Looking for a house that is up for a bit of fun but also can chill out and let everyone do whatever they need to relax in their own way with no judgement.
We are a friendly young couple looking for a share house with easygoing people who can become friends as well as housemates. We also understand the importance of being able to give housemates their own space when needed and are willing to help maintain the house and keep it clean. ABOUT US Jess: A 20 year old nursing student at Deakin entering her third year of study. Loves baking, so cakes and other sweets are part of the deal! Enjoys a good mix of relaxing indoors, going on outdoor adventures and attempting to have brunch at every cafe in Melbourne. Brendan: 26, about to graduate with a Sports Management degree from Deakin and currently working at JB Hi-Fi while hunting for a sport industry job. Has lived out of home for a while now and has plenty of experience in share houses. Often playing PS4 or watching sport during downtime, and would struggle to contain excitement if your share house includes a dog. We both also enjoy reading, board games and being able to hang out and joke around with the people we live with. Both of us are AFL fans (Brendan is a long-time Swans fan, while Jess is a rare North Melbourne supporter). We are ideally looking for a house with one or two other likeminded people close to our own age range, who keep a relaxed attitude around the house but will help keep it in order. If we sound like a good fit for your existing house or to team up with (or even if you just liked the sound of Jess's baking) send us a message!
Hi Lovely to meet you! I am a friendly, easy going gal who is always up for a laugh and a chat about our day over a drink and meal or cuppa. I am respectful of your space and I love to have some downtime as well after my busy day. I work in Child Care so I need to keep fit to keep up with the babies and children that I care for. I do this with long walks, riding my bike & tennis. I am into healthy living so I am a non-smoker and social drinker. I would love to hear more about your home so feel free to message me. Have a lovely day. Fee :)
Takes good care of things to keep them in good conditions. Keeps an organised, clean, homey, and peaceful abode. Cooks simple dishes and cleans up afterwards. Environmentally friendly and has zero/low noise emissions. Friendly, considerate, and able to adjust toward a harmonious living. Looking for a housemate with similar basic views/principles above :-)
Tidy, considerate, can adjust easily to new surroundings and I'm a social person that enjoys company and my own space. Own a gardening business and work long hours during the week, play cricket and footy on the weekends.

Hey guys , 22 year old plumber who's looking for a room in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne , chilled out fun guy who's respectful and can cook a mean dish ! Cheers
Usually keep to ourselves, We aren't a couple, just friends. We are moving out as we want to make our current living situations a lot better and don't want to live in residential care because of all of the drugs and stuff, We know we are young but we will look after ourselves, we are happy to cook a dinner for everyone once in a while and chill out with everyone, we are really accepting and genuine people that will be able to pay rent, bills, etc. with no troubles at all.
My name is Pim. I’m just writing to express my interest in your available room in Surrey Hills, Mont Albert, Box Hill, Box hill North, Kew, Balwyn and Balwyn North. A little about myself: I’m 26 years old and from Thailand (I've been living here for 3 years). I’m currently living in Balwyn and studying at Box Hill Tafe full-time in cookery and part time working in Kew. I consider myself to be clean, tidy and quiet. I’m respectful to my housemates. I spend most days at work and college. My interests include watching cooking shows, cooking, drinking smoothie and having the occasional cider. I’d be really interested in coming by to see the room and to meet yourself at a time that suits you. If you have any questions about me, feel free to send me a message or a text. Looking forward to hearing from you, cheers. Pim.
Hey there! I'm Mithran, a 23 year old med student looking for accommodation close to hospital placement. I'm super social, friendly, and open-minded, and would love to live in a place full of activity and laughter. I'm a big music fan, and also love to cook (especially Sri Lankan food), and most of all I really like making connections with interesting new people. My work hours will vary between placements through the year, but I'm usually working roughly 8-5. I've lived with housemates before, and I know the importance of being respectful and adaptable to your requirements - I don't have many requirements of my own as long as you're fun and friendly, and you don't mind me having friends over to visit occasionally (I promise they're all nice!)
Hi my name is Elise. I am currently working in hospitality and going back to study this year to finish my Masters of Occupational Therapy Practice. I am looking for a place closer to my current work and future University placement and job opportunities. I like an equal amount of quiet time and socialising. I am friendly, easy-going and hard-working. Looking forward to hearing from you :)

