$500/week•50 year old man
Hi there, Hope you're well :) I have recently relocated back to Melbourne from Lennox Head, near Byron Bay. My professional background is executive HR/People & Culture in the technology industry; however, I am currently working on a music psychology and acoustic science research project with RMIT and the University of Melbourne. I previously worked at Spotify. I am well-travelled, having lived in New York, LA, Paris, London, and Dublin collectively for about 15 years over the last 20 years. I am interested in music, art, science, and philosophy. I like the occasional glass of wine, but I'm not a big drinker. I eat well, exercise when I can, enjoy a chat, and don't smoke. I have some close friends in the neighbourhood, so I am often out and about. As a flatmate, very comfortable being as engaging and social as you like - I'm pretty self-sufficient but always up for a chat. More than happy to answer any other questions. Warmly, Matt

Hi guys! Looking for a small place following the breakdown of my relationship. I have my own education consultancy company which sees me work with the Harvard Graduate School of Education. I visit Cambridge at least once a year to lecture. I have two cavoodle brothers (nearly 4yo) who are housetrained and exceptionally well behaved. Their father & I share care, so they’re only with me some of the time. Their names are Aston & Martin, (after their father’s car obsession). We would love for you to consider us! Best wishes Penny, Asty & Marty

I’m Tristan, originally from Queensland and now living in Melbourne. I work part-time in retail while also pursuing opportunities in architectural visualisation, which is my professional background. I’m easygoing, tidy, and respectful in shared spaces. Outside of work I love playing volleyball, going to the gym, and exploring Melbourne’s food and music scene. I enjoy being social with housemates but also appreciate downtime and giving people their space. I’m looking for a private room (fits a double bed) in a home with good insulation — I’m trying to avoid places that get too cold in winter or too hot in summer. I’d also prefer a place that offers a free parking solution (on-site or easy street parking). Looking forward to finding a place that feels like home and meeting new housemates!

Work full time as an accounts manager, but I can still shake a great cocktail! Looking for a relaxed space and hoping to be friends with whoever I live with, I'd always be down for the odd outing, a cuppa, board games, movie nights (anything, but I love horror), or house meals. I'm keen to live somewhere where I can have a chat, but am respectful of downtime and really value transparency and communication. On the weekends you'll probably find me recharging with a book, looking at art, or figuring out a little creative project. I'm friendly with all types of person, and am pretty flexible with room arrangements as long as I can fit in my bed and a little furniture. Looking forward to having a chat and seeing if we could be a good fit!

$300/week•36 year old man
Hi everyone! I'm a 36 year old British/Aussie guy in search of a rental in the inner suburbs of Melbourne! I've been a housemate since I was 18 and I know how to respect the people I live with, establishing boundaries and creating a harmonious household. I'm super clean and an ally to the LGBT+ community and super super pet friendly. Health and fitness is very important to me. I'm academic, I taught myself Spanish and Portuguese and would love to practice with someone! I like hiking, gardening, general DIY stuff, practicing mindfulness, talking with people and establishing community. I did work as an electrician full time, Monday to Friday. However, I've recently had a motorcycle accident (16/04/25) resulting in about 14 wrist fractures. So right now I'm not working. 100% financially stable but right now my focus is recovery and unfortunately I have no family here! I can explain more through flatmates or in person. References can given explaining how easy going and reliable I am to live with! (Even with a broken hand) ☺️ I would prefer to live with 30+ non communal please but this is flexible! If you want to know a little more about me, please go ahead and send me a message!
