in the city. I'm an easy going, friendly person on the quieter side. I keep to myself a bit in a place but at the same time I do enjoy having a chat in the kitchen or watching something on TV together. I am a very neat and considerate housemate, and I pride myself on making sure I do my fair share around the house. I work regular full-time hours but am usually out more than 12 hours on weekdays and then on weekends it's a half half mix of being out socialising and having down time at home.
So I currently work full time for a construction company in administration, although I would like to try something different along the way. I am a bit of a homebody and like to have time to myself, but I do also enjoy going out with friends for a drink/dinner as well as movie nights. I enjoy cooking at the moment and trying out new recipes I've found, and they are usually always very yummy. I am also a trained makeup artist, so if you need some tips or want me to help you out for a night, just let me know, I'd be happy to doll you up. I also like to have a clean kitchen and living area, so there would be no problems about mess, my closet would probably be the only mess. I really love to watch movies and tv shows, and I'm basically iMDb when it comes to facts about movies. I also occasionally like to go hiking and I love to go camping.
Im 25, I work part time at a restaurant in ringwood and am also starting study next year in youth work.I'm a social person love a chat over a drink or some food also like my alone time binge watching netflix. I'm tidy and get along with almost anyone.
I'm a full time uni student with a part time job. I clean up after myself and am pretty easy going. I'm usually doing my own thing, and am respectful of others privacy and space. Looking for a long-term place with cheap rent.
