Hey! I’m Shannon, 32, currently based in Biggera Waters on the Gold Coast, and I’m planning to relocate to Melbourne in May, so I’m looking for a place to rent.

I have a solid understanding of what it means to be a respectful and reliable tenant. I work as a support worker and also drive for DiDi, giving me a steady income. I’ve got a strong rental history, always pay rent on time, and can provide references and proof if needed.

I’m clean, easygoing, and respectful of others. I keep my space tidy, usually head to the gym in the mornings, and I’m mindful of people’s privacy. I’m friendly and down-to-earth, and I’ve always gotten along well with previous housemates.

In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, exploring new places, meeting new people, and gaming so I’m a good balance of social and chill.

As I’m currently on the Gold Coast, I’m not able to meet in person straight away, but I’m more than happy to organise a video call or provide anything needed to make things easy and comfortable.
