Hey Hi Hello! We have a room available in our enormous house in Ashwood from mid August. Our lease is up at the start of March next year so ideally you’ll want to hang around until then or later if the lease is renewed. Perfect for someone who studies at Deakin, Monash or Holmesglen with bus stops literally at the end of the street and Jordanville train station a ten minute walk away. The room is a reasonable size and easily fits a double bed, desk & other bits and pieces (also where the desk is in the picture it’s actually a closet that we’ve taken the doors off to make more room so we can chuck those back on if needed too). We’ve also got enough room in the driveway for four cars and a big old deck which is awesome in summer. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other person which is always pretty chill. Ideally we want a girl to keep the balance but we’re open to any cool person who’s on the younger side. Wether you’re studying or working full time as long as your respectful, friendly and happy to help out around the house every now and again we’ll get along just fine. RENT - $800 P/M BOND - To be discussed. And the bills are all very manageable (we can do the proper math and break it down when it comes down to it) Drop us a message if you’re interested 😎

Hi, I'm Ash! I am a really fun and outgoing person. I am generally really easy to get along with and love spending time with people. I don't go out often, but I do take latin dance classes and attend socials once a week. I work shift work at the moment so I am constantly in and out, but enjoy spending days off at home watching netflix or reading a book. As a housemate, I am respectful, tidy and considerate of others. I would like to live in a place where all public/shared areas are kept tidy. I don't mind hanging out with a glass of wine from time to time or watching a movie. Ideally, I would like a housemate that will grow into a friend as I'm from Queensland, but also have a mutual respect for personal space. An important thing to know about me is I come with an additional being. Her name is Jazzi and she is a Shihzu. She's a really calm and placid dog. She doesn't bark (ever), she sleeps alot and she's more than happy to get lay near you (or on you) while you do your own thing. She is really well trained and will listen to anyone who gives her a command. I am looking to move anywhere within 20 minutes from the city on the Eastern side of Melbourne and wouldn't mind starting up a new sharehouse. I'm looking to move in November, so plenty of time to get to know each other before making a decision. If you're interested, please shoot me a message :)
Hi :) I’m Andy, in a nutshell: - Domesticaed Sound Engineer/Musician - Work full time, weird hours - Chipper, but introverted. - Coffee addict. - Funny, sacrcastic (but the good kind) caring, open minded politically lefty. - Non smoker/not into substances I once wrote on a job application that I could fit five marshmallows in my mouth. I once drew a cat on a VCE exam in an attempt to gain extra credit. I've lived out of home for about a year, so I know how to make my own toast. I pay my rent on time and as a techie I can fix your internet and tv when they break. If there's a message thread for house business I may flood it with cat and dog memes, fair warning. Move date and budget are somewhat flexible. Cheers :)
Hey there, I am clean, quiet and lead a busy life. I work 4 days a week for a women's not for profit. Love animals and have a couple of gorgeous cats who spend most their time outdoors. I've rented since the age of 19 and am very reliable and respectful. I am looking to team up with one other person who takes pride in their surroundings and is looking for a clean, comfortable place to call home. I feel it's really important who you share your space with and am looking for someone who is quiet, respectful, non judgmental and open minded. I have all furnishings (except for a TV) and am looking for somewhere within walking distance to a train station. If you like cats, feel we would get along and could team up I'm keen to hear from you. :)
I am a 29 year old male who works in legal administration for a law firm. I am a great flatmate because I am social, very tidy and respect other people's privacy. I like to make new friends and I understand that its important to keep noise down at night so that everyone can sleep. I am a Melbourne local and like to travel, read, watch movies and go out drinking with friends for fun. Please don't hesitate to message me and I will be more than happy to meet you and look at your property. I am looking for a place close to a train station that is around $200 per week and looking to stay for a minimum of 3-6 months.
Full-time student and artist. Work part time in the city. Use all my free time to do assignments or paint. Easy going but anal about cleaning, so anyone who lives with me will only have to clean up after themselves. I'm easy going, witty, don't mind abit of banter etc. I consider myself to be on the quiet side in regards to, I don't go out, drink etc. I am an extremely passionate person with entirely different views and opinion and I have no problem sitting down and having "a grown up discussion", sorry if you're the kind of person who gets defensive when someone doesn't see your opinion as the right way and gets angry over it, then sorry I am not even going to let that tea party begin..... In saying that I honestly don't know what else to write in these things and I'm over it. Give me an interview then make assumptions, but being judged purely on a pic and some lame paragraph that everyone embellish's and I state facts, well I'm quite getting used to living the transient life so carry on with your blinkers, atleast I'm no risk, either you'll get me or u won't. Looking forward to actually meeting the souls I'm going to end up living with, I've done the hard stint, now I just want to call something home and finally paint again. I have some furniture so need a place that can accommodate this or atleast store it. Do not have a bed however. I also have a Japanese spitz who loves constant human interaction, she has been trained to live outdoors if required. (She currently resides at my mother's and in the unfortunate event I DONOT get a house that can accommodate her then she can continue her residence there).
Studying IT at Deakin. I am a clean and tidy person. I like living in a laid back environment, little fun on the side, love to watch films, listen to music, can cook some things too. I walk a lot, always up for hiking, camping out or playing any sport. I also have a musical instrument (Rabab) of Afghan origin which I play then and now, radiating good vibes only!
I'm easy to live with, I'm clean, outgoing but know limits. And I cook great food !
I'm a straight forward down to earth Pacific islander who likes to socialise and get to know other cultures, currently doing my MBA and a Waste Recycling Systems Manager at the Chadstone Shopping Centre.
Hi I am a Business Analyst, work in CBD and usually finish work around 6 pm. I am friendly, helpful and polite, and have a good sense of humor. I am a quite person, not noisy and I respect other people's privacy that are present in the house. I cook as well and overall a good house mate. Thanks
I'm doing PhD in Deakin university. So most of the time I will be spending in lab. For those who want more private time, I will be a great roommate. I'm easy going and have high hygiene standards. I also love cooking, especially Vietnamese food. In free time, I usually go to the gym or read.
Hey everyone, I am keen to either move into an already established house or to team up and find the right place with someone. I have lived in a few share houses before, so I am well practised at being clean, tidy and easy going. I enjoy social households and am always up for weekly dinners or the occasional drink. However, I am also very respectful of others space and privacy. Coming with me I have a small dog. He is very sweet, cuddly and a joy to have around. He is also toilet trained and spends most of his time inside. He loves attention, so hopefully you love dogs. A little about me: I am originally from Perth and moved to Melbourne to study. I also work two jobs - one at an escape room facility and the other at a virtual reality gaming place. If you have any questions or would like to meet up, let me know :) - FLEXIBLE ON DATE

This is a brand new townhouse with central A/C and heater along with a modern and stylish kitchen, located in a quiet area with a beautiful green scenery. It comes with 3 spacious bedrooms which are fully furnished with large wardrobes and its own toilets, including 2 master rooms. There are two closeby bus stops and railway station, which are very convenient for full-time workers and Deakin Uni students because this place is close to the Deakin Uni. We are friendly and flexible people with a couple of rules which are 1) there should be no noise in the house between 10pm and 7am in the morning; and 2) everyone should keep all public areas clean and tidy. If it sounds like this place suits you, please do not hesitate to contact us.
