I have a strong rental history: rent is always paid on time, my bond is up to date and I consistently pass six-monthly inspections with no issues or damages. I don’t smoke and I don’t have any pets or children. Overall, I’m a quiet, responsible tenant with a steady-paced lifestyle. I take pride in my living space and am not someone who hosts parties or causes disturbances. A good time for me is good food, drinks & banter!
