Hey everyone! My names Brody and I'm on the lookout for a new place to live. Social, but enjoy my alone time as well. I'm clean, respectful, honesty and a pretty reliable housemate. Also, put a huuuuuuge emphasis on being respectful of others space. All of which are pretty important qualities I seek in other housemates. Don't mind a bev here and there, a few laughs or just chilling out between work and study. Looking for a place, preferably with bills included. I'm a creative type of guy, having studied design at university and now I'm onto my second degree in Marketing. Love music (Rap Caviar's my go to), Netflix and just being creative. I love a bit of footy too. Hit me up if anyone's keen to chat about getting a place or wanting to add me to their housemate fam! Cheers, B.
I'm a responsible guy, really easy-going, respectful of other people's space and expecting the same in return. Of course we can have talks and share some meals and experiences. I love listening to music (different genres), I play a little bit guitar and recently I bought an ukulele to try something new 😉. I like movies (from Hollywood mainly, so I make references to Oscars nominees or winners every time I can), I love football (soccer), play basketball (at least I try to) and recently I bought a bike so I hope to use it a lot. Also I'm taking my first steps into photography. I'd like to share and learn about all these topics in Melbourne, and of course if you want to learn some words in Spanish I can teach you 'mi amigo'. I'm gonna stay in Melbourne for at least one more year and I'm interested in finding a private room, so let me know what you think. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Cheers!!
I am offering my fully-furnished bedroom in a fabulous Moonee Ponds sharehouse for rent while I'm going to overseas for 5 weeks from 23 October Ideally I'd like to find someone to stay for the whole 5 weeks, but I'll also consider shorter stays of at least 3 weeks. The room is really big, around 3x 4m and is furnished with a double bed, chair, wardrobe,of drawers and heater. It has small carpet which was recently dry-cleaned. It has a big north-facing window which looks out onto a grape vine. The house is fully-furnished and is a large historic late 19th century double-fronted brick house with high ceilings and polished floorboards in the common areas. There is a large living room, one large bathroom (plus an outdoor toilet), a dining room and a kitchen with two fridges and gas cooking. There's an external laundry with two washing machines and a Hill's hoist drying rack. We are looking for a female housemate (no couples sorry) who is independent, considerate and friendly. Someone in their 20s or 30s would be ideal. No smokers please, and no pets are allowed. Sharing with three busy females in their 30s; Rowena (full-time worker), Rovena (full-time worker) and Marcela (part-time student and part-time worker). It's a peaceful, independent, considerate and friendly household; we all do our own thing, say hello or have a chat if we bump into each other, but are really independent. In the shared areas we all clean up after ourselves (ie wash dishes straight after cooking) and we have a weekly cleaning roster so each clean the house (vacuuming, mopping floors etc.) once a month. So the house stays clean and tidy with no dramas and everyone contributing. It's a 7-minute walk to Moonee Ponds station (15min from the city) and a 12-minute walk to Moonee Ponds Junction, where there's a bus and a tram straight to Melbourne Uni and other buses and trams going west-east. Off-street parking is available. Rent is $200 per week, including all bills. Hope you'd like to come and check out the house and housemates at "The Pond"!
Hi all ! Im a 21 year old student at Victoria University - just looking for something a little closer, either to the city or Footscray area (I don't mind surrounding suburbs). I've lived in a shared house before - I'm looking for roommates who are friendly, open and don't mind having a couple of dinners together here and there. General roommate etiquette: keep communal areas clean, respect for privacy etc etc I am super allergic to cats 🙃 So no cats haha That's it for now :) Message me for any further info
Light and spacious townhouse in leafy Moonee Ponds. This home is in the process of being set-up so new housemate can contribute to that as much or little as they like. Great kitchen. It is very spacious and has heaps of storage space, half a garage is available. There is also a fairly large paved courtyard. Plenty of street parking. Lots of parks and very close to Moonee Valley Racecourse and Citylink (although you wouldn't know it). Close to many buses and trams and 7 mins drive to Moonee Ponds train station.
Clean, tidy and respectful. Have great interests in sport and socialising over a beer. On a working holiday visa but plan to settle in Melbourne and gain sponsorship. Keen Rugby Union player who is currently working in finance. I love meeting new people and trying new things and am looking to settle here in the long term.

