Hi, I'm Stacey, 24 and working full-time and studying part-time in the city. I am pretty quiet to live with and will mostly keep to myself. Looking for something close to the city, preferably close to public transport. I don't have any pets , don't smoke and go out if I want to party. I have a car so some sort of parking is necessary (even if it is street). Flexible-ish with move-in timing. Ideally looking for own bathroom and a smaller number of roommates. If there is anything you want to know, please don't hesitate to contact me. Please don't call, I check this site each night so if you message I will see your listing. Thanks :)

I have two guinea pigs which stay in their cage or run around in my room when I'm supervising. I have a car but I'm happy to park on the street and let my roommate use the secure parking, so long as I can have the main bedroom. I have a long-term partner who spends a lot of time at my house. I'm a happy and energetic person but I value personal space very much! I have a full house of furniture so if you don't have anything that's perfect for me!

Hi potential house-mate, My name is Sarah, I am currently looking for a house mate to fill the spare bedroom in my Morningside unit. It is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment - close to loads of public transport, specialty shops and a supermarket (and loads of awesome uber-eats options!). The whole unit is furnished - room for rent has a double bed, side table, a ceiling fan and has built ins, it is a smallish room, however would be good for a student/traveler/person who doesn’t need a whole lot of space. The living area of the apartment is air-conditioned, and has quite a large kitchen - there is also a lovely courtyard and I have a BBQ. I am very clean, work full-time and am due to recommence study next trimester. I enjoy a wine or two at the end of a hectic week, and am happy to socialise or leave you alone - have always lived with other people, so am well practiced at giving space. ****I am preferably looking for a female house-mate. Any other questions, please don't hesitate to send me a message! *$700 bond *Available from the 12th May
Hello, my name is Arthur. I am an international student who will be commencing studies in Brisbane, in July 2018. I am also a full time employee (overseas) who will be undertaking the 2 year study as part of my training and employment requirement. I keep myself neat and tidy and am always respectful of others space. I'm pretty quiet but very easy to get along with. Always in control of everything bills wise and like to be organised. You will find me busy during weekdays with studies and all but should have a little free time during the weekends to chill out. I prefer bills and internet to be included in the rent. En-suite room is preferred with enough space for a study table. I will be in Brisbane by early June 2018, hence I am looking for accommodation that will be available by then. Message me if you need more information. (Note that my mobile number is not functioning at this time so if you need to contact me, get in touch through the message system. I will update here if my number is back online). Thank you..
I have a good sense of humour, very clean, respectful in general, respectful of your privacy, im good hearted and fun to live with. I like to exercise regularly, go to gym, meditation, just like to have a peaceful happy life with no drama 😊
I would prefer a team up due to having two dogs, however if you have a share house and are willing to have them, please let me know. I am a tidy and respectful person. I work pretty much full time hours. I am not the hugest of partier, especially within the home environment. I do enjoy food and a sneaky beverage every now and again. I enjoy a good chat, although I understand some days it’s just nice to be left alone. I have two mini dachshunds (sausage dogs)- they aren't yappers. You are more than welcome to have as many cuddles as you like. They usually spend the day outside and sleep with me in my bed.
I work full time and I have a pug, she is very well trained and friendly, I spent most of my time at work and boxing. Im responsable, clean and friendly. Always up for a chat or a few drinks. I’m looking for a place for at least 6 months with possibility to extend if needed. Feel free to contact me, thank you

Hi my name is Tracey, I am a 58yr old single woman. I am downsizing due to a change in my current circumstances, and looking to team up with a like-minded female around the same age to share the costs of a house, or a 3 bedroomed fully self-contained studio or granny flat with myself & my 2 Cats. I need to move in the next month or so as I am living with my son who is expecting theri first child and they need the room. I am a quiet, clean/tidy non-smoker, respectful of others privacy, while expecting the same in return. I am a happy extrovert, up for a chat & socialize from time to time, but am also happy to keep to myself. Not into constant or loud parties/noise. My cats are currently being boarded free of charge, but only for the short term; I would dearly love to have a place to bring them home. They are well-behaved, litterbox trained, desexed, adult female cats, which have their own outdoor enclosure (if space available or enclosure needed) are used to being indoors/outdoors but mainly indoors when I am home. They are quiet and not in your face, not used to big dogs, but may get used to a small quiet dog or another cat. I am currently receiving newstart allowance of $600 to $622(varies depending on Centrlink)regularly a f/night, plus extra assistance for living expenses while studying. I am enrolled in TAFE studying a Cert III in Business/Admin (medical) . I am also actively looking for work, in admin/reception as I prefer my own income / independence. I can afford a maximum of $190 week, towards rent with bills included, ie power, phone, internet). Will consider short term lease to start, all being well looking at extending to long term 6 monthes or more. Could you contact me by e-mail me if you have or know of anyone who may be renting a place, or wanting to team up. Thank you Tracey
