Hey there, I'm Gaynor, 26 and work full time in the city. My interests include going to the gym/walks, travel, going on new adventures, watching the mighty dees play on the weekend and drinking wine :) I keep it pretty low key during the week and on the weekends like to find something fun to do. I have previously house shared and understand what comes with it. I am respectful of privacy and also tidy and reliable. :)
I’m looking for a new housemate to share my rented apartment with. Apartment has been renovated recently with fresh paint job, new carpet, new stove top, upgraded split heating/cooling, located in a quiet street. Looking for a neat and tidy person to share with. Apartment is fully furnished -
Hi I am studying Master's program at Monash University and am a very tidy person, down-to-earth, friendly and spontaneous person. I do not smoke nor I have any pets. I would like to live in a quiet, clean and somewhere fun to live(bills included) with easy going housemates and with no pets preferably. I am also open for teaming up with you and look or move into a new house. I am also flexible with the duration of the stay and move in dates and can consider short term before I move to another accommodation.
I am clean and quiet, but once I get comfortable... I am also environmentally conscious and quite active in that space. Looking for a housemate I can hang out with, will definitely respect your privacy though. Ideally looking for a place with my own bathroom.
Coming from a rural town (Warrnambool) to study at Monash Caulfield campus. I lived in Japan for a short time (5 months) in share-housing. I love to make friends and I understand share-housing courtesies. I am new to Melbourne, so I am looking for a reliable room for a long-term stay in this new city so I can focus on my studies. 😊 You can trust me to be tidy, polite, and responsible for my room and finances. I have a decent amount of savings, as well as a reliable income. Offers are appreciated! Thank you very much for your time 😊
I am a very clean person and I like to keep my place tidy at all times. I have good social skills and i can get along with almost anyone. Finally I enjoy a good company at home as much as I respect others' privacy. I recently moved to Melbourne to work in a telecommunication company in Mulgrave for at least a year. Ergo, my search for a long/short term house. Ps: this is the first time I use this website, but you can check out my reviews on Airbnb for your reference.
Hi! I'm 20, studying Software engineering at Monash uni and working part time, I am looking to move closer to uni and work. I am very clean, respectful and reliable but also enjoy being social, down for drinks and banter :)

I am a friendly registered nurse, up for a chat if you are! However I am also typically a quiet person and have no trouble keeping to myself. I love to relax and unwind while i'm at home. I work in the Operating theatre so i work 10 hour shifts, meaning i am usually out of the house until after 6pm on days that i work. I am largely into fitness, I attend regular crossfit sessions 5x per week plus an Olympic lifting session and some gymnastics. I'm a healthy eater, pretty regimented with what i eat. I pre prepare most of my meals, meaning i only really cook once a week. Cheat meal = Ben and Jerry's icecream :P

Hey folks! My name is Sumit and I am a Master's student of Design at Monash Caulfield. I had been living in Oakleigh for 9 months and then in Caulfied for 4 months. I am looking for a private room in a quite setting. Being a post grad student, I spend most of my time at uni while doing my assignments. Even on weekends, I am at library for most of the day. I keep my room very tidy and like staying with people who prefer keeping home organised. I do not smoke at all but do take wine occasionally while socialising. Though I am mostly busy with studies but I do like to talk. My friends say that I am a good listener. My growth has given me enough wisdom to appreciate the differences in opinions. I may have a different opinion than people but that shall never affect my respect for them till the till their conduct is ethical. You can always trust me for rent as I never miss the deadline. I am looking for a flat or house with 1-3 bedrooms. I have been through enough mess while living without contract because of real-estate agents or flatmate's carelessness and do not want to go ahead without it. I am looking for a furnished apartment/room with shared facilities of washer, dryer, gas as a standard equipment + a carpark. A BIR is a must for my bedroom. . let me know if you think that you can team up with me or offer me a place to stay for next 1 year or more. . I am intending to move in Week 4 of August 2018. Thanks and kind regards.... :)

Hi there, It could possibly me and 3 females (we are all students). I am 25 years old law student at Victoria University. A bit about me: - I'm an easy going, friendly & active person; - I'm a generally quiet person but also loves a chat; - Positive, genuine, generous, self-reliant. What are my interests & hobbies? - I love travelling; - I play footy. I clean my footy boots; - Gym & running; I am a devout Christian, but won't impose my views on you, I will respect your way of life. What makes me a good housemate? - I am easy going and friendly personality and get along with most people; - I'm generally tidy, well organised and clean after myself, but a little bit messy in my own bedroom; - I am respectful of other people's privacy; - I generally clean up after myself because I like the house to be generally clean; - I am an open-minded person.
