Room is 3m by 3m, medium built in wardrobe fan furnished (desk, chair, single bed, shelves, TV) or not. Ideal for student or white-collar worker. House located in Mitchelton, fully fenced, medium pet approved. Cute workers cottage super quiet street. Will share large fully stocked kitchen bathroom toilet big tv bbq firepit and/or single off carport space is yours. Plenty of extra storage in locked garage. 5 min walk to Oxford Street train station, Ferny Grove line - 20 min to city, parks, bikeways, Kmart, Coles, BIG W, Target all 3 min drive away, Arana Hills League's Club is stumbling distance 🍺 😉
The house is a two story old styled brick home on a quiet street but don’t be fooled it has a fully renovated kitchen and bathroom with wood timber flooring. It is less then a 5 minute walk to Blackwood street where you’ll find an IGA, train station and most importantly FOOD - cafes and restaurants. I love this location and house but unfortunately have to relocate closer to family. The room itself is huge with cupboard space and plenty of room for any sized bed. Additional things like side table, desk etc will fit with ease. Tenant would have to sign the lease and pay bond to replace myself on the forms.
I am very quiet yet can be sociable, I am clean and tidy and very respectful. Looking for a place to call home for the next 12 months or so. I am easy going, easy to get along with and quite flexible around arrangements. Happy to have a chat.
I work in Real Estate so I know the ins and outs of renting. I work 9-5.30 Monday - Saturday so I am rarely home during the day, on the weekends I like to chill out and watch movies. I do go out here and there and enjoy the social scene. I am a social person and enjoy getting out here and there, however I do like my down time. I am clean and I also cook. I do really enjoy meeting new people and I feel like I do get along with anyone, I steer clear of drama and I am a friendly person. I am not a smoker but I have no issue with it.
HeyI I came to Australia a year and a half ago. I've been studying part-time English and working part-time as well. Actually, I'm on holidays so I spend my mornings doing some exercise, walking, reading, studying, etc. and then I have to work in the afternoons. Most of the weekends i go hiking with my friends if i don't have to work. the time that I am at home I just like to chill and watch movies, series, etc. and why not drink some beers or wine.
I'm Renae, I am 18 and from the Sunshine Coast. I have been in Brisbane for 5 months and I'm looking for somewhere new to move due to troubles in my current location. My lease ends on the 30th of July, so ideally I’m looking for somewhere I can move into on the 31st. I am a neat and tidy person, I like to keep shared spaces as clean as possible. Especially bathrooms and kitchens. I'm friendly and talkative when I’m out of my room, I'm a pretty big gamer so I do tend to keep myself locked up haha. I’m 100% ok with pets, I have a cat and dog up on the coast who I miss lots. Parking isn’t an issue for me as I don’t drive. I work at Big W in a night fill position, which means I work some afternoons from 4 and will home late. Currently studying technical production (Backstage tech for theatre) at QUT but may be deferring for a year to focus on myself and work as much as I can. I do have a partner who comes to visit every few weeks, so somewhere where it is ok for him to stay over occasionally would be great.
I have been living happily with my bestie for the last 3 years, but work is taking her elsewhere unfortunately! I have my beautiful German sheperd Denzel, he is 2 and very well trained. I am with him most of the time so would prefer someone who will love Denzel like I do. I work casually at Lorna Jane and do volunteer work on a daily basis, and studying! Im quiet and respectful, tidy, clean and love to cook! I am at the gym nearly every day!
Full time IT worker that enjoys hiking on weekends. Gardening, cooking, gaming and gym take up the rest of my spare time. Looking for housemates that can respect privacy but also enjoy a good chat now and then.
I am a quiet tidy respectful person, and very reliable and easy to get along with.I mainly keep too myself, I am currently studying my diploma of Beauty and Spa practice. I have one medium sized dog who is 25kg and loves people, but isn’t friendly with other dogs or cats, I would only consider places with a decent sized yard, doesn’t have to be huge. Right now I am stuck in an abusive home, so my urgency to get out is very high, please shoot me a message if you can help.
Located on the same street as the train station, this apartment is on the second story of a small complex. The bedroom pictured is the one available, it just has a few of my little bits and pieces in it at the moment. The apartment is fully furnished (including all tupperware, plates, towels, everything), and there’s even furniture in the room available for use - so you wouldn’t need to bring anything, though if you want to bring your own stuff that’s okay too - the spare furniture can be sold. Pets are not approved but are considered on application to the landlord - I would not be opposed to a small dog or cat. Definitely a dog person though. Small balcony, washing machine & dryer ready for use, dishwasher ready for use.
