I'm very much left-of-centre and would be an ideal flatmate for anybody a little out of the ordinary. Geeky, generally handy at random stuff, good in the kitchen, and fully house-broken. I work for an online retailer based in Capalaba (I can definitely hook you up with some A/V cable bargains!), and also at a retro games arcade. I mentioned geeky: I do Nerf wars, LARP, obsess over vintage woodworking tools and old fabric, like a good co-op multiplayer game, board games, RPGs... I'll probably pick something else up before too long. Non-smoker, very moderate drinker and would prefer the same (especially smoking, ick). It's not that I'm judgmental , I just don't want to have to wear a gasmask around the house while I navigate piles of empties. I'm absolutely cool if you have pets. I'm more of a cat person, but who doesn't like doggos? Listed move date is the absolute latest; I'd prefer sooner. Minimum 6 months tenancy, longer preferred. * After talking to a few people on here, it's best I state my preference is for a granny flat or sharehouse with some workable shed/garage space for hobby activities * Cheers!
27 and working full-time as a cabinet maker. I'm super easy going and friendly, good to have a chat and a drink with, but also like my personal space and know when to give others there's, I'm very tidy and have a good sense of humour. I also have a little kitten that will be coming with me.
I’m looking for a place in these areas (listed on my profile) so I can be close to work. I work over at a marina and work the Monday to Friday gig and I’m really enjoying it. Occasionally, maybe, sometimes I’ll work weekends and late in the evening. Ideally looking for share with one other person. Sorry, I don't do large multiples of people. I've done share houses before and lived on large boats for the last 9 years. Just one to two housemates extra is ideal. Neat and tidy, I even make my bed every morning! Like to eat out most of the time but I like to laze about on weekends and chill out. I appreciate a home thats tidy, well looked after and relaxing. I don't smoke and not a house party type. I like to treat a home as a sanctuary and place to relax.
Looking for a house that I can call home. I have two large but well behaved dogs that love cuddles. I'm 24 and working in admin. Looking at starting a house or moving into a sharehouse. I'm pretty chill. I like wine and video games. I enjoy my own space but love getting home to friendly humans. Moving date in September.
Hey there ! Just scored a full time job in Brisbane and needing to move ASAP ! I’m from the sunny coast, very laid back, friendly and easy to get along with :) Just got back from Canada 🇨🇦 so I’ve lived with a lot of people in 1 house in the smallest of places haha I’m very relaxed and very respectful of others.
I'm: humouros social neat relaxed not smoking looking for action/adventure a hobby photographer interested in sport I like going out I like almost every music genre I’m looking for a cool share house with nice people in the age of 18-25. I'm from Germany, the beer nation itself
Location The apartment is in Murarrie (pretty much Cannon Hill though). It is a couple hundred metres from Cannon Hill Kmart Plaza, where there is Kmart, Bunnings, Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, Sushi Train, cafes, restaurants, etc. It is easy to get to as it is close to both Cannon Hill and Murarrie train stations (although far enough that there is no noise interruption) and plenty of busses go from the area. The Apartment This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a large balcony and modern kitchen. You will get your own room with a walk-in robe and your own bathroom with a huge bath (shower over bath) for only $210 a week + bills. The room has an air conditioner and ceiling fan. If you are a student, the room will fit a desk. This apartment is only 3 years old and therefore is very clean and there is no damage to the property. Note that the furniture in the apartment is not mine, it was just on the advertisement. I have yet to move in, so it will be decorated a lot nicer and more modern. Looking for someone to move in 12 August 2018, at the start of the lease. The apartment allows cats upon approval, so I am welcoming of your fur baby (as long as they are well behaved, don’t damage furniture and are cleaned up after).
I am fun and easy going yet responsible and honest. I respect other people’s property. I love company but do like my own space and solitude. I work locally as a nurse. I love music culture dance, trekking, eating healthy, overseas destinations and good company. I am a dog lover although I don’t mind cats and other furry creatures. At home I love to cook and enjoy the odd glass of wine/beer. I may appear older but I guarantee that I am young at heart. Life is about being happy and that’s always my goal in life.
