About myself: - a Deakin Uni student undertaking post-graduate studies offline while also looking for a new job - have over a decade of experience living in sharehouses - a very quiet person but always busy; either reading, studying, working on the computer, exercising or gardening - very clean and house proud - respectful of other peoples' privacy and belongings - do my socialising, if any, outside of the house - open to doing odd jobs, e.g. mowing, as I'm a qualified gardener - don't do drugs Looking for a sharehouse that is a clean and relatively peaceful environment to support my studies and work. I'm best suited to a place where the people are mature and independent, busy doing their own thing. My ideal housemates would also be clean, house proud and trustworthy. For example, 1) they'd be the sort of housemates who feel that wiping the kitchen bench after themselves isn't a big ask and 2) housemates that I wouldn't have to worry about if I had gone out and left my room open.

I then worked for an Apple Reseller in Melbourne as a Service Technician, Service Manager and then as Store Manager before owning and running a small Apple Reseller in St Kilda. I am now interested in Music Production and are hoping to study either full time or part time either this year or early next year. We have a cat who are completely house trained and very friendly. She is indoor/outdoor but sleep inside with me at night. Although i will say im after a household without other pets, I’m willing to share with someone who has cats but not dogs. I am a burns survivor and i lost my hand in that accident, but that doesn’t stop me from most things. I’m an avid gardener and have a large collection of plants I tend to. I respect others privacy, always pay my rent have minimal furniture but am willing to get more. I have an excellent rental history, ive lived in disability housing and private rental for the last three years with rent paid fortnightly at both accomodations.
