Furnished apartment- semi furnished room (comes with a wardrobe) apartment gets great light and airflow, north facing with a comfortable balcony and a great atmosphere All bills included 2 Min walk from Mosman Park Train station 10-12 minute walk from beach 30 walk seconds from great restaurants, bars and cafes 5 minute walk from Coles No parking spot but can organise a parking permit making the world your parking lot
300m from the beach, big beautiful house, backyard with lawn (gardener included), table tennis table, double story, we have a boat & regularly go to Rotto or on the river wakeboarding and you're welcome to join anytime. You'll have the choice of the two large spare rooms with the one left being kept as a spare for guests.
The location! You are about 7-10 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the train and the bus station which allows you to get to Perth CBD within 20 minutes. The ground floor is also nice because it has a reasonable sized courtyard which allows you to chill outside and get some fresh air so that you don't feel trapped. The room you would be staying in is only capable of a king single bed but that is because you have HUGE inbuilt robes for plenty of clothes and shoes storage plus a study nook which all compromises for the smaller bed space. The complex is really cool, there is access to a large pool if you don't like the beach and you do not pay Gas or Water bills only Electricity because the owners pay for them in their strata rates!
SPACE SPACE SPACE! Spacious character house in Mosman Park looking for a 3rd (and possibly 4th) housemate. Large backyard, and has a garage to store additional gear you do not want in your room. The house is a stone's throw from the train station and bus stop, with amenities like IGA, Coles, local watering hole, just steps away. If you're studying at Notre Dame or UWA, or working in the area, this place is perfect for you.
Great Location… Quiet and comfortable home. Older style, but not old enough to have character ;-) Large, light-filled rooms. House is adequately furnished, though have room for a little more stuff if required. Kitchen is well equipped. There's some additional storage space available in the garage. Mainly paying for the location: • Right between Claremont and Fremantle • Close to Leighton and Cottesloe beaches, with North Cott and Swanbourne just up the coast • Nearest surf breaks are The Cove, Seconds, Isolators, Dutch Inn and Cables • The river and Mosman Park Yacht Club are in the other direction • Camelot cinema and MosArts Centre nearby • Mann oval, Davis oval and Nash field are all within about 450m • Nearby gyms are: Good Life, The Clubhouse, The Mill Gym, Workout Fitness Centre, 5th Element, F45, Snap and Revo. • The Grove Library and Westcoast Community Centre are just up Stirling highway • Mosman Park shopping centre 300m away • Convenient to Perth-Freo train line and Stirling highway buses. Rent includes: Internet (via wireless modem not broadband cable), utilities, lawn-mowing and common household items e.g. cleaning products, toilet paper, globes, etc. No hidden expenses. Bedroom 1, with ensuite, currently has a QS bed, side-tables, BIR and desk. Its available furnished as is, unfurnished, or somewhere in between. Rent for a single person is $225--/week Rent for a couple is $270--/week Bond = $500-- Bedroom 3 has a QS bed and reasonable sized wardrobe. The views aren't great—it's a brick wall—but the light is good through out the day with no direct sunlight. Bond = $500--

My name’s Jim, I’m a 23 year old Kiwi, lived in Australia for 6 years, and Perth for the last 8 months. I work full time as a doctor at Fiona Stanley Hospital, and will be on shift work for the rest of the year. I enjoy sport and fitness, and enjoy cycling to work. I love coffee, wine, and good food. I’m pretty social, and like to spend a lot of time with friends. I’m looking for a house that’s easy going, but also tidy and respectful. I’d love to live somewhere where we could host dinner, and be happy to have some people over for the footy/bachelor. Hit me up if I sound like your cup of tea! Quick addit: Will not be moving out until first week of November now! But can be flexible with earlier rent payments if place is a good fit!