Hello! I'm looking to move out before the new semester starts at Deakin. I'm studying full time and working part time but otherwise i'm pretty social. Ideally i'd love a social house that respects a bit of downtime. I'm easy either way. I love pets, so there's no issue with a household with a creature in it. In my spare time, I attempt to go to the gym, watch movies and listen to music. Hope to hear from you soon. :)
Hey guys! we have just been accepted to a beautiful 4-5 bedroom two storey house located in wheelers hill. There are 3 of us so far, 2 girls myself and liz, and one guy billy, all super friendly and down to earth. We are on the hunt for some one to fill the 4th room :) I love music and adventure and my sports and fitness. I respect others space but am also keen for hangouts the occasional nights out and would never say no to a beach trip. We are all super clean and wanting to treat this place like a home. If you think you would be a good fit into our little fam hit me up ASAP Thankyou!
Hello! I am a 24-year-old female from San Francisco, CA studying Communications and Media Studies at Swinburne for a semester. I also work part-time and am extremely responsible financially! I am often inspired and a lover of all things creative: dancing, music, graphic design, fine arts, and food! Whether it's a mom and pop shop, hole-in-the-wall eatery, cafe or bar, I love to explore new places (which is why I'm here in Melbourne!). I'm a friendly and considerate roommate and always prefer clean environments where I stay. I would love to discuss further details about a space to stay at during my time in the beautiful city of Melbourne!

I'm an accountant working in Glenferrie looking for a safe and great place to stay with easygoing flatmates. I clean up after myself and like to keep my surroundings clean and tidy.
Hey everyone :) 26yo guy moved back to Melbourne after living in WA for a while. Looking for a long term room ideally in the eastern suburbs but I'm not all that fussed. Maybe interested in property rentals with a few friends if the opportunity came up. $150pw incl bills is my highest rent price. Trying to get settled with employment asap so someone who is fine with my situation is necessary. 85% sure I'm entering full time study in 2017. I'm the quiet type but in no way anti social, tend to spend most of my time between home/my parents/with friends, not a party person, enjoy the odd glass of wine here and there, and I'm an outdoor smoker. I tend to get along with everyone I meet. If I sound like someone who would fit into your household, don't hesitate to email anytime (if I'm slow to reply, that's because I didn't get an email yet letting me know I have a message). Thanks. Richard :)
Hey I'm Peter, I'm 32 years old and work full time as a Building Surveyor based in Melbourne CBD. I'm looking for a house/room (12 months +). I moved down from Brisbane about 2 years ago and have spent those couple of years settling in. Now that I have a bit better idea of the lay of the land I'm looking to move a bit closer to the city to have more time to enjoy life rather than commuting to and from work. During the week I'm usually pretty busy at work, and depending on the time of year have been known to work quite late - a habit I'm gradually learning to change. After a bit of a hiatus in my spare time I'm getting back into the gym and enjoying it more and more each session. Apart from the gym I also like going bush walking when I can or hitting the beach, but also enjoy a good chill watching a movie or having a beverage (coffee/brewski) and watching the world go by. Like most guys I enjoy watching my sport - AFL, cricket, NRL (being originally from QLD), any sport really - but also love going playing a bit of tennis or golf, or even trying something new. I've lived in share houses a couple times before while in QLD, and while like most people I enjoy a bit of quiet time when at home to recuperate, I also love a friendly chat and catch up over dinner and whatnot. I'm pretty relaxed and more than happy to hang out and chat or give you your privacy when you need it too. Due to my nature being a consultant I pride myself on creating positive relationships and am always up for a laugh, however I will always respect personal space and privacy. I'm clean, reliable and will do my part to keep the house tidy! I also have a car, so a car space would be ideal. Looking forward to hearing from you!! Peter
Hi legends, I'm moving back to Melbourne after a few years in Sydney. Have lived in share accommodation for a while and it's been a mix of couples, guys, girls and aged between 20-38 y/o. So I have a great understanding of what it takes to make a share house work :). So, me, I'm single straight male aged 37 and I'm moving back to Melbourne to start working on a big dream of mine (my current job is a 60+ hour week and doesn't allow me the time to work on it). I'm a bit of a health-nut, but also enjoy a vino on the couch with the housemates, and the odd catch up at the pub. I'm easy going and happy to have a chat about anything, but realise the need for personal space too. I keep a clean house and happy to get in the kitchen. I currently have most household things: fridge, washing machine, large u-shaped couch, appliances, etc. But am planning to sell before I move back (so let me know if you want me to keep anything).
