My partner and I are 22yo and our friend Kyle is 18. We are all very relaxed, opened minded, and are looking to move closer to the west/north side (with some exceptions). I work in Australia post in sunshine and currently live in a Pakenham (It’s insane I know!!). We are all relatively private people, and like our own space but do love to socialise and hang out. We all love the outdoors as well. My partner and I have a dog named Hannibal, he just turned 1 and don’t let the name fool you, he is the biggest sook for affection ever. He just wants love, kisses, cuddles, and maybe some of your food ;) (but don’t worry he does not beg). He is fully house trained, very obedient and short furred. Brad is currently studying and looking to work with me after his studies, hopefully by next year. Ideally we would like to all have a room of our own, but my partner and I are also happy to share one larger room together. Being close to public transport would be great, as none of use a car. Closest to train stations would be ideal, if not any buses work too. Hopefully we are what you are looking for :)
Great amenities and really spacious! Perfect if you want to be social, but also large enough that you can have your privacy :) 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with showers and one with a bath, two sizable living areas, a dining room, kitchen and large front and back gardens Currently have all the appliances that you might need: fridge, microwave, toaster, oven (a bit sketchy but works), dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, television, playstation

I am getting in early to see if anyone has a flatmate moving out in the new year. I am planning on moving once my lease is up. I am currently living alone and wanting to move to share with someone/others for the company. I am primary school teacher and would consider myself a respectful, clean and friendly person. I would like to live with a like-minded person as I think that is important. I am a social person, however also like my own space/time.

