I work full time at Chadstone SC. I am a clean and quiet person and have recently moved here from Tasmania so don't know alot of people! I am looking to get a group of 3 maybe 4 four people around the same age group as myself to team up with in finding a home! Please feel free to email me personally or message me on here!
Hi , i'm Australian man (6th gen) recently finished up my contract with the NBN and am finishing studying my bachelor's of ICT at Swinburne. I enjoy talking about anything, dabble in professional photography and horticulture. Love and respect my fellow man and animals and have fallen in love with nearby to the CBD. Typically I go out most weekends to see and dance to live music, unless i'm hauled up at uni for Study. I love to cook and eat (i'm not a picky eater) and am more then happy to share and openly communicate with housemates.and chip in to running the house. I'm also very autonomous and can take care of myself, I'm happy with all levels of interaction with housemates, from a little to having meals together. I have great hygiene, cleaning up after myself as I go, having no problem pitching in with help where I can. I'm aware you might be looking for a female house mate, but please consider me as a option as a new awesome friendly tenant who does not let their gender define them. 😊 I also have a motorcycle which makes parking a super easy leaving more space for my house mates. - Please let me know when I can come in for a inspection, as right now i'm happy to move in ASAP preferably on 6-12 month lease. Don’t hesitate to contact me, I am very polite and always contactable.
I'm trying to put together a group to move to the South East somewhere within a 30 minute bikeride of Monash Uni Clayton, Chadstone Shopping Centre and also within a 10 minute ride to a train station on the Pakenham/Cranbourne line. There are a few really lovely houses in Caulfield, Carnegie, Hughesdale, Murrumbeena, Oakleigh, Clayton + surrounds. We're looking to create a tight-nit household full of lovely people who care about each other and have common goals and beliefs about how life should be. As it stands right now, there are 3 of us! Me, my partner Krysten and my best friend Martin! For a four bedroom house we'd love to have either two more couples or a couple and a single to fill the remaining two rooms totaling 6 or 7 people. As for financials: if the total rent is $550/week and it's split by room: we will be looking at an average rent of around $135/room. a bit about us: Music, Love and Cats are the three pillars that hold up this world. The world lies on a 420° angle. Some other keywords include doggos, vidya games, guitars, bands, cycling, queer/polyamory, deathmetal, gardening, firepits, communism, house parties, goonbags pegged on the hills hoist and fairy lights everywhere. Please send me a message if you would like to chat! We're trying our best to move within the next two weeks as of 25th May

I am organised, clean and an awesome cook. I don't like messy places and people who do not help cleaning up. I don't go out clubbing often but don't mind occasional company with friends at my place. I am looking to buy a Groodle puppy in September and would need a place the puppy can live too (it is non-allergenic as I'm allergic to dogs). I like working out at gym, studying (I'm a law student at Monash University Clayton), going on walks and learning languages. Preferably I would like a person to share with who is reliable and is not noisy (having parties all the time) as I have lots of study to do. I would preferably like to find a place or person to team up and rent a place that is close to my University and would like to have a puppy living with them.
I'm a student from Denmark going to study for 1 semester at Monash University. I study biotechnology on my masters and I really enjoy that. I'm a very calm, "down-to-earth", and friendly person. I am clean and tidy and I like to have my things in order. In my spare time I like to go for a run or do a workout in the gym. I also like some good danish "hygge", where I relax with friends, make some nice food, and maybe watch a good movie. I hope to live in a sharehouse in the area between Melbourne CBD and Monash (Clayton), and I hope to be living with other people wanting to socialize and maybe drink a glass of wine and make a nice dinner once in a while.
Hey there! We are a couple (with a very sweet and friendly elderly cat) searching for a single, preferably large bedroom with relatively easy access to Monash + Deakin University. Tim is a Maths student at Monash who does theatre, is a video game enthusiast + a ripper musician while Tina is a qualified nurse that studies at Deakin, adores art, vegan/vegetarian cooking and adventures! We are both tidy, respectful and very easy going people with an excellent sense of humour. Message us if we sound like the right room mates for your house and we'll arrange for a time to meet you.
Hi my names Jaylene. I'm currently working full time in Notthing hill. I've been living in Melbourne for the past 5 years mostly in the south east area. I love a chat or if you need space im ok with just chilling in my room, I generally like to keep to myself. I like to get out and about during the weekend, also don't mind a few wines every now and then. I'm clean and always willing to help out around the house. Very respectful towards others and have an open mind. I also have a boyfriend although he won't be coming with me I'd like to find a place where the occasional overnight stay is ok. Currently looking for a room close to public transport or if anyone would like to team up I'm open to that as well. :)
I keep to myself, but love socialising and good, long conversations every now and then. I'm neat and good at keeping communal areas clean. I don't go out every weekend, but don't mind a good party. I don't know if I'm very good at it but I love cooking.
Hello future housemates! My name is Theresa and I am a 23 year old Arts/Law student at Monash University, in Clayton. I work part time in hospitality as well (which I love). I train in martial arts, am a bit go a gym bunny... really into health and fitness. I am friendly and outgoing, and love spending time with those I love more than anything. I am almost always on the go, but do need a good Netflix binge occasionally to keep things balanced. I'm a solid cook, pay bills on time, know Melbourne pretty well (with some good coffee hotspots) and relish hanging out and talking smack over a couple of glasses of vino. Cafes and coffees are two of my favourite things [long blacks and piccolo's only!] I'm originally from the Philllip Island area, but have been living in Melbourne for study for the past couple of years (7). That said, spontaneous road trips down the coast are always up for grabs! Shoot me a message if you think we'd be a good fit, I look forward to hearing from you (and good luck on the search otherwise!) x Theresa