- I’m a clean and tidy person - Easy to talk to and get along with - From Townsville, moved 1 year ago - Work Fulltime, usually only home nights and days off if not busy - I love my own space but I’m happy to spend time with my flat mates - Looking to move into a Female only listing.
Hey, I'm Riley. I'm currently looking to move out of the place I live in and start up a new home with someone at the end of July, beginning of August. At the moment I am taking a year off university before going back next year to start my masters and am hoping for a bit of a change. I've just gotten a bunch of new furnishing, so I'm preferring to move into an unfurnished place to fit things. I've lived in share housing for 3 years now and am ready for bit of a smaller place. I am pretty sociable and love to have a drink or two, but I am also fairly private in the way that I like to have alone time and I will totally respect your boundaries. I love cooking and binging tv shows, occasionally you'll hear me singing and playing my ukulele after a couple glasses of wine. I work at a club as a bar, wait staff and creche worker. I've put this up pretty early because I'd like to meet and see if we're a good fit together. Swing me a message if I sound like your kind of girl. :)
Fully furnished room available for short term rental in 3 bedroom house. Includes all bills except food. Shared bathroom. Another large outside dog allowed or small inside dog. Must be friendly and get along with cats. Any questions please message. Off street parking available. Walking distance to Gaythorne train station library, RSL and Brookside shopping centre.
I’m a 26 year old professional male living on the north side but am looking to move closer to Indooroopilly for my work. I’ve recently moved home to Australia after living in Denmark for the past year. I’m clean, quiet and enjoy my own space. I also like to socialise and to get to know others. I work every week day and occasionally weekends. I don’t party or drink very often but I don’t mind doing it from time to time. I like to exercise most week days. I can cook basic things, nothing fancy haha. I’m a little bit OCD about being neat but I’m not pushy. This mainly applies to my personal stuff.
Hey there potential future flat/house mate/s ! I'm Teegs :) and i work full-time as a radiology medical receptionist. I've rented with others for many years, and am well versed in the simple art of respecting those with whom I share a space with... i.e Cleaning up after myself and maintaining a tidy house hold; being aware of noise levels when people are studying, sleeping...You know, all the necessary things to keep a happy harmonious living environment :) As a person, i'm a playful and humorous character, but also enjoy deep and meaningful conversation...or just talking complete nonsense about nothing in particular ha ha. I believe in maintaining an open line of communication between members of the household, and think it's very important that everyone feel comfortable and at ease when amongst one another...To actually be able to walk in the door and feel at home. Hope to hear from you soon future potential flat/house mate/friend. - Teegs J
Myself (Sarah-Jane) and Kane are a friendly Christian couple looking for a home with a large yard in Northern Brisbane. We are both students studying education and working part time. We are reliable, trust worthy and honourable. Our priority in a share house is respect and honesty, we will always look out for our flatmates best interests as well as always being on time with bills. We are approachable and easy to talk to. We are getting a dog who will come with us, so if you are a dog person that is fantastic, and if not, we will try our best to keep him away from you. Looking forward to hearing from many of you!! Thank you for your time and consideration in your housemate hunting!
I'm Christine, works full time from 9-5, Mon-Fri in Albion. I like cooking and I do cleanup after myself and knows how to put the garbage out. I'm independent and mostly keep to myself but also enjoy being with people. Considerate and sensible. Non-smoker and prefer to live with the same. Occasionally out on Saturdays, plays guitar to a Sunday service or just staying in. I live in a share house and the owner has put the house in the market for sale so I'm looking for a new place preferably near the train line. Furry friend not moving in with me. If you think I can be a good fit to your place, please flick me a message :)
I’m a package deal with a totally awesome medium to large sized doggo that loves to try get all the attention. Aside from that, I am pretty open minded, easy going and chill to live with. I can respect that we all need some quiet time and personal space so if you like to keep to yourself thats totally fine, but if you like to be a bit more social I’ll also be that friendly face you can chill out with around home or even go on adventures with. I work full time so will be gone all day throughout the week. In my free time I like to chill out around home listening to music or watching Netflix and playing with my dog. On the occasion I’ll go out to watch some live bands or to the art gallery and you can trust that I’ll navigate my way to the nearest food festival.
