Mikayla is a qualified group fitness instructor at F45 Bli Bli. Currently, we are living with Clem’s parents at their beautiful property in Doonan. While we love staying with them, we feel it’s time to have our own space. We believe that having our own rental property will also help us build references for future housing opportunities. We believe we would be ideal tenants as we take great pride in maintaining a clean, peaceful, and safe home. Clem’s landscaping skills also allow us to take excellent care of the outdoor areas. We want to be long-term tenants and are ready to move in when the property is ready. I have a commercial shed leased in Woombye that I run the business from & store all my tools/trailer etc so you don’t need to worry about inventory and stuff around the house haha 🤌🏾 I’m a really chill guy, I’m super neat & respectful, I like plants & like to cook. I’m very goal oriented, enjoy helping and I’m great at ‘guy’ stuff - I’ve built a few cars, renovated houses/gardens, have tools, landcruiser, a trailer etc. I prefer being pretty quiet myself, but social housemates don’t bother me at all. I’ve got no problems paying 2-8 weeks rent in advance for the right place.
