Hey! I'm Lizzie, I'm a qualified Florist and Photographer. I'm currently living in Gladstone, Queensland, after moving up here almost exactly a year ago now! I took the year to start my own photography business, which I would now like to be based back in Melbourne so I have the ability to have a bigger client base, as well as travel interstate a lot easier for jobs! All of my friends and family are in Melbourne too. I miss them all a lot. It feels like it's time to come back home. In storage I have a Queen bed, small desk, I also have a large 6 drawer Ikea set if there's no BIR, and I also have a small fridge and dining table if it's needed. I need a bedroom big enough to fit the necessities in. I need a window with some kind of view (not looking at a fence or one of those weird frosted glass windows) I work from home a lot so I need to enjoy the room I have! Ducted heating is preferable, I hate winter, and being in QLD and coming back to Melbourne... winter is going to be a huge shock for me physically. I'm very open to which suburb I move to, if the room, the price and house mates are right then I'll be happy! Other than working for myself (check out what I do here!) http://www.figandfern.com.au/ I also have two other jobs in QLD, as a florist, and as a Personal Assistant to a Holiday House company. The Holiday House company allows for me to work from home, so for awhile I'll be able to carry on with that job and my Photography work! Of course once back in Melbourne, I'll be looking for extra part-time work as well with haste! I've never been late in paying rent or bills before, and I intend on keeping it that way. I've popped a pretty advanced date in wanting to move simply because moving interstate requires a fair bit of planning! The date is extremely flexible! (I'll be driving down and making a few stops on the way, so I definitely need a few weeks notice!) I have an extensive cacti/succulent/plant collection, which I'll be bringing back with me. If you have naughty animals who would be likely to destroy them - we might not be a good fit. Overall I'm a pretty easy going housemate to live with! I have plenty of previous housemates able to provide you with a reference if you'd like! A lot of the time I keep to myself editing, but sometimes I like a chat! I binge watch a lot tv shows (counting down to the new Game of Thrones, Vikings and iZombie seasons!) Sometimes I cook for the whole household, sometimes I live off mi goreng for weeks... I love playing Pokemon Go, Candy Crush and The Sims! There's three household things I really insist on, I've lived in a lot of sharehouses so this is the business end, if you can't tick these three boxes then sorry, but please don't reach out to me: 1) the kitchen sink is left empty (especially if there's no dishwasher) so I'm able to wash my own dishes whenever I need to. Things don't always have to be cleaned straight away! I'm known to leave things till the next day from time to time myself! But please just pile ya dirty stuff to the side so I can do what I need to do! 2) I don't handle dirty bathrooms. I don't want to see your toothpaste spit stains all over the tap and sink, I don't want to see strange mould growing out of 20 almost empty shampoo bottles that the bottom of the shower, and I certainly NEVER want to have to scrub the mess you've left behind in the toilet. Seriously. 3) Saving the most serious for last, I really don't want to live in a party house. Home for me, is my safe space. I don't want severely drunk or drug affected people around, I greatly dislike the smell of weed. I don't want any drug paraphernalia in sight in communal areas. Do whatever you want in your personal life, I really don't care what you do, I TRULY don't judge your personal lifestyle choices. But if your choices impede on me in anyway whatsoever, it's just not going to work. (Casual drinks etc are fine, I'm talking about getting blind/out of control intoxicated). If you got all the way this far, I'm impressed! And looking forward to hearing from you! Get me outttta Gladstone PLEASE! x
I am 26 years old, working full time. I am a clean, responsible, considerate and friendly person to be around, I also know to give people space when they want it. I am respectful of people and their belongings. I always abide by the rules and am willing to help out around the house. I always try to get along with people and be as friendly as I can. I am not a party person, I like to go out to a bar or pub on the weekend, but thats about it. I work full time so the only times I will be home is after 6 on weekdays, some Friday nights and weekends sometimes. Looking for a house with zero tolerance for drugs.

If you want to share your house with someone who's respectful, fun to be around, and pays the billz then I'm your man.
