Hey there :) My name is Aaron, I'm a 22 year old male. I'm looking for somewhere new to live. Currently I reside with my parents in Hillside (Melbourne West). Prior to this I lived in Ballarat for a year under a lease contract with a few people of similar age. I work full time as an Electrician, well, almost..... (Fourth Year Apprentice). A normal working week for me is 7-3:30, Monday-Friday. I work on commercial buildings, normally in docklands or the city. I have a steady reliable income. I am generally a clean and tidy person. I pride myself on having a good work ethic, which translates to my home life AND work life. I like it when everyone shares the work load. I refuse to live with anyone who is lazy! On the flip slide, I would love to live with anyone who is like minded in their living preferences! :) I'm always up for doing my fair share of housework (including cooking). Personality wise, I'm generally fairly friendly. I try my best to get along well with everyone I meet. I can be a little quiet at times. My main hobby is music. I play acoustic guitar and I also sing, not usually too much during the week though due to time! I love going to gigs. I also like Footy and Tennis! Sometimes I play video games. My free time usually just consists of watching TV, practicing music, socialising and just generally relaxing. What I'm looking for is to live with people within my age bracket who are like minded. I'm not too fussed about what whether you work or you are a student. Personality is the main thing! As long as you are genuine and able to afford living expenses I'm happy :)

I am Sam, a twenty something male. I believe there is a large difference between a house and a home. I have been very lucky with my prior housemates and consider them as some of my closest friends. I am currently looking at my options to see if there is anything suitable. I need parking for my car and a bit of storage room for a motorbike, snowboard gear but that is about the extent of my worldly possessions. I love animals but unfortunately don't have any of my own. I enjoy coming home for a chat over dinner but understand the need for personal space. I love sharing meals with housemates and share pretty much anything. I am clean, considerate, caring, compassionate and capable, essentially the 5 C's of housemating. I work full time in the city and always pay my fair share on time or in advance, whichever works best. Like everyone I do have my flaws which include taking some things personally, occasionally being forgetful but it is never something that can't be worked through. So if you think I might be a good housemate message me.
We are looking for a housemate to share with other friendly housemates. We live in a spacious clean house, with sunny living areas, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, airconditioning and large backyard. Laundry facilities, built in wardrobe plus a fully equipped kitchen. Reliable wifi is available in addition to monthly rent. Bills a very cheap and reasonable. The house is located meters from public buses, close to shops, and 5 minutes from Monash University Clayton. Give me a call, you won't be disappointed!

Hey there! I'm Sam, and I'm probably the best person you will ever meet! I'm friendly, respectful, kind, and I love to laugh and chat with others! I'm an aspiring writer who did a writing course at RMIT, and I spend a lot of my time typing away on my laptop. I work in retail part-time, occasionally full-time. I play musical instruments for fun, but I wouldn't make a racket while you're at home if the noise bothers you. In fact, I don't really jam that often anymore anyway. I'm clean, tidy, considerate to the personal space of others, and I'm a team player. You will never have any problems living with me. I love to have fun with others, whether it's dinner and drinks in the city or a quiet one at home. I'm a big movie/TV buff and music lover, so if you have a similar interest to me we will get along just fine!
Hi everyone, I'm looking for a place somewhere around the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne (but I'm also happy to travel a little further too) that is pet friendly, as I have an older cat - she is house trained and is happy to go in and out to the toilet as needed. A little about me: I work full time and I'm a clean, quiet person that doesn't make too much of a racket. Please feel free to get in touch if you have something available. Cheers!
I'm an easy going person. I don't smoke. Im not much of a party person but enjoy time with my friends. I love to socialise so a good chat over a coffee would be great :) I also have a partner, we dont live together but would love for her to be able to visit. Cheers :)
I'm respectful, polite and pick up after myself around the house. I enjoy living in a clean house and am generally a healthy eater but don't be upset if the cupboard is stocked up with lollies! I tend to treat home as a space to recover from social demands and am fairly quiet around the house and tend to avoid drama. I work full-time and hope to find a room that can accomodate a king size bed as I'd prefer not to buy a new one ☺️ I also budget well which means I always have money to meet my living expenses and am non-smoker who rarely drinks. If you'd like to know more, just send me a message.. 😄
I am an easy going, tidy 19 year old guy. I work full time in the disability industry and enjoy a few cheeky bevs on the weekend. I love socialising but also enjoy my own space.

Hi, I'm Stefan and I work full time in finance at a well recognised Australian company. I've been there for 5 years, so I have a stable income. I've been living in shared houses for the last 7 years and I'm reliable when it comes to paying on time. I'm very respectful of others privacy, but I'm also open to watching the occasional movie, having a meal or alcoholic beverage together and just hanging out in general. I like to maintain a clean living area, especially the bathroom as it is a common area. I'm looking to move in to somewhere for 12 months or more - somewhere I can call home. I play cricket in the summer and love my footy in the winter, but I have a passion for all sports. I love to cook and have no issue in cooking for my housemates from time to time, but I don't do it often as cooking for one is annoying. I have never gone through this section of flatmates to seek a housemate, so it's all new to me.
If you're looking for a friendly place to call home than this sharehouse will be perfect for you. In addition this house is perfectly located such that anything you need is walking distance, with Waverly gardens shopping centre 500m up the road (this has it all - Aldi, Woolworths, Coles, big W, you name it) and bus stop only a 2 minute walk from the front door. (Serviced by the 631, 813, 814, 848), the 631 is perfect for Monash students (like ourselves) as it goes right through the bus loop in about 15 minutes. A bit about your room: it is currently unfurnished but we can negotiate that, there is a built in double-door robe, for all your things, and a comfortable amount of space for a bed and a desk. Outside of that the house has 2 living spaces, a kitchen, dining room and backyard. We also have a friendly Japanese Spitz (Yukio) that I'm sure you'll love. For any more information please don't hesitate to contact me, we look forward to getting to know you!
