I work at UWA in continuous improvement. I like to cook at home, watch a movie or two and have a glass of wine over the weekends. I am quite outgoing so I spend most of my time outside but I am really quiet in the house.
Hey all, I am looking for a room in a share house close-ish to the city/ beach. I am hoping to move in around 27th January for 6 months, with possible lease renewal. I am a kind, down to earth, very clean and respectful person who loves to socialise and is up for an adventure, but also appreciates my own/ others' space. I am looking for like-minded individuals to share with. Feel free to message me with any questions you have, I'd love to view houses and meet potential roomies.
I'm an employed 28 year-old engineer who relocated permanently to Perth from Malaysia last November. Have lived with my current housemate for almost a year now with no problem as I am easy-going, considerate, respectful, neat and tidy. She can attest to that :) I'm moving because she will be moving back to Bunbury with her husband once the lease ends. I believe in the saying 'Don't do to others what you don't want to be done to you', hence I appreciate sincerity and honesty. I enjoy video games (have a PS4 but don't worry I will not fight for the TV as I have my own), going on amazing road trips, beaches, coffee-hunting, keeping fit and planning to take up guitar in due time (I promise to keep it quiet!!). I'm open to different adventures and activities as I'm excited to explore this beautiful new place I'll be living in for awhile. Though I am always down for adventures or night-outs, I also enjoy a quiet night in with movies and respect personal space. Not a FIFO but my work occasionally requires me to go offshore 1-2 weeks at a time. I'm looking for a room with a budget of 160-170pw (no bills included) or 180-200pw (bills included). Room doesn't have to be furnished as again, I have my own furnitures but preferably with good-sized BIR and able to fit queen size bed, a desk and bookshelf/ dresser (I might have to choose between the two :( if it doesn't fit).
Currently working full time in the city and studying. Looking for a place to call home until June/ July 2019. I tend to keep fairly busy, lead an active and healthy lifestyle and enjoy spending my weekends at the beach, catching up with friends and indulging in the brunch scene. I would rather live with people I can have a conversation and a glass of wine or a meal with, not the hide away in your room type. I like to keep a tidy house, am mature and respectful of personal space. Preferably looking for a place that is within easy access to the beach or river and close to public transport :)
I’m usually quite busy working, I believe in an active lifestyle, I love cooking healthy food and absolutely love animals since I am a veterinarian. I am also extremely particular about cleanliness, and need my flat mates to be pro-active about cleaning. I love spending weekends in with a glass of wine and a home cooked meal. I do go to bed early and am looking for a quiet person with a similar lifestyle.
Hi! I'm a full time teacher who travels during holidays and rarely spends a weekend at home. I love keeping fit and in summer you'll mostly find me at the beach or snorkelling. I've done a fair bit of flat sharing so I know that being respectful of other people's property and personal space is a must! I'm also very clean and tidy (I'm not about to shy away from doing my fair share of the chores) and I always pay rent and bills on time. Hope to hear from you soon 😊
Hi future roomie! My names Shan! I’m 25 years old and work full time as a marketing account manager for a corporate magazine. My current landlord is selling our property, so I need to find a new home. I love keeping fit and eating well. I keep to myself during the week as I wake up quite early, but I don’t mind debriefing our day over a quiet drink or dinner.
Hey, I'm Elise. I'm nineteen and currently at Curtin Uni doing Urban Planning. I like to have a pretty active social life, and don't spend that much time at home. I'm friendly and get along with pretty much everyone. I have a healthy dose of common-sense when it comes to household responsibilities and like to keep everything pretty tidy and clean. I've lived in a share-house for about a year now and looking for a new place as my lease is up.
Location is amazing - restaurants, bars, supermarket, Swan River and public transport all within 150 metres....and a cafe directly underneath us. The apartment itself is only 4 years old with modern appliances, air conditioning, balcony views and plenty of light and space. Outdoor pool and gym will be available in mid 2019. I own the apartment so no rent inspections. Welcome to binge on my Netflix and internet too 👍
Beautiful clean and modern decor, gorgeous fireplace in winter. Nice outside alfresco. Very close to the river for beautiful walks, kayaking etc. Great public transport links - close to Bull Creek Station. Fun, friendly girly house. Fast NBN and Netflix. Lots of storage space and parking. Convenient for Curtin and Murdoch universities.
Very quiet but friendly, but most importantly clean and tidy and respect others privacy.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
Looking for a housemate for our sharehouse, a homely and well situated character home in Ardross. The house is very close to Garden City shopping centre (5 minutes walking distance) and 1 minute to bus stops that go direct to Perth City bus port, Canning Bridge train station, Murdoch University, Garden City bus port and Fremantle. The house is also well situated to catch buses to Curtin University and UWA. There is space in driveway for off street and covered car parking. The house is fully furnished and the two available rooms are furnished. Both rooms have built in wardrobes with lots of storage space. Room 1 - The first room is ideal for a single student. It has a single bed, study desk, bedside table and built in robe. It can also fit a double queen bed. This room is small to medium sized. Room 2 - This room is large sized. This room is perfect for people who want their own space as it has a 'mini living room' in the overall bedroom. The room is structured in 2 parts - one part is the bedroom area and the other part is a mini living room. The bedroom area is furnished with a double bed and side table. It has 2 built in wardrobes with ample space. The mini living room area has enough space for a couch and TV and even a study desk and is great if you want your own space and privacy. The house, including the rooms, have heating and cooling facilities. The share house is low key, relaxed and quiet. We are ideally looking for a housemate who is independent, clean, tidy and reliable. One our favourite things about the house is the location as it is close to Fremantle (15 minutes by car), the City (10 minutes by car) and a 5 minute walk from the Swan River which has fantastic views of the Swan River and City. It is also very close to supermarkets at Garden City Shopping Centre (5 minute walk). The house is also very close to public transport (1 minute walk to bus stop which goes to Canning Bridge Train Station and also buses to Perth City). The rooms are ready to move into. We look forward to hearing from potential housemates :)

Easy going student, studying Marine science and working as a bartender, can make you cocktails and always down for drinks or the beach
Were both very friendly, easygoing people who like to keep our place respectably clean and tidy. Peter works full time and I’m in my last year studying architecture at Curtin uni. Have lots of hobbies and like anything from going camping, to staying in with a movie or a puzzle. Not huge party animals but don’t mind if others are! Still love a social outing and drink or two. Don’t have pets but we love all animals so open to a furry flatmate addition too ☺︎
I work full time and I am in to my health and fitness, bike riding, tennis, basketball and so on. I love the outdoors and get on well with everyone. I am also very clean and tidy, don’t mind cooking and respect others privacy.

