Hi my name is Monique, I work full time in health and have just moved down for work after spending a few years in far North Queensland. I am pretty cruisy, neat and tidy and like to stay pretty active, I love the beach and early mornings and catching sunsets and occasional vinos. Originally from Newcastle and spend a fair bit of time adventuring on the weekends. I also like to travel and cook and love making meals to share. I like living with people who I can hang out with and can do their own thing as I enjoy my alone time and also am pretty social. I’m currently staying with friends so am pretty flexible with when I move and would rather wait for the right place. Let me know if you have any questions 😌🤙🏻🌻
NBN and stand up paddle boards included! Hey all, I’m Lisa. I’ve just found a cute little place in New Brighton and I’m looking for a cool roomie to help make it a home. It’s a basic but comfortable place with two bedrooms, shared bathroom, open kitchen and living space. And a great deck for afternoon chills. This place is the converted downstairs half of a house, but seperate entrances, so they are separate dwellings. Landlord is living in the upstairs dwelling but isn’t there very much and is chilled. The space is a bit special if you’re a nature lover like me! Our backyard IS the river 😁😱😎 and we can hear the ocean from our little abode! The beach is one street away. There are paddle boards for use on our deck, nice neighbours my age on one side, (haven’t met the others yet), and there’s a little grassy space under the trees for lazy Sunday lunches. There’s also an outdoor shower for when you jump out of the water! You’d be moving to a place with a cool local community (think Byron 30 years ago!) and a regular Tuesday market. You can also paddle up the river to get your groceries (stop it!!). If you need furniture there is some available. But we may have to wrangle ourselves a cool wooden dining table and some funky chairs. Looking to fill this room ASAP, with a move in date of early March. So get in touch if you want to join the river chillster vibes and share a space! Much love, Lisa 🐬
Hi I am moving to the area for a new adventure. Will be working full time and have my own car. I like keeping fit and active, enjoy going on trips and travelling. Relaxed and easy going, I can get on with most people. Love my music, gadgets (tech geek) and coffee. I am tidy and happy to help with cleaning. I can cook and don't mind the occasional social drink too. I can supply my own furniture so places that are semi or unfurnished are no problems. I am looking for a relaxed place with happy people that don't mind sharing meals, drinks or trips now and then. I have found a few beautiful places in and around Byron and if you're interested in sharing don't hesitate to message! Cheers
furnished room available now until end of july street parking shared bathroom must be a quiet, respectful, sensible and trustworthy yoga and vegan isn't a high priority we just want someone who can fit into our lifestyle who has a healthy mind, active & independent must be working (not from house) and have own transport
Hey Thank you for checking my profile out! 😊 I am looking for a long term conscious home space to move into, and i'm available immediately for the right space. This could be with people, or a studio type space. I do my best to live a healthy lifestyle (mind, body and spirit), and love to be comfortable, safe and happy within a home environment (ie, not just a house). I've lived in multiple share houses over the years, so I'm well versed in the art of cleaning up after myself and being mindful of others. Also very happy to get involved with social things or can easily just do my own thing. I'm currently studying a Masters degree of Osteopathy full time at Southern Cross University. I'm a qualified Personal trainer, and love being physically active - yoga, acroyoga, handstands, gym stuff, surfing, randomly running up a mountain.. rarely ever bored. However also do take some time outs for study and chilling out too. I do like to do massage/body therapy work too as part of my study and part of my work. So as well as the bedroom, I am ideally after a space to do some massage from. This could be a clean garage, a study space, something that we can also use as a guest bedroom.. i'm really open to any idea that might work and willing to invest some time/money to for the right space to look nice. If you think we could be a match, let me know 😃 I'm keen to move into the right place ASAP!
Hi, I have a Landscape Design business that I wish to relocate back to northern NSW, I'm also currently studying online. Though all this keeps busy, I enjoy socialising, outdoors, nature, and my teenage children live in Burringbar. I clean up after myself and like things tidy. I'm a casual smoker, but not inside. I'm looking for a place with storage for tools and an area large enough to set up a small office and drafting table.
Very considerate, clean, tidy, friendly, very easy to get along with. Organised. Ex Military 25 years Service. Flexible, honest and genuine. Respect other’s opinions and property Non smoker. Don’t do loud music or parties. Night Shift Worker. Sleep during Daylight hours.
Hello I'm a 26y/o female from England looking for a room to rent and new friends to make. I have been living in Australia for 3 Years and currently work as a support worker within the Northern Rivers region. I am a happy individual who loves making new friends and socialising but also enjoys time alone. Clean and tidy, non smoker but do enjoy the occasional drink! Love being outdoors, at the beach or hiking, cooking and arts.
Hey, I'm looking to rent somewhere for just essentially two weeks, my houses lease ends on the 3rd of March, however I'm moving back to Sydney around the 17th. I understand that it might not be desirable to have someone in for such a short period but please know I'm really respectful and considerate of flatmates and my homes. I'm a really hard worker so I'll often be out at work or enjoying the sunshine. I am neat and tidy, enjoy eating delicious food and spending time with friends. I'm respectful of peoples spaces and whilst I enjoy sharing a meal with friends as much as I enjoy my down time. Cheers!
Myself and my boyfriend are looking to move our lives from one beautiful coastal town to another. We love the Sunshine Coast and love to be out and about either fishing, wakeboarding, surfing, kitesurfing and enjoying the great outdoors. We love having a group of friends to hang out and socialise with both during the week and weekends, we both work full time (myself casual) but work on the coast hasn’t been everything we want it to be. We are hoping the move to our new jobs in NSW will give us this fulfilment whilst enabling our coastal lifestyle to continue. We have both spent our adult lives living in house shares both before we were together and as a couple. We have a great understanding of the need for privacy whilst also having the ability to grow wonderful relationships with flat mates.
Hi! My house is 12 minutes walk from South Golden Beach, in a quiet cul de sac. There's a bus stop a couple of minutes' walk away and 2 cafe/shops within a close walk. The local shopping centre (Coles, Target, medical services, specialty shops, hairdressers, a tavern, etc) is about 6 minutes' drive. Brunswick Heads is less than 10 minutes' drive, Mullumbimby 15, Byron 25 and Tweed half an hour. The house is open, light and breezy, with a large outdoor covered area in a nice rear garden. There's a second toilet off the laundry. There is no internet as my workplace and mobile meet my needs. The room is available on a month-to-month basis, with a minimum of one month's notice, as the house is for sale.
I am clean and tidy, I enjoy yoga and the beach. I make excellent coffee and I work full-time. I love meeting new people and get along with anybody. I love to travel and am saving up for my next adventure.
