I have recently taken over the lease and am looking for the perfect housemates for an immaculate 2 story house in Mount Lawley, for a total of 3 people in the house. The house was professionally cleaned, carpets included, by an external company in Feburary this year. Both availible rooms have floor-to-ceiling mirrored built-in wardrobes and are quite large. I can furnish one of the rooms with a bed and desk if needed. 1 Shared bathroom with one other person (Separate toilet) and an extra separate toilet downstairs. Huge open-plan kitchen, and a minimally furnished loungeroom. (Couch, tv unit, coffee table) with another unfurnished lounge area upstairs. Enclosed garage which will always be availible, as I currently don't own a vehicle and have no plans to get one. There is a separate room that can also be used as a study, or inside bike storage etc. Small outdoor courtyard that is comfortable enough to have a table and chairs in. Washing line outside also. Only a 5 minute walk to Mount Lawley train station and a 10 min walk to 24hr IGA on Beaufort St. $250 Rent includes Internet, Electricity, Water and Gas, so no extra bills! A bit about me: I'm 35, work nights in the booze industry (evenings to yourself 4-5 nights a week) and am pretty quiet at home. Interests are Brazilian JiuJitsu, MMA, Writing, Standup Comedy. Always looking for a laugh. Drinker, Don't smoke cigarettes. Generally very clean in shared areas...(My bedroom is another story!) Am ideally looking for someone a bit closer to my age, with fulltime employment, and a chilled out personality. We are a mix of young professionals and uni students and are an active household who like to do activities together on weekends. The house is a 5 min walk from the train station, and we have a bus stop out the front that heads straight into the CBD. The house is only one block from the river, and the great bike paths and parks alongside it. Hi there.. The house is a shared house (It will just be the two of us) so it would be great if you have stuff to help fill some of the gaps that will be left by my exiting house mate.. It’s an older Federation style home which is very comfortable and homely... The bedroom available is a large room with a large sleep out attached via French Doors.. The room would suit an art student/designer as is it makes a pefect studio work shop.. My current house mate uses it for this purpose.. My preference is for someone 35/50 and female.. Cats are very welcome... I keep a clean tidy audible home and only house trained applicants should apply.. Easy access to the Freeway and public transport if required...
