I don't smoke and very rarely drink. I work an average of 50-60 hours a week, leaving quite early and returning mid-late afternoon, and when I am home I tend to prioritise study for my TAFE classes. I love a bit of a chat and am happy to spend some time getting to know my housemates. I have a place lined up in November so a 6 month lease is ideal, however I can work with something shorter than if need be. I have my own bedroom furniture and other miscellaneous things, but I can put into storage if needed.
