Easygoing woman with 2 young children, 7 and 5. We have a wonderful older beagle, Winston who is well behaved and thankfully past the destructive puppy stage. I’m a full time student of Nursing and Midwifery for the next 2 years, this means I am fairly busy with study and kids but will also have the chance to socialize. Love a good drop of red! I’m looking for a house to share with one other or another single parent.
My name is Coline, I'm French but perfectly fluent in English asI studied in Sydney 5 years ago and worked in international relation in Paris for 3 years. I moved to Australia to chase my footy dreams (yes, Aussie rules!). I just found a job in Coldstream and I have to go to Essendon twice a week for training so I'm looking for a furnished room on the road between those 2 locations (but within 30-40min drive from Coldstream). I’m respectful, quiet and clean. I'm not a very good cook but I master ratatouille and crêpes!
Hi everyone! I’m a 29 year old florist, moving up to Melbourne from Ballarat for a change of pace. I would love to live with people I can consider friends rather than just housemates. I’m looking to live with a couple of people, maybe 2 others who are friendly and tidy. I’m social (but like downtime too!), love animals, hikes, brunches, always up for adventures :) Look forward to meeting you!
Hi, I'm Emma, 29 years old and working in Administration for an Architectural firm in the city. I'm an easy going, friendly person on the quieter side. I keep to myself a bit in a place but at the same time I do enjoy having a chat in the kitchen or watching something on TV together. I am a very neat and considerate housemate, and I pride myself on making sure I do my fair share around the house. I work regular full-time hours but am usually out more than 12 hours on weekdays and then on weekends it's a half half mix of being out socialising and having down time at home.
My name is Jess, I'm 24. I'm a uni student studying writing and I work at Woolworths part-time. I love film and spend a lot of my time trying to watch all the movies in existence. Looking for: Somewhere to live when my friend and I move out of our parents' houses.
We have an unfurnished room for rent with lots of cupboard space, in a lovely spacious 3 bedroom unit, with heating and air-conditioning, with a shared bathroom. We have a cosy outdoor area, and there is access to the building via steps, a ramp and a lift. The unit is in a beautiful leafy area, with a balcony for sitting to enjoy the view. The house is spacious with a stunning view, where you will feel you are living in the country and will be on the doorstep of everything. This quiet spot has a bus stop out the front, which quickly and easily can take you to Uni, Greensborough shops, and railway stations.
I’m a 35 yo solicitor working part time at a local law firm. I have an awesome dog named Noodle. He’s 7 months so can be a bit energetic, but I spend a lot of time on his training. Outside of work I volunteer once a week with a program running horse riding lessons for kids with disabilities. I also try to go out riding myself 1 x per week. I like to chill out at home and not looking for a party house (or late nights). But totally understand people have lives so for me it’s all about communication in the house and we’ll get on just fine :)

I am clean, easy going, and although enjoy a wine with my roommates here and there, respectful of personal space! In my free time, I am usually working part-time, studying, hanging out with friends/family, or exploring. I will be studying at RMIT (Chiropractic), therefore will need easy access to public transport. Besides this, I am looking for social, respectful and clean roommates!

Hi Guys, We have a beautiful room to rent in a peaceful court. It has a beautiful large kitchen with an open plan lounge. A nice backyard and a balcony to enjoy the sunshine on. The room is a decent size with built in wardrobes. Walking distance to parks. Greensborough Plaza is only 7km away and the main town of Eltham is a short 3km.
I'm surprised to be 49yrs old! I'm moving from Gippsland to be closer to family. I have a keen interest in animal welfare, but no pets. My houseplants are quiet things. I'm mostly quiet, but do enjoy eccentricity and playing with ideas and stories. I like cooking, gardening, am currently an unskilled drawerer(? and speller, evidently), English comedy and John Clarke humour are my favourites, and I am aiming for 'optimism' as a character trait. I'd love a home for the longer term.
I am looking for someone to share my three-bedroom house with study, two living spaces and a large kitchen/dining area. Downstairs is a work-in-progress studio space with the potential to be used as a workspace for the time being. There is a balcony out the front overlooking the treetops of Eltham North, a relaxing undercover area out back, a small herb garden, Stan and Netflix on the TV and WiFi readily accessible. Heating and air-conditioning throughout the whole house AND a fireplace for the winter months too - just for extra cosy factor. The room up for rent is the master bedroom: it has its own en-suite and a gorgeous view out the window. Can be furnished or not, up to you. Bills included in the weekly rental price. My son is at home half of the week, and he is a well-behaved 6-year old with a penchant for Mario Kart. I am a music teacher and work full time.

