I'm 22, from Melbourne. Commercial Pilot, though currently undergoing further studies. I'm easy going and respect the space I live in. I love to maintain a clean environment and workspace. I've lived out of home for 3 years and familiar with sharehouses. I love cooking various foods, travelling, playing and listening to music, animals (I have a Labrador, who won't be with me), catching up with mates and anything Aviation or Automotive related! I would rather a room that is furnished or semi-furnished, though it wouldn't be a major issue if it isn't. I also own a car which will require parking of some sort. -Looking for either short term or long term- Feel free to message me if you have a listing that would be suitable!
I'm an artist and knitter who works hospo full time. A bit of an introvert but quite relatable. Spend most of my spare time reading or making stuff. Don't really drink alcohol but like being around others that do. I'm clean, keep to myself mainly, and not much of a party animal. I moved to melbourne recently and am looking to settle in to a flat so would prefer to find a place thats long term ish (:
I'm new to Melbourne, the plan is work here for 6 months, and then I'll be heading overseas to Asia and Europe for a year or two. So I'm currently quite excitable and my future. I have been living in houseshares for the past 4 years and enjoy keeping a tidy house and a relaxed atmosphere among my housemates. I vastly prefer to clean up after myself and think of myself as a very conscientious person. I'm not a party animal, nor a recluse. I'm commited to my own thing, which currently is language study as well as being a gamer, enjoingy D&D, learning languages, going for a drive to new areas, discussing anything and everything. Biggest Bonus: I am very self-dependant. Adore Animals. And love learning new things.
Hello, future flatmate(s)! Looking to turn your shared space into a cozy nest? This bird is happy to do the same. I'm a 27-year-old educator from the USA who's spent the last three years abroad doing a mixture of travel, volunteer work, and living in holistic communities, and I'm happy to settle down in Melbourne to complete a two year certificate in Rudolf Steiner Education. Life is a balance of work and play, and I'm a positive, social creature who enjoys active community life, as well as a healthy dose of personal time. I love nature, distance running, meditation, trying to play the ukulele, making friends, and sitting on the front (or back) porch. Breakfast is a religious experience for me. I am a vegetarian (and keen to be vegan if my housemates are as well!) who would like to share a sacred space with other mindful beings, so compost and recycling is a huge bonus! I'm respectful and clean, and I value honest, open communication :) I'd love a room with natural light, and I do need something furnished since I'm making an international move. If you think I'm a good match for your house, please reach out!

I'm immigrating to Australia, it will be my first time in the country. looking for a place to live. and will be looking for job, so need access to close transportation. I'm a very quiet person, so I'm hoping to find someone who is not into loud noise and parties. I do not smoke and I'm not sure if smoking is allowed indoors in Australia, but i have allergy, so if you smoke inside the house, that's a no for me.

Hey funky souls! My friend Brianna, James and I are all students looking for accommodation around the areas listed. We love having gaming tournaments, board game nights, feasts and playing tug-of-war with Brianna's doggo Rosie (she was adopted from Pet Rescue and is cute af). Brianna and I are both passionate about the environment, food, exercise and veganism (but no hate towards people who aren't) so we'd cook you up 10/10 meals man. Who wouldn't want that? James is an all-round top bloke who loves his baseball and doesn't mind downing a beer or two. We will also be bringing a LOT of cactuses and succulents, and just cute plants in general. 😁 We are looking for at least 3 bedrooms to rent out, our max budget each being $170 including bills (poor student life 😅) so I hope one of you lovely souls out there has a place available! We are very respective, clean, and tidy people who would love to live together with maybe a few others whilst we complete our degrees :) Don't hesitate to contact us! Thank you for reading and we look forward to reading your messages! Cheers guys xx
My name is Michelle, I am fairly quiet, but I do like to occassionally go out for a drink with friends. I work 5 days per week as a childcare educator. I love to get out and about when I can.
My name is Erin and I am 31. I have a creative design background and have studied many things including photography, marketing and fashion design. I like to do little projects to keep active. My interests are in sustainable fashion & design, art, history, photography, current affairs and various TV shows and movies. Currently unemployed due to health reasons, but I am on the disability support pension, so I have an income. I live independently and do not need any assistance. I am always working on improving my health and have a pretty clean lifestyle. I am a clean person and contain any mess I have to my bedroom. I am a sociable, friendly and bubbly and generally happy person. Always up for a chat over a cuppa; D&M, current affairs or just something funny or silly. But do respect personal space and the need for down time too. I have recently been exploring meditation and Buddhist principles to improving health and well-being.
I am a 29 year old female, laid back, clean, adventurous and like the outdoors. I don't like to party hard but like a drink every now and then. I work full time so would only be around in evenings and on weekends. I have a beautiful friendly cat named Harriet who I would like to take with me. She mainly spends her days outdoors but sleep inside at night. She is super clean, doesn't smell and is completely toilet trained.
Im a 17 year old female (18 early april) going into year 12, looking for an environment to complete my studies in. Im considerate of others around me while being flexible, tidy, respectful and thoughtful. I'm a team player and am very easy to negotiate and reason with. I'm looking to leap into my final year with a positive attitude and the right surroundings that can further that positivity.