Hello I'm Kei from the Philippines. I'll be studying in Monash U as PhD student. I will move to Australia with my partner and our two-yr old daughter. We are looking for a room or house to rent preferably near my university and with bills included in the maximum budget indicated. We're friendly and warm and would like to find flatmates that are welcoming and respect one's privacy. My partner loves to cook and we're willing to share whatever dish he cooked. We love to watch films and to travel.

Hi, we are a couple aged 25(myself) and my partner aged 32. We are looking for a spacious room with its own Ensuite or a private bathroom of our own. We prefer a house where the common areas are spacious enough for everyone to chill and relax and not be squashed together on a tiny couch if you get my drift. Unless of course the room is big enough for us too have our own little couch in. Our hobbies and interest are playing piano and guitar a little. I sing, and we both are hiphop/funk dancers. We both work and are a bubbly and friendly couple! We both come from respectful backgrounds. We are great mannered, respectful towards others, their personal space and belongings. We pay rent on time and are very clean and tidy as my partner has asthma, so we like to maintain a clean environment! We are currently living and paying board with my parents and little brother who is 22. They are very supportive, but as you are probably aware, its not the ideal living situation for a couple of our age. Therefore, we are looking for a stepping stone for the next 6 or so months towards getting our own place. I have lived in shared housing before. And could provide references if need be. We look forward to hearing from you! Thank you, Shadae and Matt :)
I'm a 24 yr old male who is studying part time at rmit and working part time in south wharf. I am a friendly guy who is happy to be social and go out for a meal or drinks and enjoy other people's company but i still enjoy time on my own as well. I've lived in a few share houses before so i always put in around the house to keep things clean and tidy and i always pay rent and bills on time. I am respectful of other people too, i wont be partying at 2am on a tuesday when everyone has work the next day as i have lived with people like that before and i know how annoying that can be! since i am studying and working in the city i'd like to find a room close to public transport, preferably a train station. Shoot me a message if you want to know more!
Heyaa! My name is Shweta and I have been living in Melbourne for almost 3 years now! I am looking for a share house/apartment to move in. Location isn't too much of an issue as long as there is public transport near by into the city. I have recently graduated from a Master's degree and working part time (weekends as well). I absolutely love to chat, binge watch television shows and enjoy coffee!
Lovely 3 bedroom house in a quiet neighbourhood close to public transport and "chadstone shopping centre" My house mate is away until 3rd August so I'm looking for someone lovely, calm, not noisy, clean & respectful to rent out the spare room (not my housemates room) A big + if you work regulars hours. And I'd like someone age appropriate. (Similar to me) I have a gorgeous labradoodle she's an inside dog. So you would have to be animal loving and wouldn't mind giving her some cuddles/throw the ball. The house is neat and clean. I'm an interior designer/nanny so my days are quite full. When I come home it's usually to walk the dog, shower and sleep. If things turn out well there is a possibility for a longer stay but that will have to be discussed at the end of your stay. Things about me: I'm 30 Female A bit of a home body when I'm not working I love a glass of red and chatting I love yoga I enjoy cooking I like people with a good energy about them (no negatives) I'm pretty easy going. - please msg X