This place is very close to amenities and only 10km out of the city. Carindale is only ten minutes down the road and airport is very close. There is a pool and small gym that you can use. The room can come with a bed or can be taken out. Rent includes unlimited internet, Foxtel, water, gas and electricity
I'm a hard-working student but I love a good social board game/card night with friends. I'm always at the food markets and I love all things creative/fashion, but I do enjoy my own time as well. I'm respectful, clean and will bring no hassles with me.
A friendly, easy-going 23 year old female looking to move closer to work and beat the city traffic. I finished uni this time last year and currently work full time in supply and logistics near Wakerley. I'm quite clean and tidy and would much prefer a house similar. I like my own space but do enjoy a tea chat or a few drinks every once in a while. I'm looking to move in around late July/August for a 6 month stay with the possibility of extending. I would prefer for bills and internet to be included in the rent but will consider otherwise. Let me know if you think your place suits :) I look forward to hearing from you!
Hi! I'm Kim, I'm 31 and work full-time Monday - Friday. I've travelled and lived in London for a couple of years but now looking to settle back in Brisbane. I'm a friendly, social, clean, tidy and considerate housemate and am looking for the same. I also have a pet cockatiel who has a bit of a quirky personality and spends a lot of time out of his cage while I'm at home. It takes him a little while to warm to people but once he does, he'll sing you a tune or he might even request a head scratch if you're really lucky. I can have weeks where you'll hardly see me but equally enjoy chilling at home watching Netflix with a cup of tea and my bird. I appreciate my own space at times and will respect yours but in saying that, I hope that we can hang out occasionally. I'm pretty easy to get along with. I enjoy visiting new parts of the world (30 countries so far and counting), seeing live music, road trips and nature walks/hikes, rugby league and finding new places to eat out. I'm also a vegetarian and not preachy about it but let's be honest, I probably won't find your bacon jokes funny - just saying! I like to keep my living space clean and tidy and am looking for housemates who are the same. Sharing in the housework is a must or if you are happy to split costs for a cleaner for the common areas, that's cool too! If you think we'd be a good fit, get in touch!
Hi how's it going I work full time as a sign writer in Morningside, Im a reliable and clean housemate, pretty chill during the week, on the weekend usually fishing or beers with some friends. Have money for bond and two weeks rent upfront.

Hey there! I'm looking for somewhere to share house with other young outgoing people, I'm very social but also love to keep to myself too and can respect other people's privacy. I love to live in a clean and tidy environment. I work full time and go to the gym most nights after work so I won't be in the way too much. I do have a cat so I'll need somewhere that is pet friendly. I'm looking to move by the end of August and would be happy to team up with anyone else to find a place together. Would prefer to live with other females as I currently live with 3 males and is one of the reasons I'm finding somewhere else to live. Please flick me a message if you're keen :)
I am a corporate, executive female who is VERY clean. I have just been given ‘custody’ of my two furbabies so I’m moving out of a unit and into a house as one of them is a little white Maltese, but the other is a very gentle (but quite large) Rottweiler so I need a fully fenced and decent sized yard. Used to own my own property and never had a problem with roommates or rental references. I love having a wine on the weekends and am not difficult to live with. I look forward to hearing from you 😊
This lovely & modern 4 bedroom low-set brick home is located just 500m to Cannon Hill Train Station and is located in a quiet upmarket residential area. Bus stop is approx. 300m away from our door along with local shops also close by. You do not need a car to live here! Your bathroom has access from the bedroom and if you need two bedrooms either for a study or storage, that can be discussed. There is potential for you to have your own living area as there two areas within the home. This is a great property.
Hello, my name is Arthur. I am an international student who will be commencing studies in Brisbane, in July 2018. I am also a full time employee (overseas) who will be undertaking the 2 year study as part of my training and employment requirement. I keep myself neat and tidy and am always respectful of others space. I'm pretty quiet but very easy to get along with. Always in control of everything bills wise and like to be organised. You will find me busy during weekdays with studies and all but should have a little free time during the weekends to chill out. I prefer bills and internet to be included in the rent. En-suite room is preferred with enough space for a study table. I will be in Brisbane by early June 2018, hence I am looking for accommodation that will be available by then. Message me if you need more information. Thank you.