Hi Future Housemates, We are looking for an easygoing and clean housemate to share with 3 others. The house in is a lovely tree-lined suburb of Ardross, located nicely between Perth CBD and Fremantle. We are walking distance to the river, bus station, Garden City Shopping Centre, boutique shops and cafes! The place is fully furnished and has mostly jarrah floorboards throughout. There is a small kitchen/laundry and a larger open dining/lounge room. The great advantage of this place is you don't have to sign a fixed term contract! Just give us notice if you intend to move out. For $140 per week, the bedroom has a double bed, study desk and chair a wardrobe and a free standing chest of drawers. Shared bathroom. Bond = $560 (4 weeks rent). Bills are split evenly between housemates. Utility bills are water, gas, electricity, NBN internet and are usually around $20 per week per person. Our house is fairly quiet house but sociable, not a party house though. If you would like to view the rooms please message or text me. I look forward to hearing from you :)
We are a tidy, quiet and no-smoking young couple, travelling from Melbourne to Perth on January 27th. We have been living in Melbourne for 6 months, and we are moving to Perth to improve our careers (me as a Chemical Engineer and my wife as a Business Manager) We also have references from our landlord. We always pay on time. We do not have children or pets. We both work and study Mon-Fri all day. We are looking for a cozy apartment, studio, or granny flat with one bedroom and one bathroom.
I’m clean, don’t get grumpy and love having fun but also like my own company, I’m down to earth and super chill if I say so myself. I’m a beauty student and work on the side and I don’t do the clubbing thing. I’m looking for somewhere chill with good housemates that don’t get awkward and won’t label everything.
Originally from Albany, living in Mandurah and starting at UWA next semester studying Bio-Med. I'll be studying full time and enjoy going out a lot but still will pull my weight around the place. Bills won't be an issue and I'll be able to easily pay everything on time with no drama's. I went to boarding school during high school so I know all the in's and outs of a share house. I enjoy being active and going to the gym and getting out or maybe having a quiet night in my spare time.
Hi I'm a 24 year old single non smoker, outgoing and clean. Currently looking for a room suitable for a FIFO workers on a 2:2 roster, and will also be travelling a lot this year. Looking for somewhere relatively cheap as I'll rarely be in Perth with bills and internet included.
Hi, My name is Michael and I am from Ireland. I am currently living in Dianella and looking somewhere near the coast or south Perth. I work full-time in Applecross, Mon-Fri 7-3 pm. Occasionally I have to fly out to site. I like to be active and out of the house but at the same time like to just to chill in the evenings. Love both cooking and eating out, and the odd few drinks here and there. Easy going, clean and respectful of others space. Can easily have a chat over a coffee or drink if needs more info. All the best, Mike.
Easy going, reserved yet sociable. Love cricket.
I'm quiet and I keep to myself. I'm currently studying biomedical/laboratory science, and I'm cat and LGBT+ friendly. I spend the majority of my time in my room gaming, reading, or studying, and I'm more inclined to go out to spend time with friends than entertain them at home. I am very passionate about my studies. If you want someone to talk to about epidemiology or blood parasites, I'm your girl. If you want someone to really very NOT talk to you about epidemiology or blood parasites, I am also your girl, because I'll be too busy studying to talk. I don't smoke, I'm disinterested in drugs, and I very rarely drink. I require an unfurnished bedroom as I have my own bed and desk, and I'd prefer <4 housemates. The location isn't a problem so long as the area is safe and there is public transport nearby.
I'm a full time working gal - working in Communications in the Perth CBD. I'm looking for somewhere walking distance to a train station so I can have a quick commute to work! I am friendly and up for a chat, but quiet and enjoy my own space. I love reading, going to the gym, coffee at cute cafes, playing board games, travelling, Netflix, and animals (especially cats)! I studied Photography and Communications at uni. I'm originally from Bunbury, but have also lived overseas, then moved to Perth eight years ago. I'd like to live in a non-smoking, drug-free household, preferably with other female housemates similar to my age. I'm definitely not a party animal but like having a few people over to hang out occasionally.
Hi, my name is Shannon, I've just arrived in Perth from Sydney to study Vet Science at Murdoch University. Making the move with me is my rescue border collie Jack who is 7 years old and the biggest lap dog ever, he is however a bit silly when he first meets other dogs so a proper introduction would be necessary and then I believe he would be fine to share the house with another pooch. He is very good with pocket pets and cats and loves people! He does not dig or destroy things, is house trained and acts as a good watchdog :P For myself I’m a bit shy initially but once you get to know me I’m not at all, I’m very tidy and respect other people’s space but would also be keen to go exploring or out for drinks/cook some dinner together. Let me know if you think I could fit in with your household :)
