I am Sam, a twenty something male. I believe there is a large difference between a house and a home. I have been very lucky with my prior housemates and consider them as some of my closest friends. I am currently looking at my options to see if there is anything suitable. I need parking for my car and a bit of storage room for a motorbike, snowboard gear but that is about the extent of my worldly possessions. I love animals but unfortunately don't have any of my own. I enjoy coming home for a chat over dinner but understand the need for personal space. I love sharing meals with housemates and share pretty much anything. I am clean, considerate, caring, compassionate and capable, essentially the 5 C's of housemating. I work full time in the city and always pay my fair share on time or in advance, whichever works best. Like everyone I do have my flaws which include taking some things personally, occasionally being forgetful but it is never something that can't be worked through. Hi, I am a vet nurse and her pooch looking for a place to call home. Like my dog I'm a bit of a forever puppy, that being said I work hard and that includes longish hours 4 days a week. I'm 28 and live a pretty clean lifestyle. I'm not apposed to hanging out/a movie marathon with a glass of wine/beer or whatever, but also more than happy to entertain myself if you are more on the private side. My dog 5yo dog absolutely adores people, he is a big boy so that may not be everybody's cup of tea but he will do his utmost to make you fall in love with him (It's not hard), don't worry though he knows he's not a lap dog! I am very open minded and accepting and looking to share a home with like minded people. I'm looking at a longer term stay depending on how suitable the situation is. It is close to Monash Uni. and Waverly gardens shopping centre. We live in the home only four days per week as we have another home for weekends. All furniture are new and the rooms and lounge are spacious. There are 2 rooms to share. One is an ensuite with shower box and toilet and is furnished with queen sized bed, i bed side table and a tall boy and the other is furnished with a king single bed, a bedside table.... We could drop off and pick up you at Monash Uni.
