Hello there, The name's Alvin, and I'm currently working full time in the city as a User Interface and Graphic Designer and would like to move somewhere closer to work (currently in Joondalup). I’m hoping to move early December but can move a little sooner I like to take it easy when I'm home – usually with some video games or a tv show. I'm not a drinker or a party person. And always endeavour to clean up after myself. A tidy and cosy place in the inner suburbs is where I'd like to call home. I'm hoping to stay for the long term or at least 6mths. I hope to share with only 1 other housemate (I've had my fair share of crowded sharehouses ). But I could make an exceptions for a cool bunch of people or couple. Also, willing to team up with 1 other on a clean, modern property – though I'd prefer for it to come furnished. Thanks. I look forward to hearing from you :)
Hi! I'm Suzie, I am a student at Murdoch university, I am just finishing my 2nd year and I am looking for place to live for at least a year. I am a fairly easy going, relaxed person. I like socialising but I enjoy my own space at the end of the day.
I'm an employed 28 year-old engineer who relocated permanently to Perth from Malaysia last November. Have lived with my current housemate for almost a year now with no problem as I am easy-going, considerate, respectful, neat and tidy. She can attest to that :) I'm moving because she will be moving back to Bunbury with her husband once the lease ends. I believe in the saying 'Don't do to others what you don't want to be done to you', hence I appreciate sincerity and honesty. I enjoy video games (have a PS4 but don't worry I will not fight for the TV as I have my own), going on amazing road trips, beaches, coffee-hunting, keeping fit and planning to take up guitar in due time (I promise to keep it quiet!!). I'm open to different adventures and activities as I'm excited to explore this beautiful new place I'll be living in for awhile. Though I am always down for adventures or night-outs, I also enjoy a quiet night in with movies and respect personal space. Not a FIFO but my work occasionally requires me to go offshore 1-2 weeks at a time. I'm looking for a room with a budget of 160-170pw (no bills included) or 180-200pw (bills included). Room doesn't have to be furnished as again, I have my own furnitures but preferably with good-sized BIR and able to fit queen size bed, a desk and bookshelf/ dresser (I might have to choose between the two :( if it doesn't fit). And sorry, I would prefer only females but couples excepted.
I am 23, moving back to Australia after living abroad for 18 months and am excited to be near the beach again. I have a bachelor degree in Commerce (Marketing and PR) and am beginning a masters of education in 2019. I love hiking, riding, painting, cooking, reading, making music, drinking wine, movie nights and spending time with my friends and family. I like to keep my space clean and tidy, and I'm happy to be a part of a cleaning schedule. I appreciate some alone time from time to time and completely understand that other people do too. I'm looking for a place to feel at home, preferably girls but happy either way. Feel free to message me on this website or FB but my listed phone number is international so please keep that in mind, I don't want you to get a big fee by accident. Thanks :)
Hi, Well, I’m a fun, sociable and easygoing guy. I respect someone’s own personal space and privacy, I’m a clean and hygienic person, will always promote a clean living environment. I currently work 2 jobs As a fireman Fire/Rescue and also at Raffles Hotel Head Security. I’ve been living with my sister for the past 4 years care/support whilst she recovered from spine surgery twice, she is now recovered hence looking for a place. My parents were originally from the UK though I was born here in Australia, I grew up in Paraburdoo a place up in the Pilbara region of Western Australia then moved down to Perth for the rest of my upbringing. I like going out with friends whether it’s for a drink and catch-up or to the cinema, restaurants/bars ect. I’m not a big drinker though will have a couple when catching up with friends. I also like camping/fishing/4wding ect, absolutely love going to the beach in summer time and keeping fit by going to the gym regularly. I really look forward to hearing from you. Regards Michael EYRE
I'm 28 and have been flatting since I was 18. I've flatted with all sorts of people so I'm easy going and quite open minded. I'm responsible, tidy and timely with paying the bills. I lead quite a physically active lifestyle and also enjoy reading and watching movies. I'm social but not big into parties.
I am a good-natured and sociable person. I like having my own privacy and will always respect that of others. I work full time with occasional travel for short periods. I am considerate of others and keep spaces tidy and clean.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
Looking for a housemate for our sharehouse, a homely and well situated character home in Ardross. The house is very close to Garden City shopping centre (5 minutes walking distance) and 1 minute to bus stops that go direct to Perth City bus port, Canning Bridge train station, Murdoch University, Garden City bus port and Fremantle. The house is fully furnished and the two available rooms are furnished. Both rooms have built in wardrobes with lots of storage space. Room 1 - The first room is ideal for a single student. It has a single bed, study desk, bedside table and built in robe. It can also fit a double queen bed. This room is small to medium sized. Room 2 - This room is large sized. This room is perfect for people who want their own space as it has a 'mini living room' in the overall bedroom. The room is structured in 2 parts - one part is the bedroom area and the other part is a mini living room. The bedroom area is furnished with a double bed and side table. It has 2 built in wardrobes with ample space. The mini living room area has enough space for a couch and TV and even a study desk and is great if you want your own space and privacy. We are ideally looking for a housemate who is independent, clean, tidy and reliable. One our favourite things about the house is the location as it is close to Fremantle (15 minutes by car), the City (10 minutes by car) and a 5 minute walk from the Swan River which has fantastic views of the Swan River and City. It is also very close to supermarkets at Garden City Shopping Centre (5 minute walk). Into cycling, yoga, gardening, enjoying the Perth sunshine in my spare time. Come with a gorgeous little puppy, Hershey. He's a total heart breaker and would love a doggie playmate if we're lucky.
