The house is in a quiet area (slight noise from the primary school in the morning and at 3pm). The house is in walking distance to Murwillumbah town centre. Driving is easy to Tweed as you can drive via the back road and come out at Condong sugar mill. The garden is delightful and backs on to a cow paddock.
Hey there, I’m a down to earth easy going person who tidied up after myself. I enjoy having a chat and getting along with my house mates as well as doing my own thing. I am currently studying a bachelor degree in Natropathy and have moved up from Melbourne while I continue my classes on line. Looking around general Byron region for the beauty and nature and the general lifestyle.
Own privacy and space within the house. Easy drive to the Gold Coast. We are easy going and respectful. I have 1 bedroom and own bathroom and living area to rent in my home in Murwillumbah. It’s a short walk to town with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. The room has table and chairs and cabinetry too. You will have your own entrance too :) Electricity is included in the rent. Other utilities are not included
Hey, I'm a fairly relaxed person, I like a drink or 2 in the evening, try to live a healthy lifestyle, I enjoy gardening and growing my own food and if I don't have land I just use pots. I also have a young dog that's very well behaved and happy and also toilet trained. I am happy in any relaxed surroundings. I will be around Kingscliff for about 5 months or however long the tafe course goes for due to a work placement requirement.
Due to family circumstances, we need to find an affordable and comfortable place to live as we are staying with friends and family temporarily. Jarryd and I have been together for two and a half years. We are tidy, respectful and will clean up after ourselves. We are quite private people however we can most definitely be very sociable at other times. We enjoy being out in nature, binge watching TV Shows/Movies, listening to music, having a quiet drink. We both have odd sleeping hours due to medical reasons and studying online so ideally we are looking for an independent space, or sharing with 1 or 2 other people where TV or music (not loud) coming from our bedroom wouldn't disturb the other housemates. Realistically, given our situation, we will compromise where we can and ensure the same comfort and freedom we want from a home, will be passed on to others. We both have a broad spectrum of interests, are quirky, fun and also very mature for our ages. If we can find stable accommodation my partner and I will continue with our studies (I study Business/Laws part-time and Jarryd studies IT and Cybersecurity full-time unless he is able to find part-time/casual employment where he would reduce to a part-time study load).
I'm quiet and friendly and also a great listener. I've done a lot of world travel (and lived in London for 15 years) so have interesting experience to share. I love dogs and cats and want to get into gardening and growing my own food. I'm interested in personal development, women's empowerment, conscious communication (Wheel of Consent, Non Violent Communication). I have trained as a yoga teacher and a women's bodyworker. I love conscious dancing, nature, the beach, watching movies. I'm a full time student with ACAP studying a Diploma of Counselling online. I'm a non drinker and non smoker. Looking for somewhere in nature, quiet, ideally with flatmates with similar interests. Looking for a house not a unit and ideally on a bit of land.
Hi there, To be honest, I’d be a great flatmate because I’d have so much appreciation for having someone allow me into their home on such short notice. Im realiable, honest, quiet, tidy, social and considerate. I’ll have quite a busy time in the short period I’ll be staying with you. I’m coming over from Christchurch, New Zealand for an exciting job opportunity which is located on Parkside drive tweed head south so I’d prefer something close to my work. I’m working as a qualified tradesman for jack sprats. This has all come into fruition very quickly. I work Monday to Saturday. I’ll be starting at 3am and finishing at 12pm. That may sound early and disruptive. Honestly I’ve been doing these early hour starts for 16 years. Hand on heart, I’m as quiet as a mouse. I’ll be spending the rest of my afternoons looking for a home for my family and establishing a place in your awesome country. I’ll only be home to have some dinner and tidy up. I’ll most likely be in bed by 9. I’ll also prep my lunch the night before so I’ll honestly be up and out the door in less than 10mins. I look forward to meeting you in a week and a bit. Kind regards Morgan.
I'm very easy going and considerate.I am looking for a nice place to feel relaxed and enjoy a quiet lifestyle. I love the beach, and meditation, yoga (im just a beginner not a yoga expert ha ha) i live on a plantbased diet, and love animals if you have any. I'm super clean and tidy, I'm always working so I love to come home and relax, but I also like to go adventuring on my days off. ( I'm not going to be always home so happy to give space to my flatmates. I'm not looking for a party house. I do have references if you need. 😊
