Hi. I am a 24 year old student from Sweden who currently studying Diploma of fitness on Tafe. I am friendly, very clean, outgoing and respectful. Love to working out, hang with friends and surfing. Looking for a part-time job in Sunshine Coast. Own a car. /Ludvig
My name is Bessie, I am 18, seeking some long term accomodation as I am just moving to the coast from Toowoomba. I am responsible, respectful and am very tidy. I am always happy to help around the house and am very good to get along with.
Hey guys! I'm hoping to move into either the Maroochydore Mooloolaba area around new year. I'm an Irish girl, 25 years old and just recently moved to Australia. Im living and working in the Sunshine Coast right now but looking to move out of the countryside where I currently am. I'm super easy going but also a very tidy person. I love meeting new people and I would love to live with friendly people like me. If you have any rooms coming available early 2017 please let me know! :)
Hiya, Looking for a place primarily for myself, though girlfriend who is in Sydney should be able to stay an occasional weekend (or a couple of weeks if plans need changing). Eastern European by origin (Yugoslavia), lived in Belgium most of my life and in Sydney for about 5 years - on the coast for 9 months now. Healthy, fairly quiet but would enjoy a chat and a glass of wine here and there, would need parking and/or a place for a jet ski.
Friendly couple, easy going, clean and tidy. I am going to study Commercial Cookery. Cooking and beach are a passion to me. Lucas is on a working holiday visa, he has been working in Brisbane since May16, and now that I arrived in Australia we decided to move to Sunshine Coast (we are in love with this city). We are staying in a Sunshine Coast at least for one year and a half, so if the house and our flatmates rocks, we would be glad to share for a longer period. :)
Hello everyone, We are Nick & Maartje, a coupe original from the Netherlands. Coming to live for our second year in Sunshine Coast. We love to settle close to the beach. (Alexandra Headland - Mooloolaba - Maroochydore ) We are both working fulltime in a sales & marketing company. Also starting a new course in business in november. We are warm hearted and hard working people. Very tidy and we love to have a laugh. We are available immediately to organise a meeting! We are very excited to hear from you. Cheers, Nick & Maartje
Hey! Im looking to meet some cool chill people to live with! I'm almost never home. If I'm not at work I'm at training or the gym or out with friends. I can cook, I'm neat, I clean up after myself. I have my own car and two jobs. I like to drink, I don't smoke, and that's more or less it. If you want to know more send me a message and we can chat :)
Greetings Currently on leave so I made a decision to spend the Christmas and Summer at the Sunny Coast because I have always wanted to live here. From Brisbane originally but looking for that desired "sea change". Have references. Would prefer the bills and WIFI included in the rent to eliminate possible future conflicts. I am a foodie, so I will use and clean the kitchen after I prepare my meals AND I expect future flatmate to be like-actioned. I will keep communal areas tidy on a clean as you use basis, and once a week thorough clean (1 hour). I am a neat, organized, but a slow to wake/quiet morning person, who loves a strong turkish coffee brewed on the stove top, then I love to sit facing the sun while I wake possibly reading non fiction material. So I believe a minimum need would be a share unit with a balcony that fits pot plants of herbs for my cooking and small bbq, or a share duplex with a courtyard for same reason. I will be bringing my banana lounge for the outdoor area, unless your place has a second one for me alone to use. I can use a bedroom that is either furnished or unfurnished, I don't really care about that. I have from childhood grounded beliefs in Christianity which I do not push on others, and would not like to have to substantiate to others with opposing views. I am committed to non smoking, non drinking and non drugs. I am not interested in living with anyone still doing this. I am a surfer at Melrose Parade, Maroochydore and love all beach going activities. I enjoy a action or comedy movie in my downtime after