I am a 20 year old Kiwi who moved here 4 years ago to attend uni. I have a strong sense of humour, LOVE animals, am quiet but I don't mind going out for a drink now and again - not a party animal tho. I am really into art, reading and Netflix, I can make great pasta and can reach high shelves :)
Close to the M1 that leads to the city within 20 minuets. Three bus routes just outside our house that go to Oakleigh and chadstone and stop just outside Monash Uni Clayton. The house is located in a quite built up area. Two story house with 4 bedrooms spacious living area and open kitchen and dining area. The house is fully furnished apart from the room that is up for rent. $230 p/w and or $260 for a couple. The bills get divided equally which is about $120 pp per month which is not too bad at all...
Due to the difficulty in finding a share house that allows pets, I'm looking for 2-3 people to start up our own in the Ringwood area. I have a couple places in mind but will need some others on the lease. A steady income, chill attitude and general cleanliness would be great but would also like to form a fun and friendly atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable. About myself: Originally from Perth but I've been living in Burwood for the past year and a half. I work in the environmental industry and enjoying going out to see bands, social dinner and drinks and binge watching tv series. My dog Tila is a 10yo blue heeler who is incredibly friendly. She's generally ok with other pets but I would prefer to keep it to the one. We're both well house trained and happy to meet with others before moving in. If you'd like any more info, have any questions or would simply like pics of the pooch, please feel free to message me. Thank you :)
Hi, I'm currently a second year paramedic student in Monash. "Why are you so quiet?" -Current housemates "Why are you so chinese?" -Also current housemates "You'd make an excellent house husband." -Ex gfs, gf, mom "Stop reading so much." -Close friends who are insecure The house that I'm living in currently (Southbank) was bought over, and I reckon it's a good time to move to one of those suburbs I've listed since uni is in Frankston. Of course, I consider housemates as family, so I will have your back :)
*The photo's aren't showing current furniture* 3 bedroom. 1 Bathroom and open living area. Air-Conditioning and heating. NBN internet. quiet area (start of a court). Right across the road from Dandenong Creek trail (great for walking/riding to anywhere!) and lots of parks. Garage space available, but limited space. Happy to take on a pet, preferably a cat, as I currently have a dog who gets along with cats really well.
Hi, my name is Lars and I'm from Germany. Last Year I received my Ph.D. in Biochemistry and I am going to stay in Melbourne for three months - from mid September to mid December 2017 - for a collaborative research project at Monash University. Thus, I will be busy most of the time. Nevertheless, I'd like to meet new people and to get to know the city. I love to cook - especially Western and Thai cuisine - and enjoy the food with a glass of wine or a bottle of beer. This year I found my passion for Kickboxing, which I can hopefully act out in the sporting capital. Moreover, I like to hang out with friends and to do ballroom dance with my wife, who unfortunately needs to stay back in Germany.
I'm looking for a place to stay at until I buy a place for myself. I could guarantee at least 3 months but more likely to be 6 months as purchasing a house will take time with searching and serlttlement etc. I'm very clean and considerate. Most days I'll probably stay at my gf house anyway. I'd be the perfect tenant. I also require several square meters of storage room as I need to store a few (lots) things. A secure garage or spare room please.

Hi, I'm a international student from Singapore , currently looking for accommodation before my school starts at Monash University. I am a friendly and outgoing person who loves to meet new people and make friends. So I'm up for hang out sessions whenever I am free. I believe that there must be mutual consideration, responsibility and respect when it comes to sharing a common space in order to have a pleasant living experience. I look forward to meet you. Cheers!
NOTE: this room is for a couple. Hello my name is Caitlin. I am renting a townhouse in Waverley Park, Mulgrave (where the Hawks AFL team train). I live there with one other male house mate. We have a room with a built in wardrobe and ensuite available. We all have ensuites in this townhouse as it's relatively new and modern. It is three levels with the living quarters, kitchen and balconies on the second floor. You would have the ground floor to yourselves (privacy). We are literally right next to Monash freeway, Eastlink, Monash University (10 minute drive), the Waverley gardens shops are just behind us AND we live 100 metres from an impressive gym (Goodlife). Best location. We would share the two car indoor garage and there is on street parking also. Rent is approximately $135 per person per week (couple sharing the room) and utilities are an additional $12.50 per person per week depending on usage. I will say this is a property which is pretty amazing and we are nice, clean and chill housemates. Hope to hear from you 😊. Warm Regards, Caitlin

I'd be keen to enjoy a drink or meal with my housemates but also respect each other's privacy as required.

I'm a quiet soul. I pay all bills on time and I clean up after myself. I'm hygienic and respect other people's belongings and space. I value peace and safe spaces, kindness and empathy. I have a fur baby, a tabby cat named Moccasin. She's an indoor cat and her personality is just like mine but in cat form. She's gentle, clean and affectionate.
