Room size is 2.8m x 2.9m and has a built-in wardrobe. The room faces north so this may suit bright and cheery sun lovers. The flat is already set up, so you’ll only need furnishing for your own bedroom. There is ample space in the garage to park a car, and a spare bicycle is also available for use. The street is quiet, so parking on the street is also fine. THE AREA Morningside train station is three streets away, and the closest bus stop is at the end of the street. Convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, shops in Morningside etc etc all under a 10 minute walk (or even under 5 mins). Closest supermarkets (Coles and Woolies) are under 20 mins walk away.
I wouldn't say great, but I barely use the room. I'm usually at my friend's place staying over after a big event or at my workplace quarters where I do sometimes double or extended working shift. I'm tidy, helpful, considerate but I would hope someone with manners to come and stay with us. Our place never get crowded considering the number of tenants, 1 busy QUT students that you might get along with, and the rest are hard working folks. We are friendly and approachable.

We have most things furniture wise but we are happy to make space for anything you want to add in too :) The shared living area is open and air-conditioned and we have a front courtyard with an outdoor setting. We have a pool in the complex which is shared with about 6 other units. Electricity and gas are split three ways. Bills are usually around $330 for electricity ($110 each) and $150 for gas ($50 each) per quarter. Unlimited internet is $20 each per month - I've included that in your rent ($160 + $5internet per week) It's in a great location close to bus stops, the city cat, and the train station is an 800m walk, and there's restuarants, cafes, shops and an IGA at the top of the street and Coles and woolworths are 1km away. Oxford street in Bulimba is close, about an $8 Uber ride and it's around $18 to get to the city. We are signed on until the 6th of January so we are looking for someone to commit to this date.