dinner. If my life sounds home-based it is a little at present because I am on holidays. I have family on the coast to visit. I am independant and making new contacts daily, while I assess the possibility of the sea change. I am interested in exploring local areas, walking, yoga, Pilates and new things like full moon surfing last week. I have a sense of humour, that as my sister and I always say, seems funniest to us. So I am not perfect, and sometimes not positive, and not trying to be as I am human. If I may be suitable as a flatmate at your premises, please enquire. My dates are flexible, I can move sooner if the right situation arises. Happy days! Bene

EMPLOYMENT: To gain employment during peak season on the Sunshine Coast, the following experience is required: Barista Certificate and Experience, Responsible Service Alcohol Certificate, Retail Experience, Cleaning Resorts/Motel, Front of House Restaurant and Waitressing Experience. These are the only opportunities that will become vacant during Christmas period on the Sunshine Coast. Please be prepared for your own jobseeking. AUSTRALIAN FAMILY/LIFESTYLE: It enriches my 9 year old daughter's life and our lives to have young international persons stay in our relaxed home. The upstairs flatties area is quiet and suitable for external studies at the colleges mentioned above. The downstairs outdoor living area and large kitchen is meant to be enjoyed by you and your friends within the rules of the family home. As caretakers, we have our own separate granny flat however, sometimes after school, you will see my daughter and her friends playing in the backyard small pool, and a wet dog running through the house. In the footy season, there is a BBQ regularly accompanied by the normal footy jeering that Australians are accustomed during the football season. Drinking alcohol is normal is Australia, tough we also have non alcohol drinking guests so please say if this is the your preference. Smoking is outside only in a smoker's shelter outside the perimeters of the family home. This is a happy house with an all inclusive policy, so join in when you like. We are a hospitable, , welcoming and cheerful (most of the time), responsible couple with a 9 year old daughter. We are happy to be involved with fun activities and like to celebrate your birthdays with you, and celebrate the end of study. I take applicants from all students, however this is NOT a 'student party' house, so I will need reference from a previous landlord. If you like the idea of a supervised well maintained clean home with a male garden/house caretaker and female home manager onsite living in a separate granny flat, please apply. APPLY: Please apply ahead of time, as the rooms and arrangements I offer are sought after and filled ahead of vacancies. Be prepared to pay upfront the first 4 weeks rent upon arrival. "The World Is Your Oyster". You can establish friendships with a group of housemates leading up to your Sunshine Coast arrival. While on the coast, you will need to be studying during the semester, sharing your travel planning while in Australia, and keen to see local sights and visits beaches and bush walks. I'm from Toowoomba and I'm just about to finish my uni degree. I now have a job up at the Sunshine Coast. Will be away for work a lot through the week. I'm pretty relaxed and easy to get along with. Send me a message if you're interested.
Hi, I'm a 20 year old University student, currently studying Dietetics fulltime. I work at Gelatissimo in Mooloolaba, around 20hrs a week and am on centerlink so can afford to pay rent and utilities. I am a fun loving person who enjoys some laughs and just chilling. I am a clean person and will pull my weight around a house. I have furniture, including TV and washing machine and some tables, as well as plenty of kitchenware. Not fussed about whether my roommates are male or female or age.
Professionally employed single dad looking to share rent. I travel overseas 50-60% of the time and when I am in Australia I have twin boys who spend Fri & Sat nights with me.
I am Mature professional, with old fashioned values, considerate, VERY clean. Live a healthy lifestyle, eat well, train often, reflective. Looking forward to a change in scenery, still awaiting job position before committing. Position starts Feb 17.
