Hello all! My name is Janelle, 27, and working full time in dental nursing. I'm looking to hopefully team up with another female in my existing house or in a new house together! My week usually consists of working 5-6 days every week. My nights involve, gym (when I can be bothered), relaxing on the couch, binge watching Netflix, cooking dinner, having a nice glass of wine and maybe heading out for tea with my new housemate and some friends. I do have a boyfriend, who is super easy to get along with, and comes over most weekends and some nights during the week. Weekends, I enjoy, shopping, relaxing, cleaning, going on coffee and food dates, doing some day trips, trying out new wineries, going to watch my doggies play and also watching the bf play. I love living in a clean and tidy house, I'm not the best cook going around, but I don't mind sharing the cooking. I understand everyone needs there alone and down time and I completely respect that, as I need mine too. I love pets, I'm a dog lover, unfortunately I'm allergic to cats. (Sorry to all those who own cats) This is basically Me in a nutshell!! If you think you could team up with me, shoot me a message. I look forward to hearing from you! Xx
One private bedroom available in beautiful house set in the hills of Greensborough. Hello dog-loving potential housemates! Thanks for coming to read our ad - sorry it's so long, but we want to be as open and honest as possible with our new housemate. Looking forward to hearing from you! :) NO TIME WASTERS PLEASE IMPORTANT POINTS FIRST - Your application will be pending approval from the real estate agent; therefore you must provide references, 100 points of ID, payslips etc. - **UPDATED** Rent amount - $500.00 per month (paid on the 1st of the month). This is for a single person as the room is not entirely suited for couples. - Bond will need to be decided by our agency – please ignore “Bond is 2 weeks rent”. - Whatever way you earn money is fine, but you must be able to pay rent on time. - The lease is for 12 months, which started in mid-May. If the landlords allow it, we will probably look to extend our lease after this time. - Bills are split evenly 3 ways. - We have cable WIFI internet at the property which is pretty quick and unlimited. - You must be good with dogs. We have two large dogs (one giant), who can be a bit full on at times, but otherwise are mostly sleepy. They are both very sweet friendly dogs. One of the dogs is quite a drooler, so be warned! :) - The room is more suitable for a single person, but if you have a partner that you want to have over, that’s totally fine. - We would prefer omnivores, as we are meat eaters and our dogs are too. - There is always raw meat in the fridge for our dogs. - The house is fully furnished, so you would just need to bring furniture for your room. However, there are some storage options around the property if you do have things you need to store. - No more dogs allowed on the property, sorry! Our dogs can't live with cats but pocket pets might be considered by the agency. They must stay in their cages though to avoid any tragic encounters with our dogs. - The house is not suitable for children, sorry! THE ROOM & HOUSE The bedroom is approximately 2.6m x 3m and has a built in robe and shelving. There are some butterfly and flower decals on the wall (it used to be a kids room) which came with the house, so I assume they have to stay. The room has blackout blinds and looks out to the backyard (with a shade-cloth over the window). You will have your own bathroom, which has a sunken spa/shower. We would love to be able to use the bathtub from time to time (prearranged with you, of course, to make sure it doesn't affect your schedule). And we are happy to share cleaning of that bathroom for that reason. You'd absolutely be free to use our ensuite if need be while we were using the bath. There is a separate toilet as well. There is on street parking (no restrictions). It’s a safe and quiet neighbourhood, so your car should be fine – people park on our street to go to the station all the time. In saying that, if you think your handbrake can handle our super steep driveway you're more than welcome to park in the driveway next to the house. The house has heating & air-conditioning, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is a workshop/garage out the back which you will have access to. We have Netflix :) The house is less than a 10 minute walk to Greensborough Station. The house has a balcony leading from the loungeroom which is lovely to sit out on and enjoy the view over the neighbourhood.
Hi. I'm James, an international student who has been living in Melbourne for 3 years. I am currently a full-time student in Viewbank College, year 12. I am friendly, outgoing, an open-minded person and tidy. Also, I used to share a house with a friend, we had a lot of joyful time together. Final words, I am responsible and committed, plus, a good cook, love cooking and sharing fun time with friends. (I'm not a person with party life nor cigar/alcohol)
I have shared houses all over the world and enjoy life to the full. I am quiet, respectful and easy to live with. I have a full life and really love my home to be a place of rest and harmony. I have many interests including exploring nature, having fun and making the most of every day. Please drop me a line or give me a bell if you have a room or a granny flat that would suit me.
This is a near-new 3 bedroom two story townhouse in St Helena. Close proximity to St Helena Shops and Greensborough Train Station. I am looking to rent out 2 bedrooms to 2 flatmates. - Rent is $180 per flatmate per week (including internet) plus utilities (electricity, gas & water). - Bedrooms are unfurnished and include built in wardrobes. However, I can supply furnishings in one of the bedrooms if needed. - Both flatmates will share a bathroom, which includes a toilet, shower and bath. There is also an additional toilet downstairs, so you won't need to hold on. - The laundry includes a washing machine and a condenser dryer. - The rest of the house is furnished, and includes near-new appliances. - A new decking is at the rear of the house for entertaining.
Trustworthy and reliable, always clean up after myself and happy to look after the place. I enjoy a bit of social time but also give other people space. Quiet person who is respectful of other members of the household. Currently looking for work but need to find somewhere to live whilst still looking. Enjoy going out to the footy, rugby league or cricket or a meal down the pub. Out most nights at training or meetings and weekends with sport.
I'm a good communicator and live by principles of mutual consent and mutual aid. I'm clean and tidy and always like to do my share of housework. I've just finished a Bachelor of Community Development. I'm looking to find some part time work and embark on a masters project in 2018 to look at the feasibility of setting up a tiny house intentional community. There is a lot of work to do to get myself organised for my research project in 2018 and this is the current focus. So I guess even though I am not formally studying, I am actually busy with getting everything lined up to commence the project. I am pretty much vegetarian and am passionate about social justice and the environment. My primary modes of transport are a bicycle and electric scooter.
The property is located in a nice quiet street and walking distance to super markets, shops and the train station. The house is newly renovated and is well looked after. There is lots of space in the 3 bedroom house so we never feel like we are living on top of one another.
I am looking for somewhere I can live and keep 1 horse. I am easy going, have 6+ years rental history in Toorak and Camberwell. Max 300/week. Don't have a move date- flexible. Currently renting and agisting the horse. Would prefer housemates aged 20-35.
My name is Ali, I'm 36 and a student. I'm currently obtaining my Diploma in Youth and Community Services. Although I'm not home most times, I do enjoy good company (I love to discuss any topic, controversial or otherwise), cooking and maintaining a light mood all around. Most of all, I take great pride in keeping my immediate living quarters clean and presentable. Here is my current situation: I am unhappy where I reside. Please don't get me wrong, the folks here are fantastic but it is incredibly expensive and it is isolated. I wish to be somewhere more centralised where public transport and amenities are more available, not to mention be closer to family and friends.
I'm 18 years old and graduated year 12 last year, not studying this year. I'm working 3 days a week with my dad, in a printing and packaging business, that he owns, as well as working at a bar in the city at night, for extra money. Starting my full time job as a medical receptionist August. I'm a very friendly and sporty girl. I play netball during the week. I'm easy to get along with, bubbly and outgoing. I am very clean an have OCD, so you won't need to worry about me being messy. Looking to move in ASAP
