In a great location - 1km from the main drag of Nanango, walking distance to shops and schools, 15 minute drive to Kingaroy.., you get more like half a house than just a room...you only share a bathroom and living area with one other (as I have my own separate living space) and the kitchen, laundry and yard as common areas. You also have your own entrance to the main house as I have a separate entrance to my unit. Available to inspect and/or move in from 9 December .The room has an almost new futon couch that folds out to become quite a comfy double bed, built-in robe, chest of drawers, TV (no channels) and DVD player. The shared bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, WC and basin. The main living area, is for guest use only, as I have my own in my unit. It is fully furnished and has free-to-air TV and a DVD player (no cable channels) in the lounge. The kitchen is newly renovated, so you can cook but this is a shared space. You would have your own shelves allocated in the walk-in pantry, fridge and freezer. There is also an under-cover outdoor eating area and BBQ that you may share. I am a 62 year old female semi-retired school-teacher - very quiet and a rather private, introverted person so would be looking for someone who pretty much likes to keep to themselves and doesn't mind that I do the same most of the time. I am a non-smoker and am also quite fussy about the house and garden being kept clean and tidy but am otherwise easy-going and open-minded. The other house-mate is a quiet young woman (20s) who works full-time and also keeps pretty much to herself. I have a placid, one-eyed and very friendly 12 year-old Border Collie who rarely barks and a beautiful Border Collie/Kelpie cross puppy who just loves people. The weekly rent includes a third share of 100GB WiFi monthly and all other expenses, except phone and your own food, drinks and toiletries. I'd prefer an employed person or someone with a regular/fixed income. Any age, gender, ethnicity, religion and/or sexual persuasion is welcome to apply. Please contact me by email if you have any questions. I am away until 9 December. OWN ENTRANCE
Hi, I am a newly graduated veterinarian and will be working full time in Kingaroy (starting this December 2016). I am very clean, friendly, easy to live with and respectful of others. I enjoy bushwalking, reading and cycling. I also love all kinds of animals. I've lived in share houses before and it has always been a really good experience.
Bulit in wardrobes, own bathroom. Aircon in living area with ceiling fan in bedroom, double window for cool breezes. There is a swimming pool to cool off on those hot summer days. Double remote controlled garage.

I love animals & in particular my much loved cat I have a very special bond with must so please must LOVE CATS or at least like. If you have a dog that's fine too.(depend on breed). Hi, I'm a relaxed, healthy and environmentally conscious person with a keen interest in nutrition, philosophy, and writing. I'm looking for a quiet and tidy home for at least six months, with similar minded people. I'm respectful, clean and tidy, drug free(but I don't have a problem with those who enjoy relaxing at 4:20), and comfortable with a social drink, and I love a good open discussion. After living in Sydney and Brisbane for several years, I've left the hustle and bustle of city life, and returned to the Coast where I grew up. I'm now focused on writing a novel over the next six months and see where that takes me. If you think we'd get along and have a room available, please get in touch.
Easy going, house trained couple looking for somewhere to call home for a while. Happy to share with someone who has pets as we are both animal lovers. Both enjoy cooking and getting to the beach.
Hi, I have been house sitting on the Sunshine Coast for the past eight months but now that my husband has sold our house in Canberra and is heading up here it's time to get real and find a more steady base while we start to look around for our own house to buy in the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland. I am a 47yo self funded early retiree and my husband is a 53yo almost retired maths teacher. We will be out most days looking at properties. My parents also live in Caloundra so will be spending time with them. We require a clean home with our own private bathroom, as our furniture will be in storage we will also require bedroom furniture and a good mattress will be appreciated. My husband is really tall so we need at least a queen size bed. We are honest, respectable, clean and positive people who won't get in your way or cause a fuss. I also have a current police check that I needed for house sitting and my husband also has a current Working With Vulnerable People card. I also have current house sitting references. We also have an adorable well trained and fabulous little Italian Grey Hound Jack Russell x (small dog) who we will try and take with us when we go out but if we need to keep her at home we will require a secure and safe yard for her to hang out in, she is 8 years old and will only bark if someone she does not know approaches your house. Callie is truly fabulous and my soul mate so she needs to come with us. If you are not a dog person (how can that be??) she will change your mind :-) If you think that we may suit please send me an email and I can answer any further questions that you may have. YAY Sunshine Coast, it's just so awesome up here!!!XX Shelley