Hi, my name is Cedar and I am preferably hoping to find a place somewhere around the Alexandra headland, cotton tree, Mooloolaba and Maroochydore and cotton tree sought of area if at all possible. However, I am also open to places in surrounding suburbs if need be, and my maximum budget is $200/week I am a very clean person and would much appreciate to live in a place other clean people if possible. Currently, I am a student who is currently studying full time at the University of the Sunshine Coast (USC). I recently completed my degree in biomedical science, and am currently completing my honours degree in an area of microbiology. I'm an easy going person who likes to be social but also likes to do my own thing a lot too. I have only put a 3 month length stay as just a standard length, however, if I do get along with the people I move in with I am happy to have a longer stay, as I won't be finished my honours degree until around mid to end of next year. I like to go out on occasion and so forth, but definitely not looking to live in a full time party house, particularly not during the week as I usually have a lot of lab work and study to do. So if you are interested in having me, please send me a message as I would love to hear from you. Thanks for taking the time to read this. kind regards
My name is Frederic and I come from the dark forest of Sweden. I am here in this country of a paradise to gain the education I need to come one step closer to my dream. I am an easy going, social and kind guy who enjoys socialising with people, but also enjoy my personal time. My big interest in life is cooking, all different outdoor activity, and interacting with people. Besides my four days of school per week, I also work five nights a week. My spare time will be spent working out, being out in the nature or at the outside area at home with a nice cup of tea. I am a very tidy, clean and respectful person who puts everyone else interests first. Even though I study a fitness education, I still enjoy a couple of beers or a good glass of wine sometimes. I am looking for a place for between 6-9 months where I can be able to root myself and have a place i can call home. I get along with everyone, I can live with either one mate, a crowded place or everything in between. If you get a good feeling reading this, don't hesitate to contact me! Yours sincerely Fred
Hi, my name is Susan, I am a 64 year old lady, I have 4 children all moved out of home and living independently. I am very young in appearance and outlook, looking for a share house or share apartment preferably on Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast quite near to beach. I work as a reception at present in Brisbane CBD and am due to retire shortly and would like to retire on the Coast, North or South, so am looking for permanent rental accommodation with a person in similar situation as myself. I am very easy going, very tidy, love keeping my home nice and like gardening as well. Enjoy swimming, walking, would like to share with a person that I can get on well with and socialise with, but also likes private time. I like the occasional glass of wine. I am open to questions about myself and am able to provide good character references. If I moved to the Coast I think I would look for a parttime job. Thank you Susan
I'm looking to make the move from Melbourne to be closer to the beach and for a simpler, less crazy, more enjoyable and relaxed lifestyle, hopefully making new friends along the way. I'm 19 years of age, but I'm not wild! I'd love to move in to a home with people who I'll be able to make connections with and hopefully call my new pals! I won't have many contacts being so far from home so it'd be a bonus if you could show me around HOWEVER I'm very respectful and completely understand if you'd rather we keep to ourselves! I'm looking for a room that already has a bed in it just to make things a little bit easier for me to pack up and go. I'm fascinated by animals and love nature, I love all music, I like to go on adventures and read but I also love to go out and have a boogie with friends. I won't yet have a job when I arrive but I will be looking very hard and also coming with savings to ensure myself a home in case it takes longer than hoped for. Because of this reason, I cannot ensure a length of stay but I will say 3-4 months minimum. I would really like my tiny, shy cat to join me but I understand that pets aren't always wanted so I have organised for her to stay with someone in Melbourne if she isn't quite welcome :) I'm super chilled out, open minded, caring and very friendly! Honesty and good manners are also super important to me :)
I'm a chef who has a little dog. She is really sweet if a little anxious but fully house trained. I work hard and love to relax at home, watching tv, a few drinks and gaming. I'm really into camping and hiking and have done a couple of treks in the Himalayas in Nepal.
I'm a full time paramedic student at USC and work around 25-40 hours a week as a nurse at Nambour. I moved from Adelaide at the start of the year. I surf and love anything to do with the ocean. Consider myself relatively easy to get along with. Always down for activities. Pretty flexible with move dates.
I will be coming to the Coast to do a Summer School course for about 10 week.I will be working, studying and spending my spare days at the beach or likely climbing the Glass House Mountains. I don't drink much but don't mind a casual quiet one. I spend a lot of time in my room generally reading or watching some addictive TV Show but i also love to play in the Kitchen!
Having recently returned from working and travelling overseas we are relocating to the Sunshine Coast to pursue our love for the outdoors and beach lifestyle. We are a very friendly, easy going couple who are also neat and tidy. Non smokers, no pets, no children. We will have full time work so bills will never be an issue. Looking for a room to call home for the next few months - ideally the closer to the beach the better. Ready to move in as soon as possible :)
I have a newly renovated townhouse available in Mooloolaba. It's located around the corner from Coles Mooloolaba, just a short walk to the beach, shops and surf club.
