I am looking for a place that can accommodate a long term lease for myself. A place that can offer all residents privacy, respect, stability and independence.
I am a quiet person (though I do love music especially when focusing on work or study). I catch up with friends on occasion, but in general, I keep to myself, ensuring healthy boundaries are respected in terms of others' personal space.
I enjoy developing my knowledge and skills in my study as well as astrophotography.
I have a few friends that I will go out with in the early hours of the morning at times, so that we can work on this together. (Note, my interests remain quiet and respectful and these nights are not events that create a disturbance aa we drive a fair way to get to our chosen locations.
Overall, I am a happy person and enjoy a quiet and balanced work to personal life. I focus on my mental and physical health as a priority and foster a welcoming and warm environment within my space.
I am a clean and tidy person, (cleaning is something of a "go to" when thinking or in concentration mode- inherited family trait). I love music, writing, artistic work and cooking and baking.
My family heritage is from Lithuania, I was born and raised in Canada and I moved to Australia in 2003 (I am an Australian permanent resident).
Due to a recent set of circumstances beyond my control) I have relocated up to the sunshine coast. (I would be more than happy to disclose this to you in a face to face conversation) I am presently between jobs, however, I have been given the all clear by my doctor to be able to search and secure a fully or partially remote (work from home) position suited to my skills, abilities and 10+ years of experience (+degrees) in business development management, digital marketing, sales and IT database management experience.
