Hi there! I'm super keen to make a new start, moving to Brisbane to study! I come from Toowoomba, I am an outgoing and honest person. I like things super tidy and am a very clean person. I'm willing to take a share in all household jobs. I am seeking my own room, preferably not furnished, and fairly roomy, as i will need to set up a work desk for study. I would love a built-in robe, but if not, its completely fine. Possibly modern. I am willing to pay up to $190 a week for rent, that including bills. Thankyou, just contact me if you have any questions.
Hey guys, We're a very easy going couple who gets along with everyone. I'm working full time & Max studies full time & works part time. We are both music producers so are in the studios until late at night, you won't see us often as we're both quite busy but we do love a good Sunday BBQ :)

It also has a large built in wardrobe with ceiling fan and great airflow, the unit itself is fairly large and air conditioned, with a large balcony capable of having a few friends over for entertaining. Shared large bathroom with one other, your room is unfurnished, the photo displayed just has some furniture in it to give you a better indication of its size (plus I'm terrible at photoshop).
Hey there, I'm relocating to Brisbane at the start of November for work and will need a place to stay. I will be a bit of a ghost throughout the working weeks as the office demands long hours, but am looking for a relaxed place to stay - preferrably partial to a drink or two on the weekends.
I'm a 26yo software engineer working full time in east brisbane. I'm a sport and outdoor activities enthusiast. I do rock climbing with UQ sometimes in kangaroo point and sometimes indoor. I also started doing Muy Thai recently. So during the week i'm usually out till 7 or 8pm. I'm reasonably social and house trained, and i'm mainly looking for a place to call home where people are willing to communicate and maybe share a meal or drink whilst respecting each others privacy at the same time when it's needed. I'm into music and play guitar sometimes (I got my awesome headphone that i use when i wanna play, so you don't need to worry about the noise if it bothers you). Preferably looking or a place in West End with an undercover garage, but that's not a must.
Hey everyone, I'm looking at moving to Brisbane in a couple weeks from Ayr. I have just left my job in childcare, for a new start and new adventures in Brisbane. I haven't found a job in Brisbane yet but am currently looking for bar, cafe, nanny or Childcare work. I also do a bit of part time modelling for Tamblyns. I am easy going, open minded, friendly, clean, respectful and love to make the most of my weekends. I enjoy my own space but am interested in meeting new people and new adventures.
Hey :-) I'm a 29 year old, single, female just got back from overseas and looking for somewhere to live in southern Brisbane. My weekdays include work full-time and gym most days, generally chill and watch a bit of tv in the evenings... I go down the coast or out with friends on the weekend.... I like to have a few drinks and go out but not a huge party person. I'm friendly and down to earth and can get along with most people. Looking to rent with someone who is friendly and social but happy to have their own space as well. Someone who is used to living out of home and knows how to clean and pay bills etc. I have a foster dog Bambi, so looking for somewhere pet friendly but with no other dogs. Happy to move into a pre-existing share house or start one up so if your interested I would love to hear from you!! Thank you :-)
Hi! I have the master bedroom available in my Morningside house. $220 for one person or $294 for a couple. There is one bathroom which will be shared and separate toilet. The house is will be mostly furnished so if you have any additional furniture we can see if it fits or there is plenty of storage space under the house. Owner is putting in a dishwasher and doing some renos on the bathroom.
Hey there. I'm a 31 year old Queenslander looking for a new place. I'm looking to move in with a friendly girl who has their own life but likes to hang out together as well on occasion, and share a glass of wine after a long work day! I don't smoke (ever) and am ridiculously neat and tidy! I work full time in Newstead in recruitment. Have lived in share houses before so I know the drill. Hope to hear from you, Lauren.
