Hello, I am looking for a mature and tidy boarder, who loves animals, for my lovely character 3 bedroom x 1 bathroom home in Mount Lawley. The house is very close to East Perth train station, the Swan river and city. Perfectly central in the middle of Maylands, Highgate and East Perth. You will have your own large queen bed room with large wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps. I can also provide bed linen if required. The house bills will be included, and it has NBN internet, gas hot water and cooking and ducted air conditioning. It also has a lovely fenced yard, a courtyard and deck out the back and front porch for sunny afternoons. As I will am travelling for 2 months mid Oct-mid Dec you will have most of the house to yourself. The only catch is that I would ask that you look after a 1 x very cute and friendly tabby cat, occasionally let me know how the little brat is doing, and keep the place safe, tidy and generally cared for. Excluding my travel dates, the dates are negotiable however can't provide the room past December. Would consider a couple for the right fit, a specific weekly rate would be negotiated. Note, unfortunately due to lease agreement additional pets aren't permitted. Cheers, Rani.
Great location. Close to city (10mins drive) train station (5 mins walk) and in a trendy suburb. Close to maylands town centre and mount lawley. Spacious room. Owner occupied. I am a doctor working full time. Non party house.

The room is furnished with a brand-new king sized bed, with bed sides and substantial wardrobe storage. The room is in a newly renovated property in a highly sought-after heritage area in Mount Lawley, surrounded by tree-lined streets and other house-proud neighbours. We have super tall ceilings throughout, which make everything feel even more spacious. A well-equipped, massive kitchen is very enjoyable to use if you like cooking (including gas burners, not electric!). There is a separate walk-in pantry and neighbouring laundry/scullery area, with additional shared storage if needed. Fully ducted air-conditioning throughout, including separate zoning in your bedroom, so you can make your own climate selection :) Lots of space in the backyard, along with an open deck and entertaining area, with an umbrella and heater to suit all situations. We are also only a short walk from the restaurants and safe strip on Beaufort St, including local faves like Mary St Bakery, Modus, the Queens and Must Wine Bar. And, similarly, only a few minutes walk to a bus stop for the 950, which gets you into the city within less than 10 minutes and runs at 5-10 minute intervals at peak periods.

Great townhouse close to Mt Lawley and Maylands train station or a 5-10 min walk up to Beaufort street. Near the maylands 8th ave strip and inglewood hotel for somewhere close to walk for a drink/dinner/brunch/coffee. Offering two rooms for the price of one (if wanted) in case you wanted to set up your own lounge/study area/closet in the other. These two rooms are shown in the pics, the larger one with the queen bed shown has a double wardrobe, the other a single. Furnished house you just need to sort your room(s). Whilst it’s a shared bathroom there are two sinks so you’ll have your own space, the house also has two separate toilets. Offstreet parking in the shared carport/lawn area too. Internet included and other bills on top.
Just a humble dude looking for somewhere close to the city to move into. I'm looking for mature flatmates, but I don't mind a bit of fun times here and there. I work away as an electrician on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster so I'll only be around half the time if that. I'm not OCD about cleanliness but I really would like flatmates that are active cleaners! if you have any questions feel free to ask!
I'm a relaxed friendly guy, I don't mind chores and cleaning and respect others privacy. I like music and going out with friends and I work in a resteraunt in Claremont so looking for somewhere with easy access to public transport there.
My 3 month probation ends on the last day of October 2018, and I am looking for my own place to call home, if everything turns out well. I work full time, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day in the Perth CBD. I have a car, but I travel by public transport too and from work, so I will require a car garage/ parking space where I move into. For fun, before work, I go the the gym 4 days a week for cardio/strength/resistant training. On the weekends I like to go for a combination of short (<10km) and long (>10km) runs. I am building up for a half marothon (I am at 18km so far without stopping). I am a morning person, so I wake as early as 4.30am (I mostly wake between 5am and 6.30am), and sleep as late as 9pm most nights (depending on my body clock and how tired I am from a long day at work). On most work nights I can be in bed as early as 8pm.
Just started an online business and also studying website design, sales and marketing. Electrician by trade so handy around the house and used to work as a dive instructor. I Like the gym, bike rides, occasional wakeboard should practice more, bbqs, few drinks on the weekends, looking to get back into kitesurfing this summer. I’m social, but also like my own space sometimes. Love a bit of banter, so looking for fun people. Also clean up after myself, I never leave a mess. Need off-street parking, room has to be big enough for desk, wardrobe, chest of draws, I have my own, but we can work something out if your supplying. Also a little storage for camping equipment.
We are both really chill people, I'm from Broome, country guy that likes having a few beers after work, Barbara Is a Masters Student from Germany. We do movie nights, parties every now and again, and generally like hanging out with chill people.
I am a clean guy, love cooking, unselfish, love to involve myself with people and understand house roles. Have own lounge, TV and bedroom furniture. I am not working due to work issues but still have full time job and payments. Return to work after Christmas. I'm punctual with bills and good budget guy. Love dogs. I work as a van driver on afternoon shift (11am - 8pmish). Some Sundays too. I skateboard and tell awesome dad jokes. I don't smoke or drugs, like to drink casually. I am a well mannered gentleman. I don't touch others belongings unless authorised.
Hi, I'm a 27 yo female working full time in the city. I am quiet and respectful of personal space, but love a good chat and a cup of tea, and like to get out and about on weekends. Looking for somewhere to move as my current housemate is breaking lease to move away.
I am a full-time Registered Nurse that’s beginning a new job in the Murdoch area and wanting to move closer for work purposes. I am a very clean person and enjoy a solid binge drinking session here and there. I’ve always been sociable and would like to move in with someone similar. I like my personal space at times but for the most part would prefer interaction with others around me. I also love cooking, and enjoy cooking for others! I have a 2 year old kitty that’s very smoochy also so he’d have to join the household also!
Pros - Is a chef therefore foods a plenty - Has a vinyl player - Vintage clothes collector - Cleaner than a nunnery - A good hospo scene of humour - Flowerpot man (Gardener AF) - Enjoys a good drink - Wannabe DnD player Cons - In the kitchen at obscene hours of the night - Forever sleeping on days off - One of those grandma types that makes a shit ton of food than necessary
Looking to live somewhere central/ north of the river. Close to transport (preferably Joondalup line)/ cool things. I work full time doing research at a hospital. I do plan to go back to school (eventually) to do some post grad psyc related study. I’m very mellow. I enjoy my own time but appreciate company. Open for a night full of wine and gin. I’m veg and cook now and again (not amazing). I would say I’m fairly eco conscious. Funnily enough I actually enjoy cleaning.
Making this account in advance as I’m likely going to be looking for a place to move to at the beginning of 2019, currently studying at ECU Mount Lawley and would like somewhere with a more flexible lease than my current year long one. I’m more than happy to be a social flat mate or keep to myself, whatever works. Not super fussy but do like a clean and tidy living space and try to avoid drama with anyone I live with. (Also not a party person)
I am very chilled out and easy to get along with :) I am currently working doing promotions for a supplement company, while also studying graphic design full time. I love food, getting outdoors, the gym and netflix binges!
