Hi, I'm nel, age 36 and my nick is 35. We are both mature, very quiet, tidy and clean peoples. We are looking for a room to rent in a share accomodation (2 or 3 bedrooms max, sorry, we don't wan't to live in a backpackers hostel). Both working part time + studying, we need a very quiet place where we can rest when we are not at work or away (ex : no noise at all between minimum 10pm till 6am) sleeping is very important for us ! :) As we also like to enjoy a clean place to live on, we always clean after using any common spaces and expect exactly the same in return (cleaning the bathroom, kitchen, put the bins out etc.) Ideally, we would love to find a room with own bathroom but it's not an obligation and please, no pet or, only one or two cute little cat(s) :) and of course, we always pay on time. If you think your place can suits us and your price for a couple is about 200-250 pw ( between 220 and 250 pw only with bathroom included) all bills included, feel free to contact us :) Thank you for looking. Kind Regards, nel and nick

Hi, I'm a professional artist working full time at the film studios near Movieworld. I'm looking to relocate to the Gold Coast from Brisbane to be closer to work and enjoy the beach lifestyle. I make for quiet flatmate due to the long hours I work, and travelling to the sunshine coast a couple of weekends a month to visit my boyfriend. I'm considerate of people's privacy and possessions, very clean and tidy, and fully housetrained. I love sci-fi films, cycling, yoga, travel and cooking delicious Asian food. I like my own space, but I'm still looking for some cool flatmates I can share a meal or a drink with after work occasionally.
Hey guys and girls! I am looking at re-locating to the Gold Coast within the next 6weeks. I have a 3year old Border Collie Tessa who is lots of fun and very lovable. I am clean, courteous, and don’t mind a chat at the end of the day. I work full-time and enjoy a glass of wine on the weekend....

This large home is a short walk from Griffith University. Easy access to public transport (bus stop 2 minute walk from home), it is honestly extremely cheap for how large and spacious the house is. Rent is $260 altogether so $135 p/w per person. The house is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood close to shops (Crestwood plaza) & gym. It is a 3 bedroom home, air conditioned, two large living/lounge rooms, well maintained, clean living. You will have your own space and your own bathroom/toilet. Unlimited internet can be included in rent, bills can also be discussed to be included in rent if that is easier for you.
I'm currently moving into my third year of my Bachelor of Psychology at Griffith. I'm usually out and about (taking photos, spending time with friends, running errands, working) or comfortable spending time in my room (studying, watching movies on my computer, painting), so I'd be a perfect housemate for someone who is also busy or enjoys the quiet. I'd prefer to live walking distance from the tram or a bus stop that goes to the university. Also I don't have any pets of my own but I'm great with them!
Large acreage home in town. Youll have you own private bedroom and spacious lounge area and private bathroom. beautiful park area surrounds an in ground pool with access to off street parking a pool table and a shared bbq area.
2 Large bedrooms, with large double-mirrored built-in wardrobe available in executive style house coming available (one of the rooms can also be unfurnished if desired). They are furnished with a queen-size bed, and a study desk. House is located in a quiet street and walking distance (15-20 mins) to Griffith University and Gold Coast University Hospital. The household would suit any students wishing to focus on their studies or any hospital staff/professionals. Would prefer someone under 35 years old, and FEMALE ONLY as advertised bathroom is shared. Current tenants are Canadian students returning home at the end of their university semester. Rent is $200 per week and includes internet and water bills, power is not included (divided between residents). Bond is 2 weeks rent ($400). No smokers or couples.
I work the afternoon shift (2pm-7pm) Monday-Friday and am therefore definitely more of a night owl than a morning person. I spend most of my time either with my dog or my boyfriend (or both) but when I'm home I keep to myself and never leave mess behind. I am young of course, and that can be off-putting to many, but I'm far from the crazy unreliable party animal you might be imagining. I've been paying rent since I was 15 and have never missed a payment; bills and rent are always the first things that I pay before I even think about anything else. I'll commit to 3 definite months, but would also appreciate the option to extend if needed as I'm not sure how circumstances will pan out.
