From Melbourne and am moving up to the Gold coast to study in January. neat and tidy, I like my privacy but also don't mind a chat and a drink every now and then. respectful.
We are in a great location a walk to Griffith Uni or short bike ride or a bus right out front door. We have a beautiful spa pool and outdoor living area. The room is large and you have 2 lounges to choose from. The last student was an adult and lived with us for 4 years so ask him as he loved it here, but has now finished his degree so sadly moving out.
Hello :) I'm Sarah! I am Easy going, tidy and organized, quiet and respectful and I love to share a good bottle of wine in my free time! I am moving to Gold Coast, Queensland in January 2018 to complete my Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology at Griffith University. I have spent most of my life in Vancouver, BC where I completed my undergrad and I currently work at a school for children with ASD. I love to relax at home and watch a good comedy but I also enjoy to go out and about for an outdoorsy activity or dinner and dancing. I am also pretty into getting in my regular exercise routine.
Hi there, I am from Malaysia, Chinese. I’m studying here in Australia for the next couple of years at TAFE Southport and Ashmore. Hmm.. living with me would be cool, i guess. I speak 4 languages, so if you wanna learn foreign languages, I can teach you :) I keep stuff as tidy as possible, a tidy place is more comfortable than a wreck, right? Other than between institute and part-time work, I go for cycling in the morning. I am also a motorcycle enthusiast, so will be buying one of those in the near future (I prefer quieter bikes if you are worried, and maybe in 2018/19). Am not particularly a night life, party person. But a little bit of fun from time to time is cool.
Beautiful 2.5 acre property with swimming pool, spa, BBQ area, 2 dams. Very peaceful and quiet. Not a party house. Rent includes electricity, gas, water, internet, yard maintenance, pool maintenance, and a fortnightly cleaner (shared areas).
1 Large bedroom, with large double-mirrored built-in wardrobe available in executive style house coming available. The room is furnished with a queen-size bed, tallboy drawers and a study desk. House is located in a quiet street and walking distance (15-20 mins) to Griffith University and Gold Coast University Hospital. The household would suit any students wishing to focus on their studies or any hospital staff/professionals. Both other residents are mindful of others and have busy schedules. Would prefer someone under 35 years old, and female only as advertised bathroom is shared with a female. Rent is $180 per week and includes internet and water costs. Electricity is divided between tenants. Bond is 2 weeks rent ($360). No smokers or couples.
Quiet street in a nice area, walking distance to the Griffith Uni, Hospital and close to other shops and services. If you know the area, you'll know its an easy commute to the city by car or public transport. The house is fairly big and modern but also cosy at the same time, two large living/lounge areas, plenty of storage space in the garage and a huge secure backyard including an undercover bbq+entertainment area. There is a border collie x lab at the house already who is very friendly and would love a pal if you have a pet too. The house is very clean, neat and tidy all the time and white-goods are already here. There's air-con through the main part of the house and extra ceiling fans are in the bedrooms. The bedrooms also have mirrored built-ins, with an optional queen bed. All you need to bring is yourself and your willingness to contribute fairly+respectfully to keeping the house clean and pay your bills on time :) **Sorry for the lack of photos (I've already moved to Brisbane)**
I'm the most chilled and polite person you'll ever meet. I'm very considerate of the space and people in which I'm in. I adapt extremely well to my environment, so you can be sure that you'll get the kind of flatmate you want with me. I work full time with two jobs. I'm super focused on my career right now and like to make time to have fun and meet people. Love having deep and interesting conversations with anyone that's keen to 🙂 I'm super funny and kind of quirky lol. I love intelligent conversations, Muay Thai, chess, gaming, self development, having a drink with a new mate and going with the flow. I want to travel, so new things and meet new people! I would love to stay with you! These are just a few things about myself Please ask me anything else you'd like to know.
Hi I'm Josh from the Sunshine Coast. I work part time at Coles and I am also a volunteer for the Commonwealth Games. I am looking to move to the Gold Coast in January 2018. I am quiet, clean and often keep to myself. I do however enjoy the company of others and will be happy to hangout with fellow roommates.
Heya, I'm MJ.. I'm from Brisbane and I'm moving to the Gold Coast to start working as a doctor at the University Hospital in 2018. I have lived in shared accommodations numerous times and know how to respect both communal and personal spaces. I enjoy good chats and getting to know people. For fun I like socialising and going for a dance. I also like reading and wasting time on youtube.
I'm currently a Business Student at Griffith Uni. I'm pretty cruisy, but usually live a fairly busy lifestyle between work and uni. I sing and play piano (but don't worry, it comes with headphones if that's not your thing) I respect people's space and generally like to keep the house and living areas clean and tidy. I live a healthy lifestyle and like to exercise regularly, but in saying that, a YouTube binge session will still happen occasionally 😉
Hey! I’m looking for a new place to move into somewhere in the Gold Coast! I’m currently living in Southport and I wouldn’t mind staying here or branching out to somewhere new!! I'm quiet, tidy, energetic, yet also easygoing, bubbly and friendly. I spend most of my time at uni (studying criminology and criminal justice), the gym, work, or cheer training and I absolutely love animals and crime shows! I'm keen to either move into a room, sharehouse, homestay or find someone to rent a flat with. Would LOVE to team up and get a new place somewhere as I have until February to organise something! I live on the coast so I’m fine to catch up so you can meet me! Please message me if you want any more details!

HI, I am Mohammad Arqam, an Indian origin. I am gonna start my Ph.D. at Griffith University in early Dec. I am a kind of decent guy who used to be very kind to everyone all the time. I am quite straightforward when it comes to cleaning of the house. I am looking to share the house with someone who is quite friendly and young.

Hi! I'm Lauren, a full time architecture student at Griffith university (I'm in the last year of my degree) I work a steady part time job with a surfing company, I'm a Non-smoker, with no pets and I don't party/drink. I am out Monday to Friday 6am to 6pm with work/uni commitments (and regularly on weekends).. so i'm also not the 'lounge around the house making a mess and playing music really loud' type. I am a very relaxed, quiet & clean person and I love my own space or sanctuary to come home to. Hope to hear from you soon :-)
My friend Kelly and I are trying to find a rental in Nerang and surrounding suburbs. We are 23 & 26 - both train at F45 and work full time. I work in Operations for a National Transport Company and Kelly is a Registered Nurse. Happy to pay $200 each, per week for a rental, but nothing really around the area for $400! Would love a 3rd person to come to the party as there are some really nice and good valued properties around the area between $500 and $600!
I own two businesses and run them out of an industrial warehouse in Molendinar. I have recently sold two properties and just wanting to find my feet a little in the northern coast area as I love it up this end of the coast. I am looking for something for about 3 - 6 months. I have two border collies who are very well behaved and both trained well. I run them everyday to burn off their extra energy. Both dogs are outside dogs. I am just looking for a house to call home while I settle into where I want to be long term so if you have a house for rent that is NOT a share house please let me know.