I am Kathi, 26yo, from Munich (Germany). Coming back to WA for my Master thesis, cause I fell in love with it (with the country, not the thesis :D). I have been to WA (living in Fremantle in a flatshare with 3 others) until March this year, continued studying back in Munich (living with my sister and 4 others) and coming back to Perth in a few weeks. Can`t wait to extend summer, skip cold winter in Germany and finally go kiting again!! or camping, diving, skateboarding, partying (don`t get me wrong, I am not a party animal, but there`s nothing better than spending the free time with friends and some good beers) :) What else: I don`t mind cleaning, I like cooking (mostly healthy), and I am very active (kiting, any form of high intensity training, running, yoga...). I have studied physiotherapy and ergonomics.. I would describe myself as uncomplicated, mostly in a good mood (you wouldn`t say that about oneself ;) ) spontaneous and open to pretty much everything. Oh most important: I am coffee addicted ;) Get in touch, love to hear from you
I'm Anna, French girl from Reunion Island. I like meeting new people, I am very outgoing and I would like to improve my english and open to new cultures, that's why I want to do a house sharing. I am working casually in Cottesloe at the moment, and most of my activities are there. It's important for me to live not so far from the beach. I currently have a working holidays visa but I'll start studies in February so I'll have a student visa. See you soon !
Hi all, I'm a 21 year old guy ready to move out of my parents house. I work full time as a surveyor and go up north a fair bit (so half the time I won't be there anyway). When I am there you'll notice I'm a chill, friendly dude. I get along with most people of all ages. I also like to keep things neat & tidy, so you won't have to worry too much about cleaning. Hit me up if you're keen 🤙
28 year-old male working full time as a Finance Manager. I'm also doing some post-graduate study so have a few things keeping me busy. Originally from Queensland but have lived in Perth for approx 6 months and would like to be living near the beach by the Summer. I'm easy-going and social but also pretty happy to keep to myself, however if you want to hang out then I can get around that as well. Enjoy having a few beers or a lot of beers if the crowd is right, but not looking for a party house. Drop me a line if I sound like someone you could live with!
Running an online business and also studying website design, sales and marketing. Electrician by trade so handy around the house and used to work as a dive instructor. I Like the gym, bike rides, occasional wakeboard should practice more, bbqs, few drinks on the weekends, looking to get back into kitesurfing this summer. I’m social, but also like my own space sometimes. Love a bit of banter, so looking for fun people. Also clean up after myself, I never leave a mess. Need off-street parking, room has to be big enough for desk, wardrobe, chest of draws, I have my own, but we can work something out if your supplying. Also a little storage for camping equipment.
Hi there 😊 We are a tidy, easy going couple looking for some like-minded people to share a home with! We are both university graduates and will be working full-time in Perth. We love adventures, surfing and yoga and also enjoy cooking (Will is very good at making sourdough bread). We tend to be quiet but are happy to socialise over a few drinks. We have shared homes with people before (of varying ages) and love pets.
Hey! i am a disability support worker, love to eat organic, exercise and enjoy the simple things in life. Very tidy and clean. My work is very flexible which means I am open to moving anywhere.
I’ll be moving up early next year for uni, going to UWA. I’m very bubbly, love the beach and need to live close to it and also into my health and fitness, gym freak. I love a clean, tidy and nice smelling place. 😊 I’m also very easy to get along with xx Ideally I would like to live in Cottlesoe or Mosman Park, but am open to living close to the beach
Hola 👋 My name is Grady and I’m a 31yo urban planner who has just moved back to Perth after living in London for the past 3 years. I’m a clean, considerate and easygoing guy on the lookout for a few likeminded individuals who are looking for a place to live. I’d like to consider myself a fairly sociable and friendly person who is happy to have a conversation with just about anyone. I enjoy having a few drinks with my housemates be it a beer or a glass or a wine after work or something on the weeeknd as think that household dynamic is important. By the same token I keep fairly busy during the week with work and exercise and respect the need for individual space and privacy. I love travel, the dog beach, and enjoying nice food and drinks with quality company. Historically more of a festival goer but these days you’re more likely to find me enjoying the sun in beer garden with friends or down at the beach with Astro (family pooch who lives in freo). I’m working in the city but also a big fan of freo so ideally would like to locate somewhere along the Fremantle line but not really looking to go any further north of Perth (refer previous comments about Astro and the dog beach). So, what’s the long and the short of it you ask, well, I’m like to find two housemates who are interested in finding a place together. Preference is for a house with a nice outdoor living area for summer. If you’re interested, feel free to drop me a line and we can catch up for a drink and take it from there. Many thanks, Grady
Hi guys, I'm looking for a room around Claremont-Swanbourne-Cottesloe for 2/3 months. I work in North Freo and in the city so that location is perfect for me!