Hi! I'm Mitch. I'm looking for a relatively longer arrangement. 6-12 months or longer. I'm single, non smoker, and have no pets. I work 9-5 for a small private health insurance company. My interests outside of work include seeing live music, enjoying a beverage or two with friends and family, taking iPhone photos of other people's doggos, scrolling through the movies and tv shows on Netflix and not watching a thing, and buying pot plants. I spend a fair few weekends hanging out with my family in country Vic too. I keep my living spaces clean and tidy. I'm chill with cooking my own food or sharing meals with people. I do sometimes go for the convenience of eating out or getting lite and easy delivered weekly. I'm really sociable but also like my own space. I'm all about home being free of confrontation and stress. That's what work is for! I've lived in a really big apartment for 5 years, so I'd like to live in a similar place. Somewhere new/renovated and clean with lots of light and lots of space. Looking for 2 or 3 bedroom apartments/houses/townhouses. I don't have a preference as to living with males or females. I'm also open to getting together a group of 3 or so, and looking at some apartments/houses/townhouses. Send me a message if you're interested! Cheers, Mitch :)
Hey I'm Peter, I'm 32 years old and work full time as a Building Surveyor based in Melbourne CBD. I'm looking for a house/room (6-12 months +). I moved down from Brisbane about 2 years ago and have spent those couple of years settling in. Now that I have a bit better idea of the lay of the land I'm looking to move a bit closer to the city to have more time to enjoy life rather than commuting to and from work. During the week I'm usually pretty busy at work, and depending on the time of year have been known to work quite late - a habit I'm gradually learning to change. After a bit of a hiatus in my spare time I'm getting back into the gym and enjoying it more and more each session. Apart from the gym I also like going bush walking when I can or hitting the beach, but also enjoy a good chill watching a movie or having a beverage (coffee/brewski) and watching the world go by. Like most guys I enjoy watching my sport - AFL, cricket, NRL (being originally from QLD), any sport really - but also love going playing a bit of tennis or golf, or even trying something new. I've lived in share houses a couple times before while in QLD, and while like most people I enjoy a bit of quiet time when at home to recuperate, I also love a friendly chat and catch up over dinner and whatnot. I'm pretty relaxed and more than happy to hang out and chat or give you your privacy when you need it too. Due to my nature being a consultant I pride myself on creating positive relationships and am always up for a laugh, however I will always respect personal space and privacy. I'm clean, reliable and will do my part to keep the house tidy! I also have a car, so a car space would be ideal. Looking forward to hearing from you!! Peter
hey I'm Lily, i am 19 yrs old. I'm a friendly happy and vibrant person who is up for sharing a meal movie or drink but also respects personal space. i am tidy and happy to share the chores around the house. i enjoying cooking, i love music and keeping active, watching Netflix and going out with friends on weekends. if i match your ideal housemate, please contact me. Hope to hear from you :)
I'm a law grad, very friendly and respectable. I am going my Masters in International Development next year, work at Pandora and am quiet but sociable too. Not just looking for a place but a home, peaceful, out of the city where I will spend most of my time studying and resting when I'm not working.
I'm first year uni student at Swinburne. I'm clean and opening girl, I like to chat with my flatmate on the afternoon or on any free time but I also respect and keep private personal space. I'm also like doing house work on the weekend.
Hi there, I'm an undergraduate at Deakin University who works part time. Looking for an ensuite bedroom for myself for about 4 months.
Hi, I'm Julie, coming to Melbourne from France in order to study Mechanical Engineering at Swinburne as an exchange student, and I would like to find somewhere to call home :) I will be studying at Swinburne's Hawthorn campus so I'm looking for a room near Lilydale or Alamein railway line, or tram line 16,70 or 75, or bus route 624 or even better within walking distance from the campus ! I'm 19 going 20 and I would like to find flatmates about the same age (let's say preferably from 18 to 25 but I'm not very rigid about it). I'm quiet but social and I would like to share time with my flatmates (share meals, enjoy movies, have a cup of tea ... :P) I'm considerate of people's privacy and I clean up after myself. I like to study in common spaces (living room, kitchen ...) so I can see people passing by while studying :P. I do not need a lot of personal space : a small room would do it for me. I do not smoke nor drink. Cheers !
My name is Shirin, 25, F. I'm a primary teacher and am getting ready to teach grade 1 / 2 this year. I enjoy the quiet life when not at work, going to the gym, dancing and seeing my boyfriend. I LOVE tea and will get you addicted :) I'm looking for a nice clean place to stay with other kind people (females preferred but am happy for a mix too) Won't be the life of the party- happy to have dinner some time when we are all around. Am flexi with move in dates :)
My name is Jess and I am 27 years old. I am currently working as a Customer Service Officer on a full time basis at Box Hill Institute. I am originally from Mt Macedon in the Macedon Ranges and have lived out of home since I was 18 when I went to university living in College and then in share houses. I have completed a Bachelor of Arts (Languages) and a Bachelor of Education (P-12). My interests include: sport, travel, reading, shopping and spending time with friends and family. I love to just love having a cuppa or a wine and chatting. My weekends mostly consist of going to the footy. I like meeting all different kinds of people. I am looking for social housemates who like having the occasional meal/drink together while living our own separate lives. I like to keep all communal areas tidy and want housemates who are respectful in that. I am looking for housemates who are kind, caring and respectful of others.
Hi legends, I'm moving back to Melbourne after a few years in Sydney. Have lived in share accommodation for a while and it's been a mix of couples, guys, girls and aged between 20-38 y/o. So I have a great understanding of what it takes to make a share house work :). So, me, I'm single straight male aged 37 and I'm moving back to Melbourne to start working on a big dream of mine (my current job is a 60+ hour week and doesn't allow me the time to work on it). I'm a bit of a health-nut, but also enjoy a vino on the couch with the housemates, and the odd catch up at the pub. I'm easy going and happy to have a chat about anything, but realise the need for personal space too. I keep a clean house and happy to get in the kitchen. I currently have most household things: fridge, washing machine, large u-shaped couch, appliances, etc. But am planning to sell before I move back (so let me know if you want me to keep anything).
