Own Bathroom with bath and heaps of storage! 2 bloody awesome housemates (A couple who occupy the main bedroom) The place has loads of storage and a massive kitchen, it also has a big balcony with a pretty cool view. Literally a hundred metres from the train station and walking distance to Wynnum road shops. There is plenty of on street parking and a carport thats in front of the garage that you can use if theres any bad weather! Our last housemate is moving out so we are eager to find someone to fill the room. Bills are split evenly every 3 months and have never been anything excessive. Internet is available for $20 extra a month! It's unlimited and fast :)