My name is Danielle, I'm 21 and currently studying nutrition & dietetics at the University of Queensland. I work part-time at Woolworths in Manly West (5% staff discount) and I'm looking to move between where I currently live in Manly and Brisbane City, preferably Cannon Hill area and near a train line. I am hoping to find either a 2-3 bedroom apartment or townhouse with 2 bathrooms and I would love to move in with 1-2 girls aged ~18-25. I'm studying so I do like peace and quiet but I am a friendly person who is up for drinks, brunch, walks and netflix with my flatmates. My move in date is flexible over the next few months and I'm looking for a 6 month lease initially. I love pets so I'm happy with move in with anyone who has them (as long as we can find a place). Message me if you would be interested or have any more questions :)
Clean and tidy, I have a clean as you go mentality. When sharing you need to be respectful of others. I enjoy hanging out with my housemates, and hope to find a place where you're not just people I share a house with but friends I share a home with. I do however spend a bit of time in my room and keep to myself so I'm not going to be in your face but happy to do dinners together (I can't cook, be prepared to eat raw unflavoured food, I apologise in advance) or casual drinks at home on the weekend. I'm a first year, first sem accounting student at QUT. I also have a border collie puppy so we need a pet friendly share house with a large fenced backyard (preferably tall fencing, as I think she's going to be an escape artist). Mia is currently 3 months old, she's a clever little monkey and wins everyone's hearts. It would actually be fantastic if there was another dog to share with too. A bit more about me... I'm Irish Filipino, grew up in PNG but have been in Brisbane for 18 years so technically I really grew up here! I go to the gym several times a week, I have been recovering from a few injuries lately so it's kept me at home. I'm the type of person that will push myself at the gym but later go home and eat an entire pizza.. I have no will power. If you eat clean, please show me your ways lol I'm single...I don't want to live with couples or single 40+year old men, nor families. Just like-minded people my age that are dog friendly would be amazing :)
Currently occupied by 2 single males. Nice cosy 3 bedroom place. Bills such as electricity and phone/internet will be shared and not currently included in the rent. Reasonably quiet complex - no yards/gardens to maintain, or rubbish bins to take out every week. Within walking distance of the Morningside train station and a bus stop which goes directly to Queen Street or towards Wynnum. Room available now. Prefer single, however couples can be discussed. No preferences to sexuality or gender. Any questions, hit me up. :) Thanks. Communal Pool Lockable garage FoxtelFan & built-in Wardrobe
I have a large bedroom with wardrobe and chest of draws for rent . The room has aircon. You have use of your own large modern bathroom . The property is walking distance to Morningside shops and trains . The house is a large 4 bedroom . You would be sharing with a 35 year old and her young daughter who is 20 months old but is at kindy 4 days a week and at her dads every second weekend . I work from my hair salon at home . You would have to like animals as I have a mini -foxie and a small Italian greyhound , cat and and a galah . Happy to even rent the room on a part time bases for someone that might live part time for work in Brisbane . Rent includes water , power, electricity and internet. There is off street parking and also a garage . There is also use of your own living room which is adjacent to your own room and bathroom . I like to keep the place clean and tidy and keep a pretty busy life with work and my animals and my daughter .
The room is quite large and also has the main bathroom going off it so it's kind of like having your own bathroom which you will share with Roger. (I have fit in a queen bed, bedside table, drawers, portable aircon and an arm chair with room to move). It also has a huge mirrored built in robe. Most of the household furniture is already in place so you really only need your bedroom stuff. We all currently add an additional $15/week to the rent ($150 total) to help with bills - it covers the internet but we usually have to add extra when the larger bills come (electricity/water). The place is close to the train station and the different bus routes as well as all the restaurants (including Nandos, Mexican, Asian and FIVE different Indians and more!) you could possibly like. Walking distance is also a different gyms and supermarkets Bond is $590
Please read my full ad before contacting me. About me: I'm a 25yo self employed female who works from home. I work about 15 hrs a week so currently looking for another job to utilise my spare time. I'm quiet, clean and considerate of others. I pay all of my bills on time and always pick up after myself. I enjoy Pilates, walking my dogs, traveling and being sarcastic. I am not a party person but enjoy socialising every now and then. I am a very easy going person with an open mind. Would prefer to live with mature, semi-responsible and like-minded people. I'll consider moving anywhere Brisbane/Gold Coast/Byron but do prefer Brisbane Southside. I have a friendly and loveable staffy named Soul, aged 3 who is part of the package. He is an inside dog so my perspective housemate/s must love animals as he is my number one priority and a safe and loving environment for him is paramount. He is washed weekly and is a very obedient and affectionate dog who loves to be around humans and other dogs (no cats sorry). I have a second staffy who will predominantly live with my ex but will occasionally stay over as we like to have slumber parties and braid each other's hair. I am essentially seeking to team up with 2 others to apply for a new rental. I have all kitchen appliances, a coffee table, TV unit and dryer I can bring or leave behind. I plan on buying a new lounge and miscellaneous decor items when I move. I would love to make a house a home with 1-2 individuals similar to myself. Flick me a msg if you think we can be friends/housemates!
