Hi! I have a spare room that I'm offering, fully furnished, in a quiet, peaceful area. Short distance to the TAFE and other facilities in Box Hill, so possibly good for a student. Near a bus stop but perhaps more suitable for someone with a car. Not far from a supermarket. This is a interesting opportunity, I can explain why when contacted. There is no air-con, but the place has good internet, nice neighbours, front yard, shade from trees and many other attractions. In the medium term I'm interested in moving, probably south towards the Dingley Village / Keysborough / etc area and starting a new house. I'd like to occupy two small rooms (one as a bedroom, one as an office) and let someone else have the master bedroom. So this could suit people looking for or happy with medium term rental like 6 months for example, or someone who might even be interested in moving with me in the near future. Contact me with any questions!
I have a very cute house trained mini Pomeranian:)

Hi there, My name is Nana. I'm from China, have been studying and working in Melbourne for 2 years. I'm currently at the last trimester of my master degree for accounting, will graduate in late October this year. I work as a part time accountant and got another part time job in the city as well. I will stay in Melbourne after graduation. I'm looking for a place that close to the train station so I have easy access to city. A room in a all female two bedrooms flat will be ideal, but open for other options. Prefer a furnished room, but if the room is unfurnished is OK too. My moving date is flexible. I'm easy going, friendly, generally pretty quiet but also enjoy being social. I like Yoga, swimming, running and enjoy cooking. I’m used to share houses, lived in current place for 2ys and my flatmate and I became very good friends, so I have good understanding of different culture, I'm respectful and responsible. I'm a non-smoker, like to keep the place tidy and clean. Looking after the property, treat it not just as a room but also nice and cosy like home. That's pretty much all I can think of for now. If you have a room or whole property available, please feel free to contact me. Looking forward to hearing from you. Warm regards, Nana
Hi all, Im a 22 year old registered nurse, I'm a shift worker, working a rotating roster. Rarely on nights, very considerate when getting up at odd times and aware the sucky schedule doesn't suit all. So ideally other nurses/healthcare professionals or shift workers may work better :) Outside of work, i love keeping fit and enjoy the gym as a little outlet, always keen for a spontaneous trip away and love cheap adventures. Love travel, so super interested to hear stories if thats what your into as well. I love a social glass of wine occasionally, but I'm not a big drinker and not interested in party house. Im looking for a home where we can be social, but also respect each others personal space. Lover of dogs, allergic to cats :( Happy to answer any questions thrown my way Hola if your interested in a team up. J
Tidy, considerate, can adjust easily to new surroundings and I'm a social person that enjoys company and my own space. Own a gardening business and work long hours during the week, play cricket and footy on the weekends.
Hi! My name is Nadira, an Indonesian, and currently studying at Deakin Uni. I am interested to find housemate(s) that can respect each other and be friends with :). I am planning to move on 22nd January 2018 or 23rd January 2018. I am a practising Muslim so I'd prefer all females and smoking free accommodation. I am a very simple person and a bit of a neat freak (only on myself, though). With that being said, you don't have to worry about messy rooms or anything because I am Miss. Clean! I am also quiet, introvert and enjoy my 'me time' a lot. Because I always studying and put my education as my number one priority, you will not find me disturb you, because I am probably doing my assignments, watching movies, or just minding my own business. My hobbies include sleeping, drawing and reading. If you are looking for a quiet, simple, friendly and warm housemate, hit me up! Cheers.

I have lived in this house with my two best friends for the last two years. Due to life circumstances changing they unfortunately are moving onto to bigger and better things lol! As I love this house and it is currently a flexible month to month rental, I would really like to keep this property. This is a beautiful little house with big north facing windows and a balcony with chairs and a table, which makes you feel like your always relaxing with a beautiful view. The kitchen is massive and I try to make meals for anyone who is home when I cook! The house is fully furnished and one of the rooms that is being rented out with have furniture and the other not, we can totally help out with whatever needs there are. The house has a bus stop right out front and it not even 10 minute walk to Boxhill train station and Boxhill Centro. There is both on street parking (I have permits for us) or we have our own little car port which can fit 3 cars. I have netflix on the TV, there is a BBQ in the little garden and internet is included in the rent. I am looking for people to take over the lease of the two people leaving, but as I said it is month to month so it's still really flexible. ** I forgot to mention its actually no bond, its already been paid.

Looking to 'teamup' and find a place in Surrey Hills, Mont Albert, Camberwell or Hawthorn. Hi! I'm Mitch. I'm looking for a relatively longer arrangement. 6-12 months or longer. I'm single, non smoker, and have no pets. I work 9-5 for a small private health insurance company. My interests outside of work include seeing live music, enjoying a beverage or two with friends and family. I spend a fair few weekends hanging out with my family in country Vic too. I keep my living spaces clean and tidy. I'm happy cooking my own meals or sharing meals with people. I do sometimes go for the convenience of eating out or getting lite and easy delivered weekly. I'm really sociable but also like my own space. I'm all about home being free of confrontation and stress. I've lived in a really big apartment for 5 years, so I'd like to live in a similar place. Somewhere new/renovated and clean with lots of light and lots of space. Looking for 2 or 3 bedroom apartments/houses/townhouses. I don't have a preference as to living with males or females. I'm also open to getting together a group of 2 or 3, and looking at some apartments/houses/townhouses. Send me a message if you're interested! Cheers, Mitch :)

A very well organized person, I'm am looking for a room around Nunawading, Blackburn, Box Hill, Camberwell and Glen Iris. Not a very reserved person, happy to chat with house mates and share an odd drink or a cup of tea but can do my own thing and stay independent. Like to stay fit and try to go out for a walk or a jog but mostly ride my bicycle to get some exercise and fresh air. Other than that I am fond of movies, reading, playing computer games and gardening. Have lived in a shared house much earlier where rules about mutually managing the house were established. I respect others' privacy and space and expect the same from others. A tech geek I have a full time permanent job as a software engineer, have a bit of furniture and own a car.
I'm empathetic, I love to interact with new people and always find time for others. I enjoy being around others but I also know when people need their space. I enjoy living in a clean and uncluttered place. I enjoy having quiet nights in watching Netflix/Stan/YouTube.
We're returning from living in Switzerland in February 2018 - looking for a place that could become available around then. Dylan is a social worker originally from Adelaide and Ezgi is studying a Masters in Construction Management at Melbourne Uni. We're both pretty easy going - enjoy our own space, but also enjoy a casual drink. Dylan loves cooking and we love good food. We enjoy travelling, weekends away camping and both volunteer as Scout leaders in our spare time. By the way, the dog in the picture isn't ours!
Hello, I am Nandini, from India. I am a full-time a student. I am looking for a good, peaceful and tidy place. I am really quiet and a self-reserved person, investing most of my time in my studies and work. I am very helpful, disciplined and very compatible. I am fairly regular in paying my rent and bills etc. And according to my previous college room mates, I am a wonderful person to live with, hence I guess all this makes me great to live with.
