I’m chill and easy going, love to be social but also value my down time. I’m looking for clean, respectful people to live with who would like to have a drink or 5 sometimes. I have just come back to Perth from travelling and working overseas for the last 4.5 years, love hanging out with friends and going to the beach in my spare time! I’m working in the CBD so ideally the higher end of my budget is to be in the free transit area to save money on getting to work, on the lower end of the budget the further out I am from the city :)
* Understands what makes a good housemate and executes it: Mindful, clean and tidy, positive, easy going and willing to contribute to making a house a home. *Got my own stuff going on but social interaction at some level would be sweet. Working two part time roles as a mentor and support facilitator is a big part of my life but also enjoy meditation, yoga, getting out in nature, podcasts/ reading, cooking/enjoying amazing food in my down time.
I'd love to live in a convenient location with 2 or 3 considerate and genuine people. Preferably, somewhere near the beach. I'm a bit of a week-day nana, but I love my sport when I'm not drinking tea on the couch. I'm a non-smoker but enjoy a bevvy on occasion.
Nice garden. Peaceful ambience. Lots of light. Separate living areas (3 levels). Fully cabled, equipped and registered for home business. Fresh mangoes, citrus and mulberries from garden. Good location near river, parks, cafes, gyms, Garden City and Raffles pub. Plenty of storage. Netflix, air con in room, separate bathroom, very nice views.
21 year old, friendly, full time worker, love having a chat, enjoy visiting the beach, going out and doing things/exploring.
I’m considerate and tidy, love a beer, being outdoors, and am always keen for some good vibes. I study full time, currently in my final year of OT. Looking for a share house for myself and two rescue floofs: Nora (kelpieX) and her best friend Maisy (cat).
Hey all, casually looking for a new place to move into, not in any particular rush. Budget of up to $180 a week, preferably furnished place. I'm studying Nutrition and also working part-time in hospitality. I have plenty of references if needed :) Please note that if you simply copy and paste your ad into a private message you will be ignored!
Currently living in Maylands, looking to move south of the river or Leedy way. Easy going, work full time in government, play soccer a couple times a week, chill/relax, hang out with mates etc
I'm a PhD candidate and sessional academic at Curtin, and my partner is an engineer. We are looking for a room for a couple in a shared house. We love to cook (which means you get some delish meals on a weekly basis!), and like to spend our free time outdoors- running, cycling, and adventuring. We are quite sociable and would love a lively and friendly household. We don't (yet!) have a pet, but if you do, that would definitely be a drawing card for us. Oh, and a dishwasher in the house is a huge bonus!
Brenda and Audrina are from East Malaysia, and Amy is a true blue Australian. Audrina works in food & beverage, Brenda and Amy works in music education. We are clean, do not smoke/drink/do drugs, and do not have rowdy house parties. We are preferably looking for an entire property for just the 3 of us to stay in. Parking space is a requirement as we all have cars.
I work full time with a pretty busy schedule. Enjoy food, sports and travelling. Looking to share a place in a cosy, friendly and chilled environment.
- open-minded, as I love to travel and have lived overseas for 5 years - clean and tidy - mostly quiet - like to go out dancing on the weekends - love being outside, on the beach, canoeing or simply reading a book - interested in exploring West Australia and Tasmania I am looking for a place that is close to the CBD, so maximum 20-30 minutes commuting time by train or bus. Supermarket and public transport must be within walking distance of 0-10 minutes as I don't have a car. No shared bathroom and no pets, please. You should be ok with friends or partner visiting overnight, of course no party
Hey there! There’s for checking this out. I’m looking for a place with awesome people that I can stay with for minimum 6 months while I figure out my future commitments OR someone(s) that would like to create a sharehouse with. I’m a friendly, bubbly and outgoing person. I’m quite an extrovert, a bit shy at first but once I’m comfortable, I come out of my shell. I am also a tidy, considerate and respectful housemate. I enjoy chilling and hanging out, but also spending time on my own. I currently work in Pharmacy while I decide what degree to pick up next. I like going out for coffee, scenery and drinks (bonus if future housemate is the same!) I like going for walks / runs, and also enjoy sittinng at home reading or Netflixing. I volunteer in my spare time. I can also cook and bake if the kitchen is well-equipped; love sharing my treats around ☺️ If you’re interested, please feel free to message and we can go from there xx

Hi Future Housemate, We are looking for an easygoing and clean housemate to share with 3 others. The house in is a lovely tree-lined suburb of Ardross, located nicely between Perth CBD and Fremantle. We are walking distance to the river, bus station, Garden City Shopping Centre, boutique shops and cafes! The place is fully furnished and has mostly jarrah floorboards throughout. There is a small kitchen/laundry and a larger open dining/lounge room. The great advantage of this place is you don't have to sign a fixed term contract! Just give us notice if you intend to move out. For $130 per week, the bedroom has a double bed, study desk and chair a wardrobe and a free standing chest of drawers. Shared bathroom. Bond = $520 (4 weeks rent). Bills are split evenly between housemates. Utility bills are water, gas, electricity, NBN internet and are usually around $20 per week per person. Hi I am 27yrs old, Employed and qualified as an Electrician. I'm a very hands on person, so if anything needs fixed around the house like Electronics, Furniture, home decor, chips in walls etc... I've got that covered. I am an open minded person who is very easy to get along with, abit of a joker, a great listener, loves a bit of banter. I am a conscious person who has respect for other people's beliefs, opinions, values, morals and privacy. I believe almost any issue can be resolved over a good old chin wag and a beer or glass of wine. Lover of all animals & taking them for walks! (barr cats, have you ever tried taking a cat for a walk? 😂). I keep to myself mostly but who doesn't enjoy a buddy to look up crazy shit on the internet with :). I enjoy living with active people who motivate me to go for a run, shoot down the pub for lunch or head out to a concert or event etc..