Hey potential roomies! We’re Jess and Jason! We love to be outdoors and enjoy camping, going for walks, snowboarding and exploring new places. Jess is an engineer and Jason is an electrician, we can both work some long hours so are often not home until late (he does have a work vehicle with tools etc so we need off street parking). We’re looking for some roomies who enjoy similar things and are up for sharing some meals here and there and drinks whenever we feel the need! We’re currenty overseas on a snowboarding trip and return to Melbourne at the end of February, so we’d love to start chatting to you and finding the right match / place!
Hello, I am a single 43 yo male IT professional, fully employed 9-6. On week days I leave early in the morning for a gym session before work, and come back at about 7pm. Hi potential female housemate, (yes I only wish to live with females) I'm friendly, down to earth and just a regular Jo (which happens to be my middle name)! My interests are veered toward artistic pursuits such as singing, card making, scriptwriting and volunteering as a FOH member for amateur theatre. I like to walk a lot and keep healthy though do enjoy a good wine! I have a lovely friendship circle spread across Melbourne and supportive family. I'm keen to meet someone who likes to chat from time to time but likes their free time too. I'd like to meet someone that I feel I can be myself with and to forge a companionship of sorts that has mutual respect, care and appreciation. I'm looking for a home not just a house that is shared and where both parties might communicate well so they both know where they stand. Basically I don't wish to feel I have to be in my room all the time or that the house really is the domain of the other person. Just someone who is kind, honest and willing to share resources would be great :) Prefer not to live with any pets.
Hey, my name is Cian! I’m on the working holiday visa having just moved from Ireland. I’m looking for a room in a share house with 1 or 2 other roommates from the end of January and willing to accept 3 month to 1 year stays. I will be starting work with the insurance company MediBank at the end of January. I’ll be working full time during the week Monday to Friday and off at the weekends. I like to keep it pretty chill weekdays and go out and about at the weekends. I enjoy a party or two but quiet nights in as well. I like a tidy place but housemate(s) are important. Would love to mix and make friends with housemates but also allow some space and “me time”.
I work full-time and go to the gym after work. I am quiet and tend to keep to myself but am always up for a chat and most important I don’t slam doors so someone who is considerate as well would be awesome! Also I am really looking for a place with an en-suite bathroom
I'm a 24-year-old international student looking to move to Melbourne. I will be starting my postgraduate course at Monash University in February 2019 and I want to move in before that, preferably in Early February. I'm a quiet individual who likes keeping to himself but is not opposed to the idea of making new friends and having good conversations. I consider myself a neat person, can cook a few decent meals, and respectful of other people's boundaries. If I am not studying, you will probably find me playing games, trying out new food or reading.
We are an easy going, respectful university students looking for a cozy home close to our university. We are mostly busy with our own schedules so we'd most probably not be at the house all the time.
Hey! I am a positive, proactive, relaxed kinda person who loves to have a laugh. I enjoy banter and being silly, hanging out with my house mate but also my down time and very respectful of others. Love my job, working in the not for profit sector is most rewarding. Pilates, yoga, dancing, movies and hanging out with friends are what I love to do. I am looking for someone mature, relaxed, and who doesn't party. As I am past all of that. But mostly, if you are down to earth, enjoy a laugh then we will get a long. My cat Hugo is super friendly and affectionate. He loves people and even the cat haters love him. He is half dog personality half cat personality.
Hello future housemate(s)!! I am an international student moving to Melbourne for Masters at Monash. I am tidy, chill and fun to live with. Being new to Melbourne, open to meet new people of different backgrounds! But also okay to live with one or two flat mates. Love to socialise and make friends with the housemates but respect other people’s privacy. Love to party but also appreciate stay in Netflix binges. Love to travel as well! I am a crazy soul who loves little adventures (as trivial as midnight run to get ice-cream 😋) I cook occasionally and love listening to music pretty much all day! So prepare your ears for playlists Queen to Coldplay to EDM (obviously won’t disturb others blasting music very loudly 🙈) Although looking for a 4 months stay but I’m flexible about extending after that! Hope to share with fun and tidy people!! ☺️☺️☺️
