I am a primary school teacher who has been renting for the past 7 years. I am known as a quiet, neat freak. I like to think of my rentals as my home. I am very respectful of other people's privacy because I've been living on my own and expect the same in return. I have a small Jack Russell who is extremely sociable and he will be coming with me. I am primarily looking to move out of my current rental into a property in the Timbarra estate area of Berwick. So starting up a new share house would be perfect. I do prefer to be on this side of the highway because it's easier for me to get to work in Carrum Downs. I am out of the house Monday to Friday from 7:20 to around 5: 30. I am a bit of a homebody, so separate living areas where we can both enjoy privacy and our own space on weekends would be ideal. I would also have to find a housemate who is ok with me having friends and family around from time to time, this would include nieces and nephews stay. Trust, honesty and respect is extremely important to me. A mutual agreement on rental payments and bills would need to be met. I have furniture and appliances that would fully equip a 2 bedroom house. I will admit that living with someone else will be a challenge for me but I'm willing to give it a go as I need to start saving to buy a house.