Reliable, respectful, like my own space but also friendly with others, clean/ tidy, love animals; enjoy cooking and try to keep a healthy lifestyle :)
Hi all, I am a Masters student in Curtin university and am looking for a female flatmate. I am very active and when not in Uni, I am either chilling quietly, watching netflix or outdoors doing kitesurfing, windsurfing, rowing. I am looking for a unit/property that must be unfurnished but don't worry! I got you covered as I have a toaster, microwave, washing machine, couch, coffee table, vacuum, dining table and chairs. All you need to furnish is your bedroom. Since I am offering to share this with you, I would like to have the master bedroom w/ensuite (if it has one) or parking but we can discuss this further. I like to keep things neat and always clean up after my mess. I follow CLAY-GO (Clean As You Go) which just makes things easier for the general cleaning. I give high regard to the value of respect and will do so for your privacy and with nature as well so I make sure that I am friendly to the environment as well;turning off switches after use and making it pocket/bill friendly too! Do send me a message if you'd like to discuss further. Looking at 6months minimum and willing to extend if things go smoothly Cheers

I am a no-party animal so wont be playing around loud music or wont have any guests coming in. I like to have a chat at the end of day may be with a beer or 2 on the weekends. Enjoys watching movies and exploring new places. I will be moving to Perth on the 6th of November 2018 and am looking for a long term accommodation, preferably six months. I am looking for flat share/ house share with following preferences, - Furnished room - Close to public transport - Preferably in South Perth, Como - Unlimited internet and all bills included in the rent scenario Am looking for flatmates who are friendly, quite, no party animals and most importantly - tidy. Thanks, Rohan
Hey future housemates, I've spent the last two years living in Bateman, and my housemates won't be renewing the lease. Therefore, I am on the lookout for an unfurnished room from the beginning of December (last week of November if it comes to it - my lease runs out on the 16th of Dec) and would prefer something long term. Overall, I'm a pretty cruisey housemate. I am one to appreciate a clean household (rarely will you see my dishes pile up), loves a bit of after work banter over a few subtle drinks and aims to get out of the house over the weekends. I am currently working full time, and my new position will require me to travel to the CBD via public transport (being close to bus ports or the train station will be a plus). Would prefer the below locations but open to suggestions.
Hey! i am a disability support worker, love to eat organic, exercise and enjoy the simple things in life. Very tidy and clean. My work is very flexible which means I am open to moving anywhere.
I’m Shana, 26, usually am a mining/infrastructure safety officer but in the middle of a makeover with workplces, friends and hobbies. Have been hoping all over the countryside the last couple of months now looking for a place to call home. Preferably not far from the western coastline (am flexible on location), and with some wicked new housemates that love a frothy or few with beats in the background to chill out. Can be a proper couch potato watching the most crap shows and will most likely leave a dish or two in the sink until theres of a reason to peel off the couch some days, just as much as I love cooking and cleaning the house up (yes I’ll probably be a bit of a ‘mum’ and do your washing if it’s in the laundry or cook you dinners regularly). Current hobbies include road trips and exploring for places to enjoy a good feed, beers (especially in the sunshine) or pinot noir, but I’ve an affair going on with the bushchook.. Took up paddle boarding for a second hobby but not yet mastered it. Am that nancy that wants the ensuite and a semi-modern home with a little bit of quirk, and a spare room for our guests. Would prefer mid-late 20’s gent as I find guys are easier to live with but wouldn’t say no to the right shella.
Relaxed nature but house proud at same time. Active in the community; socially conscious; live simply but enjoy beautiful surroundings. Preference is to pool resources to rent a luxury property.
I study full-time and work part-time in hospitality. In my spare time I like going to the beach, failing miserably to read books. When I'm not working I like winding down to a TV show or a movie over a beverage. I'm tidy, easy-going and I have plenty of experience living in share-houses. I appreciate my own space and respect people of the same mindset.
I work full time out of Bibra lake area and have an active social life. Gym 3 to 4 days a week. Usually off to see family on Sunday . Clean and tidy and like to dress well. Enjoy the finer things in life such as good healthy food and partial to a cheeky red wine.
I am an introvert so i will definitely keep to myself and not bother you in anyway unless it is something of importance, i am a quiet person at first but once you get to know me i am good to get along with. I am tidy and keep to myself, i dont spread my belongings everywhere around the house. I am looking for a spacious bedroom that will be able to fit a large desk for my PC and also fast internet so that i can study, please be aware that I am looking for places that include the bills in the rent and that i do tend to stay up fairly late, so if you're an early morning person that please dont offer me a room :) I am an animation student so most of the time ill be on my computer or at uni most of the time, i also work casual at a gift store in the city I listen to alot of music, watch anime, read and play games here and there
Hi, I am a bubbly, easy going person who works full-time and studies. I am easy to get along with and love good company. I am busy but enjoy relaxing and winding down with friends.

Clean and respectful but enjoy to catch up or grab coffee. Normally in my time off I’m out with friends or at the gym. Bonus- I can cook delicious meals Looking for people around the same age with similar interests 🙂
