I have full time employment and work 8-5 as a lead workshop technician at Lawrence RV in caravan service and repairs and will be very reliable when it comes to paying rent. I currently live with others and understand the importance of personal space and keeping the house tidy. A bit about me… I’m an 19 year old that has a passion for motorbikes and like the outdoors. I don’t have any pets but don’t mind having them around. I’m not looking to have a party house but will enjoy a few drinks on the weekend. Always up for a chat, enjoying hanging out with mates, have a couple at the pub and getting out and about. I will need at a bare minimum off street parking and ideally have a car park. I don’t need bedroom furniture and can also add/ purchase new furniture that is required if starting a new rental.