In search of a rad housemate to fill the second bedroom in a cute 1940s place 10 minutes from Sydney Rd. Available now to be filled by October 1st. The place is double brick, surrounded by gorgeous gardens that are maintained by the body corp so we get all the enjoyment with none of the work, and has all the trimmings you could ask for in a rental: gas heating, air con, fly screens on all the doors and windows, generous courtyard/backyard with room for vegies, and an undercover car spot for you! Within a 5 minute walk are: Puckle St with Coles, Aldi, Kmart and all the cafes and small stores you could ask for, the train station and a five stop ride to the city, the bus interchange with several bus lines regularly running to the much cooler northern suburbs, the 59 tram to the city via Melbourne Uni and only a few minutes to the weekly Flemington Farmers Market. Queens Park is also at the end of the street with a swimming pool and a pretty lake for picnicking. The room is 2.7m x 3.2m, gets lovely afternoon light and looks onto the backyard trees, and is unfurnished; would comfortably fit a double or queen bed plus a desk and drawers or similar. There is a built in robe in the room plus the closet in the hallway is all yours.
I would love to find another person to team up a two bedroom, two bathroom unit or town house in my mentioned areas. I do have a cat but she is house trained and loves exploring the outdoors. Wanting to live with a room mate that would also love to hang out from time to time rather than just live in the same house. Anything you'd like to know. Please ask 😊

Hi everyone, I would like to start by throwing some keywords that best describe me. Brazilian Jiujitsu and Salsa dancer( you'll see me most evenings training at the Academy or dancing Latin music) languages(Spanish/Portuguese)well travelled ( at least once a year), surprises, sports ( play soccer on Sundays, gym and BJJ) books, last minute plans, open mind, craziness, spontaneity, going out (but also staying in), sharing, decisiveness, flip flops (yes, the thongs), down to earth (however fantasy is also very important), sense of humor, ambition, cooking ( cooking is love made visible) gracefulness, chivalry and inner love. I work full time in Affiliate Marketing. I am from South America originally but I've lived in Aus for the last 11 years - in Melbourne for the last 2 years, Brisbane and Sydney the remaining time. My name is Emily and I am currently living with my family in a town about an hour away from Melbourne. I am currently working at Melbourne Airport for Tiger Air and am looking at moving closer to the city to allow less travel time to my work. I am not studying this year and am taking a gap year to work and make some money. I also love animals so am happy to be around any! I am a neat and tidy individual and believe that I would be very easy to live with!
I'm 22 looking for a female only housemate to move into an apartment or town house with in Dec/Jan. I work full time as a beauty therapist. If I'm not home I'm usually at the gym or out and about with my friends. If you want to know more just contact me 😊
I'm introverted but friendly, clean but not a neat-freak, respectful of personal space but value social interaction in and out of the house. I study full time at Swinburne Uni in a bachelor of games and interactivity, so I'm very much into playing games and watching film/tv and all that nerdy stuff. I also work part time but will be starting full time work in mid 2018.
Hi to everybody! I'm Simone, an Italian boy and I'm looking for a private room! I feel like a sociable and nice person, I love to share my days with others, and I'm looking for some flatmates (or housemates) like me. I like to stay with people and I can cook very well (And trust me if I say Italian cuisine is the best in the world!) In Melbourne I'm a full-time pizza maker at Carosello restaurant, but since this year I'm also graduated in Mechanical Engineering . My hobbies are play football, watch TV series and films, discover new places and travel! I moved from Italy because I want to learn English so I prefer to don't share the apartment with only Italian people! Please contact me if you have some proposals for me. Enjoy!
We are a quiet, friendly couple looking to move into an affordable place closer to our respective places of work and study. We are both easy-going, amicable people who work hard and enjoy spending time with others and alone. My name is Tim, and I am a student at the University of Melbourne, majoring in science. I am from the northern Suburbs (Epping/South Morang) and am looking for a nice little place that will allow me to be closer to the university. Outside of uni, I work as a mathematics and science tutor at a boarding school. In my free time, I enjoy swimming/going to the gym, playing music (but not too loud!), reading, and watching good movies/TV. I am rather introverted as a person, and so I enjoy my privacy, but I am very friendly and enjoy a good conversation. Laetitia, my girlfriend with whom I am creating this listing, is from Switzerland, and she will be moving to Australia for work in early October. Her training is in the hotel industry. She is super friendly, tidy, and able to get along with just about anyone. She enjoys reading, long conversations, and watching good movies. If you are looking for two friendly, tidy, hard-working people to share a house, we hope we would make great housemates!
