I am currently unemployed (due to having shoulder surgery ) but now back on track and looking for full time work which won't take me long to find. I always go out of my way to keep any neighbors around me ( should there be any ) happy I like to keep to myself mostly but in saying that I always give a hello or goodbye to anyone. I also have good trade skills and more than willing to do any maintenance on a property that I live in should the situation arise ( such as minor repairs to bigger jobs like carpentry repairs painting,general plumbing and more ) As well as that I also keep the outside of a property clean and tidy at all times. lawns mowed weeding etc.Also more than happy to help out my future landlord with any task/Jobs they need help with property related or otherwise. I have listed as having pets because I do want my own companion soon (small to medium dog ) However this is not a priority ( a roof over my head is more important at this stage ) That said in the previous rental property I have just left I/We had to small dogs but they were both house trained and kept very clean and in control you would never have known I/We had them until you actually saw them. I respect the privacy of others as I expect for myself. I/We have always left the properties I/We have previously rented in excellent condition if not cleaner than some I/We moved into. I have listed for six months however if location and everything turns out OK for both parties I would be more than happy to rent for longer period if possible and convenient for any future landlord. He's a border collie x staffy, but his border collie half is much more dominant (as you may see if you meet him)! He's only 8 months old, I still remember him when I got him at 8 weeks... he's honestly still as much of a softie now as he was back then!! (inside and out)! I'm in the middle of training him currently, thankfully he is toilet trained :) He's a gorgeous dog, he's never been known to retaliate to other animals or people. He has adapted to living with many other dogs and cats! He is a very shy/awkward doggo at first when he's getting used to new people/settings, but will show you the most priceless undying love when he's comfortable! I am a very flexible person, just communicate with me and I'm sure we can figure something really amazing out!