Graphic Design student, animal lover and ready to live somewhere stable! Happy to move in any where that’s around Brunswick or a bit further. I respect other people's space and privacy but also am very sociable. I like to think I'm a tidy person who cleans up after herself. I've lived in many share houses having been head tenant before so I also understand household responsibilities. And if there are issues within the household I like to discuss as a group and find solutions that benefit everyone! Stability and good relationships in a share house are very important to me. I love my animals Elsa and Nala. My pup Elsa (Australian Shepherd x Border Collie) who is 1 year old gets the best treatment. I'm always making sure she is being trained good habits and manners while growing up. My indoor cat Nala is 6 years old. Somewhat timid and keeps to herself. But very affectionate when she warms up to you. She is a very adaptable girl as I've moved around with her heaps, even overseas from Germany! I am also passionate about health and fitness so I lead an active lifestyle. I'm a Graphic Design student at Billy Blue College of Design so ideally I would love to find a place that's close with public transport nearby. Hope to meet some awesome people to move in with! :-)
Hey possible future flatmates! I've just come off the back of a year backpacking the exotic lands or europe/africa and want to live and work somewhere relatively close to Melbourne! I'm 23 originally from Sydney, I have moved to Melbourne in hope to bask in the creative machine that Melbourne is meant to be! I am a very sustainable, eco friendly kinda guy and and enjoy all sorts of sports, bushwalking/gardening and attempting to play guitar from time to time! I working full time at the moment but plan on in the coming months to take on more casual kind of work to maximise my time being able to enjoy the city and it's surroundings more! I hope too hear from you soon and be able to explore the city more with my future flatmates! Thanks
Hey, I'm 35, well-traveled, worked in various cultures, multilingual and have a variety of interesting experiences to share. I am easy to get along, well-mannered, tidy, well organized and love to read. I am an experienced finance professional (Chartered Accountant and Management Accountant) and moving to Melbourne from overseas. I have previously lived in Melbourne briefly in 2015 and have a close circle of friends here. I would like to find a housemate who is easy to get along. I am a hopeless cricket fanatic and have been following cricket matches from as early as the early 1990s. My cricketing nirvana was to watch the WorldCup final live in Melbourne on March 29, 2015. I like to strike a balance between work and being fit and although I am not a gym goer but try to walk the miles to keep in shape. My wife and I I love to travel and we ad the chance to extensively travel across the Middle East, Europe and Far East Asia. I am looking for something that is short to medium term until my wife joins me close to the mid-November. I am aiming to move in starting October 1st 2018. Please give me a call or send me a text if you would like to get in contact. Cheers, Umair
Hey Guys, Myself 26 and my 6 month old puppy Rufus are looking for a new home! Its pretty important to us both that we can set up shop with some life affirming, open individually amazing people and hopefully around the listed areas, but open to suggestions. I am currently working as a Project Coordinator x Electrical estimator (Mon-Fri) However, I think there is way more to life than just work I consider myself to be a pretty chilled out person, down to earth, friendly and trying my best to be a peaceful warrior but you can be the judge of that. I spend a lot of time adventuring outside of the city and into nature, exploring the unbeaten track or searching for a new camping spot. Outside of my adventures I am often with my brother or sister who are my 2 of best friends, exercising or hanging out with friends. I have a young puppy named Rufus who is by my side outside of my work life. Rufus is a full time cuddle enthusiast and is not bound to any days off (you have been warned) He has an unnaturally quiet and gentle temperament and would be excited to share time with you also! His ideal situation is sitting next to the humans in life having a nap. He likes other dogs very much and is responding very well to training and will grow into a true gentleman. I'd love to hear about you if you think I might be a good fit otherwise good luck with the hunt! :) Sam & Rufus
I am a Patient Transport Officer (non-emergency Ambulance Officer) and am seeking 'granny flat' accommodation. Requiring furnished/partly furnished 'self contained accommodation' (Not house share). Access to a laundry is preferable. A 58 yo divorced 'gentleman' who has been a home owner in the past and who is clean living, quiet and respectful. Dogs seem to love me too and after all, they are true judges of character ;) References available on request. Michael
Hey! Im a 30 year old musician, student, guitar teacher and tradesman studying a Bachelor of Music at Victoria University in Footscray, and also work in the construction industry. Im looking for a chill place with like minded, easy going people to have some creative space and work on my studies. Other musicians would be ideal, but not essential. Always up for a chat, hangs or a jam!
Hi, I'm Tom. In 2019 I'm moving to Melbourne for a job at the Royal Children's Hospital. I've lived in shared accommodation for years. I think a good housemate is friendly, fun and chips in equal measure with the place. Ideally I'd be keen for a social group of people, I'm keen to go out to bars and restaurants or to stay in and do activities with the group I'm living with. My job involves shift work so every now and then I might be in and out of the house at strange times. For fun I like reading, running and classic Simpsons/Seinfeld. I bought a surfboard this year but I'm still terrible.
Im a pastry chef who love cooking and bake. Guinie pigs are highly needed. As seen as friendly, outgoing, open minded Vietnamese woman. I love to have my own creative space, and also pay respect each other's living. I like to make living space more homie, cozy feeling but also clean, tidy and organise.
I'm extremely easy going, open minded and fastidious. So anyone living with me always benefits as I do most of the the cleaning. I respect others needs for private space with occasional socialising. I'm a full time student and artist, so spend most of my time doing assignments or paintings. I'm looking for low maintenance housemates who are also not overly sensitive emotionally. Just want to live in a drama free household. 😊👍 I have a Japanese spitz (small-medium size dog), but can keep her at family if absolutely necessary.I also have some furniture so looking for a place that can accommodate furniture or has storage for furniture until I can figure out what to do with it. I'm looking for home I can be comfortable in, and has a friendly, safe and open environment. This is imperative as I am more of a home body. Respect is also key regarding interaction between housemates as well as respect for belongings. I would like a bedroom door that is lockable and would prefer to live in a house, but open to apartment only if there is a balcony with view or a courtyard as apartments can get claustrophobic. 😜☺️
Hi there! I am currently looking at moving closer to where I work in Parkville - tired of the commute from the other side of Melbourne! Ideally I would like to rent a place by myself, but I don't yet have the required start up funds, so I am seeking a share situation for about 3-6 months as an interim solution. I don’t own a car, so public transport options are important, particularly train lines (faster than trams!). As well as working full-time, I participate in things such as music rehearsals & other activities, so I am not at home very much. When I am at home I mostly like to relax and rejuvenate. I love cooking, baking, board/card games, pool, music, theatre, culture, reading, sleeping, parklands, crime dramas, and animals. I would be keen to live with people who share similar interests. Not too fussed on age and I am totally accepting of different lifestyles. I drink very rarely - I am not opposed to living with someone who drinks just not heavily. I would prefer a non-smoking household as well. I pay rent/bills on time and I am extremely clean and tidy. I have lived in share houses for over 10yrs, so I understand the importance of respect and communication. References are available.
Hey all A room in this gorgeous Moonee Ponds house has become available. The room is large enough for a queen bed and desk, is very light-filled as it's at the front of the house and has a massive built-in wardrobe. It is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished. Rent is 560 a month and bills are split between 4 so are cheap. Bond is around 750 paid to the outgoing tenant. The house has a small lounge, kitchen/dining room, bathroom with a bath, two toilets, laundry with washer dryer, a shed and a nice outdoor area. The place is really cute, filled with plants and kept very clean. There's also the most adorable kitten you've ever seen as well as another cat and a dog living here. The dog stays outside and doesn't jump (he's a big dog). You will be going on the lease which runs until June 2019, if you wish to leave before then you would have to find someone to fill your room. We're looking for someone to move in before the end of the month!

The house location within easy reach of everything. 2 mins walk to tram 57 & 82 stop 40 to CBD or Highpoint shopping centre, 4 mins walk to picturesque Maribyrnong river with plenty of sport activities around, ie golf course, tennis & footy ground. It is just 2km away from infamous Melbourne Cup in Flemington Racecourse & Melbourne Showground, Ascot Vale Leisure Centre & similar distance to Highpoint. The house was renovated 3 years ago and the interior still look like new. Electricity, gas, water, internet bills will be shared.