Hi there, I am a 25 yr old male, moving to Brisbane rather rapidly. Will be working full time as a Drone/UAV flight instructor and looking for a place to live with some easy-going, fun and adventurous people. Bit about me: Love my fitness and keeping active, but never apposed to either a big night out or a quiet night in with a few bevs ;) Anything outdoors Anything involving sports (particularly AFL) Beach, sun, watersports, golf, Snow, surf etc.. Coffee & weekend strolls. I am a very well travelled person as well so love an adventure be an extended trip or a weekend getaway :) Would consider myself very independent, highly self-motivated but very easy going/chilled out. Enjoy being in good company but also like my own space. Would ideally be looking for a group of people to not just 'live' with but be friends with. Used to be in the military for a few years and studied aviation at uni, now run my own company but moving due to a more exciting employment opportunity. If I sound like someone you are looking for please hit me up! :) Nick
Hi! I am looking to move relatively close to the city any time between now and the end of May. I’m currently working part time and studying to be a makeup artist. I enjoy having a glass of wine, reality tv binge and chats after work, but I respect the fact that everyone needs their alone time. Generally a home body but I do love to go out for coffee or a few cocktails on the weekends. I own a car so street parking is a must. I have a microwave, washing machine, kitchenware, dining table and chairs, and all of my own bedroom furniture (happy to put furniture into storage if there’s no room). I do like to keep things clean and organised but I’m pretty chill about having house rules. Would be happy to team up with one person or a group to find somewhere to live. Please message me if you’re interested!
Genuine honest couple just looking for a fresh new start and looking for that place we can finally feel like its our home not just a house we're staying in...
($200 per week is our maximum personal budget for our share of rent however the lower the cost of rent the easier all our lives will be) My name is Yasmin, but I prefer Yassy or Hayze, and my partners name is Lachie. He is currently looking for work, and I am on centrelink payments (fortnightly). We had a car accident in November which left me with severe injuries and I had to have spinal surgery, so I cannot work and I am currently waiting to be re-assessed for disability payments until my body heals and I can get back into light work (this is, sadly, years away as my healing processes is extremely lengthy due to the severity of my injuries, I'm incredibly lucky to be able to walk and still do the things I love). Everyday is painful and some days are worse, however no matter my pain levels, I am an extremely TIDY and CLEAN young woman. I have OCD cleaning tendencies and require trustworthy, tidy housemates. I love to cook, and I'm actually pretty good for a self taught 'housewife' chef... I guarantee you will never go hungry. I write music, I'm a massive movie buff, I'm extremely honest (sometimes a bit more than some can handle), and I appreciate the small things in life. My boyfriend, Lachie, is currently looking to get back into the work force and absolutely loves cars (we both do)! He is also an extremely talented artist and a vibrant, honest person. He's easy to get along with but also sometimes doesn't enjoy being around many people for lengthy amounts of time or being couped up inside am deathly needs his space(as do I). He loves building and creating things and to be perfectly honest, he's very much the 'class clown'. He loves making me laugh and is amazing to talk to once he's comfortable. We both suffer from mental health issues and therefore do not do well in high stress environments.. I very much love my candles and incense, and anything that smells good and lifts the energy of my home. We aren't party animals or club goers, we love loud music but neither of us care much for alcohol and the drama it can cause; however in saying that, i thoroughly enjoy entertaining for a small amount of guests every now and again and love to keep everyone on their toes. I have been out of home since I was 16 and I'm 22 this year, but I am very much a housewife and I also absolutely love gardening. Hate flowers, love plants, and love design. I provide a happy, healthy, peaceful environment to the best of my abilities and very much pride myself on doing so. We have both had our fair share of bad luck and bad life experiences in our 20 something's years and want nothing more than to settle down, away from drama fuelled individuals, and build our financial stability back up so we can hopefully start a family in the next year. We're only looking for a 6 month lease maximum, minimum of 3, and we both love animals and have no issues with pets as we are wanting to get a puppy once settled. I know that's a pretty long description but I feel that as individuals, and as a couple, we bring a lot to the table in terms of maintaining an ADULT living environment and a cruisy life for housemates. I do pretty much everything expect wash your clothes (that's your job), and ask for rubbish and recycling to be taken out when full, and bins to be put out the night before bin day. Oh and maybe just the lawn mowing when required.. ya'll can fight for that job though. Other than that I am your almost perfect mother duck, but that doesn't mean I allow myself to be taken advantage of. We are looking for MATURE, UPFRONT AND TRUSTWORTHY housemates, so if you think we might be compatible for you please don't hesitate to let us know and possibly get a good thing going! Thank you ☺️☺️
We all met via flatmates last year & are currently living together in a 3 bedroom place in Morningside, however our lease ends in June and we were hoping to find 1 or 2 other people to share a 4/5 bedroom place with around Southside/East Brisbane/Inner City areas.. We're all super easy going, friendly, clean and considerate. Myself & Kiah study Graphic design and work part time, and Jake works full time as a carpenter. We all enjoy our own space however don't mind a night out every now & then! We also have a cat called Lenni who is super friendly & would probably get along with other pets. Let us know if you'd be interested in meeting up and possibly moving around early/mid June :)
You just need your suitcase (but bedroom furniture cab be removed to make room for your own if required) Located on the Hawthorne/Morningside border, allowing you walking access to the cafe/bar lifestyle. This fully furnished apartment (with all your bills included) is perfect for someone looking for a place to call home not just a flat share. If you don’t require your room furnished that can be arranged. Being on the top floor of a small apartment block you will enjoy views of the city from your bedroom and views of the Gateway out to Moreton Bay from the balcony.
