hey guys!!! I have a bedroom for rent in a newly renovated house located in murarrie. Everything is close and convenient - 15 minute drive to the city, 10 min walk to murarrie train station, access to the gateway motorway in under 2 mins, shops, restaurants and more only a short drive away. The bedroom has plenty of space, built in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The living areas are nicely furnished in a relaxed open fashion, including a small study area if needed (living air-conditioned). There's is also a outdoor deck with BBQ area to enjoy those afternoon drinks.

hello there!!! my lease is up july 12.... i love music, incense, crystals, and fruit smoothies my movie tastes are action/thriller/anime/comedy/doco music is eclectic from blues to metal (dont worry i have head phones! i can be sociable yet need my alone time, i'm very independent, love animals especially the K9 or feline variety. yes i will walk love and feed them too.. i dont believe dogs should be inside. This is not ok with me. Unless its a thunderstorm or they are needing tentive care for a valid reason. i have lived with 2 males, a couple and a single female. I found it too uncomfortable living with the couple. i'm mature (when called for), friendly (will tell you straight up not to wash the dishes with the bench cloth) and am aware of and accept human behaviour. I like to keep a semi healthy lifestyle but i also must indulge in a wine, cheese and crackers night. im a vego, but have lived with meat eaters and we get along fine lol I recently was given my fathers longboard (i'll need to store this in the garage) so im hoping to not be home most of the weekend leaving at around 6am, but i also love my sleep ins as i work with children and that can be draining. so no offence but i don't want to live with children. I would like to live in a house not an apartment/unit with a back yard or patio to chill and draw oh and it would be preferred if there was at least an ensuite or 2 bathrooms in the house. the $170 must at least include internet as i will be cancelling my broadband package and anything higher is not within my budget. i have all my bedroom furniture and a mosaic tile table and i would like too keep those, i can sell or keep a fridge, and a two seater lounge, and random kitchen ware. thank you for reading and please don't hesitate to message me if ALL THE ABOVE matches your criteria.
