As summer is approaching, it does not heat up the inside of the house on a hot day. So it's very ideal. If the weather gets cold, there is a heater in the bedroom. It has a backyard where you can relax and probably sun tan on your off day. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood so you can have your peace of mind. The house is located 10 min walk away from Moonee Ponds Station and right next to it is Moonee Ponds Central. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Tram 59 is a further 5 min walk from the station. 7 min walk to Tram 57 that runs to Flinders Street Station.

Hey ya'll. I know its early but i just want to put myself out there for a team up or a room for Mid January. My lease will be coming to an end and I've decided I no longer want to live alone and instead, find a perfect housemate. A bit about me. (And my kitty) I am currently studying education at Vic Uni, work part time and love anything exercise. I live a pretty minimal and zero waste lifestyle (I try my very best to) so someone similar or willing to give the lifestyle a go would be awesome! I have an adorable kitten named Chai who was a dumped kitten which i found when she was only 3-4 weeks old. So someone who loves cats or animals is also a must! I have a pretty relaxed schedule with uni only being 3 days a week and only work nights. I love to read, cook, go to the gym, walks, the beach, anything outdoors, you name it, i love it or ill try it. I currently live alone so i know how to pay all my bills and rent on time. I know how to look after a place and keep it clean. I also come with an extensive selection of plants if that wins you over hahah! In a housemate, i want more than someone who just pays bills, looking for someone who wants to hang out and talk but also respects each others privacy, someone who is a friend and a part of a family. A home that our friends and family can always visit and always welcome to stay if need be. My family lives 6 hours away so someone who is accepting of them staying for a night here and there would also be awesome. (Also, there is a possibility that my brother and I will be searching for a home, so a third roommate will be great) I know this is a lot of writing and a lot to take in, but if you are wanting a team up for early 2020 and are interested, don't hesitate to send me a message and plan a coffee date to get to know each other! Warm wishes xxxx
Hi mate! I, Tapojoy and my partner, Anwesha are both 26 years old, from India and students at RMIT University. We are currently searching for a room with two single beds or one queen bed for staying from 5th March 2020. We intend to stay for the long term, preferably over 6 months at least. We are easy-going people and respect the privacy of others while living in a shared house. Mostly we are engaged in study and assignments since we are master's degree students. So you can expect us to keep peace in the house. Kindly communicate about the availability, conditions and the total cost including bills. We would greatly appreciate your help. Cheers!
I'm Ale, I'm a part time Community Services student with a part time job as well I'm 24 yo, from South America, super friendly easy going, clean and respectful. I'm into cooking, reading (crime and mystery) and traveling 😊 I've been in Melbourne for the last 3 years so I know how is to live in a shared house. I'm looking for a place to call home for the next (at least) 6 months, where the vibes are cool and where housemates are up for a chat, drinks or even watch a movie. Be more like a family than just housemates! Flick a message if you think I would be a good fit in your house 😊
Hey there! I’m a pretty bubbly person, easy to get along with. I’m clean (++). Very social but also very much enjoy time to myself and respect that for others as well. I’m sporty, love the outdoors (beachbeachbeach). Originally from country Victoria but moved to Melbourne about a year ago to work full time as a nurse. I’m looking to share with ideally only one other person in a quiet (ish) area. Someone with the same sort of interests and morals as me would be fab, makes living together that much easier, plus how good is making new friends?! :)
Hi, My name is Kyle. I'm 29yo and currently work full time as a pilot for an aviation company. I am looking for a pet friendly place somewhere between the city and Essendon Airport with a move in date of early January. Sonic is my doggo. He's a 1.5yo old very friendly and house trained French Bulldog. In my free free time I enjoy staying active, going on adventures and the occasional beer. Looking forward to hearing from you. Kyle
I’m a very friendly easy to get along with person , I like to socialize but can also be a bit of an introvert. Currently living in a share house and looking to move out by Jan 23rd at latest. Prefer something close to city or near trains/trams as I work in the CBD. Respectful of other people’s privacy. Not really looking for a ‘party’ house , but don’t mind having a drink here or there! :) Looking for a long term stay - approx 12 months or more. Don’t mind teaming up with someone and finding a place together!
I'm looking for a room and a place to call it my sanctuary! I work odd shift work (between 7am to 10pm ) hours as a nurse and like to come home to chill, wind down, indulge in a good meal and have some quiet time. I'm outgoing on my days off, am active with walking, gym, hikes, and seeing friends and family. I'm interested in healthy eating/lifestyle, yoga, sustainable living and gardening. My friends and family are all in the northern suburbs of Melbourne and I usually see them quite often each week. I'm experienced in house sharing and will always do my part to take good care of the house. I'm tidy, respectable, honest and friendly. Looking for a housemate who also has those qualities, and willing to share a meal and chat every once in a while.