Hey, my name is Jason and I'm a 25-year-old full-time shift worker at a medical alarm company in Eagle Farm. For the past 6 months, I've been living on my own in Griffin with my dog named Gambit but want to cut down my expenses so I can start saving again! I've lived in various different suburbs of Brisbane including Bellbowrie/Moggill, Taringa, Fortitude Valley, Herston & Graceville so I'm not too picky about the location of the share house but would like to be somewhat close to Auchenflower so that my sister doesn't have to drive too far to visit the dog! A little about me. I really value my alone time but want to meet some new people so wouldn't mind a place where everyone hangs out every now and then but not against everyone doing their own thing. For work, I do both afternoon and night shifts so the days I work, which includes weekends & public holidays, you probably won't see me around much. I'm also a bit of a casual gamer (don't really play much these days) so I need to be able to fit a desk in my room for my PC unless there is an extra study/space somewhere else in the house (would be happy to negotiate increase in rent for the extra space). A little about the dog. He is a 14-year-old King Charles Cavalier/Poodle (or so the breeders told us) but looks more like a young labrador. Medium sized, sleeps all day (except for at food time) and loves attention. Very friendly towards people but a bit iffy towards other dogs. He did stay with a family and their dog when I went on a cruise a couple of months ago for about half a week and apparently had no problems with their dog or other dogs at the dog park but would prefer the household to not have a dog. If needed I can provide pictures. Deal breakers would be places that wouldn't allow the dog to be inside when I'm at home as well as places with steep staircases as due to his age, he's not as nimble as he used to be so preferably a downstairs room with easy access to the garden or a single story house. Anyway, if you think I'd be a good fit for your place or want to know more, don't hesitate to hit me up. I'm looking to move sometime in the next month as my current lease is ending mid-May! Also have a LG washing machine, 3-seater chaise couch, coffee table, TV stand, bottom mount LG fridge and LG microwave (all purchased 5 months ago) plus a 55 inch Hisense 4K TV (which I purchased from my mom and step-dad when they upgraded) and an old tumble dryer (which I've had since I moved out) if the house needs any furniture or appliances.
Easy going, can be social but like my own space too. I eat healthy and have a a healthy lifestyle. I work a 7:30am-5:00pm job Monday to Friday and also study fulltime at QUT so I won't be in the place much during the week. I also don’t smoke and can’t live with somone who does. I have a cat called Luna.
We are making a lifestyle change from regional Qld and would like a place to base from whilst we discover the Brisbane region. We are respectful, clean and tidy people that appreciate an environment to reflect this. We have a 7 year old German shepherd who is our furchild and needs at least a yard to ponder in when he isn't out and about for walks with us. He is trained and a well natured pet to be around aswell as being great security. What we do for fun? Heading out in our 76' kombi and go for a little cruise with our fur-child & grabbing a good meal. Going to comedy shows, live entertainment or simply a quite BBQ at home. Time frame, price and location is flexible, preferred within 12km of the CBD.
Looking for two rooms or a third housemate to rent a new place with us! Hey! We are two young professional girls in out late 20's looking for a place on the South side of Brisbane. I am a full time recruitment consultant and Laura works part time at a float centre and is also a student. We are looking for a very relaxed and laid back environment. We enjoy exercise, outdoor activities and the occasional sneaky beverage. I am also a qualified PT (if that sweetens the deal). Laura has a dog so we are looking for somewhere that allows pets. If you have any questions please get in touch! xxx
