This is a great resort style house in the foot hills of Albany creek with lots of fun stuff . Swimming pool , pool table , exercise area , BBQ , bonfire place , Hugh deck etc etc . House rules are just keep it tidy , smoking outside and no shoes on carpeted areas . All rooms have brand new carpet , bed and built in robes ....
I am a landscape architect/ landscape contractor, working for a company near Samford. I also do some importing, which requires travelling overseas at least twice a year. I am, 52 (going on 45!?) easy going, clean, tidy, fair, reliable, respectful, down to earth, independent person. I am happy in my own company and respectful of others, though happy to share the occasional glass of wine, or craft beer, and a chat, after a long day. I am busy with the two small businesses, which means I have to travel, and am generally away two months + per year. So would prefer to share with someone self sufficient, who can happily look after the place (and a cat which dopted me) whilst away. I prefer the areas Paddington/ Bardon / Ashgrove, as have friends here. I consider myself quite creative ( make little reindeer (sold 142 last year through garden centres - which some proceeds support Wildlife Warriors Worldwide/ Children’s foundation). I do have a gentle long haired tabby cat who mainly sleeps and does her own thing, so I need to find a room with its own bathroom or an ensuite for her kitty litter. Located in Eatons Hill and positioned on acreage I have available 4 bedrooms. Each room has a digital security lock to ensure maximum privacy. There is a large common room downstairs with split system air-conditioning, entertainment area and gymnasium. Right outside is a giant brand new pool that has been built into the hillside of the property which will always be available upon request. As there are already animals on the property I can not accept anymore besides small reptiles or fish that can be kept in your room. All the bills (water, electricity and unlimited Wi-Fi) is included in the rental amount. Always happy for tenants to have people over during the day and the occasional piss up as long as I am made aware to notify other tenants. I am extremely easy going and will remain that way as long as our initial agreement upon commencing tenancy is followed. If you have a drug, alcohol or gambling addiction or a history of thieving you will not last long here so please don't waste your own time. Although the property is situated on a quite block we are still very close to everything including the EH which is just up the road. There are multiple bathrooms located both up and downstairs in the house which are paired off to their closest rooms. I am looking for fun friendly people with a positive outlook on life that are employed and have a great deal of integrity. As this is a Share House you will have to be able to tolerate others living in the house too. Everyone here currently have been here for quite a while and all get along pretty well. Quiet area as town house is located in a friendly complex. Situated down the bottom, it has secured path access onto the main road. 15/20 minute walk to the shops which includes Woolies, cafes, chemist, nail salon, plenty of take aways, child care centers, healthy companies, bakery etc. 20 minute walk to beautiful Samsonvale Lake - always quiet! Brand new and very clean! Air con in the living area and also very light and airy with plenty of windows and breeze.
I am a polite, considerate and courteous person who gives all I meet a level measure of resoect, while expecting the same in return. I clean up after myself, will pitch in on my share of chores and pay my fare share. I am drug free and very occasional light drinker. I don't touch what is not mine and prefer to work out my own meals. I have a lot of workshop tools and therefore require a little more space but the trade off there is I will be happy to assist in repairs and maintenance as best as I can.