I'm respectful, easy going, clean, quiet, good hearted, trust worthy, and don't like drama
Hey, I'm Nion Schuermeyer, 20 years old, from the lovely Germany, spending the trimester at Griffith University. I'm looking for accommodation for up to 4 months, starting November. What do I look for: The household can be very clean as well as a bit laxer. Ideally we will understand each other well and cook together occasionally. Of course there is no need for joint activities, whatever suits you best. Some information on me: I like playing guitar, but sadly didn't bring one to Australia. (If there is one in the flat that I could play on from time to time it would be a great, of course no requirement :D) I also like sports, in particular ultimate frisbee and bouldering and plan to explore nearby places on the weekends. So I won't be there all the time.
29. Personal trainer / Tradie. Pretty Low key, not a party animal but do enjoy a drink and nights out but not often at all! Relatively healthy and active lifestyle for the job, but not a freak about it or anything. I’m easy going, chilled out, very easy to get along with clean, tidy, respectful and independent. I do like my own space and to have my own life, but definitely will enjoy like minded and aged housemates company and do social things together / hang out at times have a beer go to the beach what ever but will respect own space and expect the same in return! Im originally from Vic, and spent the last 3 years in Perth! Just staying air bnb on the GC until Wed 24/10 then will need a room! I’m over here to take on a new opportunity at a brand new gym starting Nov 15. Can pay rent in advance no problems and bond whatever is needed for your peace of mind financially secure! Hope to hear from you soon :) Living on the Gold Coast as of 11/10/2018 Staying Air BnB and need a place by Wednesday 24/10
I am a tidy, friendly and respectful person. I am generous with my time and love sharing food and discussions. I am pretty handy around the house too, as I like fixing things and a bit of manual labour is good for the soul after a week in the office. I love sports, both playing and watching. I am interested in current affairs, travel and culture but most importantly... food! I can be flexible with start date and willing to extend the length of stay.
Hello, my name is Georgia and I am a 33 year old female relocating to the Gold Coast from my home-state of Tassie. I will be working full-time at the Gold Coast University Hospital as an Allied Health Professional so am financially secure and reliable. I'll be doing shift work so would prefer a quiet place to live where I can sleep during the day as needed. I am a home owner myself and understand the importance of paying bills on time and taking care of a property. I'm a super clean and house-proud person, relaxed, easy to get along with and have a good sense of humour (allegedly!). I value a balance of being social in a share house and also respecting the need for privacy and down-time. I love animals so if you have pets that's a bonus as I'll be missing cuddles with my two sausage dogs, who are staying in Tassie. If you have a room for rent with air-con in the bedroom that would be an added bonus (I think this Tassie devil could possibly melt in the Queensland summer!). Non-smoker, healthy life style, honest, and keen to make new friends and get to know the Goldie! PS- I'll arrive in the Gold Coast 14/11/18 and be able to view rooms for rent from then onwards. Unfortunately I can't commit to renting a room until I've viewed it in person.
I am a 22 year old warm hearted female. I work full time in marketing in Southport. I do keep to myself but I don’t mind the occasional conversation. Not a big party goer, I got that out of my system when I was younger and prefer a quieter household. Very respectful for other people’s space, belongings and pets. Must be okay with my partner staying a couple of nights a week :)
I like to kick back and watch a bit of sport on the weekends but also like to have a good night out too. Working full time as an apprentice electrician so won't be at home to pester anyone during the day :) Will also be respectful of all house rules and needs.
Hi, I am looking to find the right share house or apartment to call home. I’m easy going, work full time 7am - 4pm, reliable with rent money, early riser, enjoy hitting the gym early in the am and like to maintain and live in a nice clean and tidy house. I am keen to have a roomie/s I can have a chat with and share a bevie or two and actually be friends with. I do understand the importance of respecting people's privacy and dont want to live on top of each other. On the weekends you will find me at the beach, bush walks, catching up with my nearest and dearest, brunches and food prep sunday. Im all about living with easy going people who have positive vibes. Feel free to msg me would love too hear from you.
Studying Health Science at Griffith University, work part time at Max Brenner. Respectful of personal space, organised, clean and tidy. Enjoy cheerleading (Griffith uni and Zoo athletics), food (finding cute cafes, Insta worthy food pics), shopping (online most of the time) and sleep (not a big morning person). I do have a car so require parking of some sort. Second year of living at the Griffith university village. Looking for uni students similar in age. Feel free to message me :)
