I will be studying in TAFE Murdoch, and would like to live close to school (around 10-20 min with car would be good) as well as close to a Woolies/Coles. We might get a car later on so if there's available parking that would be great but not necessary. I'm flexible with the length of stay. Both me and my partner are nice, quiet and friendly people. No party, no smokers, just clean and reliable..I do play guitar once in a while though. :) This is not my first time in australia. I lived in Gold coast last year with a working holiday visa.