URGENTLY Looking for a new home ... I AM VERY EASY TO LIVE WITH AND HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR. I HAVE A WELL BEHAVED 14 YEAR OLD DOG AND A LITTLE BLACK CAT, SO IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THEY ARE HAPPY AND SAFE AND HAVE A LITTLE SPACE ... I am looking for a nice relaxed place to live, I would like my own bathroom, and offstreet parking. I am very flexible with the location and I do have my own furniture. I am a writer/director working on the final draft of an Aussie Comedy hoping to shoot the film 2019, I am in the process of raising the budget. I am a clean tidy considerate person who has a great sense of humour, I like a laugh a meal and a glass of wine, but I also value my space and give you yours, I pay my bills and rent on time. At the moment I will be writing from home so a study or my own lounge, or even granny flat or studio would be cool, I am also studying film editing on final cut pro. I am flexible with moving dates and budget, but sooner rather than later would be good. Cheers Peita:)
My name is Sam and I am a friendly, happy Aussie looking to find somewhere to call my home, preferably with people who like tea as much as I do! I am a lover of music, gamer, always game for a laugh and very well house trained. I clean up after myself and make a mean shepherd's pie. I respect people's privacy as I like my own space, too but also love to chat and socialise. I am not working at the moment but looking to get back into the world of hospitality as I miss meeting lots of fun people across the bar. Can't wait to hear from you!
Hey! I'm Monica or Mon to my friends! I'm 35, outgoing and work in luxury retail for the same company for 8.5years so work most weekends and have rdos off during the week! Enjoy cooking, having a wine and good convo and also happy to have time to myself after a long day! Enjoy a night out with friends whether it is out for drink or out to watch the footy! Moving from my bestie as she's made the big step to move out with her boyfriend! Have a pet named Turtle (who is 9year old cat who thinks he is a dog!) He loves napping in the sun and a good belly rub! I have for the last 5 years had my own places with all my furnishings so can bring furnishings along or happy to store! Looking for a home not a place to crash and a happy environment!
I’m Liv! I’m 25 and work shift work (mainly morning shift with nightshift every three weeks). I play netball twice a week, love AFL (go Blues!) and love going out for a catch up with friends or having them over for a movie night and pizza.
I am a 35 yo girl working fulltime in Melbourne. I am neat, quiet and peaceful. I pay my rent on-time. Pls leave your email address if you have an earlybird account. I prefer the house to be near Aldi, Woolworth, Coles or a shopping center. I don't smoke and have no pet (although i love them). I dont have a car yet usually travel with public transports. Please txt me if you have a house suitable for me. Cheers Maryam
** I will add photos within 48 hrs The house is fully furnished. I keep the house is immaculate condition. It's very cool during summer and warm in winter. Ducted heating and cooling is perfect. The house is really cosy and the cleaner we keep it the better. So I need someone who is able to keep the place super tidy. I'm not a nazi but will bite my tongue if something needs cleaning. We've got a cool outdoor area that is under cover. I hope to get some outdoor furniture and a BBQ which would make for a pretty sweet summer evening. The house, albeit quite old looking from the outside, has been recently renovated inside. We have unlimited internet, Fetch tv, Netflix, a 60" 4K TV, huge fridge, washer, dryer and a spare bedroom to share if you have a desk or anything else you need space for. Once a month I get a cleaner in to do a really detailed clean of the shower, oven, stovetop etc. This is an additional of $30-$40 per month. The internet is with Optus and is only $35 a month each for unlimited cable internet. No gardening costs are required as I take care of all that. If you are unfamiliar with the area, we are within a ten minute walk of shops, cafes, restaurants, banks, Greensborough Plaza, several gyms, doctors and chemists. There's two bus stops just up the road and the Watsonia station is only a 15 minute walk.
Big yard and shed, backs onto a creek and plenty of greenery, most of the house is furnished minus the bedrooms for rent. I am only renting the top floor. I’ll try to get some freash photos up ASAP. Text messages are preferred. Happy to answer any questions.

Hey there! Looking for some similar people to live with in a sharehouse. Don't mind if a join a hood or we start a new one in a new house. Preferably would like to live with 2-3 others to be able to afford a decent place but not drain the bank. I'm Extremely clean. Easy to live with. Responsible. Have a good renting record. Work multiple jobs to support a decent income. Love socialising, music, drinks and hanging out. I own/operate a music mixing and mastering business so I'd require a room to live in but also another room to work from. Ideally, I'd love to find a place which had a granny flat (separate room away from the house) where I could do my work. Hit us up if you're interested!
I study horticulture so I spend a lot of time in the gardens with all my plant babies. I have the cutest, smartest whippet pup companion Max, who comes to school with me.
