Looking for someone to share the costs for 6 months. Rent is $400 per week, yours is $220 and includes power, and internet. I am mainly based in Brisbane during the week, and you will generally be by yourself. The property is right on the Esplanade, close to buses and everything in Mooloolaba including the beach. I occasionally have two children, albeit this is rare. The unit includes an unused third bedroom that can be used as a study
Hi I'm Bella! I'm 21 (22 in December) and looking for somewhere new to live. I have lived in a few share houses (3 months and 16 months). I am very much a homebody, but am clean, tidy and respectful. I spend a lot of time on my own but am happy for a chat and a beer. I love to sew, design, and anything crafty. I'm a big music lover and love to go out and see a band. I also have bond and rental history.
Hi! I’m an 18 year old female looking for a share house with some like minded friendly people, of similar age. I am extremely tidy, love a good laugh and a cheeky drink on a Friday night. Outgoing personality and live an active life style, also a non-smoker and don’t have any pets (but more than happy if you do) would ideally love to move in around December/January.
Hi there, I'm looking for a quiet place to share with one other flatmate. I'm originally from the Sunshine Coast but have just moved back after 9 years in Brisbane. I'm about to start fulltime work near Mountain Creek and am looking for a place in the surrounding suburbs. On weekends I'm usually Sailing, Scuba Diving, making the most of my time with friends (camping, eating out, events), or sometimes doing nothing when I need it. My ideal budget is around the $200-220 mark, however, for the right place I could go as high as $250. I'd prefer my own bathroom though it doesn't need to be an ensuite. Off-street parking for my car would also be preferred. I enjoy basic cooking, with dinner being my favourite meal of the day. I'm not a big drinker but enjoy an occasional drink. I like the idea of entertaining, but can often not be bothered making it happen. I enjoy watching trash TV, Youtube, Netflix and pretty much all other streaming services. I own most household items (bar a couple of major items eg. Fridge, Sofa, TV) but otherwise have a good number of things to semi-furnish a place and my bedroom. I'm happy to team up and find something privately too (so get in touch if you think we'd be good flatmates). I'd be interested in signing a lease for 6-12months. I don't own any pets but am keen at adopting a cat in the near future, a pet-friendly place, preferably with a courtyard/garden area would be ideal. I also don't mind living with other people's pets, plus if you already have a cat, then that would fulfill my cat desire...but dogs are great too. That's all for now. Anything other questions just message me

Hello Everybody! We are an adorable Brazilian couple aged 21 years old who have been living here for 3 and half years. We are a very busy couple (I work as a cleaner and study two days per week Project Management and My boyfriend is studying Biomedical Science at the USC and working on Noosa Hospital) so probably our future flatmates won't see us much. Me and my boyfriend are very organized and tidy! We are very sociable couple and like to drink occasionally but always respecting future flatmates. We are looking for a place to stay for 3 months with the possibility to extend. Our budget is $220 maximum with all bills included (electricity, water and unlimited internet). We believe that we would be a very nice couple to live with as we are very respectful and interactive. Thanks!
Hi, I'm James, 23 years old, and just relocated to the Sunshine Coast from Perth with a couple of mates and a dog! I'm looking to lease a property for a short-term period of 3-4 months or join an existing sharehouse. I'm a friendly, outgoing and respectful individual who lives an active lifestyle. Any help/recommendations very much appreciated! Cheers :)
