Hi! I’m Ivanna. I work full time at Monash Health. I’m out of the house on weekdays and I prefer quiet weekends. I’m a quiet respectful housemate and expect the same in return. My preference is to share a house with a female roommates. Ideally I’d like my own en-suite and am willing to up my budget for the same but if I am meant to share a bathroom then not with more than 1 other person. Not keen on living in a property where home owners have crammed 5 people in and are charging them 300+ on rent because that is a rip off. I’d expect a lock on my door if it is a rooming house (the bare minimum in my opinion) I’m not keen on sharing with kids as I do value a quiet space. Also not keen on sharing space with a homeowner that still believes that I am a guest and hence can invade my privacy. I want to be treated like I am renting the place and in return will take care of your property, keep it clean, be respectful and pay all my bills. Big on respect and kindness so I hope for the same I want to live near public transport and more specifically train stations. when reaching out to me please ensure to include a bit about the people I will be sharing space with (genders and what they do is more than enough) I don’t throw parties, dont have pets or kids and don’t do drugs.