I'm a Psychology student at QUT and work part-time at a pizza store (that means I can bring you home amazing pizza after my shifts). I'm a tidy, easy going person who is respectful of personal space but keen to sesh and socialise with my roommates :) message me if you have any other questions. I am willing to pay more rent for the master bedroom.
Hi girlies! I'm currently looking at places with my friend Ashley, and we found a beautiful 4 bedroom townhouse in Morningside that we would love to apply for. Rent would approximately be $135, and you'd be sharing a bathroom with Ashley and another person- it would be awesome if you and a girlfriend were interested in moving in together and taking up the other two rooms! We are both working casually in the city together, Ashley is at uni and I am 2 weeks away from completing my degree so will be looking for another job in my field soon. We love socialising, going out for drinks, netflix and chilling at home, however we do like to keep to ourselves at times and are both pretty study oriented. We would love to live with two girls who are out-going, friendly, respectful and tidy too. If you think this suits, swing me a message :) P.s we don't really smoke but definitely don't mind if you do!
Hi my name is Fin, I work in Hamilton as a jeweller. My cat Luna and myself are looking for a place to live, preferably close to Hamilton. I like to go to the gym and eat healthy foods and whip up my green juices. With that being said, I also love to eat out and try new foods. I am not a party animal by any means, but sometimes would like to have friends over for wine & cheese etc and I do enjoy going out to a nice bar for a few drinks. We are two friends in our mid-twenties (29 is still mid, right?!), both working full time and relocating from Central Queensland to Brisbane on January 3. Yvette works as a beauty therapist and Aly is in journalism and communications. We have a small dog, a 4-year-old Mini Dachshund named London, who will also be coming along for the ride. We are looking for a third female to live with us in either a house or large townhouse in South Brisbane. The house will be fully furnished, except for your room. We are open to those who would like to be on the lease with us, or not. We are both super friendly, easy-going and love a celebration when one is called for. We are equally as hard-working, health-conscious and sensible when we need to be. In our spare time we love getting outdoors; going to the beach, exercising and hanging out with friends. We would like to live with someone who shares the same mindset as us; who can contribute to the household and get along with the banter, but also respect down-time and is genuinely honest and considerate. Ideally, we would like to live with someone who also works full time. Oh, and you must love dogs (and let's be honest, he'd be upset if he knew we were referring to him as a dog)! It goes down in the DM's - message us for more info! :)
Hey the names Dave I'm 24 and from Ireland. I moved to Brisbane in February and am currently a few weeks away from finishing my farm work for my 2nd year visa so am living out west at present. I plan on travelling for the month of December and coming back to Brisbane towards the start of the new year and am looking for accommodation. That's myself on the right in the pic by the way! :) I'm pretty open as to where I live when I move back to Brisbane once it's within a reasonable commute to the city :) If I sound like I'd be a good fit for your place don't hesitate to give me a message and we can go from there! :) Cheers!

We are also looking for someone who intends to stay here long-term. You will be sharing the upstairs bathroom with a female and the downstairs area is occupied by a male. They are both very easy-going and respectable people and are looking for someone with similar characteristics. Rent is very cheap for this location and bills are very cheap as well. 18 year old UQ student with a part time job. I'm clean and tidy, friendly and will mostly keep to myself in the house but won't mind socialising at all. I'm also a bit of a minimalist, so small/simple rooms or places won't be a bother. I love dogs.