I am easy to get along with, reliable, clean and tidy and always do my share of cooking and housework. I enjoy walking and the occasional run, and love animals. Love catching up with friends, reading and watching a good movie. I’ll often spend my evenings catching up with work on my computer or doing a little bit of study.
I am looking for a place south of the river and close to public transport to get to the CBD. I enjoy reading and relaxing, so don't want to be in a party house! My moving date is flexible, and I'm really looking for a private bathroom and a space with some storage for a bike. Alternatively, I may be interested in renting 2 separate rooms depending on the price.
I'm a positive, chilled out chick who loves a good cheeseboard with a beer or two. I love being social and meeting new people but I also really love my own down time and will always be respectful of others in the house. I enjoy anything to do with the great outdoors, being active and healthy, travelling and going to music gigs. I am looking to live with easy going, like minded people who are also respectful and like to keep the house tidy. I promise I would be an awesome roomie! Message me if you want to know a little more about me 😊
I am a 25 year old professional who works full-time. I enjoy socialising on the weekends, and prefer quieter weeknights (consisting of cooking and relaxing in front of the tv or reading a good book). I am looking for housemates who I can have a conversation with and potentially develop a friendship; however, I enjoy my own space and will respect yours as well. I am flexible about pets and love all animals 😊.
I’m working full time as a kitchen hand /chef and am a sociable , clean , organized and reliable person. I enjoy cafes, dining out, dancing, travel and good company. I have been in Australia for 23 years, originally from Malaysia
Who am i? A good vibes spreading chilled 22 year old with a wicked sense of humour. About me? - Part time cook, full time writer, and wannabe muso. (Though I don't know s*it, I compensate by playing a mean triangle!) Interests? I like to throw dinners for friends, dnd nights, movie nights, getting 420 friendly from time to time. I do love just sitting out the back, on a balcony alone with a nice big mug of coffee writing fiction, or smashing out some yoga or calisthenics. Not after a party house, but I don't want to live with strangers. Frequented share houses since I was 17, so very respectful of my room mates and their space.
My Name is Maddy, I'm a Registered Nurse currently working in a medical centre. I'm originally from Victoria. I enjoy socialising with others, going to the gym and indulging in the odd TV or movie binge. I keep a clean living space and work only during the week.
Hi, I am looking for a nice quite place to stay. I’m neat, tidy, easy going and honest. I’m a non-smoker and coffee lover. I’m not a party person but will have a quiet wine. Also an animal lover.
I’m fairly quiet and cruisy through the week, mostly keep to myself and watch a heap of Netflix or go to the beach after work. I work full time for a large company located in CanningVale. I have my own car and currently driving an hour and a half there and back every day at the moment (traffic sucks). Love cooking and catching up with friends over a beer or 6. Wine and face mask nights are Thursday, you’re welcome to join in on the pampering, beer is also an option. Don’t mind a boogie on a weekend, I’ve just moved down from Karratha so will be doing lots of exploring over weekends. Simple and comfortable lifestyle, I’m very easy going and looking for something chill and relaxing until I get a better feel for where everything is in Perth.
About me I'm Ella, a business owner and blogger looking for a positive vibe home for me and my dog, Daisy. I am looking for a room to rent in Perth, somewhere less than 20 mins from the city with a high vibe community. I am looking for the perfect place and am flexible with a move in date. Daisy is an extremely well trained dog, who gets plenty of exercise everyday and has no behavioural issues. She is a kelpie/cross staffs who needs a yard. She doesn't bark excessively, and is super friendly with dogs, people, and children. There will need to be a backyard suitable for my her at the place we choose. She also knows over 30+ super cool tricks! I unfortunately don't know that many tricks, but I am super positive, clean, friendly and considerate. I love sport, photography, blogging, writing, reading books, personal growth, business, netflixing, travelling, eating and most of all hanging out with good company.
