My girlfriend and i are moving to the sunshine coast in early February. We are looking to find accommodation as quick as possible for when we arrive. We are both in our late 20's who will hopefully be working full time. We are friendly and chilled house mates who love good conversation and hanging out after work or on weekends but also enjoy our own space . We are very clean and tidy people, who love to cook and bake , and not just for ourselves, we love to eat good food and have good conversation. We are both very outgoing people who are active and love going on hikes or doing outdoor activities. I love to surf so will hopefully surf most days of the week and Lex is very keen to learn. Let us know if you are interested . cheers Dylan Y Alexia
I’m a recently graduated 17yo from Airlie Beach, beginning my first year of university at USC. I’m friendly, tidy, quiet and also outgoing. I’ll most likely spend my time at home studying or at the beach, whilst also working a casual job to pay rent. I get along with pretty much anybody, but sometimes I’ll keep to myself. I don’t drive so close public transit is necessary!
Uni student. 2 big friendly dogs. Keep to myself most of the time. Easy to get along with and always clean up after myself. My dogs only ever bark if someone is there. Currently renting s house in north Brisbane and my lease will be up in Feb so looking to move up sunny coast
I am 28, I am a Primary Teacher moving to the Sunshine Coast area. I would love to live near the water or in a bush land area. I am looking for somewhere that I can have my own space. I am quite clean and tidy, and especially like living with people that respect the communal living spaces and keep these clean and tidy as well. I am quite a social person, and like to have a chat at home, but I also value this time as my own time. I tend to leave early for work and am home from mid arvo. I like to cook meals a couple of times a week. I would prefer furnished accommodation, but will also consider unfurnished for the right place. I have a car and would need to have somewhere to park it. I like to spend my weekends travelling and exploring on day trips or weekenders camping nearby. I would be happy to have a housemate that would like to join me in this also! I also love getting down the beach in the arvo after work. I am open to house shares with one or maybe two other people. Otherwise, I am also interested in granny flats or self contained accommodation. I do not have any pets, but I love animals! Non-smoker, no drugs, no children, enjoy a drink or two after work or on the weekend. If I sound like I might fit in with your house, please contact me. I am looking for a place to move in between the 18 - 25 January. I will be available to view places after the 16th Jan as I am on holidays until then.
Hi my name is Jett. I consider myself very easy going, quiet, reliable and fun. I love film and television and hope to study this in the year 2020 but in the mean time, I’d like to move out of home and persue my gap year with travel and work, after freshly graduating high school. I have two jobs, both at the sunshine plaza. T2 Tea: Casual Sales Associate (3 days a week) Betty’s Burgers: Casual Team Member (2 days a week) I would be honoured if you were to consider myself as an applicant for your home. Thankyou for taking the time to read this, Jett :)
Hello, I'm a 21yr old tafe student loving studying my Diploma in Early Childhood Education. I work Part-time at Subway, usually on the weekends and sometimes throughout the week. I love going for beachwalks and exploring the coast. I am looking for a friendly sharehouse preferably with girls in their 20s. I'm easy going, social and respectful of other peoples space. I'm a clean, friendly person who enjoys watching Netflix with sharemates.
Its in Mooloolaba. Less then a 500m walk to the esplanade and beach. It's around the corner from The Velo project cafe & local convenient store. ITs also a 5-10 min drive in either direction to Maroochydore or Kawana.
Hi there, I’m an easy going, financially secure injured builder and gym ambassador. I can cook, i enjoy nice red wine and am into fitness. I attended many different sorts of activity such as cryo therapy, Physio therapy, palates and yoga. I love the beach and our doors. Please contact me to meet and hopefully we can build a great housemateship and happy home 😊
Hi there! My name in Chontelle and I am looking to find a place on the Sunny Coast shortly. I lived there last year while studying my Cert IV in Outdoor recreation but long story short had a terrible car accident and had to move back home to recover. Recovery is almost complete and I am ready to be back in my element :)))) I am an Outdoor guide and an abseiling instructor so I always have a different schedule and some times work long hours or away running expeditions. You could say I'm pretty outdoorsy but I'm also super chill and tidy. I love rock climbing, cooking, reading, yoga, the beach and having drinks with good mates. I am a vegan and try to live a zero waste lifestyle as much as possible but I'm not a crazy "vegans are almighty" person and don't try and force it on people however it is important to me that my new roomies are openminded and accepting. I'm 18 (19 soon) so I may seem like a baby but I'm super mature and fit in with just about anyone. looking for cheap rent and good vibes :) Any questions message meeee
We are both full time workers, easy going, clean and keep to ourselves. We have a cat whom is very gentle, quiet and great with anyone/other animals. Currently living in Mooloolaba and our friend is selling... We have not set move out date etc. Will be a very easy transition : )
This unit is close to everything, only 3 mins walk to the esplanade and beach and there is also many shops, bus stops very close 2-3 mins walk. The unit is in a very quiet block, so there is no noise from my neighbors. Best thing about the apartment is a big balcony to chill on!!
I'm re-locating to the Coast, my sea change.. and just need to rent somewhere for myself and my old lovely people-friendly (but not other dog-friendly) dog for 3 to 6 months. She's old but she can jump small fences so we need somewhere that is well enclosed. I don't smoke, but I like a social drink. I wouldn't be in your face, but would be happy to have a chat sometimes. I'm friendly and outgoing. I just left my work that I was in for 11 years, have never had a problem getting a job and will be looking early in the new year. Anything else? Feel free to ask. Regards, Sandy
I'm a friendly 30 year old from the UK who works on a local farm. I love music, both listening and playing. I am interested in medicine, science, technology, agriculture and current affairs. I don't smoke and only drink socially/rarely, but my vice is chocolate. I am a happy and relaxed person and like to learn about people, their languages and cultures, as languages are wonderful and open doors to the world and create friendship and understanding. I am looking for a private furnished room in a house share and am more than happy to share a toilet/bathroom.
Responsible, reliable, and clean! I pay rent on time. Must have unlimited internet access. I am flexible with the move-in date between February and March. I'm a friendly considerate housemate who is up for a chat but also respects some space. I will be working home-based from a computer, so I will be in my room most of the time. I like walking on the beach and playing sports. I'm also into meditation. Would love to learn how to surf!
I´m from Spain and I´ve obtained the Work and Holiday visa to live in Australia one year. I´ve always wanted to live in Australia for a while and I can´t wait! I will arrive in Sunshine Coast in February with a friend and we would like to find a house with two free rooms. We are both artists, we love to paint and draw and we hope to find a job soon. We also love nature, the beach and animals, so we would have no problem living in a house with pets.
