I have lived at my last place for 12 years as I always paid rent on time and treated my neighbours with consideration and respect. I have a life of my own and will not smother you. I am socialised and do not roll home drunk and be obnoxious and annoying. Reformed smoker but do not worry being around smokers and drink on a very occasional basis. No Drugs. I am virtually retired at 64 years and cover all my Centrelink obligations with volunteer work. i would like to stay in the listed areas as I have family at Heidelberg and friends at Blackburn and Knox and the public transport gets me to both, and my volunteer role, conveniently. Paying rent is the priority and understanding that you have to give people in a shared situation genuine consideration is next. Socialised, tidy and personable in a sharing situation. Excellent rental refererence from my previous 12 years of renting at Lower Plenty and personal references as well. Do not have pets/companions but would consider them a bonus if you do.

It contains a built in wardrobe and heating/cooling. Not furnished! The townhouse consists of two toilets and a shared bathroom. Off street parking is available, smokers welcome but outside only. No pets aloud. We are looking preferably for someone 25 years on or a lovely down to earth couple. The rent for a couple would be $380 per week. Myself and my friend just moved into this new townhouse situated in a quiet court in greensborough and we are loving it so far. Perfectly located and walking distance to the gym, shops, public transport, restaurants and cafes. The house is fully furnished and we can also discuss the room being furnished if the right occupant does not contain furnishings. We are looking for a female housemate around the same age or younger. The housemates.... Janelle 27 and Kayne 30 We've known each other since high school and are pretty close, but we are hoping to find another girl who can fit right in with our laid back friendly way of living. During the week it's pretty low key, we both work full time and then at night we share the meal cooking and have some general banter over a nice glass of red or two. We do go to the gym ( which is located at the end of the street) but not religiously. Were not health freaks either, we do definitely enjoy take out every now and again. Weekends, if we aren't working, are being spent relaxing, shopping, catching up with friends, going out (for a dance and drink), going to the footy, sleeping or taking trips away. We are both originally from rural Victoria and like to head back there every now again. Kaynes interests include: football (the bombers) please don't hold that against him, hanging out with mates, eating, having good convos and sleeping. Janelle's interests: shopping, dancing, hanging with friends, going to the footy, watching Netflix, finding new coffee spots and sleeping. We are very laid back and easy going people, we do like a good time and good laugh, but we also love to relax and take it easy. We do respect eachothers spaces and tend to clean up after ourselves. This is no party house, very quiet place, which we live. Kayne spends most of his time either at his girlfriends place or at his parents farm, so his only here a couple nights a week. The bills will be split 3 ways, we think that would be easiest. Wifi is available, again that bill would be also spilt! If you think you would love to live with us, hit us up! Would love you hear from you! On street parking 2 toilets Contains balcony Fully furnished house A/C and heating in the townhouse Contains wardrobe Not furnished
Located in arguably one of Greensboroughs finest streets, just minutes away from Greensborough plaza ,train station ,bus stop to airport and RMIT Bundoora campus. Beautifully renovated throughout, it consists of 4 bedrooms all with birs, large north facing family room, updated bathroom, well-appointed kitchen with quality appliances, large meals/dining area. . I am looking for two housemates to share the house. I can furnish the bedrooms but you are welcome bring to your own furniture. I will set up unlimited internet. Rent is 150pw, split bills. Bond is 600 dollars. The house is current occupied by me 29 years old, work full time as an IT professional in the city. And a female full time nurse. We are both very clean and quiet. We are looking for tidy and respectful housemate who is employed or studying. Cheers Liam
One private bedroom available in beautiful house set in the hills of Greensborough. Hello dog-loving potential housemates! Thanks for coming to read our ad - sorry it's so long, but we want to be as open and honest as possible with our new housemate. Looking forward to hearing from you! :) IMPORTANT POINTS FIRST - Your application will be pending approval from the real estate agent; therefore you must provide references, 100 points of ID, payslips etc. - Rent amount - $608.33 per month each (paid on the 1st of the month). - Bond will need to be decided by our agency – please ignore “Bond is 2 weeks rent”. - Whatever way you earn money is fine, but you must be able to pay rent on time. - The lease is for 12 months, which started in mid-May. If the landlords allow it, we will probably look to extend our lease after this time. - Bills are split evenly 3 ways. - We have cable WIFI internet at the property which is pretty quick and unlimited. - You must be good with dogs. We have two large dogs (one giant), who can be a bit full on at times, but otherwise are mostly sleepy. They are both very sweet friendly dogs. One of the dogs is quite a drooler, so be warned! :) - The room is more suitable for a single person, but if you have a partner that you want to have over, that’s totally fine. - We would prefer omnivores, as we are meat eaters and our dogs are too. - There is always raw meat in the fridge for our dogs. - The house is fully furnished, so you would just need to bring furniture for your room. However, there are some storage options around the property if you do have things you need to store. - No more dogs allowed on the property, sorry! Our dogs can't live with cats but pocket pets might be considered by the agency. They must stay in their cages though to avoid any tragic encounters with our dogs. - The house is not suitable for children, sorry! THE ROOM & HOUSE The bedroom is approximately 2.6m x 3m and has a built in robe and shelving. There are some butterfly and flower decals on the wall (it used to be a kids room) which came with the house, so I assume they have to stay. The room has blackout blinds and looks out to the backyard (with a shade-cloth over the window). You will have your own bathroom, which has a sunken spa/shower. We would love to be able to use the bathtub from time to time (prearranged with you, of course, to make sure it doesn't affect your schedule). And we are happy to share cleaning of that bathroom for that reason. You'd absolutely be free to use our ensuite if need be while we were using the bath. There is a separate toilet as well. There is on street parking (no restrictions). It’s a safe neighbourhood, so your car should be fine – people park on our street to go to the station all the time. In saying that, if you think your handbrake can handle our super steep driveway you're more than welcome to park in the driveway next to the house. The house has heating & air-conditioning, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is a workshop/garage out the back which you will have access to. We have Netflix :) The house is less than a 10 minute walk to Greensborough Station. The house has a balcony leading from the loungeroom which is lovely to sit out on and enjoy the view over the neighbourhood. Photos of the house taken during the day are from before we moved in, so the decor of the house is very different - sorry the photos of the bedroom and bathroom are so dark (stupid winter).

My name is Ali, I'm 36 and a student. I'm currently obtaining my Diploma in Youth and Community Services. Although I'm not home most times, I do enjoy good company (I love to discuss any topic, controversial or otherwise), cooking and maintaining a light mood all around. Most of all, I take great pride in keeping my immediate living quarters clean and presentable. My current conundrum is that the house I live in will be up for sale and thus, I have to vacate no later than September. Hopefully I'll be in a new home by then :)
