I am pretty flexible with what I will be looking for - but awesome, respectful housemate/s are an absolute must! I will have a pretty hectic schedule between shiftwork and study - I am a flight attendant full time and will also be starting my Bachelor of Nursing in Feb! I love my own down time, but I also love being able to cook meals together every so often and wine nights in with housemates! A little about myself. I love to travel. I am very much into my health and fitness, I would be in the gym or working out every day if my body and schedule allowed, but also love my wine. I am getting in early because I just hate stress with moving and want plenty of time to be able to find the right place! (moving earlier may also be flexible). Our house is super close to all things great in Morningside/Bulimba - cafes down the street; 10min walk to the train station; closer to bus stops; and 20min walk to Coles, Woolworths and Morningside Central. The house itself is private and quaint - 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 storey townhouse is a quiet complex on Elwell Street. The room available has built in mirrored wardrobes, ceiling fan, and large enough for a queen bed, bedside table, and desk/bookcase. The bathroom is shared with another flatmate who is very clean and respectful of space. Bills are estimated at $15/wk extra, rent may go down - still looking at numbers :) Must love dogs! Murdoch is a border collie, kelpie, staffy cross and is a big ball of fun. He is incredible well trained and looked after by both housemates.

Hi, We are looking for someone (or a couple as it's a big room) to fill the awesome room we are currently renting in Morningside. We decided to be grown ups and move into our own place, But we will miss our awesome housemates! Its $137.50 per person so $275 for a couple (or $275 for the room). We split it per person because the main room (yours) is so much bigger, it has it's own private balcony, an ensuite, aircon, and walk in wardrobe! We are all in our 20's, pretty easy going, like to have a beer, like to keep tidy, looking for someone like minded. The room is quite spacious and has large cupboard space. We have a nice backyard (with turf so no mowing!). Located on the fringe of Hawthorne park, we are just a short walk from local cafes, and Oxford Street. It is also just a short bus trip to the city. There is an internal laundry, and is a pet friendly home. Internet plan is TPG unlimited, works out around $15 each a month. The lock up garage has room for one car, which you are welcome to use, or leave it the way it is, which is kind of a spare room. The house is well located, close to parks and cafes. Carindale shopping centre is a short drive and Brisbane city is about a 10 - 15min away. Situated on a no thru road with very friendly neighbours. The house offers air conditioning in the lounge area and a nice deck which you can see Brisbane CBD. There is a carport which is available for use along with a shared office. Currently there are no pets here, but pets will be considered. Applicants must be clean and respectful. Hi there! I am looking for someone to take my room in this fun, 3 bedroom townhouse as I am making the big move in with my boyfriend :-) The house is fairly new and modern, fully furnished and in a really convenient (yet quiet) area. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + an extra toilet downstairs. The place is fully decked out and furnished, except the bedroom will be empty. It fits a queen bed in the room and has a big 3 door built-in wardrobe with loads of shelves, hanging space and storage up above, also a few handy shelves on one of the walls. My room also has air-con and a ceiling fan (a lifesaver in the Brisbane heat!). Downstairs is really open plan with the laundry, extra toilet, kitchen and lounge/living area. We have Foxtel downstairs, along with split-system air-con too :-) There is loads off off-street parking and our neighbours are really lovely. I love living in this area as it is close to supermarkets, train/bus/ferry, gym, cafes etc, yet is still in a nice quiet street. There is also a cute court-yard area out the front with a table setting which is nice for a morning coffee! Ideally you will be also working or studying, aged in your 20's or early 30's, clean, reliable and pretty laid-back. I am moving out on Sunday 11th December so you are welcome to move in any time after that! Rent is $140 per week (a bargain for what it is!) but that does not include bills - we split them evenly - usually around $50-$70 each. Bond is $680. Recently turned 19, I work 30 hours a week - looking to increase this to 40 hours. Clean and tidy, I have a clean as you go mentality. I enjoy hanging out with my housemates, and hope to find a place where you're not just people I share a house with but friends I share a home with. I do however spend a bit of time in my room and keep to myself so I'm not going to be in your face but happy to do dinners together (I can't cook, be prepared to eat raw unflavoured food, I apologise in advance) or casual drinks at home on the weekend. I'm a first year accounting student at QUT, I'm currently doing 2 units over summer - kill me, why did I do this to myself? I also have a border collie puppy so we need a pet friendly share house with a large fenced backyard (preferably tall fencing, as I think she's going to be an escape artist). I go to the gym several times a week, I have been recovering from a few injuries lately so it's kept me at home.
